I had placed my kfc order online and paid the amount on 15-july-2020 (Order no. 19595709; kfc, saharaganj mall, lucknow).
The order never got delivered and the worst part is that they are literally unreachable. This is the 3rd time that such a thing has happened. If these people cannot provide the service, let this not be advertised; zomato & swiggy appears to be far better off than these people.
It is not always about refund; the trauma and the nuisance that is caused is much more than lack of delivery of food.
