Respected ma'am/ sir,

This is in reference to unfortunate, unprofessional treatment by person heading one of the kidzee franchise in allahabad.

My ward master utkarsh tiwary, (3 years 4 month) is admitted in nursery class at kidzee kalindipuram centre, allahabad on 16th august 2017 (Fee receipt attached).

Being the new school there are certain lacuna's in the proper functioning of school of which i understand and have also informed the principal (Ms. Gulnaz khan) twice.

Although all these were ignored by me as after telling them about issues, (No daily diary update, no information regarding scheduled celebrations, wrong spellings/entry in alamanc by teachers, use of thumpin for pasting paper and ribbon etc etc).

I stopped stating any such issues after a while. As they were not addressed constructively and positively but rather making a image of me being "poking mother, always having problem".

For the sake of my kid and his well being i restrained myself from complaining to school further (After listening and reading about gurgaon ryan school issue).

But today morning, this guy mr. Sankalp, first messaged me on whatsapp to send my kid in proper uniform. Although i have conveyed the same earlier also, to the lady who comes to pick and drop utkarsh that he refuses to wear short pant. Rest he is ok with and happily wear yellow t-shirt, bag, i-card, cap to school. Its just that he doesn't want to wear half pant and ask for full pant. On whatsapp message conveyed the same. I said sir i can't and what's the point of making him wear half pant and sending crying to school. Full pant half pant shouldn't be the issue with school. (This was conveyed to him by whtsapp message, attached is the proof)

Then he called up at 9:03 am (Exactly within a minute, as if he was waiting for this), aggressively stating the same "send your child in proper uniform". I tried telling the same to mr sankalp, but he started yelling and gave me logic "if one day kid doesn't want to wear pant to school, than will you send him without pant". I asked think logically what are you saying, he said i am talking according to your logic only.

He even refused to allow me to speak with all aggression and in a very derogatory tone. Lastly he said "if you cannot send your child in dress than withdraw the admission" and disconnected the phone. Is this justified???

I called up again, he disconnected. Then i talked to mr. Pradeep kumar (Person looking after kidzee operations in allahabad) and messaged as well, conveyed every conversation with mr. Sankalp to him as well the school principal (Ms. Gulnaz khan).

Mr. Pradeep listened patiently and agreed about the misbehavior and derogatory language used by mr. Sankalp and informed that its not mandatory to wear uniform, one can only try but cannot force kids.

I tried talking to his father also (Both father and son are heading the kidzee kalindipuram centre), who also disconnected the call and refrained from talking, in a way blaming me of creating ruckus.

After getting a positive response from mr. Pradeep, i called up mr. Sankalp stating why you raised a issue out of the blue of dress and why you used such derogatory language, he refused to talk stating he is busy and that "i don't have gutts to talk to him in person in his office tomorrow that is why i am calling him". Is this a way to talk to the parents??? Who i am-a road-side beggar or what?? Is he don't have moral sense how to talk to single parent who has just shifted in the new city?

Listening to his words and the way mr. Sankalp handled the issue, i am afraid of my child well being in his school. As per his principal he is very aggressive also. I thought of opting out from school and asked for refund from mr. Pradeep or transfer to another kidzee school nearby.

Mr. Pradeep tried getting us on conference call and discuss the issue but mr. Sankalp was more interested in "inke bacche ki kahani btata hun". He even said "inka bacha/admission mujhe nhi chahiye school me, refund krao bhago, i will not give kit money and tution fee for the months he studied in his centre" and kept his phone on hold while in conference. He was so adamant that he didnt even considered it worth to talk out.

Meanwhile i had talk with principal, who agreed to all my complaints and said sorry on mr. Sankalp part but that fellow is acting like a rowdy. Frankly speaking i am totally shaken up by his morning calls and the way he was talking nonsense. I got really angry and i too had misbehaved with lady principal (After he disconnected calls, of which i had apologized to her on phone in intervals). I am not justifying my anger and my misbehavior but it all started because of mr. Sankalp hurlings, which are not at all justified.

