Kidzee School Complaints & Reviews

I wanted to put my child in Kidzee Nursery School at Chennai and so paid fees. However, on the first day itself I found that school is so unprofessional and worst of its kind. First day itself nobody other than watchman was available in school and teachers were leisurely coming after 09:30. Co-ordinator was not to be seen until I left by 10:30. School play area is in front through which vehicles were passing through to apartments which are in the same compound and the gates were wide open whenever vehicles were going in or out. I was so aghast at the scene. When I approached the co-ordinator, they were so callous and and was bearing an attitude of "we got money if you want to put child do otherwise go to hell". I decided not to put my child and asked for refund, and their greedy answer was "Fees once paid no refund". I can not expect such experience in an educational institution. I am now contemplating legal action.
