I have booked an HP Laptop over phone on 15/09/2014 and order no: 640844.I used my Bajaj Finserv Card. I repeatedly confirmed whether it will be delivered by 24th September and I was confirmed that I will receive by the mentioned date by the advisors .
Within one and half hour of placing order, I received confirmation sms stating product will be delivered in 5-7 working days and an e-mail stating that it would be delivered in 7-10 working days.Please find the attachment.
I was told that I will receive the charge slip by next day morning, so that I can courier it back .Once they will receive charge-slip, then only they will process order.I did not receive the charge-slip yet.
This product is a gift for my hubby on his B-day and in case I do not receive it by 24th, the entire purpose will be defeated. When I called customer service I was given different TAT by different customer care reps. 3 days have passed after placing the order the charge-slip has not yet been send to me . I am unable to track the order online as well. This is a basic facility which is expected when you place an online order. Please find the attachment with error message.
On 17th September. I requested to cancel the order. To my surprise, they said even if they raise a complaint, still charge-slip be sent to me sooner or later. I raised an SR intimating my situation. I also informed them that I am going on holiday post 24th and will not be able receive the product. They simply refused to provide any resolution.
I have spoken to 5-6 different advisors, namely Vignesh, Jyoti, Bilal, Abdul etc and everyone has informed different TAT for generation of charge-slip and delivery of the product.
I am highly disappointed with such service and wrong commitments.
