Dear team,
Yesterday i have visited kfc janak puri store i have ordered smokey red (5 piece) and a medium coke and guy at counter punched the incorrect order and i have complaint for the same with staff member but they told me to wait and assured me that issue will be resolved. But when i was having my food the same guy who had punched my order came to me and forced me to order something else costing 43rs i said i dont want anything please return my amount. He denied and said we cannot return the amount you have to order something. It was such a disappointing revert which i got from that guy. After doing a mistake he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and refund the amount. Smoky red chick was also cold very hard to eat. I need immediate action on this.

    Orederd through KFC APP.
    ON January 12, 2:56pm, for 733.99/- through GOOGLE PAY.
    Amount was deducted, without any order confirmation.
    Customer service is worst..even after a compliant was made.
    The App is not working properly, necessary changes made accordingly.
    And a Available E-MAIL ID can make it easier to communicate.
    Hope so I can get my REFUND..

        amount deducted from my account but the order not placed

        I went to kfc on 7th january with my friends. We ordered one ultimate bucket. I completed the payment through phonepay applications and the amount were deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed then i completed the payment by other ways. Then i contacted to phonepay helpline but they told that the amount were transferred to your respective account,, so according to this i want my cashback...

        On 8th jan i have made an order for 410 rs and while payment time i paid by paytm rs 410
        The payment is got debited from my account but order is not got confirmed.
        I have spoken with all your head office there telling to contact here in india.
        I have send many enquiries and more i have sent feedback nothing response i got from your end.
        I have tried to call coustomer care its also not getting connected.
        So please help me out of it.
        Next time i will not try to make any order from your website

        I dont know still how long I have to wait for my Amount I raised lot of complaints lot of feedback still yet I dint received amount are any Response. Its been 25 days got over still yet I dint got any response
        I had ordered Kfc 4+4 today through Kfc app and my account was debited with Rs.415.But it was shown that no order is placed. I want my money back immediately.I will never pay online and u guyz have broken my trust.

          bill not received

          I ordered some food at the bangalore airport from kfc (Using grabbngo). While collecting the order, i asked for the bill but they said i will get a bill on email. They took my email id but i never received a bill.

          Kindly help me to get the bill as soon as possible. A company like kfc should more care about their customers.

          On 20th dec 2019, i order some items from kfc and amount got deducted from my account but order wasn't confirmed. When i checked with kfc customer care they replied saying there was technical issue on that day hence order wasn't confirmed and amount will be refunded within 14 days.
          Its been more than 20 days still i haven't received my amount.
          I have sent several mails highlighting the issue but no response from kfc.

            Dear team
            I have ordered a 4 celebration bucket in Zomato from KFC but i have received only 3 buckets i have been asking them the reason and compensation but they have been neglecting and they have been blaming each other
            Zomato team arranged a call from the KFC Lajpat New delhi store
            They were not able to solve the problem
            The store manager was so arrogant and said u can complain whom ever u want i can't solve the issue and Zomato is to be contacted this not at all the way to talk to the customer
            I need a fast solution for this

            On 12thJanuary 2019 I booked a take away order from KFC palheights outlet. Payment of Rs 698 was made through UPI to Yum Restaurant India Pvt ltd. When I reached the pal heights KFC outlet they said they have not received my order. Now the money has deducted and no whereabouts about my order or no one to address the grievance

              Seems either audits are not strict or standards have lowered down. At manapakkam ac dirty and leaking, display micros screen for change not functioning. Ordertaker prakash found scratching on his zip and on his beard. Staf[censored]niform untidy. Repeatedely asked for nonspiced veg burger n it was for my son of 6 years oldthey insisted me to take a crispy one which was spiced and i denied again. I was told it will take long. I waited for 15 min on reaching home it was spiced. U need to check the cctv at this time order no 7843. There was a somali customer ordering with difficulty in communication and the process was delaying and there were 1 more customer and me inbthe queue. Supervisors and manager busy providing us visit next counter instead of speeding and providing a opportunity of effecient customer service.

              Today afternoon my lunch at phoenix mall was very satisfactory had a smoky chicken bowl.

