    Hello I had order multiple items, in which 2 item jacket and cap were requested for return and the Koovs agent took my item. But still now it's almost 10+ days no refund initiated, customer care never answered my call I tried numerous times. Very disappointed here.

    Waiting for positive response and my refund..

    I always loved koovs and recommended to friends but this time very disappointed:(

        I ordered 2 shirts from koovs.com vide order id- 7872326 on 14-sep-2021, items were delivered on 21-sep-2021 and items were not upto mark so a return request was raised on 21-sep-2021, the items were picked up by delivery partner of the website on 22-sep-2021, after which no communication received from company, in reply to query raised by me via mail on 30-sep-2021, a mail was received from company on 01-oct-2021 at 11:41 am that the item is yet not received by company, after that on same day at 3:21 pm another mail received from company that the products have reached the company and upon quality check the refund will be proceed, after which received mail from company on 05-oct-2021 that items received have passed quality check, on 06-oct-2021 mail received from company that the refund has been initiated and will be credited to account in next 3-5 days, it's been more than 1 month that the amount is not received in account, several grievance have been raised but yet no reply is received from company

            I ordered multiple items from the Koovs.com. But two t-shirts were not good. So I returned those. Koovs account say refunded but still i didn't get any refund in my bank account. I have complained many times but no reply from their side. I want my money back.

            Koovs said they will refund my money within 3-5 days but still there is no response from their side...
            Hi I am facing the same issue with them. They are not replying to mails or answering phone calls

              I have returned a product on 4th October and it’s 27th October and KOOVS hasn’t refunded my money back. There customer care number doesn’t exist and they aren’t even replying to emails. This is complete fraud behaviour and on their order history it shows refunded but the money hasn’t even come in my account. There is no way to get in touch with them. They have taken the money and not returning. Pathetic

                  I have order blue saint denim jacket from koovs. But the size is not fit . So I apply for exchange. So expressbees delivery boy come and collect my ordered jacket. Today 10 days passes my exchange jacket of M size is on hold. They are not delivering. When i msg them they are only saying your jacket is not reached to warehouse, it is in process.

                    I’ve returned the product through expressbees due to quality issue and I’ve nit received the refund amount till now.I’ve tried to contact through mails calls and social media accounts but they are not replying back and they are not bothering about my problem at all.This is complete scam and fraud.My order id is7874215.Please help me getting my refund back and resolve it as much as possible.

                      I have placed the order on 24 th August 2021 and it’s almost a month and I have still not received the order.
                      I am not getting any reply on mails from them.

                        KOOVS Application is not showing the order number nor details. However the amount has been debited from my account but didn't get details of the order.
                        Kindly revert back to me ASAP with order confirmation details

                          Order I placed on 4 sep and delivery date was on 9 sep due to my work I'm not available so I got call from courier guy when my mobile was in locker so I call back he didn't pickup so next day on 10 September I got call so I informed I'm not available so give my delivery at given address and he told okay and I didn't got any delivery I have mailed to koovs and xpress bees from 10 sep I'm sending mail I'm not getting any delivery no calls no message but in tracking details it's showing customer not available and customer wants evening delivery when I didn't got any call or any message how I can see customer not available I have provided my friend number so he can receive the courier but the same response no call
                          No response in mail or even in customer care number I just want my deliver as soon as possible

                              I ordered 4 products from koovs and out of them I want to return 2 products, so I raised a return request on 13th September but till now they have not picked up the product. Even I tried to contact them but due to covid they are not available on phone support, So I did a mail but they are not responding on the mail also! So I am requesting you to resolve this Issue asap!

                                  I want to say my personal experience about koovs.com, i visited the site by seeing some relevant adds from Facebook i guess and i visited the site then i like 2 product very much and i have purchased those by making net banking payment and after 7 days later i received the product which was not fitting me at all... then i raised a request for return and refund me the money so they accepted return on 23/08/ 2021, courier picked up the parcel...

                                      Hello
                                      I am very disappointed with the customer service. They are not connecting me since few days not solving my issue with refund. I have been using this app for more than 5 years and I never face such difficult y with koovs customer care. I am not able to connect them on phone also. Is this fake app.?
                                      Its been a month, they have not responded to my mail. They have shown refunded against the return product and didn't receive in my account.plz respond my mail as soon as possible.
