Dear sir/mam..
I didn't got my last month salary so i quit the job. I have talked to rgm many times but he didn't gave my last month salary this month.. I was a part timer and got only 2100rs. Last month. And i have done overtime also. I request you to please give me my pending salary...
I was expecting my salary to be more than 5, 500rs. But only got 2100rs... Please give me salary.

    Actually i just ordered from kfc and during payment in gpay it accepted the payment but didn't took my order... My req is to give refund as fast as possible
    Proof will be attached...
    I sent the money but no order took place
    Today is 29th and my last order was 26th
    Therefore no order took place i need my money as soon as possible

    I ordered from KFC on 17 Feb 2020, the amount was deducted but order was not confirmed. I cross checked with SBI but they said that the amount was credited to KFC account.Kindly refund the amount. While I was waiting for the refund, the same incident happened again on 27.02.2020. kindly address the issue.

      Hi,

      I have placed an order amounting to 331.50rs with kfc in chennai, payment was done through internet banking and the amount got deducted from my account successfully. I have received the message for deduction, which is attached as well. But order was not placed and i haven't received the money back.

      Please return back the money as soon as possible.

        I tried to place an order for KFC, the amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
        After placing the order I got an option to pay from phonepe and went to the app and got a notification to pay the amount of my order. So I put the pin and paid. I got message about the deduction of the money but when i checked the order history, the order was not placed. I want the refund of the deduction.

          I had a network problem over there so at begin my money was not deducted from phonepe so i paid through paytm

            Hi KFC,

            I ordered from pune online order, I live in kharadi, amount was deducted but order was not confirmed, I again ordered and again the payment was deducted and order was not confirmed. Please look into this issue.
            Order was done on 10Feb.
            Order total: 533+533
            Whole transaction was done on 10Feb, I waited for 2 weeks for refund but there was no sign of any action that is why I am putting this complaint.

            I had made an online order on the KFC app and paid via google pay. Money got debited from my bank account but the order did not get confirmed. Then I had to pay cash for the order. Order no. 17449435, amount: 844.00. Google pay UPI transaction id :[[protected]]. Date: 29 Feb 2020. Request to please refund the amount asap.
            if you guys cant able to refund me back at lest let me know so that I forgot and think i donate that amount to a fraud company. coz every time I call their consumer helpline no one able talk just playing passing to a ball game. my number is [protected] and my mail id is raman.[protected]@gmail.com.

              I have ordered food on 22 jan 2020 twice at 9:17 pm and 9:42pm and paid through payment rs 611.49/- two times but i got no food against my order and payment.

              I have called customer care number of times and also spoke to assitant manager mr. Maink from kfc sohna road and sent numerous mails but after lot of follow ups got rs 611.49 on 3 feb 2020 against non delivery of food order placed on 22 jan 2020 at 9:42 pm.

              Still not received remaining amount of rs 611.49/- against non delivery of food order on 22 jan 2020 at 9:17 pm.. Plz look into the matter and pay me back my remaining amount of rs 611.49/-.

              I am your regular customer and i have kind request to kfc team to refund my money rs 611.49/-.

                My order was not delivered but money was deducted from my account. I have already sent two emails to the company about this but they still haven't responded to me. Now it's been over a week and they still haven't returned the money. I had placed the order on 9th february 2020 and had called customer care where they gave me am email address to whom i had sent my complaint but they have not even seen the complaint. I then wrote another email. But they still haven't responded to my email.

                  This is regarding a transaction happened when i was ordering thru kfc website on 12th feb and not confirmed

                  Had paid the bill amount of ₹592.99 thru my credit card. Money was deducted however haven't received any order confirmation mail or message from kfc.
                  Later i called kfc customer care who told me due to some technical error it was happened and my money would come back within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hours but haven't received my money, then again i called their customer care and then they suggested me to a drop a mail to "kfcindia. [protected]@yum.com. Its been more than 5 days and haven't received any reply from them.

                  While ordering through the Kfc app online my money was debited but order was not placed, also there is no option on the app to get a refund in such case, had to order it again and pay via Cash on Delivery
                  I have ordered combo of burgers for 251 rupees on 12th feb 2020 but the transaction failed yet the account was debited and I didn't receive any money back.

                    Hi.. I tried ordering wednesday bucket through kfc app on 12 feb 2020 two times.. First using credit card then debit card... Both times after entering otp it was showing we apologize for the inconveniences please go to home page. Total of 1064 rupees was deducted. I contacted bank customer care they are saying cash was sent. Kfc customer care asked me to contact the shop. When i contacted them their reply was sthat they haven't received the cash.

                      I placed an order in kfc app. I paid the money through card but I never received my order or never received any call from. When I tried calling the restaurant, call is not going through. There is no proper information about tracking or contact details in the website or in the app. I have placed order before and received the order and which is why I placed order this time but waited for more than an hour and never received. I never received acknowledgment too so far but they charged money from bank. Couldn’t contact them through any medium. So disappointed and irritated.

Money got deducted but the order has been cancelled..they said refund has been initiated.But it's been a week since i didn't receive my money. It is really pathetic that you've deducted money without giving any service.They are taking too long to refund. I'm literally disappointed by the act of kfc. I want them to take the necessary actions quickly. Make the refund asap.

                                Please provide me as much information as possible because my order is not confirmed but payment gets deducted from my account.
                                I've ordered my meal from kfc app and i also complete my payment. For payment i choose upi payment and after entering my upi id i follow the payment steps. Then i got a message about the money debited from my account but there is nothing about my order's conformation.
                                I've called kfc and they asked my number and told me that there's no order.

                                  On jan 29 i try ordered kfc from certified kfc app, delivery location shows (Ashok nagar metro station), sum of order is 1783.97 deducted from by hsbc credit card but order not placed, transaction # 74332740030002935650320 which is settled by yum restaurant india but till yet money not refunded by kfc, even i make complaint ashok nagar metro kfc and they are not providing tat, i hereby request to kfc please do needful and asap.

                                      I have ordered from kfc portal on 6-feb-2020 using google pay.
                                      Money got deducted, but order not created. Please return the money back. This is kind of stealing money without providing service. Please find the transaction details. Please correct your application also to make sure money deduct only if the order is created and to return money back in case of any issue in order creation

                                      Otherwise kfc can make lot of money with failed transaction. Atleast application should have minimum gurantee to return money for failed transaction. Otherwise should have proper complaining system
