Address: Shop No 10/4, Thaha Plaza, S Bypass Rd, Vannarpet, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu 627003

I am from tirunelveli location (Tamilnadu). I have placed order on yesterday (Aug 13, 2020) at 12.35 pm worth rs.281.50. Money also got deducted from my payatm account. But i didnt receive this order. I have ordered through kfc app. Let me know if you need any other clarifications.

Please refund my amount

      Hi,

      I've placed an order in KFC mobile app and the order got failed but the amount got debited from my account, usually, in this kind of cases the refund will get credited within few days, I've made the payment on 6th of august and till now there is no response from KFC team and no refund.

        I ordered dinner from KFC at around 7 pm on 12 August, online through their website, and the bill was Rs. 835/-. However, after waiting for almost 90 minutes, and not hearing from them, i called their customer help desk to enquire about my order, and they gave me the manager's number - Mr. Devgan of the outlet at Total Mall, HAL Old Airport Road. However, that number was wrong - and said it did not exist. I then called the customer service again and was given another number, which belonged to the store manager. However, i called the manager almost 6 times, and he never picked the call. Then at around 9 pm, i called the customer service again, and they were very rude with me and completely rejected their duty, saying they dont have a way of connecting with the particular outlet, and i have to contact them myself or wait for them to call. Is this the customer service expected from a brand like KFC. To make matters worse, their supervisor, Mr Vijay M was very rude, telling me that i can go an complain to whomever i want, he cannot do anything about it. Now my money is also gone in vain, and i havent got the dinner as expected.

              Ordered from kfc msm mall pune of amount 431.50/- via kfc app. Did not receive any confirmation regarding delivery and on app it doesn't show my last orders. Order in progress shown only for few seconds then it vanished on its own didn't even receive order id. Amount paid from paytm. I need refund as soon as possible.

                I placed an order from kfc app, paid 630via paytm, however after receiving confirmation from paytm, kfc shows no orders received but the money got deducted with confirmation. I need refund

                  I have performed a transaction of rs1, 234 from my sbi account and the amount got deducted and order not placed.

                  The same issue happened yesterday also. (Same amount and same behaviour)
                  Seems like there is an issue in your online payment gateway.

                  Please help to refund the amount

                          Hello me 749 ka kfc se food order kiya tha 8:45 pm date 29/07/2020 ko and me 2and half our wait karta rha but food nahi aya and mene [protected] per call kiya but not connect uske baad mujhe jo number mail me aya us number pe mene call kiya[protected] or is number pe mujhe bola gya k hum gurgaon se bol rahe aapki koi help nahi kar sakte aap delhi vaale number pe try kijiye
                          Jab ye number help k liye nahi hai to mail me ye number urgent assistance on your KFC delivery orders
                          Likh kar kyu bheja
                          And uske baad mene
                          Ek or number pe call kiya online helpline number karke but vha bhi bola gya me to corporate office se security vala bol rha hun
                          No solution
                          And baad me mene swiggy se order kiya 925 rupees ka kyuki raat k 11 baj chuke the or me bahar nahi ja sakta tha
                          Mera paisa bhi nahi mila na food or na solution

                            I am texting this from Chennai as an annoyed customer.. today I ordered 10piece hot and crispy + medium fries+pepsi from the online KFC portal.. the money was deducted but the order confirmation was not given.. so I placed an order again, same thing happened.. because of this rs 1407 (rs703.5 per order)was deducted without the order being placed. I need refund.

                                    I visited the kfc crown interiorz on 17 june 2020. I ordered a rs 599 bucket for takeaway. I made a payment using upi id paytm[protected]@paytm and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:15 pm in the name of deyvani with remarks as oid[protected]@kfc india. The payment was completed but my order wasn't placed on kfc. I made another payment using the same upi id and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:43 pm. This time my order was placed. I contacted the manager who said that i will be refunded the amount for the first transaction within 7 days. It has been more than one month and there has been no action from your end to initiate the refund. This is highly unprofessional from a big brand name like kfc. The payment is completed but no service was provided to me at that day. I expect either refund or the item for which i made the payment as this is highly unprofessional and has caused inconvenience to me.

                                        I had placed my kfc order online and paid the amount on 15-july-2020 (Order no. 19595709; kfc, saharaganj mall, lucknow).
                                        The order never got delivered and the worst part is that they are literally unreachable. This is the 3rd time that such a thing has happened. If these people cannot provide the service, let this not be advertised; zomato & swiggy appears to be far better off than these people.
                                        It is not always about refund; the trauma and the nuisance that is caused is much more than lack of delivery of food.
