mumbai to manglore train number 12133 was fully crowded from people with general class category people...there was'nt even place to walk down to the wash room ..i tried to call the konkan railway helpline number that were provided on this website but as usual none replied its the 3rd time no one has even attended the phone call i kindly requet you to look into the matter thank you

    i have booked ticket for mandvi from dadar to kudal we were 4 ticket all confirm i m a female i can't go upper board to upper seats & so i request TC ( Mr. Anil dabolkar..employee no 48) arrogantly said that i need to adjust by seating only though i told him i m coming from night shift but he refused and allowed 3 more people to seat with me on side seat. and those person's only one ticket was confirmed other was waiting. is it fair behaviour of TC towards reserved ticket holder? later on i said him "next time if we are travelling 4 person then we will remove only 2 ticket" he do agree with that. but as a responsible citizen it is my duty though railway employee have forgotten there duties

    Just wanted to confirm that my lower birth seat was confirm but still refuses me and dn't allow me to sleep on my own reserved seat
    it was just harassment to female

      My Mobile Handset + Rs. 430/- + clothes were stolen in train # 16334, Veraval Express on 12/05/2015. The theft happened between Panvel and Valsad station. we're travelling in S1 coach with PNR # [protected]. please contact [protected] or [protected] or [protected]@essar.com whenever the goods, especially mob handset found. we're living in Surat city.

        Platform no1 at Thivim is in a shocking state for commuters. While the concrete slabs are loose and not cemented, the un even surface makes it difficult to wheel trolley bags to the coach. One can imagine the plight of senior citizens as they have to physically carry their luggage as the platform is not suitable for wheeling luggage. I myself found it extremely inconvenient to move to my coach position. While I understand that renovation work is going on, that is no excuse for the state of the platform. We as citizens expect a fully tiled platform to make boarding /alighting at Thivim a comfortable experience. May I add this state of the platform is for the last couple of years (I am a regular traveller) M. de souza

          It has been noticed all coaches specially Konkan Railway seems to be kept dirty all the time, all coaches should be washed before departure, what is the point to bring such coaches unclean and unwashed both inside and outside, during British raj, all coaches of trains were washed at VT or CST before getting it ready for departure, now a days authorities or it subordinates are become lazy to do so just blaming and making unnecessary excuses, shame on them for neglecting their responsibilities. They only care for their chair, all bull excuses are made to say they clean the coaches thoroughly, are they visiting or being there to see what is been done? No, they only order to do it and no one takes responsibility to check them out. It is utter shameful things to see India growing up in such unhealthy and dirty environment. British were more better than these bloody Indian who are responsible and think that they have gained Independence to do such thing, Where are they who called British Raj thieves that came to India to capture their wealth cleanliness? No what India got from its own Independent Indians nothing but all rotten excuses. Make sure all coaches before departing are made clean even ticketing is all useless system they have only in India. Take a look at a coaches in Northern side are all well kept up to a mark while Western side and below are kept so ugly, one is forced to enter such coaches despite of hefty ticket fares be it 1st AC 2nd AC or 3 tier AC. Wake up authorities and use your butts to go down and check them once in a while and get it straight to the bottom of the problem and make India Shine once again, if you are so called Son of India of Independent India, you are chosen to look after the responsibility's of India and its future. Many failed to get your post, don't know how you got that chair which undeserving to you if you can't do it then let other take it over you so that there will be no such complaints any more.

            I am travelling frequently on Konkan railway to Ratnagiri Station. I have several times noticed toilets are unclean in waiting room. Waiting room is never cleaned, toilets are also unclean. Also it is use & pay basis toilet still it is unclean.

              Dear Konkan Railway Authority, I am writing to you in connection with the train journey of Mandovi Express as on 01/03/2015 Sunday. The train was supposed to reached by 7:25 P.M. to Panvel, but was delayed and reached on 02/03/2015 by 3:00 A.M. I am boarding in ladies coach at Chiplun and face below problems, 1) Train holt at Roha station for more than 2 hours and than at Kasu station for few hours. 2) No one from Konkan railway staff or from RPF is came and check about ladies safety. 3) No one inform about the reason of delay. 4) In our coach few ladies travelled with small kids which including new born baby (12 days baby) and two kids who is below two years old and three childlerns who is below 8 years old and few elder women's. 5) Its not possible for us to collect food and water from outside because train is not stopped on platform. 6) No water available in washroom. 7) Also, ladies who boarded before Chiplun are not able to co-operate, they are not shifted and make place for us. In more than 10 hours of our journey we have to seat on the floor of a train. Request you to provide separate ladies coach for Chiplun. Hope Konkan railway authority will think and take certain actions on ladies safety and keep women fell secure during travelling. Regards, Konkan Railway Passenger.

PNR Number [protected] TDR Filing Date: 26-Sep-2014 16:42:55 HRS TDR Status: CR Registered Cancellation ID: [protected] TDR Zone: KONKAN RAILWAY (KR) Registration No: MKR021014W01285 From: BANGALORE CY JN (SBC) To: ANKOLA (ANKL) How long will it takes to process one TDR because it is already 5 months over. For every enquiry standard reply from IRCTC- "As per the policy framed by Railway Board, refund is processed by the Zonal Railway under whose jurisdiction station of the train falls. IRCTC only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation System through its server and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Railway and IRCTCare different entities. TDR filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerened Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking. You can check the status of your TDR claim online at IRCTC website using your login account."                   Train No 01091 dated 7/2/15 was delayed by 4 hours without any prior notice this caused a lot of inconvenience. Train No01092 dated 9/2/15 was delayed by 12 hours without any prior notice.This train was announced to be late by 7 hours earlier then it was said to be cancelled for no specific reasons later all the passengers started reacting the train finally arrived at 4am on 10/2/15. All the passengers had to wait at stations as the as confirmed time was not declared.This caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers traveling to Mumbai from Madgaon.

