I have place this order on 29th sept. Via hdfc bank credit card, still i have not get the product from the onemi.in. Customer service is pathetic. They even dont know the correct status. I have purchased protoner weight lift package. And they said protner will dispatch the product & blunder is there custoer service also dont know product is dispatched or not. My order number is[protected] / sr00052425. Dont trust on onemi.in never buy product from their site.

      Respected Authorities, i had placed an online order with www.onemi.com order no:[protected] on 26th September 2014. They said they would deliver the product at most within 11 working days. Now its been a month and i have been calling them every week with no response from their side. they always tell that the order is a direct order and would be delivered next week and i cannot cancel the order. please look into the matter and let me know what action i need to take against them.         had placed an order in onemi.in on Aug15rd, 2014 and paid the price online through my ICICI bank credit card Order No :626483 (placed on August 15, 2014 11:41:47 AM IST). However, the order has not been delivered till date.I followed up with their customer service dept at least 15 times, but always they give irresponsible responses like "you will receive in another 2/3 days" which never happened in reality. Now, after waiting for more than one and half months for this product, I want to cancel this order now and have the money refunded back to my credit card account. But they are also not doing the same even though they apparently seem to accept the request over phone. Please help

          Myself Tanay Futankar, I placed an order (Order ID:629872) on OnEmi on 21st of August' 2014 and my orders was expected to be delivered to me by 15-16 days later. But its 22/10/2014 and the order is yet on dispatched from their warehouse. Anytime I used to call to know my order status they use to give fake commitments.

            Hello, I have placed an order for "JSB Swing Walker With Massager HF01" (Item Code: F553-C05) on[protected] through my Citibank Credit Card on www.onemi.in . Order No. is 615796. Then I waited 15 Days for the delivery, but I did not receive any product. So I called the Customer Support at [protected]. They told me the item was "Out Of Stock", so they are cancelling the order and giving me refund. I waited, as usual. But this time too, I did not receive any refund. I called again. They informed they have the item on their stock again. So I asked them to deliver the item as they had not cancelled the order till then. Then again I waited but did not receive the item. In the meantime my money was being deducted on regular basis although I did not receive any item. I called them up. They said they will cancel the order and will give me refund. But I was disappointed this time as well. Then today I called again to check the refund status and they informed no cancellation request has been raised.               Dear Sir/Madam, We great regret i wish to inform that i have been cheated by you all. I had placed an order for Neel kamal Shoe rack in month of June 2014, which i received late after two months.On assembling it i found it to be defective and parts missing. My EMI is being deducted un necessarily.I filed complaint, many times they said they will provide me a new one or pay back the money but till date I have received no response. Its a shame that you are mis- using our money. I cannot send photo as i do not have camera. Please take back the rack and reimburse the amount with interest.

                I Have booked BSA Champ Cycle on 30th May 2014 vide order No.568475. Due to some technical problem, I have cancelled the said order & not received any acknowledgement of cancellation of Order. But EMI was start paying to the company Statement by debiting my HDFC Credit Card Statement. Again, I had called Customer Service Centre & given me Request No.SR00051912 dated 30.09.2014. So, I request you kindly officially cancel the order & stop payment of EMI to the said company, also request you to kindly reimburse the amount which you have paid earlier from my account.                     I have booked an HP Laptop over phone on 15/09/2014 and order no: 640844.I used my Bajaj Finserv Card. I repeatedly confirmed whether it will be delivered by 24th September and I was confirmed that I will receive by the mentioned date by the advisors . Within one and half hour of placing order, I received confirmation sms stating product will be delivered in 5-7 working days and an e-mail stating that it would be delivered in 7-10 working days.Please find the attachment. I was told that I will receive the charge slip by next day morning, so that I can courier it back .Once they will receive charge-slip, then only they will process order.I did not receive the charge-slip yet. This product is a gift for my hubby on his B-day and in case I do not receive it by 24th, the entire purpose will be defeated. When I called customer service I was given different TAT by different customer care reps. 3 days have passed after placing the order the charge-slip has not yet been send to me . I am unable to track the order online as well. This is a basic facility which is expected when you place an online order. Please find the attachment with error message. On 17th September. I requested to cancel the order. To my surprise, they said even if they raise a complaint, still charge-slip be sent to me sooner or later. I raised an SR intimating my situation. I also informed them that I am going on holiday post 24th and will not be able receive the product. They simply refused to provide any resolution. I have spoken to 5-6 different advisors, namely Vignesh, Jyoti, Bilal, Abdul etc and everyone has informed different TAT for generation of charge-slip and delivery of the product. I am highly disappointed with such service and wrong commitments. Kindly help .

                      High o[censored]nprofessionalism. The most pathectic experience one can have of online shopping. In today's world where there are others players like Amazon, Flipkart etc. here is this player OnEmi, a typical loser, does not know who to gain customers. They provided the an email id and a phone no for so called customer care center. Whats the point of providing a phone number when nobody picks a call and also whats the point of providing an email where nobody replies. Please deliver my product as asap

But however I haven't received the product and the customer service person informed over the phone that they could update me the status on 12 Sep 2014. The promise was that the product will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Now to update the status they need more than 2 weeks.

                              I have ordered mobile through online for EMI option, but on ordered date they debited all product valve from my account, then I could not track the status of the product my order number 634128. I intially while they taking order they clearly told only EMI option why they debited all of the amount from my account how I can repay to the bank. If ii call to customer care they are telling you call to bank and convert for EMI option, some executive telling product is delivered. Kindly suggest what I should on this to get refund or product from Onemi. Thanks Senthil Mahendaran.

                                    This site is just to steal your money and cheat you. I have purchased a product with order[protected] on 16 July and I am yet to receive the product. When I tried to contact them by the service numbers, none picked it. I don't know why they put up those numbers! I mailed them many times and they reply stating that they are waiting for an acknowledgement from the courier company - Professional couriers on the status. They have given an acknowledgement number for the same. The courier company won't be taking more than 2 months to deliver the product. Complaint SR00041225 has already been raised for this. There is no updated on this, no response from their team and also no action taken. Wish someone files a complaint in the consumer court and ban this website. Also these people are spamming my mailbox by sending new offers which I am not gonna take or suggest to anyone. I have already asked my friends not to use this website to buy any products. There are many ways to earn money. But they have chosen this way to steal money.
