Respected Sir,

My PF NO: MH – 47573/2886, I was working with a Kingfisher Airlines from[protected] to[protected] at Ahmedabad as a ground staff. I had submitted my PF form within a month after my resignation but they had query that PF document not signed by me.

They asked for my residence address.

I was send my residence address through email and also talk so many time to Mr. Imran Saiyad and Mr. Parvez at head office of Kingfisher house at Mumbai. They reply me that your PF is under process.

But still I haven’t recd it. Could I know the status of my PF settlement. When i will received my PF...? Pls help me in this regard.

Kingfisher Airlines — Non receipt of pf statement

Dear Sir

I am an employ of erstwhile Air Deccan since 4-12-06. presently kingfisher airlines ltd . As on date i do not know my pf balance and the contribution details.

please also let me know the procedure to withdraw or take loans against the balance

I Was sent to home [Chennai], from hyderabad base by kingfishers airlines due to recession in the month of sep 08, 22nd. and with in a month pf forms were send to my home. I sent those filled forms to head offfice of kingfisher office to mumbai.

And till date I didnot get anything. I request your office to help me to get amount at the earliest.

    Kingfisher Airlines – Very high Reschedule / Cancellation Charges

    Had a very bad experience recently with the Kingfisher Airlines while rescheduling the tickets. It was done 10-15 minutes after the initial booking and that too for 3 no of tickets for adults.
    The rescheduling charges were Rs750 per ticket. When I said that I would rather go for a cancellation, I was said that the charges remain the same. I had to, very unwillingly, swipe of my card for this additional Rs2250 just like that. Would have accepted that with the lapse of time, may be at least an hour, but 10-15 minutes is actually not acceptable.
    Besides, the customer care is always unreachable at the our of need.

    I cancel my ticket of delhi-bombay flight. How can i get receipt of cancellation charges.
    I had booked ticket Delhi-Mumbai at 21jun 22:00. But some reason i cancel this ticket. Cancellation charge was Rs.1400/-. I can't get receipt of this payment. I require this receipt of this payment of Rs.1400/- for claim from company. My PNR no is ETPXJU. Please send me This cancellation charge receipt on my mail id as early as possible.
    Yes. customer care is very very bad of kingfisher airline.I have tried 5-6 times for more than 30 mintues to reach to the customer care for re-scheduling my flight but all went into vein. I guess all the customer care agents are busy handling the international fliers.

    There should be some action to be taken for this.

      My fligt from Amritsar to Delhi was cancelled due to low visibility at Amritsar on 27th December, 08 and full refund was written on my eticket and i was told to get it cancelled at Delhi Airport since it was an eticket. The ticket PNR no. is PLHHEB. I was told at the counter at Delhi Airport that you have to get the ticket number than only refund process can be started and they have given me the site address as www.[protected]@flykingfisher.com which is not opeing. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get the refund of Rs.6000/- only.

        UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION ON THE CREDIT CARD
        BY AIR DECCAN AND REFUND OF MONEY AGAINST
        CANCELLED TICKET NO 8187110


        Dear Sir,

        1. I am writing this letter to seek your assistance for refund of money after taking all necessary actions which finally went in useless efforts.

        2. I have booked Air Deccan ticket no 8187110 on 25 July 2008 though their customer case number by Parveez Ahmed from Lucknow to Mumbai dt 25 Oct 2008.

        3. While making payment I tried with my ICICI credit card No. thrice for payment of fare difference of Rs 2151/-. But transaction could not process. Finally I gave payment through my Citi Bank credit card
        4. On getting the statement I found that Rs 2151/- has been debited from my both credit card accounts, that is ICICI and Citi Bank. I informed ICICI call centre and was told that if Air Deccan doesn’t claim the amount within 21 days, it will be reverted back to my credit card account. But after 21 days when I gave a card to customer care number, I was informed that amount has been claimed by Air Deccan.

        5. I have done complaints to customer care number of ICICI Bank, Kingfisher Air Lines and Air Deccan. But nothing has been done till now. After getting calls from Ms Ruby, Ms. Konika I forwarded email with scanned copies of both statements to your customer care but nothing has been materialized.

        6. After that I got cancelled above mentioned ticket on 21Sep 2008. For which Rs. 4750/- was to be refunded to my credited card and I have been informed that it was processed on 01 Oct 2008. But it is still not credited to my account.

        7. I am again requesting you to look in matter because I am fed up with Kingfisher Airline . I have never seen such careless attitude of any service provider. It is really disturbing for a customer to wait such a long time to get his refund back.

        8. I hope you will understand my problem and will help me in getting my money back Rs. 2151.00+ Rs. 4750.00 = Rs.6901.00. .

