This is to inform you guys that my product (705056) which was ordered on 19th feb 2015 is still not delivered. This is the worst experience i had with your company. i am a regular customer with many online shopping companies, but i had done a big mistake by trying your companies product. i cant find the exact reason behind so much delay in getting the product delivered to me, even after my payment is debited from my account long back??????? the reason behind ordering this product was, as we would be traveling out of town for vacations dated (8thmar15) and so we can carry this product with us. Understood from your team now that this product is not going to be delivered to me before we leave out of town for vacation. Can you guys get the solution on this???????????? As i am fed up with you guys & seriously not going to try your product in my future online shopping.     I have ordered exercise equipment from ONEMI.com and my order number for the same 662036. This order was made on 31st October, 2014 and from 21st November, 2014 while tracking the product I have found that the product is delivered to me but originally I haven't. From the past 3 months I am trying to get my money back. Every time I called the customer care and they told me that I will get the refund in next five days and again on a call that is made after 5 days of the same they tell me the same things again and again. I request to take a strict action against this.

      I booked a product (weight lifting package || order id : 693480 ) on this website over phone through their executive Mr.Kumar (they never say their full name) and asked to deduct the payment at a single go but they have made it converted into EMI. 2ndly they promised my product within 10 days at first then it became 15 to 21 days. My order was booked on 25th Jan 2015 and till now no details of delivery date of my product. If you call the customer care center they will keep you waiting for minimum 10mins and then say we do not have any details. Today (20th Feb'15) I called up customer care center and spoke with Khushboo who kept me on hold for multiple times and provided the courier name as SafeExpress with consignment number 41240802 which is not at all recognised by the courier. There is no reply on any complaint booked with them.Even they do not provide any complaint number or reference as well. Only the answer is "it is a direct delivery product" Can anyone here help in this regards? If this forum is really in the interest of the consumers can this help me to get the solution?

        I submitted an online order in emibazaar.com on 02.02.2015, the product code is H1285 and the order ID is[protected]. The SMS I received mentioned the delivery of the product in 3 to 5 working days. It has been 8 days and I have not yet received any confirmation of even any shipment yet. The biggest problem is the customer care which only receives calls to place an order but when the service department is contacted, nobody pickups the calls. It seems that the website is complete fraud. I am also attaching the screenshot of the order status. Need this issue to be resolved and material delivered ASAP. The website is being run by Assan retail based in Chennai.

        Still no response...seems the emibazaar is a complete fraud, no delivery of the product has been made yet and no shipment status yet visible on the website.

        Still no update from the emibazaar.com. The material has still not been dispatched.Seems that the online retail is a complete fraud and have to approach the consumer court for retrieval of the material.

          I had placed Order #[protected] with emibazaar.com (earlier known as onemi.com) for a Timex Chronograph Watch on EMI. My Credit Card was charged for the amount of Rs.4158 to be billed to me in 06 EMI. I received the product on 20 Jan 2015 and it was in non-working condition also appeared to be old with damaged packing (see picture attached). I immediately called their Toll Free number[protected]. The call was received by some sales person who indicated that he will take a complaint, but nothing happened. I then mailed them at [protected]@onemi.com about the issue asking for an exchange or refund. I received a response advising to try changing the battery. I tool the watch to the Timex authorized Service Center in Phoenix Mall where I was told that it is not just the battery issue but also a mechanical failure and that they did not honor the warranty. I wrote back on the same email address with details and also logged complaint on their site on 24 Jan 2015. I received a response on 27 Jan advising me to give sometime. I again had to call back their all the numbers (out of many only one works) and I was told that someone will respond in 24 hours. Later i get a mail asking me to go back to the service center and provide the 'Defect Proof' in order to take the issue further. I am not in a condition to run repeatedly to the service center around 20 Kms away from my place. I order this online for convenience and not for all this inconvenience. Now the company needs to provide me with a replacement of exact model in brand new condition or make my refund immediately. I need help from the consumer forum in getting this resolved for me.

              I orderd a product (morphy richards tipy room heater) on6-1-2015, tuesday. The order No:686993, with the price of 4194 rupees. And now on[protected], thursday after 16 days its in my hand with dead condition.withno power supply init. I dont belive that iv got a piece of garbage in 4194 rupees.at last I strongly recomend to all the people my relatives, friends, neiber. That do not order anything from'onemi & aasaan retail pvt ltd'. Such a piece of garbage.

              Today on the date 15/3/2015, I am still waiting for refund my money. I think the murchent is not responding to pay me back.what a mentelity .i strongly recomend dont buy anything from onemi and dont be fool.

