I have ordered food through swiggy from KFC behala branch (order source SWIGGY[protected]) On 28/5/20 for an in house party of my Daughter. Unfortunately I found one item was missing, Large popcorn with medium fries which was most popular dish for our family. The pack was sealed and there was no question of tampering. I tried to contact both swiggy and kfc but not getting through. I did chat with swiggy and raised the issue. I am totally disappointed. I cant imagine such issues with KFC. I have a doubt on kfc staff at Behala branch.

    Today march 28 2020 at 2:38pm myself go to the kfc hub trivandrum pattom (kerala), while using the application kfc india but the cash payment was done through paytm portal. As usual my bank balance had deducted with 599 and i got a message from paytm.unless there is no other confirmation mail or messages aren't arrived from kfc.several times I were asked about my order but the reply was same there is no other confirmation arrived. Unfortunately i nearly wait around 1hr for picking my order but they never get the confirmation. I dont know what the hell was going on. Then i left the store without having my lunch. Im attaching the amount has deducted from my account below. I need the refund of 599 immediately or else i have to go for the consumerport for these kind of cheating. Feeling highly irritated. tried to call your few fake toll free numbers all are does not exist.here I'm attaching my reference number that produced from paytm also attaching an image for a cross verification.

      I tried to place order using kfc app for Classic Chicken Zinger Combo and 2 Pc Hot & Crispy Chicken on 25 may 2020 @ 03:44 pm for rs. 423.25/- (With Free Delivery Option) and proceed with online payment option using PAYTM, I paid amount using PAYTM, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any order or message or email for order placement.

      I tried calling everywhere to know the status of my order but all their customer no. has been disconnected. What kind of service are they giving where we cannot contact anyone when needed. I wasted my 1 hr trying to find out what happened to my order but cannot contact anyone.

        I tried to place order using kfc app for solo bucket (2 pc hot & crispy with 4 chicken strips) on 24 may 2020 @ 7:56 pm for rs. 331.50/- (After rs. 50/- app discount on my order) and proceed with online payment option using upi, i paid amount using upi, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any message or email for order placement.

          Hello i do regularly visit kfc and first time kfc sold me a old chicken. And really disappointed and i don't know why they did like this. I guess they had sold me a chicken which is kept in refrigerator during this lockdown period. Really scared and it makes me think that kfc is very bad in quality and service.
          I need a responsible person from the particular outlet to contact me personally and i want to know what went wrong and i want the resolution from kfc end.

              I had placed an order for kfc gift card through their website on 1st dec 2019. For an amount of rs1000. The website stated will receive them on my email id. But i did not receive any. I then contacted the customer support but they kept giving excuses. Then i contacted a customer executive from their store. He had asked about the screenshot and i had sent them over. Its been over 4 months now and still it remains unsettled. I have tried numerous times but in vain. Kindly help in getting it sorted.

                          I have placed online order today (Order id : #[protected] for ₹ 596.49 (Take away order) through mobile app. I can see order was successfully placed on app but when i visited shop to collect (Kfc rbd basaveshwar nagar) they informed order was not successful and told to check customer care.
                          Since i made one more offline order and made the payment in the shop itself to collect (Invoice no - ti[protected]) for rs - 715
                          Requesting to refund the online transaction deducted amount by reviewing the order id status and bank transaction details attached in email.

                          Please safe with fraudsters. don't disclose mobile number and bank details and residential address while posting the complains.

                              My wife and myself visited kfc in alpha mall, ahmedabad on 16 march at 8.40 pm. We ordered a 6 piece bucket and fries and drink. We requested that 4 pieces be legs and any other 2 pieces. Were referred by the cashier to another person and he said he would do it but we would have to wait for at least 15 minutes as the chicken was still being fried.
                              We agreed and after 20 minutes saw other customers being served and went to ask about our order.
                              The cashier referred us to darshak - we got his name after repeatedly asking for it. Darshak told us that we could only have 2 leg pieces and the rest other pieces. We told him we were waiting for 20 minutes and were already told that we would get 4 leg pieces. He said no and if you want to get the leg pieces you need to wait for about 20 minutes for the next fried lot to be ready. We complained that this was not right as we would have to wait for another 20 minutes. He told the cashier to refund us our money. I said i do not want the money and wanted the original order honoured. He walked off and the cashier prepared the refund and was giving to us but i refused.
                              It was then that ajay was called over and i explained to him the situation and he told the cashier to put back the money in the till and i was given another receipt. Ajay was very helpful and apologised and immediately served us our original order.
                              This proves that our order could have been fulfilled by darshak before the intervention of ajay. Darshak was also very rude in front of other customers which is a major sin for the reputation of kfc.
                              I attach the relevant receipt for you to follow up and take the necessary actions
                              Fyi i was visiting ahmedabad from the uk and this would not happen in uk. If it did i would not have been charged for my meal

                                  Ordered a chicken zinger from KFC Magneto mall raipur through zomato...recieved a burger which was raw from center...looking at the situation around the country now this is unacceptable from such a reputed food chain like KFC...it can take adverse effect on health of the people who consume it ...replacement or refund wont solve the problem here...need to take strict actions against it...

                                      Today on 10th march 2020 at 12:37pm we placed an online order with kfc of rs.1077 and the payment was accepted online. We immediately received order confirmation sms and assurance of 45 min delivery. But when we didn't receive the delivery for 1 and half hour we called customer service who were not willing to accept their fault. My family was waiting for their lunch through kfc but it failed to deliver and inform. We had hard time repeating our complaint to every representative coming over the phone. Finally even the manager didn't agree to raise a complaint and share an sr number. He only assured of refund i. 7 working days but no delivery of order due to their failure.
                                      After realising this order has failed i had to order food from some other food chain to feed my hungry kids.

                                      Need. Strict disciplinary action against this food chain

                                        I made a Online order as guest in KFC online website and paid rupees 553.99 through my food card on 16 Feb, Sunday 2020.
                                        It’s been almost a month and the money is still not refunded.
                                        Customer care suggested to send a mail to hcc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in
                                        And there is no response for the mails till now.

                                        I placed an order of amount ₹381 today (10.03.2020) via KFC online app. Payment was made via Google pay. Money got deducted but the order was not placed. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        Matter resolved. Next day (11.03.2020) the amount was refunded. Thank you.