        9. A hard copy was even sent to CEO Mr. Mallya and other Heads of airlines by post.

        10. An early action is anticipated.

        i booked kingfisher flight IT-603, PNR no HTOHKT for 2 adults and passenger from Delhi to kolkatta on 24 Nov09 through www.yatra.com. But while taking print of e-ticket details of passenger, Airline PNR, Issuing Airline, Status are shown blank. While contacting customer care of yatra.com on phone, only recorded sound is heard. Please help me out

        Kept my Samsung Mobile at the Security Check enclosure of Bnglr Airport while travelling by Flt IT 3445 - Bglr -BBSR - dt.[protected], PNR No.IWRVXB. Already complained by giving an application at the Kingfisher Airlines Desk at BBSR, on[protected] at 1230 hrs. Till now have not recd. any information.

          Dear Sir,

          I had been a regular customer of yours as I undertake my travel using your airline always. The courtesy and response shown by your staff on board and at airport are the catching points which forces one to prefer private airlines over the old master Indian Airlines .

          However today's incident has actually shattered the iconic image of your airline in our minds . Today I had been traveling vide your kolkatta – Mumbai flight No. IT 514 – Seat No. 18C and to my surprise despite additional security checks today at kolkatta airport involving your officials also, there was one passenger in row 17 who had boarded the flight and was excess drunked and could smell also as was sitting near to him .

          Immediately after 30 min since when flight had started, the subject passenger, well dressed in suit and age group around 30-35 yrs, started shouting and within few minutes undressed himself taking out his shirt completely and also walked naked ( upper half ) upto the first seat of executive class . During the next 2 hrs, I along with other travellers had to carryon the disturbing journey and was expecting that once the flight lands, the passenger should definitely be handed over to police custody for indecent behavior .

          After the flight landed I along with other passengers were evacuated and was waiting to collect my luggage . Just that moment I saw the person proceeding towards exit door of airport along with his hand baggage but moving with vibrating steps as was still under drunk effect .

          This casual treatment from a pioneer airline was never expected which claims to give high profile customer satisfaction .

          I think this journey has opened my eyes and horizon as to why old players and public sector airlines like Indian Airlines/ Air India are still superior since they don't cover the mistakes and take stern action over issues which are assigned maximum priority .

          To garner volumes, private sector airlines do ignore and try to hide such indecent behaviour of customers .

          Such examples will definitely re-occur considering casual approach to problem as witnessed today .

          I think this would have been my last journey by your airlines expending 9000/- for an uncomfortable journey and culprit being allowed to go scot-free .

          Even public sector companies like Indian Oil, if found that their customers ( retail outlets ) are undertaking adulteration, the same are banned and operations closed .

          Private players like you need to take lessons from your public sector counterparts .

          A very sorry state of affairs indeed .

Made me wait for a long time, and finally cancled my flights. They are good for nothing. It look as if they are doing sum charity, Today I faced hue problem with one of your GRE, I dont remember her name, I think Parveen.

          Dear Shri Malyia Jee,
          Pranam. I consider you as one of the best management Guru in the country. I have lot of faith on your Air lines. I often travel in your best run operations. On 27th July I was traveling in Your Red Airline from Bagdogra to Delhi. The flight left the terminus at 1430 hrs. when the aircraft was taking the turn of 180 degrees from taxi way to main run way we did not know how the aircraft went around 20 feet from main taxi way to the rough earth way and its right wing hit the side bunker for the air force aircrafts. We only heard a sound of thud. Neither the passengers nor the cabin staff was informed about what happened. There was neither emergency declaration nor there was any neither fire brigade vehicle nor ambulance. These are to reach the accidental sight immediately. After half an hour the emergency staff was there. We were all taken to man building. For two hours there was confusion in the Kingfisher staff. Station manager was absent from the site of agony faced by the travelers. He was attending to the damaged aircraft. For him aircraft was of prime importance than the valued travelers. We were not even provided with the place to sit for 2 hours. There was nobody to provide drinking water to the shocked travelers. The women and children were not even spared. We could see the women travelers sitting on the building flour and children sleeping on the concrete flour of the building. After seeing all this there were tears in every body's eyes. We contacted the Mumbai GM and he told us that they do not have any information on the accident and he promised that he will call us back within 15 minutes which he never kept. After two hours the lower staff started picking up and they provided us with some water and snacks and made all o[censored]s to sit in the airlines canteen. In the meantime all the passengers got SMS message that the airlines is providing an alternate aircraft to fly us to Delhi at 2030 hrs. When we contacted the airlines staff at Bagdogra they said they have no information. Some how at 2100 myself and my wife was shifted to hotel and at 2230 we received our luggage. Some how, we could manage to travel to Delhi by Jet airways on 28th afternoon flight. I am sorry to say that when we were facing this all agony the Airlines station In-charge was not seen at all at the site of passenger agony. I hope you will get the correct picture of the passengers who you value very much. I wish you had given an iota of your management tips to lower staff as well as senior staff of your airlines. I hope you will see that this thing will not happen in future.

            My Police verification was done two weeks back at Viveknagar Police Station, Bangalore. Even now when I checked at the Regional Passport Office web site, the status is showing as "the police verification is not been recevied yet, check with local police police station". Hence I would like to know if any further proceedings required from my end so that the verification papers move to the next step from police station.

            I really dont understand why the police station staff concerned with the passport verification dealings are still delaying in proceeding further even though they are fed well with illegal perks.

