I sumit Handoo had booked ticket from kingfisher airlines from jammu to bangalore (travelling date: 24 oct,2012) & bangalore to jaamu (travelling date:29 oct,2012) on 3rd oct, 2012 under PNR NO.HMRVH , which was cancelled by airlines & still i didn't get my amount Rs. 7983 back.I have already putted a mail t3 to 4 times to customer care of kingfiher airlines & talked to customer care executive but didn't get any response .Please look into this matter & try to get my refund my amount.

i have purchased the ticket in kingfisher madurai to chennai for flying on 13th march morning 7.55am flight, i booked on january 09, when i finished my vacation i confirmed my air ticket with air india, he told your connecting flight was cancelled(kingfisher), pls confirm with kingfisher, i called to customer care he told yes it was cancelled, your money fully refundable, i asked in madurai air port(kingfisher), he where u booked the ticket that place u collect ur money like that, but here agent asked the cancelled flight ticket copy from kingfisher, but kf not given anything,

I undersigned, Mr. L.D. Parulekar, I happened to book Kingfisher Airline tickets on13-12-09 for flight to Indore from Mumbai on 11-01-10, and a return ticket on 13-01-10 over the telephone. The executive on the line Mr. Hussain, told me the charges for the round trip were Rs. 6608.00.

After two minutes when I checked the rates on kingfisher website, the rates were substantially lower than what I was charged for. So when I called again on Kingfisher helpline, I was told by one Ms. Denzel that the rates for the same round trip were Rs. 4008.00, which was lower by Rs.2600. I requested to talk to some senior executive of the airline. However since none was available at that time, so I decided to talk to them next day morning.

Next day, as per the suggestions of Kingfisher executive, I canceled my earlier bookings on 13th Dec. 09, and booked a fresh tickets for Rs. 4008.00. But I had to pay Rs.1500, as cancellation charges which I think is unfair and unjustified. It appears that I am paying for some human or system error which is totally the responsibility of the airlines.

I request you to consider my plea, and take necessary action for the repayment of the penalty that I had to pay unnecessarily.

    My Name is Priya Sharma. I had booked the Kingfisher tickets for my family travel on September 26, 2012.
    They were total 8 tickets worth Rs 24000. The flights were cancelled by the airlines and our money has not been refunded. They are not available to even hear our complaints, nor have they given any status report of any kind. Rs 24000 means a lot to me and would really appreciate your help in getting us our refund back.

    Already due to the cancellations we had to do the new bookings which costed us huge amount. So kindly help us in the refund as they are not responding to any of our complaints. We tried calling even MakeMy Trip, through which we have

        I had purchased flight ticket from Chennai to Mumbai from Kingfisher airlines for 3 Dec Flight IT-18.PNR no PYLICJ and cancelled the same ticket on 27 th Nov. I have received the cancellation mail from Kingfisher airlines but inspite of repeated assurances on phone I have not received the refund amount 0f Rs 2450.
        You are therefore requested to take up the matter with M/s Kingfisher Airlines in getting me the refund .

        I have canceled my booking with Deccan on 16th September 2008.(9 month ago)
        from that date onward i am asking for my money back.but i am getting only replay form
        their side "we are investigating your case".

          Due to grounded status Kingfisher Airlines cancelled all Flight. But they are not given any clear ans. about refund. My Flight cancelled on 19th Dec.12. Booked on Oct.12. Every time they provide next month due date. For Example in Dec. they give Jan. 13 deadline now In Jan They are giving 2nd week of Mar.13. If Kingfisher airlines knows that they unable to get Licese to FLY they should not take booking for said duration, if taken they have to refund as per their regular process.

            Hi,
            I had booked a round trip ticket from Bangalore to Jammu for 27th of October which was later cancelled by the airline. I had booked the ticket through EaseMyTrip.com and the PNR number is LCACHN. As soon as the flight was cancelled, I had applied for the refund but I haven't received the same yet. Over three months have passed since I have applied for the refund. Kingfisher people say that they have refunded the money on 21st of October but EaseMyTrip people say that they haven't received the amount yet. Please help.

