I brought on refigrator on 25th Oct 2016 and I have asked that I will get a call within one month to get a assured gift. Almost 2 months passed and I didn't received any gifts, when I called the shop they told me that I will get the gift but I need to pay the VAT to release it. This is not at all acceptable. The salesman name and contact is mentioned bottom left in the bill. Please refer the attached bill.

    I was purchasing the two iteam, one is your kent grand plus and usha miture, 9n dated 28 of oct, 2016. But now till i am not received any item. And i am also telling your khosla electronics kakurgachhi. They was told me, today we are delivering. Tomorrow we are delivering l, and also they want 2 days of time for delivery but his comment is fail. And no any valuea their own word. Last i am going there and talk for delivery then they are told me sir, tomorrow surly we are delivering ur iteam on date 3rd of nov. Now. Plz check out ur branches, for their work pressantassion. This is not good. That was happening with me and till i am suffering this problems it is very bad. And plz delivery my purchase iteam to me shortly.in future i dont going in ur branch for purchasing a electronic iteam.

      Being an airlines & hotel professional i must name - khosla paanipuri electronics should be the right name as the standard of service says so. Just like third class street hawker/seller. Khosla is a worst dealer i have ever experienced. Esp.in customer dealings. Once you are out of the shop after the purchase means you will be treated badly. No body will remember you much. I bought an lg 495 ltr. Refrigerator from khosla batanagar. I was treated so badly in delivery moments. No internal departmental communication, no courtesy, very unprofessional, don't care attitude, no courtesy call (Till date). I have sent many e-mails & tried calling on many ph. Nos. Provided in the bill but no body is there to pick up or reply my mail till date.. All other shops like great eastern etc. They are not so good in customer dealings. But khosla is the no. 1 in the race. During this diwali khosla has mentioned about many types of gifts in the news paper but hardly i got a true answer of the same from anyone of the shop. Worthless shop. I will think 1000000 times b4 going to khosla again.

        We purchased a lg panel led on 23 oct 2016. Well we purchased it for a good deal at inr 21, 500.in the paper we saw, advertisements & its still continuing, with led you are getting some electronic product as gift. During the purchase, the salesperson, mriganka saha informed us that we will be getting a gift but we need to visit the shop after 2 days of installation. So after the installation, i called him up to confirm whether i should visit the store for the gift. He asked to come with a photocopy of the bill. On saturday, 29 oct, i visited the store with the photocopy of the bill, mriganka saha got me a coffee mug and said that was the gift. I was shocked. So i said i would not accept it as a gift coz in newspaper and through other media they are advertising something and with which electronic item do you gift a coffee mug!! He said i cant demand a gift. I informed hime, that i didnot purchase the product for the gift. But i was promised the gift as per khosla's advertisements. He said company is not providing us with gifts. I agreed saying, he should have informed me that very day of purchase & shouldn't have wasted my time by doing a drama of asking me to get photocopy of bill et al for a coffee mug. This was entirely ridiculous. I asked him for store manager. He said, sourav chakraborty, store manager is not present at the store. I left a written complaint on the backside of the bill and asked him to handover to store manager. Well, i am not sure if it was handed over to the store manager;because as a gesture i haven't even received a call from him.

        I am sending a copy to lg, to show them the kind of treatment customers receive at their shelf. Am very anxious, if my product is at any fault, & itake it to khosla, the after-sales service i would receive. Well, this is not about a gift, its about false promises these shops make for marketing and then don't keep upto it. Highly disappointing and misleading.

        Attaching a copy of the bill & written complaint handed over to mriganka saha. Rest, am sure is recored in cctv footage.

          This is for the first time i went to khosla electronics at garia, opposite to dina bandhu college, i prefer great eastern but this time i tried khosla electronics and selected a microwave oven of samsung on 23/10/2016 only on the condition that it shall be delivered with in two days. I have to leave for diwali to my home town, so delivery criteria was the utmost important thing for me. But the sales executive pratim had misguided me and each and every day he falsified me by telling that it would be delivered today itself. Now he is not picking up his mobile and telling me that you are going no where because your payment is with us. So, you have to bear with us as to whatever we like to do with you. People reading my complaint please don't make dumb of yourself and buy anything from khosla electronics.

            Really worst experience ever seen after procuring a washing machine from khosla electronice (Howrah ac market). I have purchased a washing machine in feb 2016 and by mistake the invoice got misplaced, we are chasing the people of khosla electronics from last one month for issuance of a duplicate bill as the washing machine is under warranty and needed to be repaired

              I had purchased a haier deep frige [model & product no. Given] on 17/08/2016 against cash purchase. When i brought the product home, i found that only the super frige was working and the thermister was out of order. After two days, two technicians from the company came and certified that this was a manufacturing defect and wanted to change the thermister, which i refused to let them carry out, on the plea that the product was new and i was not willing to take a defective product. They advised that i should contact the dealer [khosla madhyamgram] and ask for a replacement, which i did. Since, i had paid cash, i asked both the shop sales-girl [dipika nandi] as-well-as the technicians, whether i could use the super frige. They both agreed. The replacement was done on 26/08/2016 [although the date on the replacement challan; invoice no. 1124/1617/05971] was 23/08/2016. After delivery, [at around 7.00 p. M.], the said sales-girl [dipika nandi] called me at around 8.20 p. M. And in an extremely rude and dirty language, demanded why i had used the product when i had asked for a replacement? She would just not listen and made dirty remarks, amounting to threat and intimidation and even went to the extent to say that she would "see me" soon.
              If this is the state of affairs in m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Where they are recruiting people with dubious backgrounds, i fear, they are out to lose business altogether. The invoice of the original product is [1124/1617/05971] dated: 17/08/2016.in the above case, i am reluctantly constrained to lodge a complaint with the local police station at madhyamgram, as soon as possible.