            It was a lengthy run around to get the verification done even though they were fed well along with the required documents.

                I had a confirmed ticket NSKZCL for Hyderabad from Delhi on 3rd Nov by IT 0812 AT 15.15. I reached the airport well in time, and I stood in the queue for check in for more than 30 mins. When I reached the counter I was told by the person that my flight had been cancelled. I was also told two BLATANT LIES, one that I had been sent an email about the matter and that they had tried to contact me on my mobile which was switched off. This was at 14.00. They told me that an alternative flight would be arranged. At 14.30I was told that Spicejet 15.00 flight had seats available. I was doubtful whether I could get tickets 30 mins before departure. They assured me I would. I had to go to Terminal IB which was a twenty minute walk. NO help was provided other than a man to push the baggage cart. Obviously Spicejet would not sell a ticket 10 mins before departure time. Finally, on my own, I got a Jetlite flight at 18.30. Another passenger Mr.Bharat Narang suffered the same fate. I wish to express my total contempt for the despicable people running and staffing that airlines and I wish civilized behaviour permitted me to use stronger words, Mr.Mallya.

                Kingfisher Airlines — shoddy treatment

                I had a confirmed ticket NSKZCL for flight IT 0812 from Delhi to Hyderabad on 3rd Nov. at 15.15. I reached the airport well in time. They told two LIES, one that I had been emailed about this and second that my mobile had been switched off. This was at 14.00. I was asked to wait till they arrranged an alternative flight. At 14.30 I was told that a Spicejet flight was leaving at 15.00. I was doubtful whether I could catch as there were only 30 mins. to go. They assured me I could. My kingfisher ticket was cancelled. I had to go to Terminal I B. which was a difficult twenty minute walk. NO assistance other than a man to push the baggage cart was given. Naturally Spicejet would not sell a ticket 10 mins before the departure time. I had to go on a Jetlite 18.30 flight which I arranged on my own. Another passenger Mr. Bharat Narang suffered the same fate.I wish to express my contempt for the despicable people running and staffing that airlines.
                I am a frequent flyer with your airlines No.40245391 & would like to bring to notice the unresponsiveness bahaviour of your airlines in refunding the ticket No. ETKT 090 [protected]. I have written frantic mails to your GUESTCARE but they would simply not respond. If this is the way you treat your frequent flyers I doubt your credibility in serving the other passangers.

                  I had booked for a kingfisher flight from Bangalore to London for December 20th 2008 on my wife's name thru Kingfisher online where i hold an account in Kingfisher website.
                  I very appropriately entered all details of the passenger, in this case my wife's name, her passport number, meal preference, seat preference, etc; and used my citibank credit card to pay.
                  After the payment went through, the confirmatioin of the e-ticket indicates my name as passenger instead of my wife's name.

                  This is a system error and i have been raising this issue in the last couple of days via emails to various kingfisher email address and have not got a response. I have escalated this to the chairman of kingfisher as well.

                  This is a return ticket between Bangalore and London and i do not wish to cancel this. My only request is to have the passenger name corrected to the appropriate passenger name.

                  I have been refused correction, refund, cancellation. I have been asked to forget the 35, 000INR i paid by the Kingfisher customer care

                  I had the same bad experience booking a ticket for my mother on yatra.com. I put down her name as passenger for a Kingfisher flight from CHD-DEL and paid via my online banking account. When the e-ticket is displayed for printing it has my name on it instead of my mother as passenger. I contacted yatra.com for a name change but they say it is not possible... although it was not due to a mistake on my part, I have to suffer for it ... (correction: It is due to my mistake in the 1st place for using yatra.com customer service).
                  Agreed your Rs 35K is much more than what i spent Rs 2K, my sympathies with for you. Someone needs to step in and improve the system.
                  All these airlines and travel agents have a nice way to make extra income from poor innocent passengers.

                    I had booked three tickets from Bangalore to Pune for the 28th of September. I cancelled these tickets on the 25th of September, 2008. I was initially told that I would see the amount credited to my account after 8 days. When I did not receive the refund, I called "customer care" after 10 days. I was told that it would take atleast 15 days.
                    So I waited for 15 days. Again when the amount was not refunded I called the customer care. They told me that it would take a month and gave me a story about the migration from Deccan to Kingfisher being the cause of the delay.

                    I wrote to [protected]@kingfisher.com. For every mail I received the same stale reply, "we are investigating your case". I also wrote to the "chairman" who flaunts his good times reputation on his website and gives a whole big yarn about him being concerned about feedback. There was no reply. Obviously, the "chairman" has people to answer his mails for him but even they did not bother to reply.

                    If this is cheating, this is the lowest form of cheating that a person of the chairman's status can resort to. He should pick people who have the same status to play such games with, not people who put their hard earned money and misplaced trust in his airlines.

                    If there is someone from kingfisher staff with a conscience reading this mail, please look into the problem and do something. I am anyway trying to see what I can do further.

