On 6 june2020 i booked an order from kfc's app. Payment was made but order was not placed.
My refund also did not come....

The transaction of inr 529 was done via phonepe switch for the kfc app where the transaction failed in kfc but the same is reflected as successful in phonepe. Kfc is supposed to mark this transaction as failed. The transaction happened on 16-mar-2020 but the support team is still not able to process the refund even after more than 80 days of the occurrence of this issue. Hi kfc india team,

I have placed online order today (Order id : #[protected] for ₹ 596.49 (Take away order) through mobile app. I can see order was successfully placed on app but when i visited shop to collect (Kfc rbd basaveshwar nagar) they informed order was not successful and told to check customer care.
Since i made one more offline order and made the payment in the shop itself to collect (Invoice no - ti[protected])...

I placed an order via kfc app and it got cancelled within few minutes. I received an email stating that refund is initiated (March 18). Its been more than 10 working days and still i didnt receive the refund amount (Rs 732.99)

Tried reaching out to customer care/email and no proper response.
