my Son Rameez Murad was a Passenger in KINGFISHER Filght No. 2454 from Agatti to Kochi. He is an 18 year old and was travelling alone. He went to Kochi to attend his Engineering Entrance test of AMRITA University, which is scheduled for Sunday 17th April, 2011. When he reached Kochi his luggage was missing and immediately a complaint was lodged with the Kingfisher authorities at the Air Port. He was told that the luggage (a suitcase with trolly) has not been loaded from Agatti. However, when contacted today I was told that from Agatti Airport as well as from Kochi that it was loaded from Agatti. God knows where it vanished.
Now the problem is my son is at duress due to non receipt of his lugguge in which his hall ticket, study materials, cash and other valuable things are kept. The chances are that he may not be able to appear for the exam thereby his entire year will be wasted if the luggugae is not received. The Kingfisher guys, though polite, do not seems to have taken the matter with the seriousness it warrants. Please help.

    I had traveled in KF on 5th March 2011, Flight No IT 0338, Delhi - Mumbai ( Carrier Baggage Tag Number - 0090 IT973873). Kingfisher people has lost my luggage which is not traceable till now.
    I wrote 3 mails to (2 reminder) to [protected]@kingfisher.com mail id, No response till now...Finally I get a call from Kingfisher mumbai office from Mr.Freddy, saying that its been 3 weeks and they couldnt trace my bag and they will pay me Rs. 4950/- as a compensation of the loss of baggage!!! My luggage costs more than that!! i though I dont have time to go to Police station to lodge complaint and all i thought ok whatever I agreed for that compensation. And now none picks my call in the call centre..[protected] (Disconnects my call),[protected]Ringing no response), [protected] (its switched off) And I dont have time to go behind these people to get that so called compensation amount. Now I am planning to lodge complaint enough is enough!!!!

    I too have been a victim and have lost my luggage when i was travelling from Goa to Delhi by Kingfisher Airlines on 31st July 2012. from Goa I travelled by IT 309 to Mumbai. And from Mumbai to Delhi by IT 313. I too faced the same problem and also had been contacting the same numbers. Two days back I have been informed that my baggage is being declared lost and that i was entitled for a compensation of Rs. 450/- per kg for my 12 kg baggage. this definitely is not the worth of my baggage by even 5%. I am of a strong opinion that there exists a well organised racket that does these acts of making valuable baggage disappear. Or is it the result of Kingfisher staff not receiving their salaries?

      I recently booked flight IT512 from Mumbai to Goa return on 07/02/2011. the return flights was on 26/02/2011. It was for 2 people travelling First class. The cost of the tickets was £652.41.
      On arrival at Mumbai airport check-in I was informed that there was no longer First Class on this flight and that I should go out of the airport to reservations and cancel my seats and re-book Economy seats. This I did after a very long wait in the queue. I was charged £103.58 for my new tickets.
      I have now paid £755.99 for 2 Economy seats. I have so far not had a refund of the excess I have paid. I have travelled with Kingfisher on a number of flights over the years and "Fly the good times" is begining to wear a bit thin.

      I had booked three tickets from Bangalore to Pune for the 28th of September. I cancelled these tickets on the 25th of September, 2008. I was initially told that I would see the amount credited to my account after 8 days. When I did not receive the refund, I called "customer care" after 10 days. I was told that it would take atleast 15 days.
      So I waited for 15 days. Again when the amount was not refunded I called the customer care. They told me that it would take a month and gave me a story about the migration from Deccan to Kingfisher being the cause of the delay.

      I wrote to [protected]@kingfisher.com. For every mail I received the same stale reply, "we are investigating your case". I also wrote to the "chairman" who flaunts his good times reputation on his website and gives a whole big yarn about him being concerned about feedback. There was no reply. Obviously, the "chairman" has people to answer his mails for him but even they did not bother to reply.

