Mera 3500 rs ka loan liya hua tha jiska repay amount 4040 that.
Repay se pahle lockdown ki wajah se m pay nhi kar paya to company ka call aya ki aap ek bar 960 rs jama kara dijiye aapka extra charges nhi lagega to maine 960 jama kar diye. Ab wo 960 na to mera loan amount se mines hua jabki usme extra charge plus karke 5000 se uper kar diya. Ab jab me mera 4040 to pay kar raha hu to wo 5300 kar rahe h jabki koi v company kisi v tarah ka extra charges nhi le rahi h. Kissht ne gareebo ko loot macha rakhi h. Plz aap is kissht company pe action le. Mujhe mentally harassment kar rahe h. Meri shop 2 month se ab open hui h. M inka extra charge nhi chuka sakta jo charges ekdum fraud h

As per our policy. Snooze fees are a date extension fees and it cannot be adjusted in your repayment amount. We had given you the benefit of 21 days extension for these fees and after that, we haven't received your request for a further moratorium so your late fees charges have been increased.

Kindly note that details related to the Snooze fees have been clearly mentioned by our team while calling, messaging, or email.

As you say our executive commits you that we will waive off charges, so we will definitely keep our commitment.

        I have checked my cibil score recently, & found out there are loan running from different private firms, including si creva (Kissht).

        Si creva account no - ao3l

        These loan account is fake & is hurting my credit report, i never took any loans from them, i followed up with them on email, but no positive response given, i raise the dispute with cibil but they decline to change.
        I never got any loan credited to my account,

        All loan accounts mentioned in my credit report is fake, & i am totally unaware of these loans,
        I dont know how these firms give loan to someone else & then it shows up on others credit report.

        All the mobile no., email addresses & address mentioned in loan details are not mine, only my pan card (Acnpl1960d) details are corrects, all other details are someones else, & i am not aware of it.

        Kindly arrange to remove my pan details from these loans as i have never taken any loans from these firms.

        I tried to launch a complaint to rbi banking ombudsman, but cannot find the nbfc registered name,

        Kindly launch a complaint against them asap, this is a total negligence from their end, how they give loan to someone without proper verification of documents???

          I have checked my cibil score recently, & found out there are several loan running from different private firms, including si creva (Kissht).

          Si creva account no - 1787997

                  I have cleared the loan amount but loan is still showing as active in cibil report.

                  Please close the loan as it's already paid and your executive who visited my place for the recovery i asked time of 10 days but he called to my manager number and asked the loan amount which humiliated me in my office.

                  I said i would pay and i couldn't pick the call as mobile phone is not allowed inside office. But why he called to my manager and informed i have given number as reference where i forced to resign the job from humiliation. I want a callback as after resignation i couldn't get a job due to lockdown which is sole is kishht

                    I heard that rbi and the govt have announced as loan takers can pay there loan in 3months with intrest and they credit score will not be reduced. But here they totally damaged my cibil score and marked me as im fraud. Now they sending msg as pay amount and get relif for 21 days i paid that but after that you have to understand that in lockdown how was the condition of ppl. Yahi chiz aagar tumhare yaha hoti to samj aata hai... And they dont know how to talk how rubbish ppl are working in this company dont know. I also given complaint of this company in rbi and they said they will take report on it..in last before 1 week in they tell everything on news.. If you are helping ppl so help in lockdown also

                      I have an made a payment from Kissht in make my trip and the flight ticket has been cancelled on 17 mar 2020 due to flight in operational reason and today is 30 April 2020 and I had a call with Kissht and they always keep pushing my case forward by asking me to wait for 24 hours and say That I’ll a call from them. So moving forward on this case I had a call on 30 April 2020 and had a terrible arrogant human being on my call. So after listening all my case the guy asked me to wait for a day and unfortunate thing here is I have already paid my emi for one month and on top I haven’t got any refund for the ticket and the started advising me to not pay emi if the ticket is cancelled and listening all those I got angry and told him that I’ll keep his word as promise to solve it by next day within 24 hours and the guy flipped his words and started yelling at me and he said I don’t care if your an Australian, I’m from India and you know your rights before you talk to me. I Have been in Australia for 4 years and never saw this kind of person anywhere in my life. So I asked him what my rights are he didn’t say anything to me and sadly I had to teach him what employee rights are by advising him not to shout on any customer. Kindly I request Kissht to act on this terrific situation your employee has created and stop by direct debit stop this kind of arrogant behaviour towards customers and also to take relevant action on Kissht by Indian commission on this behaviour. The name of the employee is Akshay and the call was on 30 April 2020 at 5:40 pm around. Hope Kissht responds and change such employees if they wish to continue business in future.

