This has come to my surprise that a big food chain who is famous for its food has a service and quality of food that is really bad. Earlier i was very happy with the food and service as well but recently i have noticed not just in one store but in two stores the quality is being compromised. The one in ahmedabad one mall - there they take a lot of time to complete your order even if there is less crowd and even after spending that much time they served the burger as if they slamed it. It was not properly arranged everything was falling out. I understand in burger things tend to fall out but still that burger looked like as if they literally just slammed it and gave it. Service is very bad even the chicken wasnt tender and lettuce was not fresh i could see brown portion on lettuce. Similarly in the store in parahladnagar the chicken patty was stinking. I took a bite and the taste itself said that it was rotten. If i am paying 300 400 bucks is that the quality i should get? Please look into this. We have been loving the food and are regular to kfc but if incidents like this keeps happening then we won't be visiting.

    We had been to kfc outlet situated at new delhi airport near terminal t3 food court. (Near pillar no. 17) on 24th may 2018 to buy some food items.
    The rates displayed there do not mention whether the cost includes gst or not.
    When i asked why it is not clear, the sales girl or the manager of the outlet was also not aware about the same.
    I have written complaint about the same on 24th may 2018 at 2.30 pm.
    The manager mr. Karan told me that i will get feedback/call from kfc office within 24 hrs. But till date, i have not received any call of feedback from your office.
    Pl. Look into the matter and try to give feedback on time as promised.

      Order Ref ID: 6183631 Order Date[protected] Order Value: 1433.60.

      We placed an online order, through their website on 12-May-2018. For the Delivery address H-25, Noida Sec -63, Up. India.

      Online services routed order to Noida - 18 Outlet, which they later called to say that delivery address was out of their reach.

      We had asked them to cancel our order, which they agreeded and said refund will be made.

      We are still waiting for the refund.

        I ordered a super sixes bucket and paid via paytm. I waited for two hours but didn't received my order or heard anything from there. I, then, started calling at their customer service number but most of the numbers are not reachable and out of service. I attached the details on their feedback page but i am sure i won't get any revert from them. Such a big name yet such pathetic service.

          I have visited the restorent situated in dlf mall of india, noida india. The quality of food is worst even a street food vendor servs the better one. I am submitting this complaint coz i am a regular customer of kfc and i never want that due to this kind of thing i cant use your services. I have attached the food pictures here. So please refer those and take the required action.

            I love eating kfc chicken but this kfc outlet so dirty messy and so much stinking that you feel like puking in elante mall chandigarh.

            First i thought it was one day but today also same stinking smell. Some thing really wrong which some higher official should inspect or close this outlet. You have to check food quality as customers might get sick after eating kfc food from this place. I am going to complain to food inspector and other departments for checking as it for people health issue.

            Yesterday I had kfc chicken in quest mall kolkata and I am dam sure the quality of oil used was very bad at it stick to mouth as if it's dalda or palm oil and was smelling as if rotten please look into this matter and stop playing with health of your customer.

              Yesterday i eating kfc (Kottivakkam branch) chicken but the food quality and tast is very bad and cooking not properly i really disappointed with that. I facing this kind of issues again and again already i raised complaint at the time branch manager was called to me and hear my issue then resolve it but this time no response from your team

              Branch don't have a proper workplace area there is air conditioner but not working. I sit on my table and sweat and eat. And i ask the branch staff he said "go and sit some other place". I am also tried mc donolds they were very good compair with kfc.

              Hence forth i am not using kfc restrarent i will move to another brands.

                Dear Executive,

                Today I have visited KFC store at Scindia House, Connought Place, New Delhi, with my two collegues.

                I want to mention herein that I was completely disappointed with service at the counter. Today being Wednesday, I requested them to tell the offers. However, counter attendants were unaware of the same. Secondly, when I asked them to tell the wallet payment offers, then they said that there is no such offer, but at the counter board was displayed wherein the offers via payment through Paytm and PhonePe were clearly stated. Further, when I tried payment through PhonePe, it was failed everytime I tried. It wasted around half an hour and finally I have to make payment through Credit Card.

                Moreover, the quality today was not good with the food being served was not fresh and hot.

                The Invoice no of the above said order is TI[protected] dated 23.05.2018 for an amount of Rs. 570/-.

                In view of the above situation, I request you to kindly update and improve the service at the counter of the said location and kindly refund me the entire order amount of Rs. 570/-.

                  On 20.5.18 i had been to your outlet at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar and ordered for a take away parcel. the bill raised was totalling to Rs.1074.00 for which i paid Rs.1100.00 and got back Rs. 26.00 as cited in the bill cum money receipt. on verification, it was noticed that the sum of individual costing was much less than the total amount claimed in the bill. i requested the persons at the counter but they did not relent. a photo copy of the bill is enclosed herewith.

                  it is not out of place to mention that i am a regular costumer of KFC since 1997 when you had a outlet in New Delhi Defence Colony. Since then i used to get KFC parcels flown from different cities for my family through friends at slightest opportunity.
                  wish, you will hear the long standing costumer...regards.

                    I have booked an order (Reference no.[protected], chq. No. 119) and paid the amount of rs. 997.98/- via paytm on 25.04.18. The order have some not been served and after talking to store manager the order got cancelled on the same day. They have assured that the amount will be refunded at the earliest but till now even after 26 days, i have not got any refund from kfc. After cancellation of order i have tried to connect to store manager (Amit - [protected]) serveral times but un-answered.

                    Please help me out to get the refund.

                      I ordered some food from kfc, hsr layout. The food delivery was quick (I guess because it was cod) but the guy didn't take any money from me. Then i called the customer care which i was unable to reach for 3-4 times then some one received the call and i explained him everything but the call got disconnected. Then i called the delivery guy (His number was in the sms) and called him to take the money.