                I bought an a/c on 1/10/2015. Already i have complained abt our split a/c and the service was done twice. They just keep on saying gas leakage. We asked for a replacement but they haven't bothered to revert. Khosla electronics also told us tht a company representative wld come home and sort out the issue but noone has bothered to come. We have cleary mentioned that we want a replacement but they don't seem to be getting it into their thick heads. We had a similar problem with blue star and one complaint they replaced the a/c entirely within a week's time. They are behaving like we have bought the a/c for free and they have to shell money out of their pockets to sort out our issue. I am tired of all this. I want this matter sorted asap.

                  I booked a window a/c voltas wac 185 ly 35107729 on 24-april-2016 at
                  Khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Madhymgram branch.
                  Before delivery i requested to change the product to split on 02-may-2016.
                  They took a bill xerox and 500/- inr but did take any action now.
                  When i am following up the sales man he is refusing to change the product now.

                  I booked a window a/c VOLTAS wac 185 LY 35107729 on 24-April-2016 from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Madhymgram Branch.
                  Before delivery I requested to change the product to take a split a/c on 02-May-2016.
                  They took a bill xerox copy and 500/- INR to make credit note but did not take any action till now.
                  When I followed up the sales man he refused to change the product.

                    I have purchased one a.c. (samsung) of 1.5 ton on 04.05.2016. At the time of
                    purchase we chose a particular model and colour but the delivered item
                    was not the same. Besides, they commited for free instalation and free
                    10ft. water out let pipe. But there was no free water outlet pipe and about instalation, they told me that the instalation charge for the outside unit i.e.
                    for fitting the bracket, the instalation charge must be paid. Even when I visited the showroom they denied all.

                      I purchased this voltas split a/c by paying the full price rs. 40000/- in cash on 21st april. I was assured that the product will be delivered within 5 or maximum 7 days.in any case the product will be completely installed within 10 days. The salesman was outspoken enough to give personal guarantee in words before i paid. But now 10 days have already passed and the product has not yet been delivered rest the time it will take to install it. The thing noticeable is that the showroom from where i purchased is just 2 k. M. Away from the place of delivery. The complaint lies on this very serious service aspect that before the purchase of the item i was given some very good attention and series of promises with regular phone calls that they never default on their time line but after the payment being made, i am being given least attention and excuses from the other end regarding the delivery and installation of the product.

                        A. c. purchase from khosla electronics, barrackpore on 18.04.2016 (voltas) but a. c. did not installed still. few times i complain to my dealer but he did not take any proper step. only one time the dealer send two mechanic to my house but they said a. c. did not working due to lickage of gas pipe. the same matter inform to dealer through mechanic on date i. e. 20.04.2016 but the dealer did not take any step. i want to change my a. c. machine but the dealer did not say anything. my family suffer more problem due to this and me also gothrough mental depression. inthis circumestance only your organization can do anything to safe my family. therefore it iscrequested sir, kindly arrange to rectify the problem. olready 14 says spend but a. c. did not installed. sir, you are also requested to kindly look into the matter and punished the dealer as soon as possible. otherwise my wife take furious step which i cannt described. this is my second complaint.

                          Purchased an panasonic air conditioner on 11th april, 2016. They promised me delivery within 3 days. On third day morning i called them up and they said 'yes sir all panasonic ac will be delivered today and your name is on the delivery list' . Guess what - it was not delivered on that day. Next day after shouting and all finally it delivered. They promised same day installation when i asked for that they gave me a number and that guy rudely said it's not possible today. Anyway next the ac was installed and the outdoor unit was defective. From then onward(Till now 22nd april, 2016) i am struggling like anything to get it replaced . Khosla said they are no more responsible for this it's now panasonic responsibility and they can't do anything. We are suffering from this hot summer even though we fully paid and purchased an ac. It just a show piece in my room right now.

                              Today, 09.03.2016 at 08.20 pm a tid 40917849 batch num.000770 inv. Nu.010271, bil no.1234 for rs.12000.00 generated by your counter through atm visa debit card vide txn id num[protected], appr code uni000 rrn:[protected].
                              After payment, your sales girl is asking me that there are no stock to deliver my product i. E., washing machine, of videocon.
                              I have been surprised that without verification of stock, how product is selling to the customer.
                              It is the character of visa card payment that amount will not reversed in same time and same day. I am looser to get interest from the bank on my deposit as it is debited from my sb a/c.
                              Under this circumstances i am requesting to refund back my amount as early as possible.
                              Otherwise i will go to consumer cell, of west bengal.
                              So, please take necessary action immediately.

