I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai, Flight No. IT 104 and froom Mumbai to Delhi, Flight No, 305 for 20th Oct 2012. The flight was subsequently cancelled due to the reasons know to common public. I got an email intimation from the Airlines on 12 October 2012. Since then till now the money has not been refunded back to my account. I have been trying to get in touch with there Customre Care numbers but no response. I also wrote couple of mails on this issue and finally got one mail from Guestcare team ([protected]@flykingfisher.com) on 5th Nov12 , acknowledging the issue and assuring the refund at the earliest.
However till date there is no refund, Now the response from the from the Guest care team has alos stopped.

The total ticket cost is ~ Rs. 17,000/-

Pleae help.

    I had booked 8Tickets for Goa to Delhi for October28 by Kingfisher Airlines Vide Pnr No NVLUFM & JVHXOZ through my Agent Kafila Travels in Delhi. This flight was cancelled by Kingfisher on October19 due to technical operations.
    Since then I am demanding refund from Airlines.
    Airlines replied my mail that they have processed refund and I should contact my agent.
    But my agent informs me that they have not got any refund.
    This is is cheating either by Airlines or Agent.
    Kindly Help.

      Hi,

      My Name is Pramila and I had booked ticket with Kingfisher Airlines in the month of September. My journey date was 18th November and return journey date was on 21st November. My PNR number is 'GQUGQO'. The Flight was cancelled by them and I received a mail of cancellation on 31st october. I called them up and asked for refund and they said that it would take 14 days for refund to process. I waited for for 14 days.After I called them, they said they have processed the refund but due to technical difficulties refund did not get processed and asked me to send e-mail to '[protected]@flykingfisher.com' .I sent an E-mail, I did not receive any acknowledgement from them indicating the status of refund request. Please help me with getting my Refund amount back.

        I have booked the ticket with kingfisher airlines for travelling on 16/10/2012 with pnr number lsanik.

        On 12/10/2012 they have informed that flight is cancelled and full amt will be refund to my credit card.

        Till date I have not received any refund nor airlines is reverting on the mails send by me (I have send about 5 mails)

        can you help me in getting the refund from the airlines

          I confirmed with Kingfisher Airlines that both these flights have been cancelled, I gave cancellation request for both the Tickets with remarks "FLIGHT CANCELLED FULL REFUND". I request you to cancel both tickets and refund full amount as soon as possible, Customer is in urgency to book tickets in another flight. Please do the needful.

            Myself Mr.Nitin Chaskar had gone for a round trip with three other persons from pune to delhi on 12feb 2012 &return on 17 feb 2012 by kingfisher airlines . Of which return fare through kingfisher airlines frm delhi to pune flight was delayed for more then 12 hrs after getting flight arranged they told us that 14seats are less in flight so those who 'll adjust with us we 'll return there money and arrange some other way to send us to pune after giving us endorrsment later of full repayment by the way how payment is done they arrange us in mumbai flight and frm there to pune.
            After getting here even after continous follow up by our agent as he says to co. And thats frm me to agent still had not got the refund.

              I had cancelled my Kingfisher flight, IT107 from Mumbai to Bangalore (Flight Date: 29th Sep. 2012 with 16:40pm scheduled departure time, Mumbai to Bangalore)., at 4:45am on 29th Sep. 2012.

              I cancelled the same at Kingfisher Counter at Terminal 1A Domestic Counter at Chhatrapati Shivaji Internation Airport, Mumbai at 4:45am on 29th Sep. 2012.
              I was issued a paper confirming the cancellation on their counter, with an assurance that I will get the refund towards the same in next few days.
              Its been more then 13 days now, and have not received the refund till date.

              PLS NOTE THAT I HAD BOOKED MY TICKETS THROUGH their official SITE http://www.flykingfisher.com.

              Kindly look in to the matter and to get the refund immediately.

                I am Mr RAMESH.BK Prof in Matheematics booked 4 tickets to KATMANDU NEPAL on 20the Jan 2012 in Trip and tour holidays Jayanagar . He advised King fisher airlines . my tour date was 1st March 2012 and return on 10the march ie BANGALORE TO KATMANDU AND KATMANDU TO BANGALORE VIA DELHI . I paid app Rs 68000 .He gave me Computer print out of Kingfisher airlines.We left March 1st from Bangalore to Delhi after theat all thee rest of thee flights cancelled . till today i was expected thee Refund money which we already paid ,but we didn't get any information also .

