My wife and myself visited kfc in alpha mall, ahmedabad on 16 march at 8.40 pm. We ordered a 6 piece bucket and fries and drink. We requested that 4 pieces be legs and any other 2 pieces. Were referred by the cashier to another person and he said he would do it but we would have to wait for at least 15 minutes as the chicken was still being fried.
We agreed and after 20 minutes saw other customers being served and went to ask about...

Ordered a chicken zinger from KFC Magneto mall raipur through zomato...recieved a burger which was raw from center...looking at the situation around the country now this is unacceptable from such a reputed food chain like KFC...it can take adverse effect on health of the people who consume it ...replacement or refund wont solve the problem here...need to take strict actions against it......

Orderred 1 chizza combo (Order id :[protected] with large popcorns at 11 pm from kfc app itself, payment of rs.578/- has been deducted but as per conversation with the supervisor sachin at helpline number, they denied for the refund as well as denied for providing the order as the kfc store are closed after 11 pm, then why did the order get confirmed
Kindly look it on priority basis now....

kfc order failure

Today on 10th march 2020 at 12:37pm we placed an online order with kfc of rs.1077 and the payment was accepted online. We immediately received order confirmation sms and assurance of 45 min delivery. But when we didn't receive the delivery for 1 and half hour we called customer service who were not willing to accept their fault. My family was waiting for their lunch through kfc but it failed to deliver and inform. We had hard time repeating...

cheating by kfc by placing order from their app.

As i was ordering on 29 feb 2020, i choose google pay upi for payment there transaction was successful but on the kfc app i have seen a msg for payment and no order id is generated but the amount is debit from my account. And finally, order not placed.

It is about 7 days i didn't get a refund for this. Kindly help.

complaining about amount debit but no confirm order

I had made an online order on the KFC app and paid via google pay. Money got debited from my bank account but the order did not get confirmed. Then I had to pay cash for the order. Order no. 17449435, amount: 844.00. Google pay UPI transaction id :[[protected]]. Date: 29 Feb 2020. Request to please refund the amount asap.

happay failed online transactions in kfc app - cash deducted but order not placed

I faced failed transactions (Due to error) over kfc app which was initiated on 14th feb 2020. Attached the payment error message.

The amount was deducted but order was not confirmed, i again ordered and again the payment was deducted and order was not confirmed.

Totally three times the amount was deducted from my hdfc happay food card.

Order total: inr 601.50 + 601.50 + 601.50 = 1804.50/-

Came to order a takeaway order and the staff had no clue what he was saying. Asked if 2 meals but, he said that he could give the drinks only in an open glass as they don’t have covers. What’s the point of ordering a meal when we can’t get drinks? Also, when we asked for a bottled drink, he said cannot give the same. Is this really the kfc i know since years???
This was at the dabolim, goa outlet.

food quantity and quality

I had ordered for a home delivery for mingles bucket (Which i was told has 4 boneless and 6 hotwings), but what i received was just 2 small boneless and 6 really really small hotwings.
I am really displeased and would ask someone to look into it and replace the food received or send a proper mingles bucket like i ordered.
I have never faced such a situation or any problem from kfc. But this was really not expected....

didn't get full salary

I didn't got my last month salary so i quit the job. I have talked to rgm many times but he didn't gave my last month salary this month.. I was a part timer and got only 2100rs. Last month. And i have done overtime also. I request you to please give me my pending salary...
I was expecting my salary to be more than 5, 500rs. But only got 2100rs... Please give me salary....

I sent the money but no order took place
Today is 29th and my last order was 26th
Therefore no order took place i need my money as soon as possible...

kfc order: amount deducted but order not placed

I have placed an order amounting to 331.50rs with kfc in chennai, payment was done through internet banking and the amount got deducted from my account successfully. I have received the message for deduction, which is attached as well. But order was not placed and i haven't received the money back.

Please return back the money as soon as possible....

I tried to place an order for KFC, the amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
After placing the order I got an option to pay from phonepe and went to the app and got a notification to pay the amount of my order. So I put the pin and paid. I got message about the deduction of the money but when i checked the order history, the order was not placed. I want the refund of the deduction....

I ordered from pune online order, I live in kharadi, amount was deducted but order was not confirmed, I again ordered and again the payment was deducted and order was not confirmed. Please look into this issue.

Whole transaction was done on 10Feb, I waited for 2 weeks for refund but there was no sign of any action that is why I am putting this complaint....