      If this is cheating, this is the lowest form of cheating that a person of the chairman's status can resort to. He should pick people who have the same status to play such games with, not people who put their hard earned money and misplaced trust in his airlines.

      I would appreciate any help and advice on acting further regarding this matter.

      I had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore for the August 22nd. And on that day the flight was cancelled and ticket amount has not been refunded in my account. I was given refund reference# 194735 but it has not been refunded yet. I called customer service center many times, and every time they told that I would get the amount credited to my account in 10 to 15 days.

      It seems to me that they are cheating in big level, there are not even feeling responsibility for this. I would not recommend any of our friends to choose Kingfisher because of this.

      I had cancelled two tickets with PNR - PRMYVT and MNJRYQ on account of the respective flights being cancelled. Now even though more than 45 days have elapsed since the flight was cancelled, the refund amount has not been credited to me. I have spoken the airlines customer thrice in this regard and have even sent them emails. But no response. I am losing out interest on the amount - who will incur that?
      Booked Tickets from Chennai to Portblair and Portblair to Chennai for Jan-2013 in the month of Sep-2012. Company Informed about cancellation of Tickets in the month of Dec-2012. Cancellation request registerd in Dec-2012. After sending a number of emails and phone calls, my refund has not been processed so far.

        On the 14th of febuary I was travelling in Kingfisher Airlines flight# IT 0002 from London to Delhi with my wife and my one and half year old son,our seats number for that flight was 23E and 23D as wor a baby cot these were seats give to us.The plane was delayed going from Heathrow once we had boarded the plane and everyone was seated it took almost 1hour before they started serving refreshments at that time alot of peoplewere getting angry especially those with childrens and infant which includes me.The cabin crew was so diorganised,had lack of communcation between one another,it felt like they were not there to provide a happy friendly service as what they are paid to do and what we have paid for.To them it was a matter of doing a job and getting paid.They never prioritised with people with special needs or childrens and infants. When dinner was served which was about 12am, I noticed, people who are little busy, they are ignored & selectively they are asking people about dinner. my wife and myself were a little busy settling our son as it was quite late , but when our co passengers next to us were served dinner, I thought, next they are going to ask us more importantly no matter what we were doing ask ask first if they could bring something to eat for our baby,but did they hell no,they had no care what so ever . It was a rude shock for us, the crews never asked about dinner at all... Since they are moving around with the trolley, so I thought, may be they will serve later. Surprised to see, they, never bothered to ask us if we need dinner or not!!! By the time I understood that dinner will not be given to me I had to approach the cabin crew and ask them could we kindly get our dinner for the three of and this was about 2am.To top all this off our entertainment meaning our own personal tv was out of order infact that whole rows entertaimment was out of order,when i asked about it the answer i got was "oh sorry sir its not working,well hang on a minute we have not only spent money just to sit on for 8 hours or so on a seat not being able to anything,it is the resposbilty of the cabin crew to provide excellent service and to be of as much help as possible,not once did they even say a sincere aplogy,nor once did they say"just bare with us sir we will try to fix it if not we will try to accomdate you somewhere else,what was more annoying was the fact that they did not even try at all,even if they did but was not sucessfull i would have understood.also lets come to the toilets,they were working,but were not maintained not cleaned,they were absoultuly filthy.many passangers complained about the blockage and maintance inside and i am talking about both sides of where we were sitting,did the cabin crew try to resovle the promblem? No event they did not want to go inside and clean it,they were more worried about the smell and if anything went onto their uniforms,so what did they do,well just put a sign saying out of order.I am sorry but this is not exceptable.
        But I must say, in this age of cost cutting, service in this airline is now a shocker, which really surprised me. Moreover, I saw the crews in my flight had loades of attitude which is also a reason why we decided to just suffer the 8 hour flight and not ask them for anything.Now i have flown with many many airlines and this is the first ever airline which ive had a horrible exhausting flight expericene with my baby and wife.To me this a very serious matter and I will not tolerate this or ignore this situation unless something is done about this.You are meant to be competing with other airlines such as Jetairways,virgin,British airways,all the major leading airline,and im sorry to say but this airline is not up to their standards and are meeting high standard of priority, care, service, professionlism, attidude and most importantanly expectations and being helpful going that extra mile to make the difference. I fly back to London on the 18th of march 2011 in the afternoon and my wife will bee flying back alone with my son at a later date.I would appricate if this matter is resolved and dealt with before I fly back which is the 18th of march 2011.Now as i work for Londons local newspaper firm and radio station , i will not think twice when i get back to publishsize this and let our readears and listeners know what kind of experince is expected if flying with kingfisher airlines. i think its only fair to let them know what they are really getting themself in for.This letter will also be going to your head office and it will also be sent to the uk,s Tradingstandards and citizens advice bureau if I have to take this matter even more further and i will not hesitate to do so. in the past i have had bad experience with other airlines, and the way they resoved my problems was with a full refund of my ticket in which case for this airline it will be for me my wife and my son of the sum of £960.27p, a upgrade to different class which,and three tickets to india again as a good well gesture for us to experince and prove to us that Kingfisher airline is one of the most highly demanded, competetif and one of the best airline to travel with. I am very sorry you had to hear all these critisicm,but you must understand where i am coming from,and how i and my family feels about this situation,and aout our experince with Kingfisher. please could you kindly solve this issuues as soon as possible, i am in delhi for another two weeks as i have mentioned the number to contact me on in delhi is [protected],my UK number is [protected] which at the moment is off line until i go back to the Uk

