I have been trying to order kfc from the official kfc app. When i went to the payment page i selected card option and then i fill out all my card details along with the otp that I received but instead of refreshing the page went back toh his home page and the order didnot show as confirmed but it showed order again. And a message poped in my phone saying amount of Rs: 648 has been dedeucted. My money was deducted but no order was placed
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Thank You Consumer Complaints for helping . I successfully got my refund from KFC India.

    I placed an order at 11:45.. I called the kfc head office one hour later... They said store was closed.. When i insisted i already placed the order they gave me the store managers number.. I called them.. And asked.. Where is my order i have not recieved it yet... They said they will send it now.. They did not recieve the order... They actually did.. They were lying and they mistook it for takeaway... The delivery guy who came to deliver was not kfc guy though i ordered from the app... He was from swiggy... They thought my order was take away and had it packed it in advance at 12.40 like it was supposed to (See pic).. The packed food was delivered 40 minutes later at 1.20 due to the misunderstanding... They should have minimum courtesy to repack and prepare the order again and deliver it hot and fresh... I said on the phone "i forgive you just make sure the order is hot" - i said this because i suspected this in advance.. They just sent the order that was packed previously.. The order that was supposed to be sent 45 minutes earlier at most.. How do i know this was the previously packed order? The food was cold and tasted like feet.. The bucket was a little warm... And i did not get a single leg piece in an 8 piece bucket... The popcorn and zinger and hot wings... Lol.. Dont even get me started... Utter waste of my money... Will never order again... You just lost a very regular customer.

        Kfc order not delivered

        I placed my kfc order no. 7449 on 23rd of august at 8.30pm and paid via paytm from kfc app but status of my order never changed and it was not delivered and surprisingly order was disappeared from app after estimated delivery time. I tried to call kfc so many times but there number was not reachable and they didnt bother to cantact me. I didn't receive my order but now i want my money back and a sincere apology from kfc for there behaviour...

        I made an order via kfc website and made payment thru debit card. Payment got deducted but order not placed, got a screen stating "uh-oh something went wrong" and there is no trace in website stating order placed. Then i ordered again and ended up with the same issue. Payment got deducted twice but order not placed.

        I attached both the debited msgs from my bank

        Need refund for both orders.

          Hi!
          I ordered food worth rs.510.01 through kfc's online app for - 1 bucket of 10 pieces + 1 medium popcorn and coupon of a free chicken zinger from kfc vadodara central at 6.52 p. M.

          The amount has been deducted from my sbi credit card account as per an sms received which i am attaching herewith. But kfc denies any such order received.

          Kindly help me get the refund.

          This is the 2nd time such an issue has happened.

            Address: unity one mall , sector 10, ohini, north delhi

            Kfc at unity one mall, rohini, sector 10, north delhi, served poor quality of chicken to me which caused me food poisoning. I am so sure because i only ate chicken in my breakfast and had lose motions. I also saw workers throwing a big polybag of stale meat in the dustbin.

                I had placed the order on 13th August, 2020 and I didn’t get the order because the KFC app server was down. Hence, I was informed that I shall get the refund within 4-5 days but I still haven’t received my refund

                  Through kfc app, i made an order on aug13 the payment was debited from my account but the order processing failed. I visited the store and reported them but they told refund will be credited to the account but till today refund is not done.
                  Tried to call the store and many customer care numbers but no response.

                        Kfc has not refunded my payment of missing transaction after repeated query and showing payment details. One direct while the other via paytm. The paytm got successful ordered while the former direct transaction got missing order no. No refund post 10days and still counting.

                          I have placed an order with kfc app and paid the amount from my paytm wallet. Amount have been successfully deducted from paytm wallet but order was not placed with kfc. I got this message from kfc soon after amount have been deducted.

                          We are trying to push your order. In case your order is not placed, order amount will be refunded within 4-5 business days

                          It's been 5 days and the amount still not credited.
                          Am attaching the screenshot from kfc app and paytm with this message.

                            I ordered from kfc web with order details below. Payment successful done through paytm and order confirmation also received over mail. But even after 1.5 hrs and 3 times following up, i never recieved my order. Finally i had to cancel that order and now i am just wondering if refund will be provided on time or not.

                                      I am from tirunelveli location (Tamilnadu). I have placed order on yesterday (Aug 13, 2020) at 12.35 pm worth rs.281.50. Money also got deducted from my payatm account. But i didnt receive this order. I have ordered through kfc app. Please refund my money soon. Hate this kfc online delivery. Cheating people by taking this money without delivery