                                I, binay biswas, am a bonafied citizen of india and servicing at bsnl at barrackpore bsnl office as a sub divisional engineer. When i was at khosla electronices at barrackpore branch, all communication was made with manu debnath (Mobile no:[protected]). At that time, the manu well behaved with me as because i am a customer and the products are to be sold and accordingly i purchased a dap_chimney, make: sunflame ([protected]), model: sunflamr royel dx auto clean ([protected]) and a dap_ water purifier, make: eurekaforbes ([protected]), model: aquasure prime uv wp system ([protected]) on 09.11.2015 through sbi bank atm vide pos 230983 and pos 240457 khosla electronics. I request her to deliver the products later because my flat was not ready that time. I purchased the product that time because danterus offer was going on. Later i make a phone to manu but she was not responding and then visited to the shops and request to deliver the same. She was prepared to deliver the display products which may not be the practice of khosla electronics then i request her and manager to deliver the new products. At that time, manu was lifting the hands and informed this is the practice. Any way the manager assured me to deliver the new products. The same products was delivered on 14.12.2015 vide invoice no:5424/1516/08301 and 5424/1516/08300. It was informed that two gift was given to you that was mentioned in payment receipt as a "due gifts". Again and again i visited and request to provide the gifts. I am not begging the gifts but as the offer was going on and hence it is my credit. On 23.02.2015, one gift was provided vide challan no:5424/1516/10343 instead of two gifts. That type of mis-behaviour/harassness/ not expected from your esteemed concerns. Once again i am requesting you to provide the due gift to my residence or office other wise i myself or my friends or my relatives will not visited your khosla electronics to buy any products. Good behavior/ non harshness etc are the most powerful business tools. If you loose it, you definitely loose everything day by day.

                                  I bought one gionee s+plus mobile phone on 1st january, 2016 from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, 371/1, diamondharbour road, near - ashoka cinema hall, kolkata-700034 at rs.16999.99. I went to buy samsung galaxy phone but i was insisted by the salesman mr. Debasish bardhan ([protected]) to buy the aforesaid model of gionee mobile phone. He even told me that the the service centre is located near thakurpukur and since i stay in behala chowrasta, it won't be a problem for me. He even told me that the model will not be displayed and it will be shown only when the model is purchased. He even told me that the model is far more better than samsung mobile phone. I was convinced to buy the gionee mobile phone. But shockingly, i found that on 14th january, the mobile phone totally stopped functioning. When i went to khosla electronics, i was not entertained anymore. When i showed my dissatisfaction as a customer, they handed over some service centre numbers. But when i called up in the given numbers, i found that the numberswere fake. I was bewildered since the mobile phone is an expensive one.

                                    I booked samsung make 192 ltr (Rr19j2414sa/tl) refrigerator on 13.11.2015 vide order no 2422/1516/07112 by cash advance rs. 4100/- and exchange product value rs. 1300/- i. E total rs 5400/- through salesgirl dipanwita pal ([protected]) from your ranikhuti show room.
                                    Dipanwita pal was committed to me that the product will delivery within 2-3 days i. E within 16.11.2015. I i called dipanwita on 16.11.2015 at evening but she told me item will delivered today within 9.00pm. But item not received
                                    I again call to dipanwita 17.11.2015 but she not received call after 10 times try he received call and said i am out of station please call [protected] i tried to call [protected] minimum 20 times but no body received the call. I again call to dipanwita ……. She told i can not do anything if you want cancel the order you can do but i cant do anything for you.. I just shocked. I never buy product through dipanwita. I also share all my friend her manners
                                    In the mean time i got call from khosla godown they told me the item will delivered 18.11.2015. But item not received by me till now.
                                    I received call from your good manager ([protected]) told me that item will be delivered on 19.11.2015..
                                    After all waiting, calling, talking and gossiping with your showroom, godown and the special commitment of the good manager ([protected]) send a body damage, packet damage body scratch refrigerator at home, i not received the item l but my old refrigerator is taken by your delivery man.
                                    Till now i am suffering for the item please when i get the refrigerator???. As per commitment of manager ([protected]) told the item will be deliver within another 2-3 days.
                                    I pray to you please send the good and corrected item as soon as possible.

After delivery the machine your representative came 18/11/2015 and open the pack and install the machine for demonstration and found no guarantee card & manual. Please take necessary action for the same.                                         On 30.08.2015 i was going to khosla electronics pvt. ltd. garia to purchase one lg washing machine (vat no [protected]). when they asked too much price i walked off from the shop, they chased me to the road and convinced me that they'll give me discount and also one free gift. they'll deliver free gift when i would come to stamp the warranty card after some days. after 8 days when i reached there they first said they didn't commit anything. then they asked me that please come other day and they didn't specify the day also. they also behaved very badly as if i'm asking something illegal. The sales person was miss gargi banerjee. please suggest what to do.