            Hi Team,

            I had booked a round trip ticket from Mumbai to Chennai for 05th of October 2012 which was later cancelled by the airline. I had booked the ticket through KingFisher Airline and the PNR number is JKEQJL. As soon as the flight was cancelled, I had applied for the refund but I haven't received the same yet. Over 7 Years have passed since I have applied for the refund. Please help.

              I booked a round trip with Kingfisher Airlines for 9th and 21st November, 2012 from Bangalore to New Delhi.
              Later both the flights got cancelled as informed by the Airlines. But I have not got the refund back yet, Its been around 3 months now.
              I am trying to reach them on customer care number, but its coming as wrong number/not available.
              I have mailed them several times for this, but no response.

              I had booked a ticket for the sector Mumbai - Kandla PNR - DDFGLR. I canceld the same on 9/9/2008 over the phone. However I am yet to get the refund. I have contacted the redund dept several times and they fail to tell me what is the matter and finally they asked me to send my query to [protected]@flykingfisher.com.I have checked with my credit card company - CITI bank and they say they have no information about the refund. They have asked me to furnish a statement that shows that Kingfisher has refunded my money. There is no response form kingfisher. I have called them 7 times and they maintain that a refund has been processed, but are no willing to help me with the proof. I am stuck between kingfisher and citi. I have emailed them thrice but no one is bothered to reply. SICK COMPANY SICK SERVICE.

              i had booked KINGFISHER flight IT309 from Goa to Mumbai on 7th December 2012 at 14:30 hrs of economy class. I had booked 2 tickets via make my trip on 31st august 2012, booking ID NF[protected] amounting to 5566 Rs.
              On 20th November i receive a mail from make my trip that the flight has been cancelled and you need to book a new one. I booked a new indigo flight paying the difference in the old and new tickets myself thinking atleast some amount would be refunded.
              Make my trip promised to refund the amount by 15th of December...But till date no amount has been refunded saying there is no news from arirlines.

                I had booked tickets from kingfisher airlines for flight from Pune to New Delhi (09.14.2012) and new delhi to pune for (10.07.12).
                as the flights were cancelled by the kingfisher airlines due to non operational reasons, but they did not returned the money which has to be given back in 15 days of cancellationand they are still not giving any response.

                1.Your Delhi ground staffs (Including the ticket counter staff) are absolutely arrogant with no sense of how to talk & treat your guests (Forget the business class guest which I am always with you). I don’t think Dr.Mallya has met them ever.

                2. Your Kingfisher First Class ticket counter in Delhi / Mumbai always have Economy Class guests being entertained FIRST....!! I suggest - CLOSE such counters.

                3. The Captain onboard Kingfisher is the chief of the flight, understood, but we should also listen seriously to the words / suggestions given to the captain by the in-flight managers onboard. - We were flying Kingfisher First (DELHI - MUMBAI - 2055 hrs OR 2100 hrs Flight) on 20th October 2009 on 3D & 3F. We were onboard by 2020 hrs with a couple of guests in before us. There was the service bell that kept on buzzing every second and no one could put it off. The in-flight manager informed the captain that the First Class guests are complaining and asking for a change of aircraft if the bell doesn’t stop (It was 2030 hrs). The captain did not bother and the guests from seat number 2A till the last guest on first Class repeatedly complaint the in-flight manager about it. She want back & spoke to the Captain again but with NO LUCK to hear words. The door finally closed at 2040 hrs with the bell still buzzing. The aircraft left the bay proceeding for the runway (2045 hrs). GA ALONE knows what the captain had in his mind till the lady on 2A really shouted on the in-flight manager and demanded to be deplaned if the bell didn’t go off and after that almost all the first-class guest demanded the same. The situation was conveyed to the captain once again at 2047 hrs & I think the bell did ring inside captain's head to get back to the bay & call for technicians. The flight was back by 2100 hrs with few technicians in by 2110 hrs. Trying hard enough with replacing few parts did not let the bell go off. We were inside the aircraft till 2300 hrs when we got to know that the aircraft will be changed in the next 15 - 20 minutes.[protected] Shear waste of our time & Harassment to us. We finally landed in Mumbai at 0215 hrs of 21st October 2009. All this could have been avoided if the captain did not go his own way & wish. Hope Kingfisher agrees.