                      I had 2 credit vouchers from the Deccan Airlines and I had booked a ticket for myself from Delhi to Chennai for 31st August 2008. This booking was done on phone on the Deccan Delhi no [protected] which means it was not done through any third travel agency.

                      I called on 29th August to cancel this ticket but I was told to call back as there was a problem in the system.
                      I called again post lunch and I was put on hold for so long that I had to disconnect the call.

                      On 30th August 2008, at about 11 am I called up again and spoke to Ms.Anupama and she cancelled my ticket and told me that the cancellation charge would be Rs.750 plus 5% would be deducted from the base fare as per Kingfisher new Policy, so the total amount deducted would be 750+110 = Rs.860.00 and the balance of Rs 4725.00 will be refunded in my credit card account which ends with 1671.
                      After few minutes exactly at 11.29 am
                      I received a confirmation sms from Kingfisher Airlines
                      stating that my PNR no BINMRV on Kingfisher Airlines has been cancelled.
                      I still have that sms with me in my cell.

                      On 8th Sept 2008, I checked my credit card account and there was no refund in that card so I called up the Kingfisher Airline helpline no and asked about the info about my refund and Spoke to one Ms.Laxmi (Executive) and she told me that the ticket was surely cancelled on 30th August 2008 but Anupama (who had cancelled the tkt) did not file a case of the refund which was totally strange thing to be told to the customer and it clearly showed the cheating intentions of the Airline staff as Kingfisher enjoys making money by cheating.
                      I asked for a supervisor and spoke to one told me that there was some technical issue so the case will be filed now and then it was filed by Ms. Laxmi on 8th Sept 2008 and she gave me the case no as 194799.
                      I was also told that it will take 10 days again for the refund to be in my credit card account.
                      I also wrote a mail to Rupali on 8th Sept 2008 for the same but did not get a reply from her side nor did she pick up my calls at any time.
                      I received a mail from Shilpa Nathan from the id [protected]@flykingfisher.com on 10th Sept ’08 saying that the refund was delayed due to system up gradation but the case has been sent to the concerned dept. for action.

                      On 18th Sept 2008 at about 4.55pm I called up again for the same problem as I had not received the refund by that moment.
                      Ms.Sarita (executive) took the call and she told me due to some reason it will take another 10 days for the refund.
                      I was connected to Sangeeta (floor Supervisor in Pune office) on my request and she said she would escalate the issue to Revenue Dept and I would definitely get my refund in another 10 days and if at all the refund did not reflect in my card account by 28th Sept 2008 then I should call again for the same issue and ask for her.

                      As usual and expected from the famous fraud Kingfisher Airline, there was no refund even after that.

                      On 29th Sept 2008, I again called up the helpline at 09.30 am in Pune and asked for Sangeeta but she was not there so Shiju connected me to Varsha (floor Supervisor).
                      I asked her about my refund case and she also said that my refund was being shown processed with the
                      Reference no[protected] and maybe it is a delay as it was a travel agency booking to which I told her that I had called Deccan to book the tickets over phone as vouchers CANNOT BE REDEEMED ONLINE OR THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENCY.
                      Then she said she will speak to the revenue dept (you) and give me callback with the update in few hours but there was no call from her.

                      At 2.20 pm I called again and spoke to Varsha and she said that she has not received any reply from your side (revenue dept) and she needs more time and by 4.30pm she will definitely give me a call for the update.

                      At about 5pm in the evening I called up again and asked for Varsha or Sangeeta to which I was kept on hold for few minutes and then I was informed by Monika(executive) that they both are working on my case and Varsha will call me back but I never received any call from her or Sangeeta.

                      Then again at night at 9.20 pm I called again and spoke to Sangeeta for my case and I reminded her about our conversation on 18th Sept 2008 to which she said she had told me to wait for 10 business days and not just 10 days which is complete lie but any how she should listen to her call for refreshing her memory as if it was 10 business 10days then how could she give me the date as 28th Sept 2008.

                      She told me that Eshwar Singh is the HOD Revenue dept who has the case and the delay is from his side. When I told her that I know you from my previous cases and if you remember I had met you in June 2007 for my refunds in your office.
                      She told me that I should contact you directly to solve my issue.

                      I called up again today morning 30th Sept 2008 for the status and spoke to Varsha and she gave me a completely new story that as per the KINGFISHER POLICY THERE WILL BE NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT
                      which again shows the efficiency of the fraud and cheat staff of KINGFISHER AIRLINE who gives all sort of stories every time you call for your problem.

                      Varsha gave me your office no as[protected] which was again wrong info from a supervisor as this no is Bangalore booking no and not your office no who in turn gave me another no[protected] as your no to which I called so many time but no one answers this no.
                      Then I had to call again and got your cell no as[protected] to which I have called so many times but you do not pick my calls which again shows how efficient you are.

                      I have been writing the complaints to the corncerend depts but no one is serious to give a reply and all they want is to make merry on other 's money by cheating.