          Dear Sirs

          I was traveling with my family by Kingfisher Airlines flight IT0073 from Kolkata to Dhaka on 17th February 2011.

          Our ticket numbers were:[protected]/1/2/3 (total 04 tickets)

          We were total 04 passengers and were carrying 03 checked-in luggage and 03 cabin bags. The 03 pcs of checked-in luggage were well within the allowed limit of 80 kgs for 04 passengers.

          After we reached the checked-in counter, the counter staff Ms. Amrita told us that the cabin luggage we were carrying can not fit into the cabin because it was an ATR. I insisted that the cabin luggage comprises of soft bags and can be easily fitted into the cabins.

          She said that it is not possible to let me take those bags and I must check them in. On this I suggested that we carry the cabin baggage ourselves till the aircraft and there we can handover the same to the crew to load into the cargo compartment or keep at any other place.

          This way we could have met the allowed limits and could also save paying the excess baggage. She insisted that either we check in the lugagge or we shall not be allowed to board the flight.

          The case was also referred to the station manager Mr. Bharat Yolmo who also followed the same language and said that we have to pay the excess baggage.

          As per the cabin baggage rules of Kingfisher Airlines, each passenger is allowed to carry up to 7 kgs of cabin baggage and being 04 passengers, we were supposed to be allowed 28 kgs of cabin baggage.

          But the airline staff refused absolutely and looking at the time and situation, I had no choice but to pay them the excess baggage and board the flight with my family.

          This is a total arbitrary attitude of the airline as they are charging the passengers without any defined rules for such a case.

          I hereby would like to challenge the Kingfisher Airline as to why they should not be brought under the purview of law for such a harassment to the passengers and take action against such personnel.

          The aviation industry of India is respected worldwide for its efficiency and professionalism, but such matters do not comply with the norms.

          I had even filled up a complaint form and handed over to the in-flight crew, but no response has been received till date and no action taken.

          Attached herewith the excess baggage charge receipt and pictures of the cabin luggage which I clicked after the same was booked, at airport. These are for your reference and doing the needful.

          I look forward to getting a prompt response from you and resolving this matter with the said airline.