You can imagine i sent kid to school at 8:30am and by 9 am i started getting such calls and messages, i was very much terrified about my kid in school.

I have no trust left with this school (Not kidzee brand). Especially when a person who is responsible for the working/functioning of school is behaving in such a way only for half pant, you can imagine what sort of persons they are.

I am afraid to send my child to his school, as if not tomorrow but may be after few months he plus teachers will vent out their anger on my little kid. Also this is not acceptable from franchise of such a big brand in pre-school.

I conveyed all the matter as such and also attaching few whatsapp snapshot of today's conversation.

I dont' know what action you people will take against mr. Sankalp, but it's a request from a mother to please at-least make him aware that he is not all supremo, there is a check on him too and he cannot misbehave and treat parents like stray dogs anytime as per his wish.

Sir i have submitted rs.24000 one time for my daughter fees for nursery admission. Still not received any fees acknowledgement receipt. Also not received school uniform since last 3 months. What is going on.
Totally disappointed from this group. Nobody is concern about it. There is no administration available to whom i can talk regarding these issues.

I would like to submit complaint about kidzee, mundra - kutch (Pin - 370421) center in gujarat.
Center head rupa mam & lalit sir is not dealing parent's complaint properly and not providing satisfactory answers about daily school routine & child treatment in the school. Her behavior is bit rude while dealing with parents which is not acceptable at all. And we can not meet without appointment. What is this? This is school or pm office.

In present scenario, every child and parent should be treated with dignity and it's school responsibility to provide all required information as and when parents reached to them, this is missing in mundra centre, kutch, gujarat.

My daughter went only for odd 11 days in the school for which i paid a total of 18000, because of quality of education i decided to move on and requested for refund, i was not entertained and faced bad behavior. And then we talk about beti padao... Ironical.

They are not even giving me e mail id to send application for tc. And submitting my pdc as well because of which am getting bounce charges back to back.

Name of owner is ruchi and she has a bad attitude.

I would like to submit complaint about kidzee, kharadi center in pune.
Center head is not dealing parent's complaint properly and not providing satisfactory answers about security, daily school routine & child treatment in the school. Her behavior is bit rude while dealing with parents which is not acceptable at all.

In present scenario, every child and parent should be treated with dignity and it's school responsibility to provide all required information as and when parents reached to them, this is missing in kharadi, pune center.

Since completed in 04 months no improvement was observed with my kid.
Not issued school uniform.
Not conducting programs.
Even teachers day no celebrations was done. (Only your school was holiday)
Only concentrating particular students.
No outing was programmed.
Very rarely uploads the photos or videos in group whatsup. (Not covered all programs)

Since the last few day, unexpected events are happening in school. Below are all listed
1-came to know that only one toilet is there in entire school for kids and teachers.
2- no hygiene is maintained, playgroup students are made to sit near toilet area.
3-non-qualified teachers are appointed without having proper experience and are getting changed frequently, in last one month 3 teachers have been changed in my daughters class.
4-ladies with covered faces found in the kidzee bus, upon complaining to the principal, getting the response that this is not their concerns, and asked to contact vendor.
5- young boy found sitting inside the bus with small kids, upon asking the driver, getting the response that the boy is for learning driving.
6-came to know that few kids passed stool in the school and they were sent to home without cleaning, aunties/teachers/principal simply denied.
7-principal never shows cct footage, if asked about.
8-about 30 students in each class with only one teacher, one assistant teacher and one aunty, only to make money.

There are many more things to write, but would request if any surprise audit can be done by a outer agency or corp kidzee to tell the truth to all parents..

Dear managment,
My son manav singh is the student of play group kidzee, buddhi vihar (Moradabad).
We have admitted my son 2 month ago in your school but till date i could not get any uniform or learnig kit from the managment side.
I have already submitted all the related full fee at the time of admisson.
Almost we spent summer session with out uniform, so requested provide only winter uniform and i strongly demanded to return back my summer uniform charges.

