Respected sir,

As of today while writing this my emi of 4533 is overdue by 3 days and kishht company according to the policy had started calling me which was fair initially.

But today the agent called and started threatening to call from all of my contacts of my family member and that he would send people to my house for the recovery which is not at all acceptable.

I said, i'm not running away...

I took a loan in kissht 8059 i got 7100 in my account after the last date was lock-down due to covid 19, im totally unable to pay the money till now but they fill huge of charges total amt is now 16000/- around...

I have a money problem because now i dont have any jobs in my hand, because you also known situation covid-19,
That's why i asking time to repay the emi for kissht,
But one person in kissht legal team employee is blackmailing me and that person name linge gowda and that person number is [protected]
And also i submit screen shot

Five thousand rupees ( 5000 ) from your kissht company in the month
of March. India government imposed curfew in Jalandhar on March 21
due to the Covid 19 virus. I quit my job because of the curfew.

I took loan of only 5000 rs and due to lockdown i lost my job and unable to clear my due. Now it's showing 9987 rs including penality charges. Why kissht is charging penality charges in the month of march april and may. And i am a small employe please waive off my penality charges...

I bought kissht online loan and I asked time to close my loan amount one lady named lakshmi call me continuously to my number I asked time for two days as we are affected due to corona but that lady called to my father number he is heart patients aged 60 and scolding my father with badwords and saying that she will arrest my father and me so please take action against these third party agencies her mobile number

On the above subject I took 8000 loan in kissht. Now I am unable to pay the loan amount return because of lockdown. So now they are torchuring to repay the loan amount. In current situation I cannot repay the loan amount which is borrowed by me from the kissht. Now they are doubling their interest for that loan.
How can we pay the loan amount in the current situation. So please kindly solve the problem of mine. I have suffered many...

I am paying kissht emi from last one and a half years, i have done most of my payments through upi. This month also in the same way i paid by my own by upi on time to not to get penalized. But even after i made the payment kissht stole money from my bank account. And that payment details was not reflecting in my app. So i contacted them for help, but they made me wait like a dog for my own money. I am suffering without money during this corona...

I have checked my cibil score recently, & found out there are loan running from different private firms, including si creva (Kissht).

These loan account is fake & is hurting my credit report, i never took any loans from them, i followed up with them on email, but no positive response given, i raise the dispute with cibil but they decline to change.
I never got any loan...