                        As per the company's covid 19 offer i have paid 20% of the loan amount. Loan amount was rs. 5037/- but still my kloan amount is 5037/- & company forcing me to pay the full amount 5037/-. The concern persons say that you have paid a snooze amount of rs. 1183/- for extension of 21 days.

                        Inka dimag khrab hai kya 5037/- k laobn amount pr 1183/- snooze fee for just 21 days extension.

                        It is totally a unethical behavior of the company, they are not trying to understand the current scenario of lockdown & covid 19.

                        If the company mentally torched again, i will file suit a before the hon'ble court & also compliant against the company before the ombudsman & the rbi

                            सविनय निवेदन है की मैं विनय कुमार तिवारी पुत्र श्री द्विजेन्द्र नाथ तिवारी निवासी 49 A योगेंद्र विहार खाण्डेपुर नौबस्ता कानपूर नगर अपनी शिकायत आपके समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना चाहता हूँ/ शिकायत इस प्रकार है की मैंने 17 मार्च 2019 को एक मोबाइल Vivo 1814 Y 93 अपने पास के ही एक Vivo शोरूम द्वारा किश्त कंपनी से फाइनेंस करवाया था ये कम्प्लेन मैं किश्त कंपनी के खिलाफ कर रहा हूँ / मेरी EMI मई माह 2019 से शुरू हुई थी मई, जून, जुलाई की EMI समय पर ही गयी जुलाई में EMI 6 जुलाई को मेरी अकाउंट से कटी थी जिस कारन मैंने यह सोचा की आगे की EMI माह की 6 तारीख को ही आएगी अगस्त माह में मैंने अपने अकाउंट में 6 तारीख को ही बैलेंस रखा था लेकिन EMI की राशि बैंक में 5 तारीख को ही आ गयी बैंक में पर्याप्त राशि न होने के कारन EMI बाउंस हो गयी मैंने जिस दुकान से मोबाइल फाइनेंस करवाया था उससे बात की तो उसने कहा की आप किश्त कंपनी के टोलफ्री नंबर पर बाउंसिंग चार्जेज न देने का निवेदन कर लेना तो वह बाउंसिंग चार्जेज माफ़ कर देंगे मैंने टोलफ्री नंबर पर बात करके ऐसा ही कहा बाकि की सभी EMI समय पर ही गयी टोलफ्री पर हुई उस वार्ता के बाद न ही कोई रजिस्टर्ड नंबर पर कोई मैसेज आया और न ही कोई कॉल आयी और न ही कोई मेल आयी उनका पहला मैसेज मोबाइल पर 16 जनवरी को आया जो की 5 महीने बाद आया क्या कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी नहीं बनती थी की वह इन 5 महीनो में मुझे बाउंसिंग चार्जेज के बारे में बताते इस प्रकार तो वह यदि 2 वर्ष बाद मुझे बताते और बाउंसिंग चार्जेज 20000 बोल देते तो क्या यह ठीक होता उन्होंने चार्जेज बढ़ा कर 2500 रूपए कर दिए, मैंने Vivo शोरूम में बात की तो वह यह बोले की यह कंपनी सभी के साथ ऐसा ही करती है अब आप ही न्याय करें की न तो मेरे पास 5 महीने तक कोई कॉल आयी और न ही कोई मैसेज आया और न ही रजिस्टर्ड मेल पर कोई मेल आयी तो मुझे लगा की बाउंसिंग चार्जेज स्वता ही समाप्त हो गया होगा/
                            जिस प्रकार उन्होंने मुझे जनवरी में मैसेज और कॉल की क्या वह उन 5 महीनो में मुझे कॉल करके सुचना नहीं दे सकते थे की यदि आप बाउंसिंग चार्जेज नहीं देंगे तो आपके चार्जेज और बढ़ जायेंगे जब मैंने उनसे यही बात की उनके टोलफ्री नंबर पर तो उन्होंने कहा की आपके APP पर तो उसकी जानकारी आती ही होगी मैंने उनको बताया की APP डिलीट हो गया था और मैंने उस पर कभी ध्यान भी नहीं दिया तो क्या आपकी जिम्मेदारी नहीं बनती थी की जैसे आप जनवरी में कॉल कर रहे है वैसे ही कॉल, मैसेज, या मेल उन 5 महीनो में करते /
                            लौक्डॉन में जहा सभी परेशां है वही किश्त कंपनी ने मेरे अकाउंट से 500 रूपए काट लिए, जिससे मुझे काफी असुविधा हो गयी