                      Kingfisher airlines (Deccan airways) — Refund is delayed

                      Hi,

                      I booked a ticket from Deccan airways counter on 11/08/08 just 1 hour before the flight departure, confirming that it was on time.It was after reaching the security area i got to know that they gave a false confirmation that the flight was on time.The flight was delayed even more than 2 hours, which led me to frustration.
                      As per there policy, after 2 hours I decided to not travel and claimed for my refund .
                      The ticket was cancelled and I was given a confirmation reciept that refund would be credited on my credit card within maximum of 14 days.

                      I have called the customer care at least 20 times, and I get the same response everytime that the request has been processed succcessfully and i would get my refund in next 4 days.I haven't recieved my refund till date, and still getting the same response.

                      The customer care as usual fails to provide me email address or phone number of higher authorities.
                      There is no response of the feedback i gave on kingfisher website as well.

                      This has led to me high level of frustration and no choice except keep waiting.
                      Now its more than 40 days and the refund is still in the same state.

                      Please take this complaint and suggest me what to do?

                      Even I am also suffering with he same problem. But my amount is small. Still I dont expect this from so called reputed Airways like Kingfisher.                       I had cancelled my ticket on 10.07.08 whose PNR No. 8060262 for flight No. DN-877 from Chennai to New Delhi. I was issued the refund reference no. 178718 for my refund amount Rs.4525 but till date I haven't received my refund. I had followup as mentioned below

                      Kingfisher Airlines — Delay in refund for more than 2 & half months

                      My refund case number is 188215. I had cancelled the ticket on August 10, 2008.
                      For two and half months I have been trying to get the refund. Every time I call the call center, they tell me that it will be refunded within a week. It is like a recorded statement they have been repeating for the past months. They asked me to contact one Mr. Eshwar Singh who is in charge
                      of the Refunds department. I sent him two e-mail and then one Call Center personal left a message for him on my behalf. She told me that Mr. Eshwar Singh will write back to me. He never did that. When I try to call the number of Mr. Eashwar Singh (which I got from the Call Center), He never replies.

                      Can anybody help me?

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that our telephone number[protected] is dead for more than 2 weeks, it is the line used to make calls for STD & ISD . Inspite of registering complain, complain no 02028 on 27oct08 and today also, no one has attended from your department so far. This is very regretful.How do you expect us to pay for this fortnight rental charges without having any access to it.
                      We are having four connections with you landline + cellone, the rent that we pay to you is Rs.10, 000/- approximately.

                      Regert to inform you if not attended immediately we will switch over to other service providers.

                      I am also facing same problem about refund. Two months have been passed and I have not got refund for cancelled ticket. Please let me know if any of you have got the money back, and if yes what steps did you take to get your refund money back. If you are planning to take any action against airlines, you can add my case also in the list of these cases. I read this strange thing here that customer care staff directly tells that delay is because of one person; who is HOD of concerned department.

                      plz help me, i booked a Air deccan flight before 4 months through credit card, but i got cancelled and when i call Customer support they assured that they will revert me the money directly to my credit card..

                      These Kingfisher Airlines are big time cheaters. That guest care id nobody replies. All are sleeping I guess. Vijay Mallya should seriously think of this. At one stage there will be no customers for kingfisher airlines. Customer care number nobody receives. Do you think there are people working there for cust care?
                      I am also facing a similar problem for a ticket which was cancelled in May 2008. Every time they give different versions, and till date I have not received the refund. They have even provided me with a transaction number and in the first place, they blamed my bank. Later on they blamed the yatra.com..the history still goes like that.                       I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Pune on 16/06/2009, the departure time was 8:50 pm. But when I reached Delhi airport the departure time displayed on the boards was 9:15 pm (flight was shown to be delayed). I also confirmed it from the kingfisher executives on the Ticket counter.
                      So, I checked in at 8:40 pm but the flight was on time, when I asked the Kingfisher executives about this their reply was "Sir, we are extremely sorry, this happened due a commincation gap between the Crew members and the excutives at the ticket reservation counter."
                      So, I asked for another Ticket in place of my ticket or to refund the amount, but they refused. They have just provided me re-booking charges of Rs. 750 when I issed another ticket (paying Rs. 3000 extra for it) from them on the spot.
                      I want the full refund of my ticket as I have to suffer due to some communication gap between their own staff. Please help me out.

                      i have booked a flight through cleartrip from pune to delhi (kingfisher red) for 12 aug 09 pnr no IGZOHW trip id[protected],
                      than i got the tickets changed from 12 aug to 3rd feb10 by paying rs 750+ difference of tickets to the kingfisher airlines directly(ic 3168, pnr IGZOHW, ticket no:[protected].
                      on 3rd i got the ticket cancelled with the airlines directly and ur executive told me that an amount of rs 2129 wud be refunded to me thru cleartrip as i have booked the initial ticket hrough cleartrip site, he also asked me to info cleartrip regardind cancellation and refund , which i did immediately.
                      now almost after 2 months airlines has refunded rs 400 to cleartrp instead of 2129 as mentioned while cancelling the ticket. i need to know the reason.. why wrong info regarding refund amount was given to me at the time of cancellation by ur executives, and why after so many days of dely i didnt get my refund amt as mentioned 2129

