Today i visited kfc kamla nagar in evening time. Even i said them to give fresh pieces in bucket of rs 599/ but they gave overfried n freshed piece before i got the ordered slip. The manager assured me that he kept fresh ones but we are it was so bad. This is not the first time. They did many times. Phone never works there trying so many times. Pls take this matter seriously n refund my payment n take the unfreshed pieces.

    I ordered chicken from kfc app (Here is my order no [protected]) and they send me rotten chicken after eating this chicken i feel like my stomach is upset they spoiled my whole day now i am regretting why i ordered. Today i learned my lesson and i will never eat kfc chicken in my life nor will i let my friends eat. ### you kfc india

      I ordered crispy chicken from vasant kunj square mall and you guys provided stale, hard and rotten chicken. Is this the way you serve to the customers? A state food? This problem had happened to me quite a number times. Are you guys trying to poison your customers by serving them these kind of food that produce foul smell? Next time, try serving fresh food so as your customers doesn’t feel guilty spending their money.

        On[protected], around 1pm, i placed an online order at the kfc website for rs.1239.00. Paid via online banking, sbi, just when the page was returning to the kfc website, i was notified that the order failed. But the money has been debited from my account.

        Request a refund at the earliest.
        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Received a prompt response from KFC India through email & sms, they have initiated the refund. Thank you!!

          I am a regular customer of kfc in jammu & new delhi, but today was my first visit to the kfc srinagar, what i saw was horrifying, the chicken used in srinagar's kfc was an local poultry chicken that we eat at our home, rather what i have been served by kfc till now in jammu & delhi is pure skinned venky's chicken the one that is really used in kfc. The one i ate today in srinagar was horrifying, the color inside was red & black inside without the crispy skin of chicken, the upper skin as in normal kfcs was nowhere to be found.

          I need you to start an enquiry as soon as possible, & act against all these fake chickens & take strong action against the accused involved in serving local poultry chickens to people, & if not i will file a case against kfc in high court j&k for selling fake chickens to people in the name of kfc, as i have every evidence against you.

            Hello kfc team
            Myself from Hyderabad like ur food very very much I am addicted to ur food since 10years I regularly visit kfc to njoy the food..this is the second tym I am facing the rice bowl is worth fully bowled and the rice is like cream pasting poster...and even fries are fully oil plzzz try solve this...himathnagar branch even if I complaint also service boys dnt care to raise a complaint worst service ever before..how u do the justice fr ur customer atleast in future

              They accepted my online order take away and deliver to my car, now i am waiting in my car since 45min nobody came and i called the store phone is switched off...

              If can’t delivery to car please don’t accept car delivery orders also because i wasted my time around one hour thanks

                      I placed an order today but it has not been accepted by the restaurant and the payment has been deducted from my account as I have chosen debit card option for payment.

                        I had ordered from kfc website through paytm wallet but as soon as payment was done the page refreshed to kfc homepage and the order wasn't placed but money got deducted rs 534.
                        Pls check it out and refund it amount to my wallet .

                              I placed order on 19 August 2020 of rs1083 through KFC app and I received the confirmation via email by the Bangalore-roy total mall.. But my order has not delivered and I didn't received any cancellation email though they didn't refunded my amount back through the orginal mode of payment. The order number is 20445854

                                There is no one checking the temperature at the entrance. There is no one cleaning the table.even after asking the staff to clean. Too much o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Unexpected from a KFC brand restaurant

                                  I have been trying to order kfc from the official kfc app. When i went to the payment page i selected card option and then i fill out all my card details along with the otp that I received but instead of refreshing the page went back toh his home page and the order didnot show as confirmed but it showed order again. And a message poped in my phone saying amount of Rs: 648 has been dedeucted. My money was deducted but no order was placed

                                    I placed an order at 11:45.. I called the kfc head office one hour later... They said store was closed.. When i insisted i already placed the order they gave me the store managers number.. I called them.. And asked.. Where is my order i have not recieved it yet... They said they will send it now.. They did not recieve the order... They actually did.. They were lying and they mistook it for takeaway... The delivery guy who came to deliver was not kfc guy though i ordered from the app... He was from swiggy... They thought my order was take away and had it packed it in advance at 12.40 like it was supposed to (See pic).. The packed food was delivered 40 minutes later at 1.20 due to the misunderstanding... They should have minimum courtesy to repack and prepare the order again and deliver it hot and fresh... I said on the phone "i forgive you just make sure the order is hot" - i said this because i suspected this in advance.. They just sent the order that was packed previously.. The order that was supposed to be sent 45 minutes earlier at most.. How do i know this was the previously packed order? The food was cold and tasted like feet.. The bucket was a little warm... And i did not get a single leg piece in an 8 piece bucket... The popcorn and zinger and hot wings... Lol.. Dont even get me started... Utter waste of my money... Will never order again... You just lost a very regular customer.

                                        Kfc order not delivered

                                        I placed my kfc order no. 7449 on 23rd of august at 8.30pm and paid via paytm from kfc app but status of my order never changed and it was not delivered and surprisingly order was disappeared from app after estimated delivery time. I tried to call kfc so many times but there number was not reachable and they didnt bother to cantact me. I didn't receive my order but now i want my money back and a sincere apology from kfc for there behaviour...