                      Now i opened the pack and the pepsi can is missing from there. Again i called the customer care and the guy on the other side told me that he'll inform the store and i should get a call from them in 2 minutes. I've already repeated the process 2 times in last 1/2 n hr and never received any call from the store neither did i receive my can of pepsi.

                        I order food from kfc to which i paid via paytm, i didn't get my order. I spoke to paytm, bill desk and tried several ways but neither i got my order nor any refund, this is so disappointing that i'm struggling from 2 weeks to get my amount. I was a loyal customer to kfc but i guess i won't ever go to kfc again. Such a harsh experience. I expect to get my problem solved soon

                        Poor front desk management at KFC @PM mall jamshedpur, dealyed 45 minuets totally for a smoky grilled chicken, they were told early to give it in 15 minutes at time billing, now its saying to wait for 30 minutes extra, pls make your customers smile

                          My friend and i visited a kfc restaurant near abids, hyderabad. We ordered the kfc chicken ate it and returned. Since then my friend is suffering from allergy. Her face isn't been recognised. She had a very severe allergy. If the chicken is rotten or infected then how could you sell it and make your customers ill. Many of your customers are becoming a victim of it. I kindly request you to compensate her as i don't want this to be an issue in the court. Thankyou.

                            This is to bring to your notice that on 09-may-2018, some unidentified person has registered kfc and given the order using my email id i. E. [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile no. [protected].
                            The order reference #: 6141547 dated 09-may-2018.

                            Request your immediate action with regards to the same.
                            I have not registered on kfc site so kindly un-register my account from kfc with username: [protected]@yahoo.com.

                            There could be a possibility of hacking my email account and misusing the same.

                            Yesterday i ordered for 5 in 1 zinger Box.The delivery box gave me a parcel in which Pepsi was missing and parcel was in bad condition.Burger was cold and the chicken strips masala was squeezed out.Please, this is not the way to treat online order.

                            It's not a complain it is a formal request to provide KFC delivery service in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 area as other big giants like McD, BK, Dominos etc.. delivers to this area except KFC which is my favorite for chicken stuff.

                              We are very unhappy as to delivery being stopped cause of distance being more than 4kms.
                              Earlier it was ensured that the delivery was done irrespective of the distance.
                              It has happened many times, so date of the incident has not been recorded!!!

                              We are located in South Goa, Sernabatim-Colva.

                              It would be quite helpful if another outlet would be put up closer to where we are located.

                                Look i am very disappointed by this behaviour. Dated 02/05/2016 19:46 from kfc online website i have order (Order reference #:6067172) super sixes item. But unfortunately kfc lajpat nagar-2, delhi outlet refuse to deliver.
                                Since then no communication received from kfc, not even a apologise. This is so agonising to feel like.
                                So request you get my refund amount which is 530.49.

                                In 10 pieces of hot and crispy bucket they are putting 5 wings. I ordered 2 buckets of 10 pieces each so i got 10 wings 5 in each box this is very disappointing kfc is making there customers fools its like ordering wings bucket kfc is looting the customers. Why do they have to put more wings? They should put all the pieces in equal quantity.

                                  Hi team, this is to bring to your notice the disappointing service experienced at a1 mall kfc joint ahmedabad. We appreciate that all employees were differently abled but that should not compromise your quality. It was on 4may evening after 10 pm when we ordered grilled chicken, chicken wrap, veg burger, fries, chicken strips and drinks for 4 o[censored]s. Cold drink was replaced by mango shake which was loaded with artificial colour and essence. Burger, strips and fries were fine but grilled chicken was oozing blood which was unacceptable and my father got really sick after eating, we should have returned the order but as it late and also it took quite a lot of time to make the staf[censored]nderstand the order at the first place so didn’t had the time and patience to communicate again. This is unacceptable and we demand to be compensated for this miserable service.

                                    We went to kfc outlet at vasant kunj mall in delhi, in ambience mall on 05 may 2018. We ordered for one smoky bowl rice, two chicken longer and one pop corn chicken.

                                      This complaint is on so called kfc (India). Which only sells chicken to customers not the good service!
                                      Im g c mouli from hyderabad telangana my complaint is,
                                      On the 28 th of march 2018 order time is 15:38, i ordered some food on kfc website and made payment through net banking,
                                      Total ordered food value is 380 rs! After that my order is not booked but money is debited from my account. Regarding this i contacted kfc customer care 5 times! Every time when i contacted kfc the response is "your message is received by our customer care team" but till now i dint get any proper response from kfc! I dont know what the kfc customer care is doing?? Why the kfc not providing a customer care number for consumer complaints?? They only providing that useless contact message option which is no use! I request consumer forum india to take a necessary action against the kfc india! So that people like me should not suffer in future!

                                      consumer complaints indiaa, , see there is no response from KFC INDIA !! its about 5 months the issue .
                                      why the government gave permission to the company like KFC to sell there goods ! its a 1 one fraud company which dont give service to customers money and also so a reply to there complaints !! please kindly take a necessary action regarding the issue . im not asking for my self there are lot of people who are cheated by KFC ! see there are 844 complaints out of 18 is resolved see how the company treating Indian customers.

                                        The kfc in ahmadabad cg road is incompetent. They take hours for simple orders. They mess up the orders all the time and cut corners with the food. The rice bowl is not even half filled. The hot and crispy chickens are always undercooked and even raw sometimes. They have forgotten to deliver the cold drinks many times. They don't even send the ketchups and spoons most of the time. Please take necessary actions. I have had not one but 5 or...