            PRE-BOOKED MEAL NOT PROVIDED :
            I am Nitin Shah from Ahmedabad, India. I have booked the ticket of King fisher Airlines,Flight No. IT 3184, Flight Date- 05 March 2011, PNR No - FWIGFA from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. At the time of travelling Crew members has not offered Pre-Ordered meal to me. I have informed on board flight crew members Pyriyanka & Sweta about this my pre-ordered meal (I have pre-paid Rs. 175/- at the time of booking). They have refuse to serve me the same and ask that they don't have received pre-order request. Hence they can't provide the same. She was cooperate and also given this statement in writing. After reaching destination I have given complain letter to Mr. Kamran (Guest Services Dept. - Ahmedabad) but till date I din't get any response from Kingfisher Airlines. My complain is that when insurance company charging less than Rs. 100/- and offered total insurance benefits of more than 1 Lacs rupees. what is the Kingfisher policy and action about this issue. (All documentary evidence having with me). Airlines must understand this in not only question only about my money, but about my prestige also…..................

              I booked a flight from Bangalore - Delhi - Chandigarh on 19th Feb, 2011 for myself and my wife from easemytrip.com and in the E-Ticket i received, the boarding last time is mentioned 30 min before departure. I reached airport before 40 min of departure of flight but was denied check in and was forced to do a fresh booking. When i told about the 30 min in me E-Ticket, the lady in charge at B'glore airport just said she cannot do anything. Even there was a lot of time for flight to go (Around40 min) and despite of my pleading the did not let me in. I was forced to do a fresh booking and because of that i lost my Delhi - Chandigarh flight also. I lost around 7000 Rs in the process and wasted my time also and i could not reach to my home for an important function also. Sir, i suspect flight overbooking in this case as i met one more person in the airport who was denied boarding too in the same flight. Please look into the matter and help me in getting refund of my 7000 Rs.

              I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED BY KINGFISHER AIRLINES..I WAS BOARDING FOR SINGAPORE I HAD THE PASSPORT AND BOARDING PASS BUT AT THE DOOR THEY SAY SORRY YOU ARE LATE BY 2MINTS, NOW WE CANNOT GO..ISN'T TOO MUCH THAT TOO I WAS THE FIRST CLASS PASSENGER ?? THE STAFF WAS ALL TIME WITH US, ONLY ONE GUY AT THE DOOR SEEMS TO BE THE HEAD OF KING FISHER OR SEEMS HE WAS ACTING LIKE OWN THE FLIGHT DIDN'T ALLOW FOR HIS PERSONAL PUNCTUALITY, NOW I WANT TO ASK ARE NOT YOU PEOPLE NOT AWARE THE CROWD AT AIRPORT AND THE SYSTEM WE HAVE OF SECURITY CHECK..HOW SLOW AND TOUGH IT IS, ON THE DAY I WAS FLYING THE AIRPORT WAS TOTALLY PACKED..

                I had booked a flight from Mysore to Chennai on 16th January 2011 (PNR: JOOESS). The flight was scheduled to depart Mysore at 14.20 hrs. But at 11 am the same day, i got an sms telling the flight was cancelled. The customer care called and asked me to catch the flight from Bangalore to reach chennai. the flight from bangalore was to depart at 16.00 hrs. In order to cath that flight at 4 pm, i had to take a private taxi and shell out 2100 INR. This all chaos happened due to negligence of the airlines and for no fault of mine, i had to endure a lot of inconvenience.. especially since i was travelling with an infant. Now, the refund as been initiated to me for an amount of Rs. 1600 only. but i have spent more that that Rs. 2100 for no fault of mine. i request them to compensate in justice and get ATLEAST the money i spent for the taxi from Mysore to bangalore for Rs. 2100. but no one responded. i got a mail after some ten reminders telling, only the mys-blr sector will be refunded. but even that has not been done till date. its more than a month, and i have not got refund for a fault that was not even done by me. im very deeply grieved by kingfisher airlines and their attitude. someone pls help me...

