I have ordered food on DEC 13th 2020 though KFC App, money got deducted from the bank account, but order is not placed, it got rejected, but money is deducted, do the needful.

    I have ordered from kfc app throught upi gateway. Amound was debited from my bank account and the order was not placed.
    I paid ₹257 via upi on 12 Dec bangalore .
    I have the screen shot of the traction.
    Please initiate the refund ASAP.

            Hi KFC team,
            I ordered using kfc app from Seawoods KFC branch, Navi Mumbai. I made the payment of 331 rs using UPI. Still, in app the order is not showing as placed. Called the cc number provided in app, none picking. After several times of caliing, nobody picked the call. Didn’t expect such problem from kfc. And no alternate contact no. provided in the app. Very frustrating.

            Plz check the issue and refund my deducted amount asap.

              Hi,
              I recently placed on order through the KFC App from my registered number [protected] from Bengaluru on 7th December 2020. I paid Rs 339 via UPI - GPay but the order was not placed . The amount was also deducted from my bank account.
              I have attached screenshot for your reference.
              Please initiate the refund as soon as possible and help me get this issue resolved.

                  Hello sir,

                  I have ordered Food from KFC app and it's assigned Phoenix branch and got call from KFC branch after an hour that it's not deliverable and only take away is available. hence I told him to cancel since from app I am not able to cancel the order. And the person told that refund will be done within 3 days of time.. Please look into this issue.

                    I'm sumen shanti kumar chakma i ordered on 22nd Nov 2020 at prozone mall KFC at aurangabad Maharashtra.as discussed with store manager MR.mahesh they told me that refund will be credit with in 7to 8 working days.but still not refuned so I requested please take action as soon as possible.I'm not never acpeted very bad service in KFC.so please do fast.

                        I had bought food from kfc prahlad nagar Ahmedabad and when I opened it at my hotel the chicken was not cooked and had blood in it despite me telling them to wave and hot they gave me food not cooked

                          J have order kfc through kfc online app and I paid amount through debit card the amount was deducted but restaurant cancelled the order when will they replace my amount

                              Today, i was placed food order in kfc vellore branch,
                              i was received order confirmation through mail and sms, so i will wait for the food but estimated delivery time was finished and i was call to kfc shop number, one female staff aten my call, she said with in 15 mints food will be deliver in your home but no one deliver and again i was contact for kfc vellore shop and same female staff aten my cal and she said shop closed today so your money will be refund soon and send your name, mobile number, transaction reference id through mail.

                              my complaints are:
                              1.why they gave wrong information to customer.
                              2.why they maintained shop open in google website today.
                              3.the google statements are right or wrong.
                              4.how to correct the mistakes for the kfc company-if system error, network problem, electricity problem, all will be acceptable but once confirm the order to deliver the home and if not possible to contact with the customer and need to explain the situation, why they cancel my order and how to give fake information to customer.
                              5.money is refundable but no one to affect the online order right and we need a safety purchasing with good approcable.
                              6.if once confirm the order-we know the valid reason for cancellation otherwise, the kfc shop need to pay for penalty.
                              7.don't give a false information to customer.

                              Today, the KFC vellore branch manager was contact me and he was clarified, what was happen in that situation and he was spoken with calm and quiet, good manner. He was kindly approachable.. Delivery person approachable was wonderful and kindness also awesome. I got my food delivery with respectiv manner. Thanks to KFC.

                                Bought 8 pcs chicken bucket, very bad oil smell.Old rancid oil used in preparation. 15 min ago Children ate it before we could find out.
                                Great chance of food poisoning.

                                  This is to inform you that on the 13th of this month, I made an order on the KFC app, which amounted to 380 rupees. I paid for the same with my account on Axis bank. The money was deducted from my account, but no order was placed on the app. I contacted the bank yesterday, and they told me that the payment was successful from the bank, with payment reference no. VUTI[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and issue my refund. Thank You.

                                    I tried ordering from KFC online on 20/11/2020 but the website caused and error where my money was deducted but order was not made so i again tried to place an order of the same amount but this time the order was placed along with the earlier order. So basically two same orders were placed i called the KFC from where the delivery was to be made and cancelled one order and they told me that i will get back my refund but the thing is its been 1 week and my money has not been refunded yet. I want my money to be refunded .

                                      On 25th Nov 2020 i have order for zinger box in bombay airport. I did payment using phonepe, it was processing and shown payment status as pending. So, KFC person said to make payment again with some other medium. So, i did payment using card.Both(phonepe and card) payment got success, so it is like payment happened twice for one order.
                                      Please revert back one payment.