                      Kingfisher Airlines — Flight cancelled, alternate arrangement provided is ridiculous

                      I had booked flight tickets for myself, wife and our 6 month old from Hyderabad to Raipur on Kingfisher Red flight IT2191. The booking was done on 24 Aug 2010 and the flight date is 9 Sep 2010. The PNR numbers are JVLYJX and FNICGL. I got a call today (2 Sep 2010) stating that the flight is cancelled for operational reasons (??). On calling up their help desk number, the alternative offered is to take the 6.30 am flight from Hyd to Delhi and then the 6.30 pm flight from Delhi to Raipur. Quite a ridiculous itineary. There is another (Jet) flight from Hyd to Raipur but they are refusing to put us on that. The flight tickets for that Jet flight are quite expensive (Rs 6700+) compared to what they were on 24 Aug 2010 (~Rs 4500). The representatives I spoke to at the B'lore office were Bhavya and here supervisor Nitesh Kumar. They were trying to justify the new itineary - quite ridiculous actually.

                      I fail to understand how the airlines can get away with such things. I request the concerned authorities to take action against them.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is regarding the cancellation refund with kingfisher airlines and its been 70days till now I have not got a refund for amount fo 5250Rs. Below is the complaint details:
                        1.Tickets booked for Vizag to Tirupati on 10th Aug 2008.
                        2.Cancellation Placed over a phone on 10th Aug 2008 (and call center agent confirmed through a mail that I will be eligible for refund of 5250Rs within 14 business days)

                        However as of today its more than 2 and half months and still I did not get my refund back on my ICICI credit card though I have been charged interest on the card. I have made several attempts to find out why I did not get my refund till now through phone and email and no one even has courtesy to respond to my mails.

                        I am really sick and tired of running behind them as I cant leave my work and run around their offices.

                        So need some help with this case.

                        Kingfisher Airlines — No refund till now

                        I had a ticket from London to Hyderabad for Dec, 2011 which I had cancelled it on Oct 1st, after series of call to kingfisher. They had mentioned me the amount that I would be receiving (since it is through Airbourne Travel agent, he would be receiving) around 17K after cancellation charges. I did mention this to travel agent, and based on my information they had applied for Refund application. The agent mentioned to me that the application has been made in Oct, where as Kingfisher customer care mentioned that it was raised on 3rd Nov.
                        But when I had asked them on the status of the refund application, they completely deny on providing the information based on the fact that they information is with revenue department and it is not in their hands.
                        When first contacted few weeks back, I was told processing of refund applicaiton takes almost 14days and at max of 20days. I am seriously not satisfied with their limited to unsatisfactory service.
                        Is there a way to submit a case against Travel agent & Kingfisher online in consumer court ?
                        I dont like people or organization with complete irresponsible behavior and cannot accept Fraud.
                        Really appriciate if there are any suggestions on this !!

                          I had booked three tickets on Airdeccan for my family to fly from shimla to delhi for Rs.20247 on the 18/07/2008. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and they advised they would refund the full amount within 7 Days.The Reference.No. given to me for the refund was189210. From 18/07/2008 till date(14-Oct-2008), i still havent got back the refund yet. Whenever i approach them they only keep giving me new dates but not the refund. I have aslo written mails to the higher authorities inclduing Vijay Mallya but to no resolution till date. Can anyone advise me on the procedure for filling a case against them?

                          I totally agree. I canceled a ticket the first week of Aug-2008 and the refund has NOT happened till today. I have made so many calls on the same and now I can predict their answer "Sorry sir - there was some system upgrade issue - your money would be credited in 3 to 4 working day"!!!. Alas - I lost the count on how many 3 to 4 working days replies I heard. But surely I will think thrice before I book another ticket.
                          I share exacly the same experience with all of you guys.

                          My refund case no is 194296 and it was lodged way back in August, 2008... precisely on 30th August.

                          I must have called hem 40 times... but every time either i was put on hold for more than 15 minuts...or I was given a timeline or 4/5 days. But that 4/5 days never came.

                          Now they have started doing something else. They will ask you to call a certain bangalore no to get the details as according to them all the refunds are done from Bangalore. As it is my money is blocked... and am sure that i will never get it back ... on top of that it dosent make sense to waste money on STD calls.

                          Well the money i will be losing will not be much ... but really want to teach them a lesson...

                          Is here anyway we can do something jointly???

                          I am actually very keen to start a negative campaign aginst these buggers and dilute their brand image...

                            I bought a air deccan ticket from pune to delhi on 11th aug.But as the flight was delayed more than 2 hrs, i preffered to take the refund of the ticket as per their policy.
                            I was assured to get my refund back in 10 days. And now its more than 2 months that i haven't recieved my money back.
                            Every time i call the concerned depatment, they falsely assure me that its being processed and will get the refund in 2 days. But this has happened at least 15 times, but still no progress.

                            This has left me in no choice but to feel frustrated.Can anyone let me know how to approach consumer court, so that i can get at least my money back.

