It is with deepest regret we write this down as we have a complaint against the kfc shillong (Marbahub). Today, as we finished paying the bill for our orders, we realized that the counter lady mistakenly added hot wings instead of smoky grilled to which we immediately reported. They made us wait for another 5 minutes, until we forcefully asked her to check our matter first.
After the checking, the other lady who seemed to be the captain amongst the crew, suddenly, and very rudely accused us of carelessness (She wasn't the one taking our orders, in the first place), tu which we politely replied, "everybody makes mistakes, but the matter is to please remove the hot wings from the order and add smoky grilled in its place."
She (The captain), in not a very good mood, said that the order cannot be altered and that if we want the smoky grilled, we must pay an extra ₹300 along with the hot wings. Now, we don't need the hot wings, why should we pay for something we don't want.
We felt very insulted avd quite embarrassed infront of the other customers. So, we responded by asking her to cancel the entire order.
To our surprised, she readily agreed and returned our money. Now, i'm wondering; why can't she alter one item from the order but she allowed us to cancel the entire order.
So, i request you to please see into this matter avd try to resolve it at the earliest, so that other customers may not face the same problem, like we just encountered.
Note :we have no grudges against any of the crews, we enjoyed kfc shillong. Everyone have been very superb, especially the captain (Lady) ;very active.