              On 4th jan i visited forum mall customers all hanging around for orders. Mine was a a portion of popcorn took 25 min. Finally i saw all staff consused, no scene o[censored]rgency no supervisor seen because the floor was so dirty with mud patches all over near the entrance for that period on a busy business day like saturday.
              Finally i had to drag a staff attention because chicken pop corns were already ready on the warmer but no one to pack. Wanted to order another portion as it was so tasty n crisp but couldnt get the confidence in service delivery.
              Last year in feb i visited the kfc outlet at elioth beach. I believed in the only brand amongst the rest available for the food hygiene and quality but to my surprise after visiting the washroom i had given up ordering. It was amelling badly no housekeeping attendant and you can even smell it from the ground floor.
              I have visited kfc o[censored]s, dubai and inbthe uk and may be these are exceptions as compared to you standards in india. But imagine africa have better hygiene, service and softwares even in kenya and a third world country like uganda. You dont wait to be called or you dont flock around the delivery counter waiting for your order. You watch the screen that informs if its on process or ready for pickup.
              Hi time choice is yours... Take it and make it better or bury it.

                Have tried all possible attempts like kfc faridabad call centre, kfc chandigarh call centre, kfc chandigarh stores but no luck

                  kfc app: money debited from my paytm upi but order not placed.

                  As i was ordering on 27 dec 2019, i choosen paytm upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

                  order not delivered

                  I have ordered on 28- december - 2019 from kfc official website from ludhiana, punjab. The order was of rs 541 and i paid money through debit card, money has been deducted but order not been delivered.. I sent an email regarding the order details and they ensure to solve problem in 5 days but no response till now.. I sent an email again regarding the non delivered order but no response. I want my money to refunded....

                  I had ordered through online KFC website on 31st Decemeber 2019, the order got placed and money was deducted but the order was never delivered to me and no one ever tried to even contact from the concerned branch. Tried calling multiple times on 33994444 but they never bothered to solve my problem.

                  Please resolve this as soon as possible and stop stealing money from people if you cannot deliver good service. I am giving really bad reviews for KFC from now on until I get the refund back.

                  I don't understand why was this resolved. I never got any feedback from KFC on this till now. I think I finally have to say that I donate my 1000 bucks to KFC so that they build a huge castle out of it. Happy stealing KFC..!!

                      I bought chicken from kfc. I am deeply unsatisfied by the services of kfc in noida gaur city mall. The children was totally raw. It was totally uneatable. total waste of money. They made me wait 40 mts for the chicken, yet they gave me half cooked chicken that was so bad in taste that i had to put it to trash. I had never expected this from a brand like KFC.

                          Pls b update u that yesterday on 27th i had visited at kfc food court fun mall lucknow and ordered one mingle bucket worth rs 249 without gst.
                          After 5 min i got my food when i ate it was chweggi, although it was hot it mens food had been fried again coz am very frequent customer of kfc so knew the taste.
                          When i hv send my friend to counter for replacing with fresh food, a counter person chandni was very rude and she said everyone having same food no one is complaining and all, and said her manager mam giv him only that much quantity as he returned.
                          After sometime we received fresh product but he reduce every thing half, i had eaten only one leg piece n 2 or 3 popcorn before replacing but she served half popcorn, 1 boneless n 2 leg.
                          I never faced this type horrible experience where team members behaving like this in front of managers n no action taken by her.

                              I had made an online order on kfc app and paid via google pay. Money got debited from my bank account but order did not get confirmed.                               Chicken is not fresh ... Some place full of black colour ... I'm not satisfied ...
                              We ordered from kfc serampore West Bengal. The order was 4 crispy fry 4 smoky and 4 chicken wraps. When we came home we found they have given only two wraps. Moreover it took 45 minutes to deliver our food.

                                The behavior of the staff in kfc counter at kolkata international airport is not at all good... No one in the counter knows english.. If they call of order and it gets ll ate due to customer instead of holding it for sometime they are shouting at customers when they come to receive the order.. There is this guy mr akshay brahma whose behavior with customers are not at all satisfactory... He keeps starring at people every who comes for order.. And conveys his reply and anger in hindi which is very well understood... Take immediate action on these people

                                I placed an online order with KFC. I used paytm Wallet for payment. I cancelled the order but not refunded money. Its nearly a week I am doing follow ups with them but no action has been taken.Till now I have not get any cashback from kfc after I cancelled the order.