                  I had a valid confirmed ticket to travel from goa to Mumbai on Kingfisher airlines on 11/02/2011, however when I reached the airport well in advance the kingfisher staff at the check in counter told me that no seats are available. I had confimed the ticket on the 30th of January 2011 and also on the 10th of January that is one day before the departure. I had onward flight to London the same day. How can Kingfisher staff especially one girl called Sahena tell me with a straight face to travel on the next day or provide her proof that it is important to reach to my destination London. Who do they think they are. I never encountered such careless, bossy and stupid staff in my many many years of air travel.

                    Fm: Ahmedabad To: Delhi Flight no: IT 4637 Date : 15-01-11 PNR:DLPVQP
                    Fm: Delhi To: Chandigarh Flight no: IT 3357 Date : 15-01-11 PNR:DLPVQP

                    Total cost of Full journey was Rs.2947/- . Journey from ahmedabad to Delhi went through, however due to bad weather at Chandigarh flight IT 3357 got cancelled by Airlines authority( Kingfisher Airlines). Same was also endorsed by Airlines on the ticket. On 17-01-11 I have reported for collection of my balance amount at Yatra Office where I have briefed and shown all required documents to Ms Anju and Ms Baljeet Kaur. They promised me to give my refund within 10 working days. I have personally gone to Yatra office four times and contacted on phone number of times , however I have failed to get my refund after almost a month. When I contacted Kingfisher Airlines Authority through Toll free number they also misguided me and did not help me. This is a clear case of tourchering , harrassement and ' DADAGIRI' by both Airlines agent (Yatra Online Pvt Ltd) and Airlines company(Kingfisher Airlines) . I would request you to kindly help me out and do something. I will be ever greatful to you. Thanking You.

                      I am Gopal Khemani working as a senior Divisional Manager in National Insurance Co. at NAGPUR. In the month of December 2010, we booked a tour for NEPAL through Yatra online company.Yatra Online company's local Branch Manager Shri Ritesh Bawangade told undersigned to carry PAN CARD for all 8 members for the purpose of immigration.As per programme we reached at Delhi Air Port on 31.12.2010 but Kingfisher officials did not allow us to board the flight mentioning the reason that we do not have Passport or Voting Card.We made lot of request to them that as per the rules any Photo ID card issued by the Central or State Government is sufficient for the purpose of Immegretion but they were reluctant.Our representative from Yatra Online also tried his level best to make them understand , and he sends them a mail of rules of the imigration but goes invain.Undersigned also shown them a circular of rules through my LAP TOP,which was from Nepal Tourism Department in which it was clearly mentioned that any photo ID issued by Central or State Government is sufficent for the purpose of immigration.Finally we were loaded off from the flight.We requested them to arrange our meeting with their high officials for the discussions but they did not allow us to meet them. We requested them to give atleast one letter of our off loading from the flight ,which also they refused mentioning the reason that we have not booked the tickets through them and they instracted us to contact the agency through whom we have booked the tickets.Because of this we were forced to cencel our tour resulting in 100% loss of Hotel Booking at NEPAL which was costing Rs.67200/- and Kingfisher also deducted the cencellation charges of Rs.19000/-.Being the 31st December all Hotels were full in and around New Delhi and we had to incure heavy expenses for the 5days, since our return ticket was for 5th January 2011.We can not imagine that AIRLINES headed by Shri Vijay Malya, who is a very nice person is behaving like this and harrassing the custmors like this with out any reason for their selfishness.We have a proof that Kingfisher Airlines is oversolding the tickets of their flights and making such type of scenes just to save their skin.We are going to every forum and even to the Avition Ministry for the justice and claiming Rs.5,00,000/- as a compensation for harrasment to us..Our Tickets No. are [protected] to [protected] and flight No. was IT 065 on 31.12.2010 and IT 066 on 04.01.2011 and Rs.84976/- were charged for the 08 tickets.Passangers were 01.Shri Gopal Khemani 02.                         I travelled from bhubhaneshwar to London via Delhi on 22nd of January 2011 via a kingfisher flight (connecting flights) and found my baggage missing at heathrow, london. I logged a complaint and I was given a file reference number to track its status. Its been close to three weeks now and I have heard nothing from kingfisher's end. They never received the phone calls for the numbers that they had provided neither did they ever reply to the emails. I am clueless about my luggage. As an airlines , its their prior responsibility to keep the guest informed about the status and make sure the luggage is reached safely. I am never going to recommend this airlines to anyone again. The customer care is slow and do not get back with any information.

