Hey, i had applied for loan to buy a ring. I have attached the order number screenshot. I no longer want to buy it and nor i want a loan. Request you to refund the amount.
The reason is, i have uploaded all my documents still it shows failure. It is too stressful.

    I write to a complaint against your collection department. Five months ago I had bought Vivo Y81 Mobile from Morebi - Telecom Virar west. My monthly EMI is Rs. 1651/- and I was paid all installment time to time. on this month payment was paid late because of some financial problem. EMI date is 5/2/2019.bounce charge is Rs. 349/- two times. Total I have paid Rs 2453/- in this month.

    I had got a call from your side but that time I am not able to pick up the call in working hours. Then they calling on my relatives. I gave you only two numbers of my friend at a loan time. Then who gave you of my relatives contact details. your company is taping my mobile number or anything else. Who gives you the authority to track my relative details. I did not sign any agreement from my side if I am not responding call then please don't calling my relatives.

    I want a copy of loan Agreement because in Kissht Application I am not able to view and download Agreement. If in loan agreement not found any authority to trace my relative's details then I ask my relatives to do harassment case on you in consumer court.

    Please send me the agreement copy urgently below is my loan details.

    I would recommend record those call and file a complain in your police station with the help or advocate.
    Tell your relatives to do the same. You must uninstall there app immediately, because they can access your contacts. You can also attach that call record and send an email to RBI. The above support seems pre made email lieing that you are not answering, do answer the call and record that as a proof too.

      Very worst services i am getting from kissht. It seems that it is govt entity. I applied for instant cash on 11 feb 2019 till today there is no update on the application. Whenever calling the customer service or through chat or through email getting same revert wait for 24 hours. I am existing customer of kissht early i took the loan which was clear before the last installment date never defaulted any payment.
      I am so much upset i wrote on the chat too that my mother is in hospital i applied it for her treatment and i begged them to process asap but the employees are so rigid they damn care about customer. I am forced to put all this on social forum.

        I bought a Redmi Note 5 Pro on EMI from Top 10 Shop ( Opp. Bhayander East Station, Thane).
        As my other Consumer Loans were active at that time from different Finance companies like HDB Finance, HDFC & Bajaj Finance; I have to go for Kissht Finance. As it was my urgency, I was OK with High Interest rates.
        Loan was approved in 10 hrs and Got the Product delivered same day itself.

        7 August, 2018 was mentioned as my first EMI date and 7th of every month till April for upcoming EMI installments.

        7 August, 2018.
        EMI was detected from my bank account properly.

        7 September, 2018.
        EMI was detected from my bank account properly.
        Everything was OK till Now.

        5 October, 2018.
        Received a message from Kissht Finance that your EMI has been bounced.
        I received a call on 7th October from Kissht Execuetive and he mentioned that there was some Government Holiday because of which EMI was deducted early, please make the payment of EMI & I will put the bounce charges on reversal.

        On 8th October, 2018 I made the payment. Got a Call-Back from the same execuetive so I informed him about the payment made.

        5 November, 2018.
        No updates on Reversal of Bounce Charges. This time didn't received the EMI bounced message too.
        Called the Helpline number, and they told me to do the same. I patiently did the same thing and trusted on the Execuetives to sort my problem out soo.

        5 December, 2018.
        Same thing happened. Now I decided to sent the mail to the support firm instead of talking to any random execuetives everytime.
        This time also same thing they have quoted, but I have decided not to be Scammed anymore.

        31 December, 2018.
        I received a message of EMI bounced and being charged of 350Rs. as that wasn't my EMI dates and till this time only 1 EMI was unpaid.

        5 January, 2018.
        Again Same Thing happened. But this time got reply on the Email that I have sent.
        But instead of addressing the issue They made a dumb excuse.

        The mail which I have sent contains My Name & My Contact Number in the first line itself.
        But I got reply that we have tried contacting you your number: 9619****** (which is not my number) Please provide us with your alternate number so that we can connect with you.

        Ok, I can digest that they might have my wrong number because of any technical issue.
        But what kind of statement is this "Please provide your Alternate number"
        I have mentioned my active number in the first line itself.

        15 January, 2018.
        Kissht Execuetive named as Pramod visited my Place. He addressed the issue to my Mom and Wife (as they have known the issue from the very start) My family has explained Him the problem occuring.

        My Mom called me as He was at my place & handed over the phone to me.
        He has a conversation with me and insisted to have a talk with his senior named Santosh.
        At that time, Santosh told me that He is checking my records in the system and what's wrong.
        After putting me on Hold Santosh told me and Pramod (on conferrence) that they will get back to me after checking the issue as it was past 5pm.

        16 January, 2018.
        Pramod called me and got Santosh on conferrence. Conversation started OK but ended up with Bad Words and Rude Arguement as started by Santosh.
        (my mistake: I didn't had the call recording ON)

        He threatened me the word "Humlog tere khandan ko phone krke pareshan karenge"

        Multiple Calls till: 28 January, 2018 as I tried to pass on my point politely.