                            आपसे निवेदन है की कृपया ऐसी कंपनी जो हमारे देश में लूटमार का धंधा खोल कर बैठी है उन पर सख्त से सख्त कारवाही करे /
                            आपकी महान दया होगी /
                            जो मोबाइल मैंने ख़रीदा था वह फाइनेंस करवाया था जिस कारन इसका कोई इनवॉइस मुझे नहीं मिला, किश्त कंपनी में रजिस्ट्रेशन है -

                            श्री मान जी मुझे कम्प्लेन किये हुए इतने दिन हो चुके है फिर से दोबारा अपडेट कम्प्लेन भी कर चूका हु पर आप लोग किष्त कंपनी पर कोई भी कारवाही नहीं कर रहे है क्या मैं ये समझू की उपभोक्ता फोरम में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती है अगर होती है तो अभी तक इतने दिनों में क्यों नहीं हुई मेरे कम्प्लेन करने के बाद भी किष्त कंपनी ने फिर से ३५० रूपए चार्जेज लगा दिए और उपभोक्ता फोरम इसकी कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं कर रहा है ऐसा क्यों / आपसे निवेदन है की अगले ४८ घंटो में मुझे अपडेट करने का कृपा करें की क्या आप लोग वाकई में कोई कारवाही कर रहे है आपके जवाब का अगले ४८ घंटे में इंतजार करूँगा

                            आज मैं ये कहना चाहता हूँ की उपभोक्ता फोरम किसी भी कंपनी पर कोई एक्शन नहीं लेता है सिर्फ ग्राहक ही परेशां होता है
                            कंपनी की सीनियर से बात हुई उन्होंने कहा की ६० डिस्काउंट दे कर आपको ४०% पेमेंट करना होगा मैंने कहा ठीक है उन्होंने कहा १५ मिनट में आपको फाइनल बताती हु उसके बाद उनकी कभी कॉल आयी नहीं और कई और लोगो की कॉल आती रही की पेमेंट कीजिये उसके बाद फिर से दो बार बाउंसिंग चार्ज लगा दिए सच तो यह है की आप लोग एक्चुअल पेमेंट नहीं लेना चाहते है और जानबूझ कर बार बार बैंक चार्जेज लगा रहे हैं अब अगर आप लोगो ने २४ घंटे में मुझे कॉल कर के फाइनल नहीं बताया की कितना पेमेंट करना है तो मैं किष्त कंपनी के खिलाफ FIR कर दूंगा

                              Sir on 16/feb/2020 i take a mini loan amount rs 4000 for 15 days repayment time. I take this loan for my medical emergence only. But unfortunately health condition became very bad, heavy feaver, continuous diarrhea & vomiting. Iam a alcohol addicted i suddenly stopped consuming it so i was very badly suffering from withdraw symtoms so doctors advice was to take me to rehabilitation centre at redhills chennai. There i was admitted and got treatment for 21days. After i came back from treatment i was quarantined for keeping contact with abrod return persons my friend who came to see me in that hospital. He was infected by virus so who all he meet keeped separately for stop virus spreading to another person without they knowlage. After they conformed as im not infected and report where negative they let me to go. After that 1ly i saw kissht app calls and msg they send. I dont know what to do iam not even able to go work reason 1st is i need to be seperate for 28days and 2 reason is lockdown. I heard that rbi and tn govt have announced as loan takers can pay there loan in 3months with intrest and they credit score will not be reduced. But here they totally damaged my cibil score and marked me as im fraud. Now they sending msg as pay rs 951 and get relif for 21days. What is this sir here iam not even having money to eat food then how can i able to pay rs 951. Hereafter i will not able to take any loan in my emergency too they spoiled my life im really feeling ashamed for being like this im thinking to do something n die.                                   Flipkart cardless credit pay is a service offered by kissht which is company financed by si creva capital services pvt ltd. I have a final payment of rs 5134 to be paid. I am unable to make this payment due to financial issues due to the lockdown. I have called kissht and was informed that my request for moratorium has been forwarded to the concerned department will get back to me. I haven't recieved any reply.in the meantime they have charged a late fee of rs 200 to my account. As far as the moratorium i haven't recieved any repply from kissht and i also spoke with rashmi and customer service rep from kissht who was very rude and says that a fee of rs 299 will also be charged to skip or postpone the emi for a month and the late fee charge will have to paid as well. I dont mind paying a small amount of interest but late fee being charged is not as directed by the rbi. Ive attached screenshots as well for reference.

                                      As our honourable prime minister has said till 3 month we are free from emi... and we can pay after lockdown is over... then too this guyz going on increasing overdue amount...so i kindly request to ban this app soon so tht they can steal money from poor peoples...and soon

                                        Even after doing the payment they are continuously calling me and mental torching for the payment .
                                        I have sent about 13 email to the company regarding the payment but no response from them .
                                        Now they are asking for a late fee also with is not at all acceptable .