                          Our original booked flight was for 05 Feb, IT4305 going from Delhi to Amritsar in the evening.

                          This flight was leaving in the evening for Amritsar, which is why we booked it for my friends from USA traveling around in India. They reached Delhi on late 4th evening, intended to sight-see in Delhi on the 5th and then leave for Amritsar in the late evening.

                          1) IT4305 was canceled. Seemingly a call was made to inform on the contact phone number and there was no response. Why not also send an email to inform? The itinerary was sent via email. Perhaps people who books flights are also ones traveling around and for many reasons there phone could not be reachable. But obviously, they are not sitting somewhere just waiting for a call from Kingfisher about flight cancellation. Why not inform over email too esp. when there is no response on the phone?

                          We only realized about the cancellation when tried to retrieve information about the itinerary on Kingfisher website using the PNR. It just did not show anything, no information about cancellation, just asked us to try again later as there seems to be some problem. Same message was shown for quite a few attempts at random intervals. Only when we looked at flights leaving from Delhi to Amritsar on 05 Feb via new booking option and did not see IT4305 that we got suspicious and called the airlines.

                          2) IT4305 was canceled and the option given was 7:20 AM on the same morning 05 Feb! How does that fit into anyone's plan who intends to leave in the evening after a day's work in Delhi? Why not accommodate them in IT4309 at 4:50 PM instead? Or the next morning's flight? Doesn't that seem logical for anyone who has business during the day that perhaps hope that he would be able to somehow accommodate and leave few hours early?

                          3) Why was the flight canceled? There was not even a courtesy to inform us about the reasons. Was it done on whimsical reasons?

                          From Kingfisher we expect better service, and don't mind paying the premium money for it. We are giving them our money. We expect them to be more professional and provide the service you are charging us for.

                          I booked a ticket 2 months in advance for mumbai to indore in Kingfisher flight IT 3147 PNR No. GBRGSI. Ticket was booked so I reach home on the night of Nov 4 and celebrate diwali with my family. However, on Nov 3, at 6:30 am I m receiving sms frm Kingfisher stating flight has been cancelled. I called up cust service and he gave me an option of taking a morning flight to delhi at 11:30 am and thn a connecting flight to Indore at 4 pm that would waste my entire day. Or else they told me to take the refund of 2100/- If I book a ticket now, it is going to cost me a minimum of 10000/-. My diwali plans and enthusiasm is lost....from 6:30 in the morning, I am trying to find some solution but there is no responsible person available at Kingfisher. Who can help me lodge a complaint against them??

                            the worst airline i would suggest. decided to go to india from sydney . my sister was getting married. stayed in thailand for few days. had Kingfisher Airlines flight from thailand to mumbai. well in the flight the staff was not helpful at all. the were busy with their own stuff. customer not important all . the channels were not worKing at all. reached mumbai and found out our luggage were not loaded in the airline.Kingfisher staff claimed we would receive our luggage in 48 hour . actually we received our Luggage in 6 days . well done Kingfisher . we tried calling on various number which we got from staff of Kingfisher but no response at all.
                            I WOULD PERSONALLY REQUEST EVERONE NOT TO TRAVEL IN Kingfisher Airlines . IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING IN ECONOMY CLASS YOU WOULD GET THE WORSE SERVICES.
                            I WOULD SUGGEST THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE SMART AND WELL SPOKEN STAFF RATHER THAN GOOD LOOKING STAFF. NEVER GOING TO TRAVEL WITH THEM AGAIN.