        I even asked them for Full Settlement, so that they can pursue the further reversal.
        Full Settlement Value is 11, 500-ish...

        8200 INR - pending EMI Rs 1749 x 5 months.
        1400 INR - Bounce charges Rs 350 x 4 months.
        -----
        9600 INR - Total

        But they are asking for 11, 500 something.

        when asked what is the difference of 1900 Rs stands for? They had NO ANSWER.

        I understand they don't know me personally. That's there job to recover pending money and ignored each and every insult and misbehavior by them.

        Received Few Calls from my Old Friends & long back greeted Family Members that someone from Kissht has called them and was threatening and talking Bad things about me. Vinay Chor hai. Badmass company hai.

        See as being studied from Finance Background, I understand that Recovery requires Strict Actions.
        But was I running somewhere?
        Did I switched off my Phone?
        Got my Home locked up?

        Then why such kind of behavior not only against me but also my Family.
        I just required a Normal support.
        That's it.

        Come on, it's 1750 Rs.
        I have Fixed Income of 55, 000 INR
        (now some will say why to get things on Loan when you earn good. At that time, I was out of my saving and took loan in the Past for maintaining a Good Cibil Score for my Future home loan)

        Involving my Family & Harassing them by calling 10 times a day is not good, Kissht. You can do that to the Real Thiefs who run by taking loan amount but not to everyone.

        In this scenerio, you are the thief for me who are bare handly charging me Fraudualent Bounce Charges & Non-Specified charge of 1900 INR.

        Atlast, I hereby declare that I am ready to settle all the EMI's pending but with the acceptance letter that Kissht Finance Company is responsible for the inconvenience and harassment happened to me and foremost my family. I request Mr.Krishnan Vishwanathan, CEO of Kissht Finance that instead of just stating of deeper expansion to other parts of the country, pay some focus on the internal affairs and business ethics.

          Emi of rs.1541.00 for kissht loan id 1029489 is due on[protected]. -

          Already 4months ago bought a techno mobile at devanshi store on finance of kissht my installment paid time to time in this month payment was paid late because my financial problem salary got late those people charge late payment rs.420 telecaller pooja call me again and again i told her don't call office hours she not understand 7to8 times call i am unable to pick her calls then she is calling my relatives you are all make payment of mayuri's rs 420 that was my late payment my installment is rs1541 already paid she pooja telecaller used abuse word to my relatives harassing them she girl threatening to my elder mother if you can't pay rs.420 late payment we send to our recovery team at your home that payment i was paid i requested to you please stop those peoples harassment

As we can see that you have cleared all your outstanding dues under Loan id - 1029489, no more follow-up calls will be made for your loan for past dues. The only reason follow-up calls are made is that we do not want any late fees to remain pending in your loan account as the same can get included in your CIBIL report and damage your future loan eligibility. We request you to make timely payment of your future EMI's too so that your loan eligibility as per CIBIL score remains favourable as this will help you in getting loans when you need them the most.

            I got a refund for shopping online for kissht company. They just give the arn number and contact the bank. I have so many time contacted kissht coustomer service. They say the whole thing is to go to the bank. I went out twice in the bank.
            There is no option to check this arn number in the bank. And also i sended a mail for bank. As usual they not respond in this case.

            Just give the number and contact the bank. The bank can not deal with this problem. What a problem to get a refund directly in the account.. I'll go up to any level until i get it because thease compny is fraud then no one is deceived...

              My refund not ricive after 3day ye wrong hai. Apne refund vapis nahi diya. Is loan skim se to bajaj finance achha hai usme paisa dubne ka to dar nahi hota hai sir mera refund jaldi bhej do thank yo...                 I booked a mobile phone (Oppo F9 Pro) using KISSHT (Buy on EMI) option. but after a few days i cancelled my order due to some other better option which is in the offing and about to launch in a few days time (OnePlus 6T).

                I was promised my full refund of (2727+235 INR), but despite the status that shows "REFUNDED" on KISSHT App and despite several calls and correspondences from my side to KISSHT Customer Care; no refund has been received by me in my account so far.

                My second complaint is that this company's Call center guys are either goons or illiterate who don't know how to talk to a customer in a gentle way and are utterly uncooperative and misleading.

                I also request the Indian Government and the RBI here as well as in a separate letter to them to actually take note of this scam and take some action otherwise the innocent citizens would have to suffer at the hands of such people and fraudulent companies.

                  U said i. Get loan on adhaar card.. Then after enter u askd for pan card. Submitted by me, then u asked for bank details.. Submitted by me... Then u deducted down payment of 960 rs... Then suddenly i saw u were asking for cheque, adress details (Adhar card option is not available), utility bill, electricity bill,... Why u r making fool to us? I[censored] cant afford loan on adhaar card pan card and bank details then why u r saying get loan on adhaar card only?? Please stop making fool to us and im scared that i[censored] reject my application form then my refund will be credited or not?

