popcorn rice bowl

Today I have ordered popcorn rice bowl duo.
1. The rice was very dry it's very hard to engulf rice without water. I have also added instructions that please add some extra greavy because the box absorb half of the greavy as I have faced this problem in past but today the box didn't absorbed the greavy because the have added negligible greavy.
2. A lot^2 of chilly and clove was there in it it was too spicy to eat.

money not returned

On november 2nd 2019 i placed an order of rupees 549 via google pay. The money was deducted but no order was placed on the homescreen of kfc. I contacted the store manager and he said that it might have been due to bad network and said the money would be transferred to my account but i did not receive my money till now. It's been 5 november already. I want my money back...

payment deducted but order not placed

My name is shruti rathod with my email id as [protected]@gmail.com. On 2nd nov 2019 at around 6pm i placed an order for 5in1 zinger box from the kfc official app. I paid through paytm through my debit card for rs. 221.50. As soon as i entered my otp i was redirected back to my cart where it showed that my order wasn't placed at all. I checked order history but it was blank too. Please refund my money as soon as possible....

I have already paid the order by net banking on 03.10.19 & my balance has been deducted but when i had visited the restaurant (Add - 523, grand trunk rd, mahesh, nehru nagar colony, mahesh bose para, serampore, west bengal 712202), then they told that it was showing pay cash mode that's why i am unable to get my order.

refund not credited back

On sep7, 2019, i ordered through kfc app and by mistake double clicked payment button. They charged me twice in the amount of inr 632.5. I had them cancel order#6135 and continued with order# 6133. They said amount will be credited within few days and now it had been almost 1.5 months without any progress. The store which i ordered delivery was mehdipatnam kfc in hyderabad on sep7, 2019.

Dear sir i went kfc ones in a week and the always charged excess amount yesterday i went kfc and buy some food my bill was 356.61 inr rs. And i pay the bill through my credit card and they charged 357. Inr rs. So i want to raise complaint against kfc if i am making a payment through my credit card why they charged extra amount.
Kindly take action against kfc because if they are doing it always they earn huge money from world wide...

But there behavior was very dissatisfied we ordered and waiting for order on that time we bring my atm card and we swipe it amount deduct from my account
But kfc people tell amount not credit in my account so we can't give u order
Problems with server so we can't do anything
And kfc boy said already someone face the same problem
Then y don't tell that to me br...

payment deducted but order not placed

Yesterday on 20th october, i placed an order amounting rs 362 through the kfc app from kfc hiranandani, powai, mumbai. I paid for the order through gpay, but the order was not placed even after the payment got deducted. I have not received the money back yet.
I have attached the gpay receipt for reference. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Rude and worst behavior of your billing employee on the counter. Beside another employee was shouting token number. Then i said why are shouting don't call loudly. paid amount via phonepe application

The employee of kfc at korum mall thane raised payment request in phonepe which got delayed & after some time he raised another payment request. I received both request at same time. By mistakly i paid for first request instead of second & order is not successful though payment is successful. Amount is only 199 it's not a matter but no one responding on this issue.

still I didn't get the refund

I ordered kfc online and paid rs 752 online through google pay on 10th september and later my order got cancelled and they said that money will be refund within 24 hours and i didn’t get my money in return.. I have remind several times and still no response... And didn’t get refund.
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
That was too much of negligence....

misbehaviour from the staff and manager with cancellation of order

Last day i went to this kfc outlet at oberon mall, kochi. I ordered for a big8 and they asked me to wait for 30 minutes. I waited for about 40 minutes and still i didn't get called. duplicate charge

I visited kfc trillium mall at amritsar on 10.10.2019 at around 6:30pm to 7:30 pm. I placed an order of rs.519 and offered my bank of india debit card. The card was swiped and i entered my pin but txn didn't go through coz of faulty pos machine. Then i was asked to pay cash. I paid cash and enjoyed my meal. To my surprise i received sms of debit of rs. 519 in my account. Please refund my money....

stale & rotten burgers & chicken delivered on 25.09.2019 at 11.00pm

We ordered for 4 classic zinger & 2 12 strips with 4 dips on 25.09.2019. We received the order at 11.00 pm, so we had no option to complain as the kfc helpline closes at 11 pm. All the chicken zinger burgers had a foul smell & were stale. The chicken were already rotten by the time it was delivered. Also there were only 2 variant of dips instead of 4 variant. Moreover there is no option given to the customers for making a complain for this...

I ordered kfc online today the 15th of sep’ 19 and while the transaction has been done, an amount of rs. 604, my order was not placed and i was redirected to my cart.