                    Dear Sir, I am Bharat Patil-regular passenger of this train. Now days the people like me are facing many problems like sitting and free space in train. I know the there is tremendous growth of passengers day to day but the old train had capacity for this increase crowd. The new train is too small and uncomfortable for sitting.                     Lack of space n coaches, There is no special ladies coach at night train. All male passengers are catch ladies compartments.because of on coach there is not mentioned as reserved for ladies only.
                    I will request u pls every ladies compartment should be mentioned as reserved for ladies only .

                    Not refund TDR book ticket amount

                    Dear sir,

                    I am santosh March 5th booked 2 sleeper tiket from bengalore to subramanya road PNR NO [protected] journey date 10.04.2016 train timing 8.30 pm .But sum health problem i am not able to travel and that day 10 April 2016 5 pm booked TDR same ticket ( Before 3.30 hours).But still date i am not get refund amount kindly refund my amount
                    Please do more general coach in konkan kany Exp and Dadar sawantwadi train because huge crowd inside we face difficulties in travel 9 to 10 hours standing, konkan railway. Between mumbai to vaibhavadi station.

                    Sir I am bharat chiplunkar konkan railway staff i am travling in new rohan diva local train in first class coach but this coach is fully fill by unauthorized people and I am going to roha station for complaint but this station rpf can't take action about that situation bcoz that coach is filled by ladies and they said to me there no have any ladies constable

                      On every day & moment We Ratnagiri & sindhudurg passengers suffer non availability of seats in sleeper boggy in any train on Kokan route although we have sacrificed much for this project. There are many passengers are compelled to travel daily by road just because of non availability of seats in train. It is our right to have a separate sleeper boggy reserved for Ratnagiri & sindhudurg passengers.

                        Sir, My PNR NUMBER IS [protected] AND I was traveling on 3/01/15 in 2nd AC along with my family from madgaom (MAO) to Ernakulam (ERS) by MNGLA LKSDP EXP. That day train was late and reached at madgaom (MAO) on 10.30 PM. Our berth were 1, 3 and 46. my wife was sleeping on 1berth number sheet keeping the purse near head. Near about 00.45AM purse was found center between sheet number 1 and 3. Rs 8000/- and one camera were stolen from the purse. I have registered complaint at Mangalore railways station mentioning stolan RS 8000/-. but after complaint, I did not find camera also in purse. I inform TTE/ Attendant and also RPF. but they did not cooperate us. TTE was Jau Thomas, HD TG/NAQ, KLCLMagalu. I doubt on TTE/ Attendant and I strongly believe that they were involve in this incident. With kind regards

                            I was travelling from Chiplun to Mumbai on 8th Jan-15 by Jan Shatabdhi train. As i reached station much before scheduled departure, i went to Gents waiting room on platform no.1. When i went to washroom, i observed that on one of the wash basin, top of tap was missing and water was continuously leaking as tap could not be closed. I immediately complained to Station master. He told me that some one will attend to it. However, even after 45 minutes, nobody came to have a look. So, i went back and informed station master again. He made public announcement for maintenance staff but again no one came. I boarded train after 1.5 hrs of complaint but no one bothered to attend to the complaint. This is sheer negligence and waste of water of railways. Actually this should be part of their routine check but even after pointing it out, no one is cared to look at it.

                              I have booked the Jan shatadbi train on 22/12/2014 from Mumbai to Goa (PRN No.[protected]) specially to go for the exposition of the sacred relics of St. Francis Xavier. My family and me want to deparately visit Goa only for 2 days for the exposition. my ticket is waitlisted for 61, 62 and 63. Kinldy provide me with a solution as to how to get confirmed tickets.

Dear Sir, My name is Usha A K. I had booked two tickets from Karmali to Kozhikode, date of journey 7th October 2014. Since there was a goods train derailment in Konkan railway line on 7th Oct. 2014., and the train was not only delayed by many hours, but also did not touch the boarding station Karmali. In such circumstances, I had cancelled through TDR process, the two tickets booked by me. I received a mail from IRCTC giving me the above reference number [protected]. Till this day, I have not received any further information or refund of my cancelled tickets. I request you to kindly do the needful to speed up the procedure and help me to avail my refund.                                   I have traveled in New Double Decker train 02005/ 02006 LTT – Karmali- LTT, this train is one of the best after Shatabdi Express Train. Only problems are: 1) Uncleanness both in train compartment tables and toilets 2) Water Problem 3) Train not scheduled properly or seams to halt to much for crossings (running almost 3 Hrs Late) If all the above problems are sorted out this trains will definitely be one of the success.                                     This letter is with regards to the inefficiency of Air condition service in our coach and late distribution of lunch box in the train. Complaint No. 1: The Air condition service in our coach was not working. Due to that we have suffered from sweating during our journey. Complaint No. 2: Late distribution of Lunch box as the train was running late by 2 hours, It reached Chiplun at around 2 in noon But necessary items not uploaded It has uploaded at Ratnagiri till that time all passengers were hungry. In case the if train is late The food iterms may be uploaded at any other station or at chiplun.                                         I had paid for parking for 6 days for which I had been charged 240/- However, I was issued a 10/- ticket on which 240/- was manually written. No counterfoil was retained with the vendor. In this case, the vendor would be paying tax only on 10/- whereas he is liable to pay tax on 240/- Please put a mechanism in place to curtail this malpractice.
