I purchace kfc chicken.
The carry bag quality is not good thats why my food is lost on the road.this problem is not a first time this is a third time. But today i lost my chicken when im travelling with my friend on my bike the carry bag is waste of quality. I pay money for carry bag also. they are not supplying kfc ketchup also since last year they supply local kethups.

    Hello! Rajiv gupta this side from ambala (Haryana) india. On 31st august 2018, 17:45, friday, i was coming from ludhiana (Punjab) to ambala. There is kfc on the way near rajpura (Punjab) by name "sapphire foods india pvt. Ltd., miles mall, n. H.-1, rajpura. I went there & took a burger, french fries & a chocolate shake vide chk no. 1496. Taste is superb, dealing is very nice, presentation is very good. No issues.
    Only thing, which i noticed when i was taking (Drinking) shake with straw, it got jammed & the flow of shake got discontinued. I was shocked & surprised that the brand name like kfc, why didn't notice this problem till now. And i got understood whole of the story that what is the reason of shake discontinuation.
    Actually, it is design problem in straw. (Kfc existing design & our recommended design is attached herewith in"add photo" section. After changing the straw design, this problem will never occur again in future. This is poka-yoke for this problem. As the existing pipe is flat from both the sides rather it should be in some cut-way as shown & described in attached photo.

      We made order online through KFC app
      On 6 August at 8.09 pm for an amount of Rs.813. But as it was showing error and asked us to retry. And so we place order for second time for an amount of 942.99.
      We confirmed with the staff that the first order no. 2819 of amount Rs.813 is cancelled and also he assured of refund in fifteen days. But we haven’t received any refund till now. My mobile number is [protected]

        It is with deepest regret we write this down as we have a complaint against the kfc shillong (Marbahub). Today, as we finished paying the bill for our orders, we realized that the counter lady mistakenly added hot wings instead of smoky grilled to which we immediately reported. They made us wait for another 5 minutes, until we forcefully asked her to check our matter first.
        After the checking, the other lady who seemed to be the captain amongst the crew, suddenly, and very rudely accused us of carelessness (She wasn't the one taking our orders, in the first place), tu which we politely replied, "everybody makes mistakes, but the matter is to please remove the hot wings from the order and add smoky grilled in its place."
        She (The captain), in not a very good mood, said that the order cannot be altered and that if we want the smoky grilled, we must pay an extra ₹300 along with the hot wings. Now, we don't need the hot wings, why should we pay for something we don't want.
        We felt very insulted avd quite embarrassed infront of the other customers. So, we responded by asking her to cancel the entire order.
        To our surprised, she readily agreed and returned our money. Now, i'm wondering; why can't she alter one item from the order but she allowed us to cancel the entire order.
        So, i request you to please see into this matter avd try to resolve it at the earliest, so that other customers may not face the same problem, like we just encountered.
        Note :we have no grudges against any of the crews, we enjoyed kfc shillong. Everyone have been very superb, especially the captain (Lady) ;very active.

        I have brought 3 items can be found in bill attached and total price is 479/- but when deducted through card 606.90/- has been deducted. I want to know the additional charges for which extra 127.9/- deducted and want to get this amount returned.

          Dear sir,
          Due kfc app issue, my order got placed 3 times on 15th august. I called the kfc help line and described the issue. It was promised to me appropriate action will be taken to resolve the issue. I got called from kfc logix noida store manager after 4 days of repetitive complain to kfc call center.

          I had already shared the mail and order details to store manager and it was assured by him, action will be taken to resolve the issue. It is almost 13 days, nothing has been resolved. I have not received my money yet in my account.

            Hi team,
            This is about the kfs branch at phoenix marketcity, kurla. I had ordered 9 zinger burger meals. Since the stock was over, they gave me 2 zinger and remaining supreme chicken meals.
            When we opened, we saw 2 breads had fungus and were spoilt. We immediately showed it at the counter and he replaced it.
            We considered it a mistake and took it.
            Later again one of the burger breads had fungus to it.

            Is this the quality of food served at kfc?

            My nepher almost ate the half burger when we noticed it had fungus.
            Doesnt kfc care about this?

            I really need strict action to be taken against them.

              I ordered food on 20 aug 2018 online through official website at around at 8:00 pm from kfc at kharar road, sunny business center, mohali. Due to the store being offline the order never reached but the amount of rs 1090.21 was deducted from my andhra bank credit card. I have contacted your customer care toll free number but he refused to help me saying that your order is not showing and kindly contact the local manager. I have sent 2 mails regarding this at kfc. [protected]@sapphirefoods.in but there has been no reply since that day.

                I had been to kfc cunningham road bangalore india the manager out there drank water in cup and left the cup in the shelf the same cup was been served to me plus i was eating at the same time they were removing garbage box right in front of me.
                Ye behaviour of your outlet is pathetic and i need a quick intervention on the same if not i have to go to the next level.

                  I have visited kfc srinagar airport during my flight, i buy chicken with pepsi, but the pepsi was like water with sugar and the chicken without taste, hard suppose to few days old, pathetic, i told them but they didn't listen at all. The kfc services at srinagar is pathetic and manager too...