                  This is to kindly inform you that I Avi Agarwal had traveled by PNQ-DEL flight IT 153 on 15the September, 2012. On arrival at Delhi Airport Terminal 3 I find thee lock of my checked in baggage was removed. The laptop and a hard disk charger was missing. I made a written complaint regarding thee theeft to Mr. Ravi Mehta, thee officer in charge for kingfisher at T3, Delhi. He verified from Pune Airport thee weight of my baggage and was confirmed theat it had a laptop and otheer electrical gadgets during scan. Sir, I am a student of design at Pune and thee laptop contained my hard work of last few years. Therefore I would urge you to use your good officers to retrieve my lost property.

                    I am Sandhya, I was working for Kingfisher Airlines Pvt Ltd and had resigned from the company on August 31st 2011 after giving a one month notice period. I am yet to receive my Final settlement from the company. As the Company have not paid the salary for the other staffs since Jan 2012, they state the settlement issues will be sorted out only after other issues of the current employees are sorted out.

                    Can you guide me as to how to go about with this issues, as I find most of the management team relieving from the company without any solution for this issue.

                    It is clear that Rasika Anand and Donvand IT Head Sanjoy Bhattcharya is cheating or doing fraud with me.Rasika and Sanjoy both illegally withheld my 1.47 lakh INR I worked in Donvand very honestly after that both company made false allegation on me. Knowledge venture IT Head Rasika playing game with me as per instructions of Donvand Kuoni Subsidary IT head Sanjoy Bhattacharya. Knowledge venture LLP do not want Pay my F& F salary that's why knowledge venture and Sanjoy made false allegation on me. Knowledge Venture LLP Manager Rasika Anand and Donvand Head Sanjoy Bhattacharya both are cheating with me. Both Rasika and Sanjoy have become dishonest .They do not have moral value
                    Donvand’s Kuoni IT Head Sanjoy Bhatacharya and Knowledge venture LLP managing partner Rasika Anand had in collusion with each other had concocted fallacious story to not pay my salary and other dues.
                    Rasika Anand and Sanjoy Bhattcharya Made false allegations on me which is completely baseless and never stand anywhere.They are misusing legal authority to made false allegation on me through Legal Notice.
                    I need my money anyhow.
                    It is unethical.

                      i travel today 8th sept on saturday from mumbai to bhavnagar by kingfisher flight IT 4123 and somebody steal my blue cross goggles from my baggage ..when i got my baggage on conveyour belt the goggles empty bag was out of my baggage and then i complained to mr rajesh who is an employee of kingfisher at bhavnagar airport. but he is unable to find out my goggles. that goggles is very important to me...i want it back please do something to get back my goggle...my no is [protected] and my address is 454 vivek vihar new sanganer road sodala , jaipur rajasthan. i don't even think that kingfisher can do such cheap type of things ,and i'm very upset now....may be this is the reason for sinking of this company.

                        I have made reservation with Kingfisher airlines in Aug 2011 for Ahmedabad - Mumbai - Cochin - Mumbai - Ahmedabad for travelling dates in May 2012. The PNR was OLODZR and e-ticket no[protected] / 303 / 304 305 (Four tickets). I was informed in March 2012 on the flight cancellation and subsequently I was forced to cancel the tickets.

                        The refund for the meals (Rs. 1400) paid for this sector is not processed yet and I have contacted their call center and via email at least 50 times in last 4 months. Now they even do not respond to my email.

                        What should I do?
                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        On dated 30th August 2011 I had made booking of flight ticket with kingfisher airlines.
                        PNR number: CTZVWD and having Ticket no.:[protected].
                        Date of journey: 2nd Dec 2011 and return date of journey: 18th DEC 2011.

                        Above flights which i had booked were canceled, as per airline rules and regulations I am eligible for full refund.
                        I did contact airlines number of times and every time they say it is under process.

                        It has been more than a month and I am yet to receive refund.
                        Please do the needful to get me refund.

                            Four o[censored]s booked tickets with Kingfisher Airlines - Heathrow - Mumbai - Bangkok return and were due to fly out on 1 April 2012. On trying to book in at Heathrow we were told that the route and flight had been cancelled. Since then we have been trying to obtain a refund and compensation under EU legislation from Kingfisher but they have not responded in any useful way. So Kingfisher Airlines have over £2000 of our money and we have had no holiday. An appalling way to treat your customers. Do not use Kingfisher Airlines.