                4. I was on Kingfisher first on 01st November 2009 for GOA - MUMBAI (Seat 1D). The in-flight manager Ms.Hemlata was extremely non cooperative. She didn’t even have a smile on her face (Even a false one was OK). Throwing attitude while conversing with the guest. - NOT AT ALL acceptable.

                  Dear Sir,
                  We booked flight tickets for 14 person through FLY KINGFISHER Airlines on 14th July, 2012 and the departure date was 27th Oct, 2012 from Delhi to Srinagar and return flight on 30th October, 2012 from Srinagar to Delhi. Flight was canceled due to the company's problem. We first mailed to their email id "[protected]@flykingfisher.com" regarding our refund status on 1st November 2012 from one of the passenger's email id " [protected]@yahoo.co.in" and the reply came the same day which told us that our assigned ISSUE ID: 567521. After some days we got the refund for 4 passengers(11 to 14 in the table shown under) whose payment was done by credit card. But rest of the refund for the tickets which were booked by using net banking has not been received till now. The company has also stopped responding to our mail now. Being such a reputed company such an ignorance and non professionalism is expected by us.
                  As its been more than 2 months since the flights were canceled and the payment has not been refunded. It shows that company hasn't have the intention of returning the amount to the customers and causing pain to them deliberately. The thing which is more agonizing is that even the complaint numbers shown on their site are not working.
                  If the company doesn't have any concerned regarding their reputation at least they should consider the pain they are causing to customers by not returning their hard earned money. I want the concerned person to look into the matter personally and that too quickly.

                    I have booked a ticket on Kingfisher Airlines, but due some reasons they have changed mine flight schedule. When i spoke with them they told me if you want you can cancel your ticket, we will refund your money within 15 working days.                       I had made a booking for kingfisher flight IT 313 and IT 353, a return ticket between Mumbai - Delhi on Sat, 29 Sep '12, 11:55 hrs.

                      As the airline was grounded a few days before my trip, i tried cancelling the tickets asking for full refund by calling the airlines, they advised me not to cancel the tickets as the airline may resume operations in some time and also told me that if i cancel the ticket on my own then i would not be eligible for full refund. So i waited for sometime and a few days later the flight was cancellled by the airline and i received an email to initiate cancellation procedure. I have submitted the cancellation request on 22nd November and have not got any assurance of the cancellation till date. Customer service number for Kingfishers are no longer working.

                      Please let me know what should i do?

                        I booked a ticket for Guwahati to Imphal for 22 November 2012. The ticket number was [protected]​113. I got an e-mail on 8 November 2012 from Kingfisher that the flight has been cancelled.

                        I have been constantly following for the refund of the ticket cost of Rs. 1,443 from the customer care for almost one and a half month and I have not received my amount back. Everytime I have been told that the refund will be processed in 7 days.

                        Kindly help me in getting me my money back.

                          Hi,

                          I booked a ticket for 4 person on 23/Sept/12 for travel date 26/11/12 using Kingfisher website itself, however tickets were canceled as flights were not taking off and it was told to me that full refund will be made within 10-14 working days. Tickets were canceled by the end of October month and it has been almost 3 months now but I haven't received anything from the used airlines.

                          Tried calling customer associates of the aircraft many times but of no use as they say that its out of our scope.

                          Had raised this issue with aircraft's customer support mailing address ([protected]@flykingfisher.com ) and got a reply from [protected]@flykingfisher.com saying that they have raised a ticket(ID-576956) for this issue and somebody would take care of the request soon but all tries goes in vain.