                            Kingfisher Airlines — Delay Refund

                            I cancelled my Air Deccan Ticket No:-8134192 on 24th July 2008. The Refund ref no is 194384. Since July, I am persuing the case with their CALL centre number, with guest Guest Commitment executives and even with chairman's e-mail. The case is not yet resolved. Rather I have to bear interest charged the ICICI credit card for the said amount. I do not know, where to complain in these cases.
                            First of all I would like to clear you that this is not a complaint, rather it is a kind request from my side to get reprint of boarding pass for the journey undergone on 30.06.2008 by kingfisher flight IT 2554 H (eticket no: 090 [protected] and PNR no: IOGJQH) from Raipur to Indore. I lost the same during my transit & required urgently to get it reimbursed from my company. It would be highly appriciable, if you could send the same at the earlist to my email address.

                            I had cancelled the my ticket with PNR number on 10th of September. At the time of cancellation I was told that the refund amount (approx 5500/-) will be rolled back into my credit card account with in 15 working days.
                            But alas, nearly 2 months have passed and there is no clue about refund. I have called customer care several times and all they do is to tell me that process was initiated on 10th September and you should have got your refund, everytime they say that "I have initiated process from my side,
                            you will get a call from concerned department with in 3 days". But I have never got any call from them, obviously when they have to refund the money why would they bother to call. If customer has to pay the money they have very strict rules, but same rules don't apply for refund at all; and then claim to be the best airline in India. Actually amount has not been refunded in my account at all. I have got one transaction reference number; but bank says there is no transaction with this number. I wonder where the process is hanging. I guess the problem is with the refund department of Kingfisher airlines, which has not done any refund.

                              I cancelled the ticket and got a reference no 188594.
                              Every time i call up the customer care they say the refund is processed but it will take another one week.This is been happening and still i've not got my refund.

                              I have taken kingfisher ticket, flight was cancelled in airport.
                              1 - delhi kullu in 15 august cancelled
                              we decided to go day after
                              2 - delhi kullu in 16 august cancelled

                              3 - I have also cancelled kullu delhi

                              4 - I go by train + car

                              5 - kullu delhi 21 august cancelled

                              since this time I have called to kingfisher, sending mail and mail to different mail adress given by the call center (I send 100 mails 2 times by day)

                              No answer, no refund, nothing

                              I'm very ver upset by the service provided by king fisher.

                              even if some other company are more expensive, don't take kingfisher airlines, is better to paid 2000 rupees more than lost 15000 + energy.

                              This is regarding the cancellation refund with Deccan which is now Kingfisher airlines and its being 90days till now I haven't got a refund for amount for 3, 575 Rs. Below is the complaint details:
                              1.Tickets booked for Kolkata to Chennai on 25th Aug 2008 through CC for 13th October 2008.

                              Cancellation Ref No:[protected]
                              2.Cancellation Placed over a phone on 5th Oct 2008 (and call center agent confirmed that I am eligible to get refund of 3, 575 Rs within 14 business days)

                              However as of today its almost 3 months and still I didn't get my refund back on my HSBC credit card.I have made several attempts to find out why I did not get my refund till now through phone and email and no one even has courtesy to respond to my emails.

                              I am really sick and tired of running behind them as I can't leave my work and run around their offices.

                              So need some help in this case.

                                I have purchased a ticket from Mumbai to Bhuvneshwar to travel by

                                  I had booked my flight on KF Airlines (the so called friend / king of good times) for Indore to Pune (9th July 2008 - 12.20 dep). The same was cancelled (for no reason) and I was not given any other option but to take the refund. However, the same was not the case for all customers and some were offered flight to Mumbai. However, when I called up they refused to listen and said that I had accepeted their offer for refund so they cannot do anything. So, I had to book on my own a Air deccan flight to Mumbai and planned to take a bus fom Mumbai to Pune.

                                  Now, few days later they again schedule the 9th July flight with INR 450/- more cost and without informing all the customers, some customers were given the ticket at old prices. And usual I was given the same explanation that my money is refunded.

                                  Because of their lust for making just INR 450/- extra money my entire plan to travel with friends have been spoiled and despite so many complains (website/phone) no one in KF is even bothered to correct the mistake from their side.

                                  Kingfisher Airlines — Beware Kingfisher changing schedules without informing the customer

                                  This is with regards to my booking on your flight no: IT 232 for Wednesday July 1st scheduled at 8:50 am. This flight has beenrescheduled by you to depart at 3:00 pm.

                                  This rescheduling was not informed to me on prior notice and I
                                  discovered the same only while booking a taxi to take me back from the
                                  airport.



                                  I have further been informed by Mr. Johnson at the customer care center that no information has yet been sent to people booked on the flight regarding change of schedule as they have rescheduled 70 flights and passengers will only be informed 48 hours prior to the flight. This is willfully being done to harass passengers booked well in advance.THEY SAY THAT AS SO MANY FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO INFORM THE CUSTOMERS DUE TO CURRENTLY DELAYED FLIGHTS.