                              My Self Shelly gupta would like to lodge a complaint against Kingfisher airline or its ground staff at Bangalore international airport, specially the lady manager who was there at the counter for afternoon shift.
                              I was suppose to travel to delhi on 24th may'12 PNR for the same is - BNHGCD & tkt no.[protected]. which i booked through expedia.co.in.
                              my flight was at 8.45 p.m. & i reached airport at 8 p.m. due to heavy traffic at roads ,due to which i was not allowed to board the flight , inspite of saying that i dont have any check-in luggage. but still the staff was not at all helpful & they simply denied. adding to the astonishment, another passenger who came at 8.15 p.m. was allowed to board the flight, by giving me an excuse that he did a web check in, i still agreed to it but how can any airline accept check in luggage for the same??? but huge luggage was accepted for this passenger. i again requested the staff that as you have again opened the gate pls allow me also for the same as i have urgent work at delhi but still they refused.
                              I had to reach delhi urgently as on 25th May'12 i had an UK Visa interview @ 10 a.m.. I had no other option but to book ticket again from indigo for rs 9300/- for morning flight at 6.00a.m. due to which i had to stay at airport for the whole night & faced a lot of inconvenience.
                              Now i want a refund for the same tkt which was for Rs - 8500/- or they need to offer me a credit note for the same for that i can reuse this tkt amount later in any further booking.
                              Pls help me with the same as it is very hard earned money which i cannot waste like this.
                              I had tried purchasing King Miles on 17-Aug-2011, through King Club website but due to some technical error I was unable to do and therefore I was charged for the same 3 times from my SBI debit Card for Rs. 16500/- (16500 x 3 = Rs. 49500/-). I called customer support team more than 10 times in the past 3 months but every time they promised me that Refund will be credited in your bank. However nothing has been done so far.

                              Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter with Kingfisher Airlines and take necessary steps asap.

                                On 07/12/2011 using net banking through cleartrip.com site (TRIP ID: [protected]) I had purchased three confirmed tickets for my family from Guwahati to Kolkata by Kingfisher Airlines flight IT 4572 dt 24/01/2012 and return to guwahati from Kolkata by IT 4571 on 01/02/2012 . But both the flights were subsequently cancelled by the Airlines. I have been provided alternative tickets by Kingfisher Airlines by AI 9710 dt 24/01/2012 from Guwahati to kolkata and AI 0711 and IT 3358 from kolkata to guwahati on 01/02/2012 via Imphal .

                                I was issued the following rescheduled tickets for travelling from Guwahati to Kolkata:

                                AI 730 guwahati(GAU) to kolkata (CCU) 24/01/2012 , 11-40 hrs

                                Due to my inconvenience and unavoidable circumstances, I intended to postpone my journey scheduled on 24/01/2012 to 25/01/2012 evening (after 16.00 hours) for going to Kolkata from Guwahati for which I had requested Kingfisher airlines for rescheduling my journey to Kolkata in the late hours after 4.00 pm on 25/01/2012, which was declined by them stating that I have to approach Air India for the purpose. On enquiry with Air India they expressed their inability to do the same .However, they had confirmed cancellation to me over phone from helpdesk of the three tickets from Guwahati to Kolkata issued under PNR no. HSSZPR. However, regarding the refund they told me to approach Kingfisher airlines. On approaching Kingfisher Airlines I was told that since the tickets were purchased through Cleartrip.com the refund would be processed by Cleartrip only. I had to purchase spot tickets from Indigo airlines on 25/01/2012 paying an exorbitant price as I had a very urgent family function to attend at Kolkata. When I have claimed the refund from the Cleartrip they told me that the refund would be processed after completion of the journey i.e after availing return flight.

                                After our return to Guwahati from Kolkata on 01/02/2012 ,I had taken up suitably with the Cleartrip for refund through their helpdesk and customer support service via email [protected]@cleartrip.com on 06/02/2012.My mail was responded by Customer service Associates on 07/02/2012 stating that they had cancelled my reservation on their systems on 07/02/2012 . The applicable amount, after deducting Cleartrip Processing Fee of Rs.300/- per person per flight, would be credited to the same account/card, which was used for making the payment within 15-20 working days depending upon the policy of my bank. On sending a reminder on March 1 ,2012 I received a reply from cleartrip that as per set process for all the travel agencies with regards to EXCH tickets cases, We need to submit passenger’s covering letter along with his contact details and stamped original endorsement for full refund at Airline office to get the status convert to OPEN.
                                This process from the beginning is very time consuming process and airline can't commit that the ticket status will be changed from EXCH to OPEN, but usually it takes about 40-45 working days. When asked about my next course of action, I was told that Cleartrip would do all the necessary formalities for securing refund on my behalf. (I am enclosing the trailmail for your kind perusal). Since 07/03/2012 I have never received any further response from them .Even the telephone calls I made to cleartrip helpline is not properly responded and till date I did not get any refund. On 17/05/2012 when I had finally approached the helpdesk telephone of cleartrip I was told that Airline has rejected my claim stating that We had boarded the flight and hence no refund could be made.
                                Under the above circumstances I have no other alternative to send my grievance to your department with an appeal for justice and refund of the amount along with interest and adequate compensation for the harassment given to me by the Airlines and the Travel agent.