                            i travelled from leh to delhi on 11th july 2011 by flight IT 3351. my bag did not arrive at delhi airport. was issued a complain letter by mr. rajit at delhi airport and he gave me the phone number to keep in touch. next day no one attended this no. finally on 12th night shweta spoke to me and updated me that the bag is still being traced. no response on the same no. on wed. 13th and thursday 14th. the phone just rings and no one answers!!! finally i called mumbai no. gawaish said he would get back after calling delhi. well he did not. when i called him again to ask why delhi guys dont answer phones, he said thats not my problem, but your bag is still not found. even the delhi duty managers no. given by mumbai guys was constantly unanswered.
                            losing luggage is one thing and over and above king fisher refuses to attend calls...i was told by shweta that drishti would get back on wednesday morning and she even read out the mail asking drishti to do so.
                            all this speaks volumes of the hospitality of the pretty faces of the airlines people.
                            honest work ethics are more valued than pretty ladies in swim suits on calenders for a good bussiness mr. mallya! this proves mr. vijay mallya not just has any respect for women but also for his customers.
                            hoping to receive some response..a 30 second chat with your cusomer in 24 hrs. to answer the complain is not asking too much.

                              Hi, I am Ashansh Jangala i had a flight yesterday from Delhi to hong kong and hong kong to Melbourne. Due to some issues with my E-visa document the security staff sent me back and everyone over their at airport who were working their for kingfisher adviced me to go and get my E-visa hard copy tomorrow and than i can prepond my ticket later free of charge so i believed them as they were wearing kingfisher uniform and i left airport around 11pm with a kingfisher staff and she entered my details on security register also and the time of flight was 11:45pm T031. Then today on kingfishers system its showing that i was late for flight and i missed my flight but i was the first person to go for check-in. So please kindly help me and get me a ticket of sat or sunday. i am in a real tension and i dont even have money and its all because i trusted kingfisher guys. Please kindly help me. And advice your staff not to misguide anyone in future. I am really stress right now cant eat and cant even sleep.

                                My name is Ayush Ranjan, we took kingfisher holiday package to kerala and had me, my wife and my 5 yr old kid traveling form delhi to kerela.
                                1. the car had to reach us at 10 when flight lands in kerela. it reached at 1 that too after repeated STD calls and the dedicated person did not answer.

                                1. i was told cochin to leela(kovalam) will take 3 hrs in car . It took 7 hrs. Kid was hungry tired and 1 day spent only in traveling.

                                3. House boat quality which was promised and that which was booked was pathetic.

                                after writing to them and complaining no response is recd.

                                It is pathetic and I recommend pls do not take king fisher airlines travel package. they are fraud and their service sucks.

                                    I booked a ticket from kolkata to bangalore for 29 th jan,a couple of months back from kingfisher airlines.
                                    When i booked my ticket they said that they would give me complimentary food on board, but now they are saying that they would not give them.
                                    I booked my ticket owing to the fact that i would get free snacks, otherwise i would have gone to some other airlines.
                                    The thing is while booking they promise good deals , but when the time comes to give they reject it.
                                    I would be thankful if you could do something about this.

                                      I live in United States and I planned my travel one month before and purchased tickets in advance. I choose Kingfisher airlines due to its convenient service offered from Hyderabad to Trichy and also total duration I will spending to reach TRICHY will be 4 hrs 30 minutes(8:30AM - 13:00PM) inlcuding connection time. I was travelling with my grand parents who are aged 90 and 84.

                                      Flight IT- 2473 Hyderabad to Chennai was delayed in Hyderabad until 12:00PM, so we waited at the gate for 3 hours and 30 minutes. In mean time, when we enquired about flight delay the Kingfiisher services agent informed us that as IT-2473 is delayed due to technical issues and also they are not sure when this flight will be available. And we further enquired about our connecting flight IT - 2911 then the agent informed us that we wont be able to board IT-2911 as it is schduled to depart on time(11:45AM), so they informed the only available flight to reach TRIClHY will be 9:30PM flight operated by Kingfisher Airlines and changed our boarding pass from Chennai to Trichy for the 9:30PM flight(at this time no complementary service was offered nor they considered the age of my Grand Parents).