                    Firstly they put on paper that lone date will be get cleared on every 10th of month then after 15 days they putting message that your emi it will be deducting on 05 of every one.. Why sudden changes are done??? Non cooperative staff mr. Sankesh murudkar [protected] dont have any sense how to talk with sr. Citizen he is using slang languages same with mr manoj ghumare [protected]... Really bad repose from kissht,
                    I suggested pls explain a discipline to your employee.

                      I don't know why i am getting otp of flipkart transaction such as : otp is xxxxx for txn of rs xxxx.00 on flipkart using cardless credit (Powered by kissht) since morning.
                      This is to state that i have not bought anything from flipkart and certainly never heard of kissht. So, please find who is fishing or why i am receiving these massages? I have received 50+ otps with different amounts.

                          I had applied for loan and paid the application fees
                          They have declined my request and now it's been three days and i haven't received my refund.. I've paid 900rs for the application
                          I want the money soon
                          I've seen lots of bad reviews on this app and now i'm scared
                          I've paid and now i don't even want the loan amount
                          I need my refund asap
                          The customer service is very poor... They are not responding calls

                            I applied for a loan today (September 12, 2018) and they ask for upfront money. As we see that we are pre-approved for a particular amount and pay the required amount, immediately we get a message that Kissht cannot approve our loan. Why do you pre-approve, collect money from us and then deny the loan. Why can't you just deny before collecting fees from us. It is absolutely fraudulent to keep your customers in the dark by doing so. It is also very frustrating and disappointing. I am never going to recommend you guys to any body who is looking for one.

                              I have been a victim of identity theft where my personal information has been misused by some fraudsters to acquire loans from various banks & institutions (Including yours) using my name, pan & aadhar details.

                              Your staff named mr. Pandurang is already aware of this fraud & has been to powai police station for investigation purpose as on 24-aug-18. The culprits have been caught by powai police as on 18th aug.
                              Refer trail reply from your staff saying "we request you to wait as we will make the decision on cibil once get the judgemental from court"
                              Last saturday i received a call from your staff person gopi providing me the same feedback.
                              I am no way linked to kissht then why should i be penalized in my cibil for this fraud which you are already aware of.
                              I cannot wait till court comes out with a judgement. Please get your investigation team resolved & cleared this asap.

                              I have paid down-payment of Rs.2388 After that I cancelled the order.But still I didn't get refund.Please make it fast.
                              They first said loan is approved, then they took down payment from me of Rs 4059 after the money is deducted from my bank I get a message that I am not eligible for loan, it is nothing but a systematic con operation

                                I have placed an order of note 9 plus through kissht app which claimed to be financing company (Not sure if it is authorized to do so). After all the efforts and payment received from my side it reflects loan can not be passed which should be the first step but instead they took the payments and then gave me this information.

                                I'm afraid this is a fraud company as this incident has been happened with many of the users (Source: google and consumer complaints review).

                                Now i'm trying to call their customer care support team which is a ivr which keeps me on hold and disconnects the line after 10-15 mins.

                                I have received the mail saying the refund has been initiated but there is no way to track it as no information is reflecting on app and they don't pick or respond to queries.

                                  I paid rs. 1941 as my down payment and where terms and conditions was if i'm not eligible for the loan i'll be refunded and also from kissht care i got a call even he said i'll be refunded.
                                  As my address proof is not proper i stay in another state and in office accommodation so i'm not eligible for the loan so i'm not eligible for this, mailed several times for refund but i didn't get a reply regarding refundment.
                                  For taking the money you guys a one step ahead but when the work is not done you should return it, by bluffing peoples you can't ecape, i will go ahead regarding my issue if i don't get my money back.

                                    I missed my payment for this month due to some personal emergency issue and I started getting calls from your agents who is directly abusing me on my family.
                                    I told them that I need time since I am closing all the loans from your company...but they did not stop abusing me or my family...I have their contact numbers and voice recording with screenshots.
                                    Can you help with with an explanation on this?
                                    It's a normal thing if a person gets into a problem and even bank people understands it.
                                    But who has the authority to abuse someone family for business related issues?

                                      Amount of 6408 is been stuck in kissht they are not ready to refund my amount which i paid as down payment after seeing that my loan will get approved but it doesn't approved at all before that it showed am eligible to get 2 lac loan from kissht but it's an fake app.

                                      I downloaded the app in iOS. I have Uploaded all the documents but I dunno wtzz went wrong. Money deducted from Axis bank account. Still no response.                                         I downloaded the kissht app today and paid rs. 235 as requested. I was filling my application. I uploaded the adhar and pan card and was trying to find the address proof to upload..when i came back the application was showing as rejected and to try after 60 days...my 235 rupees ia gone so is my priority foe which i downloaded this app. Besides i tried calling kissht reps but was put on ivr for 10 minutes and 50 seconds before disconnecting...
