    I ordered fron kfc's mobile app using net banking at 5:08 pm on 15th june 2019. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was never recieved. I tried reaching out to them using the feedback page but it was no use. I have attached the screenshot of the amount being deducted.

      I have order bucket chicken on kfc chennai through on online on 29 may 2020. After my order they call me from chennai selaiyur branch they told we can’t deliver your. Then they told me their cancelling my order and the amount willlbe refund to your account. Still now i didn’t get the refund amount. My order no is 8439

        Hi,

        I placed an online order through the kfc website and payed successfully via paytm (Order id:[protected]. However, i have not received my order. All the numbers listed for delivery are not reachable or unanswered (I called[protected] and[protected].

        My location is gurgaon/gurugram.

        It's absurd that such a large company is providing such a bad service. At least answer the phone.

        Now i need an email confirmation of payment from you so that i can get a transaction reversal fro paytm.

        Please provide a working contact number or email here, so i can talk to you.

            I placed an order with kfc on jan 1 2020 at 8.50 pm ist. Post 30 to 40 minutes, the store at selaiyur called me and said that the order will take time, then suddenly after 11 pm i received call from the store saying they will not be able to deliver it for the day. I asked them to cancel the order. They told they will do it. Even after six months of follow-up, i am yet to get the refund for my order, neither do i get email response when i ask for the refund. Not sure what is stopping the from refunding the amount.

              I have placed a order through upi but i experienced really frustrated moment were in my account required amount is debited but order was not confirmed, i used bhim app. On calling kfc 33994444 they said they will be refunding within 24hrs or else to contact them again. I want assurance for my money. Please check this problem and solve. I have uploaded the picture of the transaction approval. I do not want to get into trouble again and i want my money back.

                मेरा रिफंड भी नही आया ।

                  The transaction of inr 529 was done via phonepe switch for the kfc app where the transaction failed in kfc but the same is reflected as successful in phonepe. Kfc is supposed to mark this transaction as failed. The transaction happened on 16-mar-2020 but the support team is still not able to process the refund even after more than 80 days of the occurrence of this issue. The response what i get everytime when i follow up on email is that the team is looking into it. I never received a follow up call from the kfc team for an update or to further enquire about the issue. I have all the required documentation on the issue but i really dont understand is why the support team is not helping on this regard. Support emails : [protected]@yum.com

                    balance debit but order is not completed

                    I ordered from kfc's app on 06 june 2020. When i went to the payment page to book the item of my choice, i took the option o[censored]pi payment in it. Payment has been made from my bank but nothing is showing on kfc app. No message came from kfc. What to do now. Was hungry so thought to take something from kfc but my first experience turned out to be very useless. Now the money will not come. But never forget to go to the kfc app. Never let me...

                    I placed an order through KFC app on 3rd june 2020.an amount of 1180/- is deducted from my account but order is not placed.i enquired about it through nearest KFC store[ KFC restaurant, Kollam, Kerala].they said they didnt know anything about it.so i contacted kfc with a number 33994444 [got it from app].they saying that they are not connected to these stores.i waited nearly of about 2 hours in front of KFC store and gone back to home with empty handed and highly irritated.
                    i called that number with trivandrum code also.they are also saying that they dont have any information.is my money vanishes in this lockdown?

                      I have ordered food through swiggy from KFC behala branch (order source SWIGGY[protected]) On 28/5/20 for an in house party of my Daughter. Unfortunately I found one item was missing, Large popcorn with medium fries which was most popular dish for our family. The pack was sealed and there was no question of tampering. I tried to contact both swiggy and kfc but not getting through. I did chat with swiggy and raised the issue. I am totally disappointed. I cant imagine such issues with KFC. I have a doubt on kfc staff at Behala branch.

                        Today march 28 2020 at 2:38pm myself go to the kfc hub trivandrum pattom (kerala), while using the application kfc india but the cash payment was done through paytm portal. As usual my bank balance had deducted with 599 and i got a message from paytm.unless there is no other confirmation mail or messages aren't arrived from kfc.several times I were asked about my order but the reply was same there is no other confirmation arrived. Unfortunately i nearly wait around 1hr for picking my order but they never get the confirmation. I dont know what the hell was going on. Then i left the store without having my lunch. Im attaching the amount has deducted from my account below. I need the refund of 599 immediately or else i have to go for the consumerport for these kind of cheating. Feeling highly irritated. tried to call your few fake toll free numbers all are does not exist.here I'm attaching my reference number that produced from paytm also attaching an image for a cross verification.

                          I tried to place order using kfc app for Classic Chicken Zinger Combo and 2 Pc Hot & Crispy Chicken on 25 may 2020 @ 03:44 pm for rs. 423.25/- (With Free Delivery Option) and proceed with online payment option using PAYTM, I paid amount using PAYTM, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any order or message or email for order placement.

What kind of service are they giving where we cannot contact anyone when needed. I wasted my 1 hr trying to find out what happened to my order but cannot contact anyone.

                            I tried to place order using kfc app for solo bucket (2 pc hot & crispy with 4 chicken strips) on 24 may 2020 @ 7:56 pm for rs. 331.50/- (After rs. 50/- app discount on my order) and proceed with online payment option using upi, i paid amount using upi, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any message or email for order placement.

                              Hello i do regularly visit kfc and first time kfc sold me a old chicken. And really disappointed and i don't know why they did like this. I guess they had sold me a chicken which is kept in refrigerator during this lockdown period. Really scared and it makes me think that kfc is very bad in quality and service.
                              I need a responsible person from the particular outlet to contact me personally and i want to know what went wrong and i want the resolution from kfc end.

                                  I had placed an order for kfc gift card through their website on 1st dec 2019. For an amount of rs1000. The website stated will receive them on my email id. But i did not receive any. I then contacted the customer support but they kept giving excuses. Then i contacted a customer executive from their store. He had asked about the screenshot and i had sent them over. Its been over 4 months now and still it remains unsettled. I have tried numerous times but in vain. Kindly help in getting it sorted.