                            मीटर के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसका आवेदन नंबर[protected] है पहले तो मुझसे सभी आवश्यक
                            दस्तावेज जमा कराये गए! बाद में ये कह कर मेरा मीटर रोक दिया की मेरे पते पर पुराना बिल रूपये 10000/- का बाकी है जो की चेतन
                            सिंह के नाम था जो की कभी इस पते पर था ही नहीं मैने अपने घर की जरुरी कागजात की पुरी
                            चेन आप के ऑफिस ले गया और मेरे पते पर गलत शेष राशि को ठीक करवाया! और फिर मेरे मीटर
                            के लिए रूपये 4200/- का मांग पत्र निकाला गया ! जिसके पैसे भी जमा कर लिए गए हैं पैसे
                            जमा करने के बाद भी मेरा मीटर नहीं लगाया जा रहा क्यों ? जब भी मैं आप के दफ्तर जाती हूँ तो ओ 15 दिन का आश्वाशन दे कर भेज देतें हैं! मीटर लगाने
                            एक लाइनमैन आया तो वो बोला कि इस ट्रान्सफर्मर में जगह नहीं है और बोला कि जब मुझे
                            प्रशांत जी कहेंगे तो मैं मीटर लगा दूंगा ! उससे ये पूछे जाने पर की औरों के मीटर कैसे
                            लग रहे हैं तो वो बोला उनकी पर्ची लग कर आयीं थी! मैं पूछना चाहती हूँ की वो पर्ची
                            कैसे होती है ? प्रशांत के पास गयी
                            तो उसने कहा की वो कोर्ट के माध्यम से लगे हैं फिर 15 दिन का आश्वाशन दे कर कहा की
                            आप को नयी लाइन खीच कर उससे 15 दिन में मीटर लगा के देंगे ! पर आज लगभग 8 माह हो गए
                            अभी तक मीटर नहीं लगा है ! मेरे बगल पड़ोशियों ने जिन्होने मेरे से बाद में आवेदन किया

I had called at [protected] as well but I didn't get any proper response. Even Status is empty in order tracker. ref.- "http://www.onemi.in/ordertracker.php/" If you are not able to dispatch order please cancel order. I don't want to waste more time.

                                  I have order a rotimaker by onemi on 31.10.2014. I got a confirmation mail on nov-14 starting your consignment has been dispatched through firstflight.But on 17.11.14 when i have enquired with your customer care I came to know that's not yet shipped .The reason was due to out of stock.I have cancelled my order.Now it is the return of money which takes around 21 day's.I request you to pay back the amount at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir, I have placed an order on 24th of October (Protnor weight lifting package). Product was supposed to be delivered by 7-10 days but it didn't. So I called customer care service for more than 10 times, and each and every time I got different answers. After waiting for 21 days I finally cancelled my order on 13th October because of poor service and negative response from customer care support. At the time of cancellation one of the execute told me that with in 48 I would receive confirmation SMS, but didn't receive too. Please find my order details as below.                                       I ordered an I Phone on 26th Sep . My order number is[protected]. Till date it has not been delivered. I have called customer Service at-least 10 times till now. The only thing that I have got it false promises and new dates every time . few times my calls have been disconnected. I have never experienced such pathetic customer service in my life. No Manager comes on the line despite of several requests. No one gives you a clear answer when the product will be delivered. If I would have read the reviews earlier, I would have not ordered anything from ONEMI. Govind from your customer service department misbehaved when he was questioned by me as I was promised on Friday that the product will be delivered latest by Monday.I asked him the same question that why false date was given to me. I wish some one senior reads my complaint and take the action and fire all these people who have not take any ownership to resolve my issue. I cant express in words what I have gone through in the last 15 days. Pathetic... Learn something from Flipkart and Sanpdeal. That's the reason they are at such a height because they value their customers.

                                        I made a telephonic order of 1no. Whirlpool ACE 6.5 Supreme washing machine on the company called ONEMi. The order was made on 23rd August 2014 and payment of Rs. 10, 998- was made charged to my Citibank credit card ending with 1509. This company publishes a product catalogue and dispatches every often. The above said product has an item code E1387-C07. The product is not delivered till date nor there is no clear communication on delivery nor cancellation. After several follow-up calls I started noting every calls I made since 14 Sept, with their responses, name, date and time till date and can provide details on your request. Kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                                        2nd call 01.Oct 12.30hrs Delivery committed by Deepak Kumar Singh to deliver by 04-oct,
                                        3rd call 06.Oct.19.45hrs Same response by Ashish Kumar,
                                        4th call 11.Oct 11.35hrs, Cancellation requested to Jyoti Complaint no. SR00057023,
                                        5th call 13 Oct 21.20hrs Cancellation requested to Mohammad Javed, claimed that the cancellation will be done in 2days and payment shall be reversed by 01st Nov.
                                        6th Call 31.Oct. 21.30hrs Mohammad Javed again 2days requested for cancellation and payment reverse 15days more.
                                        7th Call 02.Nov.15.00hrs Shiva promised that a call will be given to me on 5th and confirm cancellation and money transfer. No call received on 5th Nov. 21.00hrs
                                        8th Call Mr. Kumar on my call denied to give status nor take complaint and asked me to call next day by 10.00am.
