And now app showing to repay nearly 7500 on 02 sep/2020
How much percentage is OD I can't understand.

            Respected sir,

            As of today while writing this letter my emi of 4533 is overdue by 3 days and kissht company according to the policy had started calling me which was fair initially.

            But today the agent called me and started threatening that he will call all of my contacts from my phonebook and will also call my family member also that he would send people to my house for the recovery which is not at all acceptable.

            I said, i'm not running away with the money, i will payback with the consolidated and penalty charges as applied on my overdueemi by monday i. E on 10th of august. But the agent cleary denied and said no you have to pay it today or else bear the consequences.

            Now, i ask you what makes you that right to make false and such threatening comments to the customer..? Note _ call recordings are saved and at any point of time i'm ready to share.
            If i'm getting a call again by one of your rowdy agents and asking for money in such kinda manner, i will proceed with legal advisor as per applicable. Moreover they are using rude verbal force to extract the money.
            False imformation is being conveyed by your collection agents that i need to pay my debts via 12pm today afternoon.

            Threatening and ill behavior with customer is not at all acceptable and hence i will make sure that this doesn't happens with me again.

            Therefore requesting you to kindly look into the matter and provide me with an answer/solution

              Threatening and ill behavior with customer is not at all acceptable and hence i will make this doesn't happens with me again.

                    My request is that my name is Kapil KumarI took a loan of
                    Five thousand rupees ( 5000 ) from your kissht company in the month
                    of March. India government imposed curfew in Jalandhar on March 21
                    due to the Covid 19 virus. I quit my job because of the curfew.
                    Government of India said in the news, the person who has to give some
                    kind of installment to the company does not have to take tension.
                    Because no company will charge any kind of interest for three months.
                    It was the decision of the Government of India But your Kissht company
                    has taken an interest of three months from five thousand (5000 ) to
                    nine thousand (9000 ), I am not refusing to give your Kissht company
                    money Because I just got a new job from August 1. I am willing to give
                    money to your Kissht company But I will not pay interest on your Kissht
                    company'Money . If you speak online, I will give money online, if you
                    say cash, I will give money but I will not give interest. Whom did the
                    Employee call from your kissht company on my phone and the way of
                    talking to him was not nicely . Please remove the interest on my
                    money. If you do not withdraw the interest, I will not be able to pay

                    your kissht company. Because of the virus, I stayed indoors for three

                      I took loan of only 5000 rs and due to lockdown i lost my job and unable to clear my due. Now it's showing 9987 rs including penality charges. Why kissht is charging penality charges in the month of march april and may. And i am a small employe please waive off my penality charges

                        I bought kissht online loan and I asked time to close my loan amount one lady named lakshmi call me continuously to my number I asked time for two days as we are affected due to corona but that lady called to my father number he is heart patients aged 60 and scolding my father with badwords and saying that she will arrest my father and me so please take action against these third party agencies her mobile number

                          On the above subject I took 8000 loan in kissht. Now I am unable to pay the loan amount return because of lockdown. So now they are torchuring to repay the loan amount. In current situation I cannot repay the loan amount which is borrowed by me from the kissht. Now they are doubling their interest for that loan.
                          How can we pay the loan amount in the current situation. So please kindly solve the problem of mine. I have suffered many problems because of them. They have been hacked my contact list and also giving torcher to my friends and family members. So please help me by solving these problems.

                            I am paying kissht emi from last one and a half years, i have done most of my payments through upi. This month also in the same way i paid by my own by upi on time to not to get penalized. But even after i made the payment kissht stole money from my bank account. And that payment details was not reflecting in my app. So i contacted them for help, but they made me wait like a dog for my own money. I am suffering without money during this corona situation, i worked hard for that money, but now they stole it. Luckily i have my bank statements which is saying the money was stolen by the cheating company called kissht. Please help me how to file a proper complaint on them.

                                        Hello sir, I am utkarsh rai from Allahabad (UP) i took a loan of Rs3677 on 9th march 2020 So due to Covid-19 pandemic and job resignations due to some personal problems i was unable to pay that amount on due date they charged Rs2430 as an penalty then on 15th june a recovery agent called me from the behalf of kissht and said that pay that amount immediately otherwise we will come to your home with all our recovery team then however i managed Rs1600 and decided to pay some amount then i paid 1606 to kissht and they started to calling me in the evening and harassing me to pay left amount which was 4501.9Rs i said to them that i paid 1606rs then why you people are not waiving off my penalty if you will wave of my penalty i will pay tomorrow which is of Rs2077

                                        please help me sir am so frustated so mentally tortured