When he stared school but last 5 months no school dress available
It's very critical problem for all parents and no satisfied answer give by trust so plz manage
Other wise we all the parents are submit our child other school
So plz remove the problems and provide a good feature for our child...

Teacher of this school done walger activities with 2 yrs kid which is published in all news paper at bilaspur. Please take the strict action to secure your institution name.

Kidzee little stars madan mahal jabalpur.. Is not satisfying the needs of their employees by paying them too less salary nd humiliation is done on daily basis.. No maids are there neither any watchman.

And even they have taken legal documents of employess and thats not legal according to law.
And are discouraging the employes...
Kindly take action.

I am rumjhum kumari a parent of ruhan sharma who is the student of kidzee centre shahpur in nursury class.

Sir, i write this because the director of kidzee centre shahpur mr. Amritash anand change his centre, without a prior notice and that`s why they suddenly increase their fee schedule as per their other centre. Because of this my child wiil suffer. If my son leave the school what is the use of that kit that has been bought from kidzee. And also he doesn`t complete his session also.

Kindly take an action against this.

I have admitted my daughter in jr. Kg at kidzee school narhe pune. We did nt provided kit and uniform til today as all jr. Kg student received their kit on 10th july. Whenever we ask for kit they says its on the way. We hv paid fees of kit. All other student started work book in class as my daughter has nothing to do in classroom just watching other. Let me tell how far distance betwn mumbai and pune??? It take 1month to arrive kit from mumbai to pune. Its totally ignoring from school. Such a poor management. Who is responsible for this plz clear.. Plz solve our problem as soon as possible.

Ma'am i'm 19 years graduated girl apply in your ratlam branch for office work and they ask me to do a demo for 7 days it's my 4th day and disha gujrati ma'an ask me to manage a class as i told them before i'm not capable to handel a class and in two days i today she throw some really personal coments on me and told me that i'm not responsible inough to do a job that hurt my mental strength she does not allow staf to talk to each other thre's not any proper time schedule staf didn't have lunch together that was the worst experience i'd ever had in any educational institute i want you to take a strict action through kidzee ratlam branch situated at kasturba nagar

Sir, i have taken my daughters admission in nursery at kidzee school, near aasha talkies, beed. Till today uniform of school not provided. I want to know is there any problem regarding this. I have suggested to my friends that take admission in kidzee school, its very good in education... But me and my friend also disappointed that you have not provided school uniform till today... Pls take necessary action...

My kid gavin papneja is studying at kidzee karnal sec 6 harbeer kidzee branch. After summer vacations his cab system is very poor and no action taken by management. Yesterday i was complaint to his management but cannot take any action by him. Today again cab not reached to my kid. He is taking too high conveyance charges @ rs 800 for 1 km but services are very poor.

Need to take action against the school.

My child got admission in vidhyanagar kidzee. They taken first fees 8000rs for dress, admission and kit. After that they ignoring in many stages and repeatable doing mistakes.
1) all worksheet provided with some other's name, they didn't give me my child worksheets as they said it's mistake by teachers
2) when i complaining teacher misbehaving with my child
3) today i got books which also with others name and they put sticker on it.

I want justice on this

Hello Sir/Madam

I have admitted my son in Kidzee kumaran nagar, ponniamman medu, chennai and paid rupees 8000/-. As we have moved our residence to pondichery, we are unable to join here. So submitted a letter in the center asking for the return of the fees paid. But the center incharge Ms. Poonguzhali ([protected]/[protected]) is responding properly. Please do the need full and return our money as soon as possible.

My son'sage is 2yrs 10months. I give him admission to the school in the activity center. Mrs. Bhavani (Authorised person) she took rs 2000/- in advance and rs 3000/- monthly. After 17 days of schooling, now she is saying that my son is not able to walk that's why she can't keep him in school. I want my money back and proper action should be taken against the school.