                                  I have a booking for my family from Delhi to London; from Kingfisher airline vide booking reference no. – BXCHQD for 26th May 2012. I heard from media that Kingfisher has cancelled all flights to London. I was expecting an email from Kingfisher but never the less I wrote to kingfisher via attached email – still no response.

                                  I spoke to kingfisher’s customer care representative ON 26TH MARCH 2012 and he has confirmed that flight is cancelled and I am eligible for refund. He cancelled the bookings and has confirmed to me the following:-

                                  · Kitty sethi (wife) the refund amount is £222.00 and cancellation receipt no. is –[protected]
                                  · Arnav Sharma (son) the refund amount is £195.00 and cancellation receipt no. is –[protected]

                                  I was further advised that no separate email will be sent for this confirmation and refund will be sent in 14 business days (which is very long period by any standards).

                                  I asked for a written confirmation of the above understanding in terms of an email from your side.

                                  I was never provided with this email confirmation.

                                  I have written many emails and contacted airline’s call center by numerous calls but no body confirmed any thing. I have spent a lot of time and money already on calling airline from UK. I am fed up and today I have got confirmation that there is a problem in payment gateway and it will take another 14 working days. I was refused to transfer my call to supervisor and instead is provided this email id and was asked to write to him and was promised reply in 24 hours, the reply never come.

                                  They are harassing me. I have already spent extra money in purchasing VERY EXPENSIVE TICKET in lieu of cancellation, then a lot of money in chasing them from UK on their call center and have been exhausted emotionally and mentally in mindlessly chasing them with no response.



                                  I LOOK FORWARD TO DGCA TO PREVAIL ON KINGFISHER TO REFUND MY AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO TO PAY ME DAMAGES OF ADDITIONAL £500.00 FOR HARASSMENT.

                                    I had tried to booked an e ticket through above airlines website on 9th May 2012 in the name of Mr. Charanjeet Chanderpal, my journey date & return was on 10th May 2012 in Mumbai-Delhi sector. First, I did not get my PNR no. & my ticket was not booked but amount of Rs. 13056 was debited from my account. Then I called their Customer Care No. & I was assured that I will get my amount refunded in 2 days & ticket has not been booked.
                                    Then I booked ticket from my another account of PNR NO. OBWFLH.
                                    It has been more than 6 days but I had not got my money refunded. I had repeatedly mailed them my grievances but they are not responding even they are not replying my mails.take some proper measure so that nobody have to face such harrassment

                                      I had bought a ticket with Kingfisher airlines London - Delhi for £589.56(Rs 51,044) on 1st of March 2012. Initially the airlines had overcharged me and debited £611.01(Rs 52,901) from my account. The balance £21.45 (Rs 1857) was refunded in three weeks after countless emails complains, but soon after the airlines informed that they stopped service from London - Delhi and informed my ticket will be fully refunded in maximum two weeks. After an agonising wait of over two months and countless calls to the local office in UK, I have been only refunded with £543.90 (Rs 47,090) which is still short of £45.66 (Rs 3953.2) from what I paid for my ticket (£589.56).
                                      I am currently trying to chase the company for the balance refund but the company has shut down their local office in London without communicating to any customers with outstanding balances and this leaves me only one mode to communicate which is by email. I have sent 4-5 emails to the company urging to acknowledge my request but there has been no response.

                                      The airlines does not realise how adversely people are affected by their decision to ignore customers and stop communication all together. There are much more damages then the amount that they owe me, damages which are intangible like the agony and pain to chase after your own money, changing travel plans and cancelling reservations at the last minute as the airlines cancels the flight, waiting for the refund for three months so you can use the returned money to book another flight. It is a shame how the airlines, who boasted itself on excellence in customer service and communication in its hay-day (remember the advertisements where Vijay Mallya said if you had any complains you could email him directly! http://www.flykingfisher.com/about-us/chairmans-message.aspx), has done exactly the opposite of what they were saying and given one of the worst experiences worldwide to its customers.

                                        Flight IT32 HKG was cancelled on the 18th of March 2012. I had to make alternative plans to reach my destination. King Fisher Airlines have to refund me. Various emails were sent to King Fisher Airlines, but till date, no response.
                                        Please refund me urgently.
