I have purchase loan through flipkart. I am all the payment on date paying but 2019 july twise the emi amount debited in my account still non refund the amount and one payment pending sms received from kissht loan provider and my cible score also damaged

      I received the call from the kisst company from there dialer i agreed to pay the amount as I requested for 1st january, but then the call got disconnected. Than the advisor called me from the personal number and said I can pay the amount on 1st January 2021. But his teammates are harassing me to achieve there Target. They are using there personal for harshment which is against the company rules. Below are the contact number.

          Respected Sir,

          In this Kissht, I have taken loan 4k in this app, some financial crisis am not able to pay my loan due to some critical situation in my family...

          As of today while writing this letter my emi of 12724 is overdue by 3 days and kissht company according to the policy had started calling me which was fair initially.

          But today the agent called me and started threatening that he will call all of my contacts from my phonebook and will also call my family member also that he would send people to my house for the recovery which is not at all acceptable.

          I said, i'm not running away with the money, i will payback with the consolidated and penalty charges as applied on my overdue emi by monday i. E on 3th of Dec. But the agent cleary denied and said no you have to pay it today or else bear the consequences.

          Sir, Kindly provide solutions for this... I need some time to pay my loan without overdue charges, due to already am in lot of financial crisis and food also am not eating properly ...

                Respected sir,

                As of today while writing this letter my emi of 6222 is overdue by 3 days and kissht company according to the policy had started calling me which was fair initially.

                Now, i ask you what makes you that right to make false and such threatening comments to the customer..? Note _ call recordings are saved and at any point of time i'm ready to share.
                If i'm getting a call again by one of your rowdy agents and asking for money in such kinda manner, i will proceed with legal advisor as per applicable. Moreover they are using rude verbal force to extract the money.
                False imformation is being conveyed by your collection agents that i need to pay my debts via 3 pm today afternoon.

                Threatening and ill behavior with customer is not at all acceptable and hence i will make sure that this doesn't happens with me again.

                Therefore requesting you to kindly look into the matter and provide me with an answer/solution

                      I Used to be a regular customer. Always made all repayments on time but the last loan I took was just before lockdown announced and the govt declared moratorium so I didn't look back. My loan amount was of 4430 and now I want to repay it back but they charged heavy penalties. A whooping 9844 shows outstanding amount and they made my cibil down . I request please waive off those extra penalties, am ready to pay upto one month late penalty but how come I suppose to pay huge 9844
                      Please look Into this issue and please mail me as a response.

                          I am taken loan from Kissht but this time i am not paid intime because I have some issue so I am not able to pay the amount but your tele caller executives misbehave with me alot.
                          I didn't said that I do not pay the money but she said me very bad words, they called to reference numbers and misbehaved with my wife and friend. I have audio proof also. i am not paid amout because of your executive misbehavior.

                            Dear Sir/Kissht Team,
                            I took a loan from your organisation on 30th Sep 2020 of Rs 6, 724/-. Due for said loan is 15th Oct 2020.

                            On 3rd of October my report came that I am Covid+ (report attached). I have had a home quarantine since 3rd of this month. The 16th my 3rd test report is again positive.

                            Today I got a call from your collection representative, and I explained all this scenario to him also and informed him that before 25th of this month your payment will get done as I am covid+ and lots of expenses happened this month for the same.

                            Against o[censored]nderstading my issue, he started putting allagation me that, "Teri shakal dekh kar lagta hai tu jhuth bol rha hai, loan bharne ki aukat nhi to liya kyu. Aawaz niche karke baat kr, even in the starting i didnt say anything wrong to him, I am talking with him like bhai payment ho jayega.

                            After few minutes i lost my control and I started shouting also and make argument with him. He called to my mother stating "Tumhare bete ko yahi sikh diya hai kya, loan liya to bharne nhi hota.

                            Over the call, i clearly mentioned that before 25th payment will get done.

                            Please listen the call and decide, it is threaten call or not. I never ask time for 2 or 3 months. I ask for 3 days only.

Please note that we have been running multiple campaigns in lockdown period urging our customers to send us a moratorium request if needed. We might have not received your moratorium request because of which you had faced this inconvenience.

                                    Kindly note that snooze amount is date extension fees which we used to provide to our those customers who wants extension as well as waiver. And we do inform our customers clearly that this amount cannot be adjusted in repayment amount as we are already giving so many benefits with this offer.

                                    As per the system record, we had already provided you the Moratoirum as per the RBI annoucement date.

                                    We suggest you to kindky make the payment of your repayment along with dues charges to avoid any further credit issues.

                                      I have taken loan from kissht
                                      I didn't bounce any emi. My emi date was every month of 15th.
                                      I was received message from kissht on dated 1.2.2020 about pay emi 1333. But I missed paymet and they called me and abused me and even threatened for the consequences. Then penalised me for late payment and then deactivated my account
                                      I paid my every emi before due date. I have worst ever experince and ruthlessness of your custmer care executives. Please take a note of it.

                                        As i am a old customer of kissht finance.. They gave me offer of short loan of 4100 and repayment amount 4130.. But they provided me only 2891 in my bank account.. I still had no problem. But just a few days ago i lost my job due to pandamic and i said that i will pay all the money, then i started receiving threatening and harrasing calls and messages from the company. They started threatening my family that they would insult us in neighborhood.. Why my family is involving.. Rbi is not authorized any nbfc for harrasing like this and i've checked also that kissht is not under rbi guidelines.. Please approve your way of talking.. I am also attaching the screenshot of agreement
