I have ordered on 24th of Jan for an amount of 591.5 rs, you can see from the screenshot provided that i had to make 2 transactions for the same as the first transaction received an error(UPI transaction) which can be seen in the screenshot as well, so i made the payment using debit card which was successful, i raised a concern with my bank regarding the same and they said you claimed both the transactions, how can you claim two bills for same order, kindly refund my amount asap
BTW i tried to send my concern through your feedback service but it times out every time and wouldn't let us send feedback again. when you know your UPI payments are failing, why is it still in place to receive payments.