                            flight cancellation confirmation message from kingfisher airlines: 30th october, 2012
                            date of flight: 12th november, 2012 and return on 17th november, 2012 ticket amount: rs. 11,705
                            After getting flight cancellation information on 30th october, 2012, I called kingfisher airlines(KFA) on 2nd november, 2012 regarding refund and I got assurance that refund will be done by 14th november, 2012. To my surprise I did not got any refund by 16th november, 2012. I called back again on 16th november, 2012 and KFA executive told that refund was not processed because of payment gateway failure problem and now they are processing refund manually, quoting me the cancellation reference number:[protected] and assured me that it will be done by 28th november, 2012. I checked back my account details for refund on 28th november, 2012, there was no refund at that time as well. I called KFA again, and now I got to know a new thing that previously their payment gateway was frozen by government authorities(where there was no public news for the same) so they were not able to process the refund. And assured that since this problem has been resolved they will refund me complete amount by 20th december. On 20th december, 2012 I call back again to know refund status which was not yet processed, KFA executive replied that since they have now planned to start there flights from 15 january, 2013, so I will be getting my refund by end of december or first week of january.
                            Today, on 21st november when I called again I got to know a new story that their payment gateway is still not proper, so it will take time. I have lost my confidence as to a company showing such behaviour to customers is not good. Also it has caused already a lot of inconvenience to me. This is no way of dealing and I am no longer bothered with any of their excuse I have mentioned it during the call that if their is some technical glitches I will take cash from any of their counter in bangalore. I now realize that it was my biggest mistake of life to book my ticket with kingfisher airlines. I will never book my flights with Kingfisher Airlines even if it starts again as firstly you will have to face inconvenience due to cancellation of flights and then they will not process your refund by simply postponing it to future dates.

                              I had booking flight on 16/0912 for Kingfisher IT-181 Mumbai -Chennai-10/11/2012 & ITI182 Cehnnai Mumbai-18/11/2012 for a total sum of Rs.10442/-through yatra.com. The flight was cancelled by Kingfisher but they have not refunded Rs.10442/- to me yet. Yatra.com says Kingfisher has not refunded the amount to yatra so they not able to refund us back the money.

                              I purchased Airline tickets from Silchar-Imphal-Dimapur in Air India flight for March, 21, 2010 having booking info as under:

I got a certificate issued by the airport authority and accordingly requested yatra.com to refund my money. Unfortunately, even after eight months (8 months) since I paid that money to yatra.com, the agency (yatra.com) has not refunded my money. I made several requests to them in the mean time. On Oct, 4, 2010 they informed me that they would refund the money soon but thereafter they neither refunded the money nor even responding to my queries...

                              Can any one suggest what could be done now?

                              I had booked the international flight from Srinagar to Riyadh (Saudi-arabia )under Yatra Refrence no.Y9AHGP
                              flight date is 15 june 2011 in the name of Irshad ahmad wani, when i travelled from srinagar to Delhi, i got very much shocked at delhi airport when i heard that the flight from Delhi to Riyadh will not opearate today.
                              i got helpless at delhi airport to arrange the new flight reservattion none has helped me to get out come from that matter... & same time i called one of the customer care of Yatra.com & got the information that the flight has been cancelled due to some reasons & you will get full refund of your ticket amount...
                              Why the travel agency has not informed me earlier, so that i will not travel from srinagar to delhi too ?
                              why it has been happen by these airlines ?
                              Now i want my full refund amount plus penelty for not information..

                                when i approached with my family to Jammu Airport ...I found KingfisherAirlines is not operating from Jammu , KingfisherAirlines Counter was shut down at the airport. i was surprised, i expected KingfisherAirlines to send at-least an email for cancellation of flight . I went through a lot of compromises , rush hour running to reached to Bangalore.

                                    I have booked the tickets through kingfisher online web site and my ticket no is[protected]/6/7 . Due to non operation of flight i have cancelled of my flight on 17th of Oct'12 and my total amount of 16576 rs is they need to refund to my credit card. I have return the mail to guest care and web booking team for refunding the money and even i spoke to customer care also many time but all the time i received the same answer that your payment will be refund within 7 to 14 days. Till now already 45 days is over and still they are giving me the same answer.
                                    Anybody help me on this

                                        I had booked two tickets vide PNR CRNGIC, Tkt NOs[protected] & 439,of 22/11/2012.The flt was cancelled by the kingfisher. I requested for the refund on 7/11/12 and was intimated that the amount of Rs 6106, as already paid by me shall be refunded within 14 days. The same has not been done by now.