                    I placed an online order 28/07/18 via https://online.kfc.co.in. (Kfc registered customer mobile no. : [protected]) and the order reached hypercity mall, bangalore. After placing the order and making payment of rs 794.57 through my sbi credit card. I found that the order was not generated (Due to site/network error) but my amount was deducted from the bank. Hence i did not receive any food. I placed a fresh order thereafter.
                    It was mentioned that for the failed order the amount would be credited within 12 days. When i inquired with the bank they are asking for the proof that the order was a cancelled one. I spoke one of kfc customer care executive yesterday and he provided me with the reference id of the cancelled order as [protected]. He (Rajesh : [protected]) told me to write this email to finance team so that he will followup this matter today with refund.
                    Two days has passed no reply from your end. Now he is not responding to call.

                      I have been charged for the order that did not even got placed. No good response from the team; assurance of 100% refund by manish but he is not even replying.

                      Have seen one more complaint of same matter; this is what you guyz are upto. Please make money by fair means. On the top employees are seems to be involved. Such a bad customer service.

                        I have placed order trough online on 30th June 2018. vide order number 4795 amounting to Rs. 675.90 around 4.12 PM.

                        At around 4.18 PM I received message that your order is dispatched. But later at around 5 PM I got call from store that order is not dispatched and will take another 35-40 minutes as they don't have fresh pieces of my order. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I cancelled my order and was informed that it will take 7 to 21 days for refund. I said ok and initiate the process.

                        I have called customer care several times, but I could not get the positive response and they direct me everytime to the store. And the store management is so worst that, they did even bother to react on this. Its been 2 months now, I have not received the refund of my amount.

                          Hello everyone i wanted to tell you my very worst experience with kfc faridabad eldeco mall... They had deduct other bill from my card and says sorry but after that they give my void slip as well but can't get my money back yet approx 15 days gone. Very bad service never ever go there.. Also there is senior person call me nd said they will return my refund but now its complete approx 1week complete now i call ed him so number was switch off or no exist. After we called kfc eldeco mall but didn't reply properly.

                            As usual i had gone to have kfc at city centre siliguri kfc on 12th august 2018 at 7.17 pm, where i had left my belongings inside the kfc. But as i went to ask for the my left item, the manager of kfc said due the footage of cctv is blur but as they called me to see inside the office an other manager/operator of cctv said due to bad whethern footage of that time ia not available. I feel it is the negligence of the managers and trying to tell the lie tk cover the theft staff of kfc. For the same time the cctv footage of mall is available. What hell the staff of this kfc doing?

                              I placed the above online order through https://online.kfc.co.in and the order reached durgapur junction mall, 158km away from my home (4/2, russa road s 3rd lane, kol-33). I called the counter (Ph[protected] and have a word with store staff. He assured that he will cancel the order and automatically the online paid amount (Rs.483.99) will get refunded back to my credit card account.
                              I am yet to get the cancellation confirmation.
                              Please do the needful and reply me at the earliest.

                                Hi, i have placed an order on august 1, 2018 at 12:32 pm with the money amounting to rs.399. However i was contacted by your employee informing me that my order delivery from parkstreet, kolkata, would be delayed by 2 hours. So i cancelled my order and asked for a refund. And i was assured that i would be receiving the refund within the next 72 hours and i haven't received the money yet. Can you please look into the matter and resolve it?

                                I have visited your Kolkata Park Street shop on 24/6/2018 I was surprised after seeing credit card and gift card accoun. Against my payment amount of Rs.1, 086.16 my gift card and credit card debited thrice. Please take necessary steps to reverse immediately.

                                  I am at delhi airport kfc, firstly the food is filthy to the kfc standards my order no. Is k[protected], the bread of the burger was so hard to chew it's defiantly didn't tasted as a zinger burger, and the next thing i have to figure out is should i eat my food or i should guard the flies, i am attaching the photos of food and flies it was definitely not eatable waste of money we haven't finished the food and we left we tried to contact the manager but he wasn't available.

                                  The Feedback page of KFC does not work as it ask to choose store and due to some technical issue on their part one can choose store using scroll bar. thus no feed back can be submitted on this site. i dont know if it is delibere just to escape the complains from sufferers.

One has to wait for 2 hours for delivery and no feed back can be made against store.

                                    I have visited kfc store too many time but from my last two visit i have noted they are charging extra money like 1rs and 2rs from every customer. They also charged it me too. When i asked to desk manager he said this is donation and itbis going to ngo. When i told him why are you not asking to customer for this donation deduction he have not any answer.
                                    They people are totally cheating to customers. Now i will go to consumer court against kfc.
                                    I visited the store located in mohali city 3b2 phase. I am also attaching the bill which i got from kfc and u can see they cahrged money 1 rs and 2rs in the name of donation
                                    I am also providing atore manager name

                                    I called him so many time but he didint resoonded for a single time.

                                      Actually on 15th july, 2018 i made a order and make online payment form my debit card of rs554.15 but your vasant kunj outlet had cancelled the order and told me that the amount will refund to your account within 3-4 day but today is 19th day and i didn't get any refund from your side.

                                      Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible without any delay other wise i have to take an action against you and your brand.

                                        On the 30th july 2018 i forgot to take my apple airpods along it was around 10:50pm and i guess i was the last one to leave m talking about kfc kamla nagar next morning i went to the store there was no proper guidance no one was helping me out i havent been informed anything about the same m one of the regular customer of kfc but this incidence has really given me a back.

                                        Long back, I placed an online order(Home delivery) with KFC. They denied the order delivery due to some reason. I used netbanking for payment. KFC cancelled the order but not refunded money. Its about some days I am doing follow ups with them but no action has been taken. I want my money back.
