I ordered 2 case from casekaro a have a big scratch on it and it also doesnot able to protect my camera because iphone xr have a bumped the thickness from the cover should be that much that it can protect the camera but these covers very thin

    I had made a purchase on their website, and as part of the order i received a wrong product. Koovs has had an easy returns and exchange policy, and so when i went to register a return, to my surprise i saw that they have revoked the exchange policy. Now in normal circumstances this is fine, however if its not been communicated to customers how are they supposed to know that the return / exchange policy is revoked. Their homepage only highlights all their discount offers, but such a big change in policy is not addressed.

    Anyway so i wrote to the team mentioning that i received a skirt instead of shorts which i have ordered, and their auto system has raised many tickets for the same but i have still not heard back. Even their customer care on call is not available. So now what am i supposed to do with the incorrect product that i got??

          I had ordered a dress from koovs and I had pre paid for that order... my order no. is : 7827687.. I waited for many days...the order is stuck on "packed" status for many days.. and I had mailed them asking for the order delay...
          They responded me with " We apologize for the inconvenience and the bad experience you had with us.
          Further, we would like to inform you that your order '7827687' has been returned (RTO) by the courier service provider and thus has been cancelled. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
          Please accept our sincere apologies and give us a chance to meet your expectations next time."

          I was not informed or involved in any of this action taken for my order.. and no response after i mailed them to ask about my refund.. This is scam.. please resolve my issue.. and I request for a refund in my bank account. I dnt want refund in koovs wallet. because i dnt want to shop from koovs anymore. i dnt trust that site.

            I ordered denim jacket, tshirt, polo shirt from koovs . They didn't said anything at time of booking ordr once I received the parcel I didn't liked jacket as it was not promising as compared to image and I request to return my jacket but they are telling it cannot be returned becuz of covid. Tell me what will be use of that jacket If it didn't return ???

                      Ordered a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt but had to return both because of size issue. The recieved the refund against the shoes but not for the sweatshirt even after 3 months. I have sent 20 emails and for each they reply same copy pasted message that refund is initiated and will recieve the amount in 7-10 days, it's been 3 months but haven't received the amount.

                        I have made a purchase of rupees 1456 through my debit card on 29th january at 8:34 pm.
                        However the order got cancelled in their app by itself.
                        I emailed them as it was a pre paid order and send them my order details.
                        They responded me through emails only.
                        After 2days they responded that they are looking after the matter. After 20 days they told me they refunded me the money.
                        But till date 11.3.21 I havent received my refund back. What a fraud brand is koovs. I contacted my bank too but bank said its koovs fault. I still havent got my refund back from koovs. Please help me.

                          I Ordered a denim shirt and a jeans on 29th december, 2020 (Order Number 7753410) and due to size related issue I initiated a return request with bank refund on 7th Jan, 2021 as soon as I got the product.(Return Reference Number- C32964).The koovs agent has already picked the return order since 2 days and still any further detail regarding the return order status or the refund status has not been reached to me.

                              So I ordered a dress from koovs, and the dress delivered looked completely different from the dress that was shown on the model! They made the model wear a much expensive and well made version of the same product while the one delivered had the cheapest cloth and had ugly additions of it’s own! (That wasn’t there at all in the pic) and now because of the coronavirus pandemic I can’t return or replace the product, which would have been fine if they didn’t commit such fraud in the first place. I can actually sue them for displaying a different dress. Absolutely disappointed.

                                On 12th august 2020, i tracked my order to check the status and i saw it had been out to deliver. To my dismay, i did not receive it on that day. The next day, i waited for it com but it did not. Also, i did not receive any message with the agent's name and number.
                                Today, 14th august and still no trace of the package.
                                This is my first time buying from koovs and i'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied by it.
                                I tried to call them and the automated voice told me to email them. I did email the team but they told me wait as they checked with their logistics and courier department.
                                What is this behavior, koovs?

                                  I had placed an order on 27th july on KOOVS mobile application in which I had ordered 3 items, one of the items has been wrongly sent in place of another product that was originally ordered. They wrongly sent me a denim shorts in place of a denim jacket that I had originally placed an order for. It was a prepaid order for which I paid the price of the original product (jacket) but when I recieved the package there was the wrong item. On the application they said that "Return/Exchange is not available for this item" so I contacted the customer care via email (their customer care phone services are temporarily closed). I have sent them 3 emails along with reference photographs of the wrong products demanding the return of the wrong product and refund for the price they charged for the original product, but still they have not taken any action.

                                    Hello i am radhika today i ordered 4 products from koovs.com for INR1488 . my amount was deducted from my account but i haven't recieved any SMS OR AN EMAIL regarding whether my order is placed or not. MY ACCOUNTS section is showing no orders placed . i don't know what to do. i recieved an sms from my bank that the amount has been deducted and MARBLE R RETAIL was mentioned. I have emailed koovs but i still haven't recieved any reply yet. please contact me or atleast email and resolve this issue. either u refund me or please process the order because my money is with the retailer only.

                                      1. Details: I ordered 3 tops - 2 are discounted products and 1 non-discounted product.

                                      2. Concern: A product bought at full price should be eligible for 'RETURN / EXCHANGE' . If there are some policies then it should be explicitly mentioned so it's easily accessible by the customer. I had double checked before placing the order, nothing was mentioned on the site.

                                      3. To add to Point No 2 - If I follow the path through which I ordered the products through the app - no where it is mentioned that it cannot be returned/exchanged.

                                      Where is your NO Return / NO Exchange Policy mentioned, please follow the path mentioned below:

                                      Navigation Path -

                                      Open the Koovs app - On the top of the app - you see a box for 'Tops', no where in the box it is mentioned 'NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE' - Click on the box - Open any product (discounted/undiscounted) - check at the page for any 'NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE' policy, it is not mentioned - To cross check - Open the Delivery & Return section - again, nothing related to 'NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE' is not mentioned.

                                      Now, tell me how on earth would a customer know if a product ordered by the customer can be returned or not.

                                      This is deceiving and lacks clear transparency. I am sorry but I have to mention, this is the marketing team's tactic to increase sales, but do it ethically.

                                        I got differnt sizes. Dont make us fool. I am purchasing products from koovs since 5 or 6 years. My mobile no is [protected]. Before this i was using [protected]. I am a regular customer. How could you do this to me? I ordered different sizes. Nd i got different size which i wasnt order. Few of my orders are still pending. After this fraud i dont want undelivered orders. Want to give them back. I am unable to call you or make complaint due to corona pandemic. So pkz call me. I dont want my undelivered products