                                      We boarded the flight IT-2473 and reached Chennai by 13:30PM, while unloading the passengers from IT-2473 the Airhostess announced that passengers travelling to TRICHY to be remain seated in IT-2473 as the same flight will be departing to TRICHY. We enquired about our continuation journey to TRICHY the Airhostess and the Kingfisher official at Chennai aiport informed us we cannot continue in the same flight as our boarding pass is changed for 9:30PM flight so we have to get down the flight and wait for 9:30PM flight. Inspite of our continuous requests Kingfisher officials neither considered age of my grand parents they forced us to get down of the IT-2473 and stranded us at the aiport for 9 hours.

                                      Even the IT-4343 flight that is scheduled for 9:30PM was delayed until11:45PM and by the time we reached Trichy it was 1:10AM(next day January 17 2011).

                                      If the Kingfisher operated the flights as per shceduled departure our travel time would have been 4 hours 30 minutes, however due to Kingfisher's irresponsibility, misguidance and poor customer service our airplane travel has become a nightmare with total travel time of 16 hours and 40 minutes(Jan 16 2011 8:30AM - Jan 17 2011 1:10AM).

                                      Please take neccesary action against Kingfisher Airlines, let us know if any additional information is required from our end.

                                      King Fisher airlines — Flight Delay

                                      Hi

                                      My name is karthik and I would like to lodge a complaint against Kingfisher Airlines. I was supposed to travel on 11 July to Delhi from Chennai by King Fisher Airlines IT 231 which was scheduled to depart by 06:45 am. This flight got delayed and it is rescheduled to 10:00 am and this reschedule is intimated on 11th Morning at this time . 01:00 am. I have the sms in my mobile for Proof of delivery of the message.This is really pathetic where announcement or changes come 5 hrs before the departure. Becuase of this iam missing by Brother in laws marriage in Delhi . I called the King fisher airlines now and they did not give a reply and they said that may be the concerned department would have missed announcing. Adding to this I was supposed to return by 08:15 pm flight from Delhi back to chennai along with my small Kid and wife and my father. The call center guy tells me that even that flight is rescheduled from 08:15pm to 09:25 pm on 12th July for which today is 11th and i have not got any information. This is really Pathetic. Iam mentally very upset on not making up to my brother in laws marriage. Moreover my Wife is worried as she is not able to attend her own borther marriage because of the late intimation from the KF airlines.

                                      Kingfisher Flight — Rescheduling and delay

                                      I had booked a flight with Kingfisher from Chandigarh to delhi on 27 June at 9:30 A.M . I had done so because I had a connecting flight from Delhi to Goa of Goair at 12:45P.M. My flight was rescheduled from 9:30 to 11 and I was not informed about the delay in advance (Got a call at 7:30 A.M). Hence I could not do an alternate arrangement.When I contacted the staff, I was assured that they would speak to goair officials, and my boarding pass would be ready when I reach Delhi.However, when the flight landed, I was not given any assistance and was told that nothing can be helped once checkin counters close. As a result, I missed my flight. This led to a lot of inconvenience (time) and stress. Moreover on the spot booking was very costly and I lost 9000 Rs due to negligence of kingfisher airlines. I was not given any compensation or refund even after explaining my condition. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and would think twice before booking a flight with them.
                                      Every Flight leaving from Chandigarh to Delhi is always late. So everytime i prefer to travel by road to delhi and then take my flight from delhi onwards.
                                      The Airline community should address to this as mostly the people travelling from chandigarh to delhi have flights onwards from delhi and they tend to miss those flights and then pay heavy for a new ticket.
                                      I am surprised to see nobody doing anything regarding this and people keep suffering.
