I placed an order with kfc on jan 1 2020 at 8.50 pm ist. Post 30 to 40 minutes, the store at selaiyur called me and said that the order will take time, then suddenly after 11 pm i received call from the store saying they will not be able to deliver it for the day. I asked them to cancel the order. They told they will do it. Even after six months of follow-up, i am yet to get the refund for my order, neither do i get email response when i ask for the refund. Not sure what is stopping the from refunding the amount.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