                                  Mr. Hafiz Khan. Mr. Khan had promised on behalf of Kingfisher that he would look into the matter and Kingfisher would compensate for this by booking us on a flight onth 31st night and would get back to us after having booked a hotel for us.On our calling him, he later said that this was not possible and hence
                                  he would compensate by booking us on a 10:25 am July 1st flight of Jet Airways.

                                  Luckily I visited their website on my own PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN BOOKINGS ALSO THEY MAY BE RESCHEDULED.

                                  first they offer ticket at very low price for the travel journey period of 3 months.. then in the last minute they gave the call to customer that thier flight has been cancelled and forced them to get the refund. then they sell the same tickets at higher price in the last minute. I could catch their cheap poolitics, because I booked the 4 tickets in Sep 2009.My travel date was 19 Dec 2009.

                                  I got thier trickd, to test I was waiting for the Cancellation call on 26, at 7 Pm they again calling me up, but I did not poick thier phone.. And in the morning i reached airport to catch kmy flight.

                                  this is very cheap way of making business.

                                      Kingfisher Airlines announced their new Partnership with Vogue India magazine on 12th March 2008. In the promotional offer, they sent out communication that with 2, 000 King Miles, 1 year subscription Vogue India magazine can be taken up. However, later they sticked to the point that 10, 000 King Miles are required in King Club account. Despite sending them numerous communications and their original offer details, they didn't bother to do anything.

                                      How can a company like Kingfisher change their terms and conditions so dynamically to fool around people.

                                      Hi Would like you to post this article, and I want kingfisher airlines need to take action on this. This is to make everyone aware that the Authorities in Kingfisher Airlines(Shamsha bad Airport-hyderabad) are not so particular about the recruitments that has been happening since a very long time. There have been instances where people are getting jobs who do not even have valid certificates and have been working in the organization by producing fake certificates. The management has also not taken necessary steps to check for this concern. They do not have any verifications done on the documents because of which lots of people are getting jobs into Kingfisher airlines through back door and fake documentation. There are many people who have not secured jobs into Kingfisher airlines though they have the right documents. This seems to be annoying as a company like Kingfisher Airlines which is the best Company in Airlines has people who are not even qualified to handle the process and are still working in the organization. I would like to bring this to the notice of the concerned authorities so that they can take measures to check on this and also the documentation of the employees needs to be verified so that this does not repeat and discourage other people. If this trend continues, most of the Staff working in Kingfisher airlines will be following the same procedure which would be Fake documentation and this will bring down the company’s reputation/ This has been notice by the Higher Authority like Airport Manger Sunil Menon and the Hr staff as well, I Think people are buyers and taking money from the employees to provide a job..                                       Yes, its correct. People from kingfisher are useless and more the organisation its self is cheap, who dont have prtocols and Regulations. They knows who are not having genuine documents, but still they are quite for what no idea.I have been intracting with the Seniour HR Manju Sharma, Duty manger Mahesh, and the big head sunil menon, no body is taking action, I have proff of there emails with me.

                                        On 26th Jan. ‘08 I took the flight no IT-653 to Lucknow in the evening for a weeklong meeting of my company there. And on return i took the flight on 2nd Feb. ‘08 back to Delhi. Unfortunately out of the 2 checked in baggages from my side, I was able to retrieve only one from the conveyer belt & the other one got lost. When I reported this matter to their ground staff they were able to tell that it has been probably taken away by a passenger who had a similar strolly. Upon asked that how could they allow passengers to leave the airport terminal without checking their baggage tags, i got a reply that these days nobody takes others luggage. Very surprising they are ignoring such an imp matter of security. Their ground staff encouraged me to take with me the other persons strolly. Unfortunately neither the ground staff has made any efforts to get in touch with this person whose name is Mr. K. N. Katiyar & he's traveled with a lady & an adolescent boy. Unfortunately because of this event now I’m forced to take leave from my work, as I’m based in Chandigarh & stayed back in Delhi waiting for a response from the airlines company or reverse contact with that individual. Also my strolly, which is in that person’s possession, has very crucial & imp things a list of the same is already prepared by me. After writing a mail to them I got a follow up call and they told me that the passenger details like residence address & mobile no. Also cannot be confirmed as he's been issued a ticket without these details by the travel agent.
                                        I’m now totally frustrated & don’t know how to end this deadlock, as I’m now slowly & gradually buying what I’ve lost in that strolly. It’s costing me money & agony both.
                                        Need some genuine advise as to how do I go about getting compensated.

                                        > From Delhi to Bangalore for June 21
                                        > Flight : IT 0212.
                                        > This was booked for Kingfisher class airline ( so called 5 star
                                        > airline). But unfortunately I received a message on 21/06 that my
                                        > flight has been changes from Kingfisher class to Kingfisher red
                                        > (budget option). I need to know why this change is done and why I was
                                        > degraded, when I booked it directly with you on class airline.
                                        > While checking in @ delhi I checked with your Guest Associates @ Delhi
                                        > airport, Anupama, she agreed that this is a issue but she can't do
                                        > any thing.
                                        > I feel this is cheating with guest and with this attitude it will be
