Exactly a year ago i shopped from koovs for my birthday i bought three items from there website a pair of shoe a jacket and a trousers trouser and jacket is very loose for me though it is smallest size available on their website and shoes are bit tight for me it seems like their size chart is faulty because i bought shoes in uk 6 which is my actual size my feet don't even get into the shoes they are that much tight but they gave me the refund of both the trouser and jacket and also exchange the shoes after few there is news on twitter by some youtubers that they are doing fraud by not sending parsal and not giving refunds at that time i stop buying things from koovs now after the 59chinease apps were banned every youtubers is talking about koovs about how good is this so i shopped 3 items from koovs this time a free size tshirt which is humungous i know free size is big but it is actually too much big for anyone 1 trouser which i don't know how i mistakenly order in 44 my actual size is 26 here 44 resemble to 34 and 44 is given first and all the sizes at least it is happen to me because i shop 26 which is always on first and lastly i shopped a skirt in size26 usually size26 in any brand is bit loose too me because i am very skinny but don't know how their 26 is very tight for me and i am dammn sure their size chart is faulty i shopped from them earlier as well so there is no thought in my mind about or refund i thought it was easy it was on other sites but when i received my order and when i try all the things not a single is of my size and i am very disappointed with that they mentioned about no return no exchange but it is barely visible i open koovs about 4to5 times a day i only that thing when this tragedy happens to me every other site offer exchange and refund policy and it is necessity for offline or even offline main issue is that there size chart is faulty what can i do in that or they changed their policies then they have to clearly mentions in emails and messages send by them my order no. Is7655100 and amount is 1400

    They have to mention in atleast emails that there is not return refund policy they mentioned it but it is hardly visible out of 100 people 90 are only able to see it what kind of online shopping if they don't have this type of policies

      I want to raise this complaint as koovs was not responding to the emails and also to the calls.. As they all are auto generated mails and calls, through which we are not able to solve our issues. And we are not understanding how to resolve our issues if they don't respond clearly.

        I hav ordered 4 stuff in which koovs cancelled my one order and amount went less than free delivery amount, after that i have cancelled one order and when i recieved order they charged me delivery charges which is not correct, and when i asking them for cancel logs so that we get to know who cancelled first and amount gone less than free delivery 😡...

        But they are not solving issue...

                I ordered 6 items via my order I'd 7533910.I didn't receive the red jacket in my delivery package, THE customer support doesn't pick up the call, It's over 22 days of delivery My order was delivered on 4 June.

                I have been complaining continuously through email and have sent the email more than 20 times but the only reply they does is we are looking into matter.

                I have already prepaid for the order and I didn't get the jacket I paid for, Think is the online fraud done here by Koovs.

                  Well its upset to see this parcel...I av order one trouser, one top, one skirt and three dress from koovs with Awb no[protected] ..it got deliver on 22 june 2020 by xbresscees courier...I am from Dimapur, Nagaland ..I paid cash on delivery of total 2477 and when I open the packages my order items was not there instead a white coat worth rupee 447 blue saint coat was there which I had no idea...I didnot order that..kindly I want my items to be send as soon as possible which I ordered ...is this a mistake of fraud I dnt know but I want it as soon as possible . This is not a right thing according to indian consumer protection act 1986...I want my parcel which I ordered

                    Please note i have done a shopping from the website koovs.com a few days back. The items that i was adding to cart to purchase were at discounted rate. When i read the return policy it said they can be exchanged or returned in 15 days. I made a purchase of rs. 3146. It was a cash on delivery order. I had in mind if the products will not be as per my expectations i will return or exchange them if there is size issue. Koovs team mailed me about my order confirmation and this was clearly mentioned that the products can be returned or exchanged on the mail itself. But after making the payment of the products when they were at my doorstep instantly the website started showing no return or exchange of the products.
                    Firstly the products are completely trash and the size labels are exchanged just to sell the larger sizes. Some of them feels refurbished. Secondly they are not transparent while selling there products.

                    I am just amazed how can they do such a fraud so openly and also provide shady information to the customers to sell them.

                    I am a diligent online shopper but never have been felt cheated like this.

                    I request you to take necessary actions and activate my return and refund process.

                                I wanted to return some items so i self shipped them through local courier service as they told me there is no pickup service available in my area.                                     So last month, 21 of july, i ordered 3 products (Clothes) from the online shopping app koovs for which i payed the price (₹1589) online. After some days (4th of june) the products arrived but the package only had 2 products and one was missing then i checked the app and it said “order confirmed” for the product which was missing from the package at first i thought the delay might be due to corona but after many days the product still says “order confirmed” so i started reporting this issue but none of the koovs representatives picked the calls for some time it said they were busy or they will only receive complaints through e-mails so i emailed them talking about this issue and they sent me the automated reply of with my complaint ticket number and it said that the representatives will get back to me in one day so i waited, now 5-6 days have passed already and they haven’t replied or my product hasn’t move a bit. Please help as i have already paid the price online. Thankyou.

                                      This is the 2nd time this has happened. I ordered adidas original jacket but received some cheap jacket instead. It was a prepaid order and i waited for more than 2.5 weeks. Now on complaining i'm told that i can return the items as exchange is not possible. Is this some kind of fraud they are setting up? And this has been happening a lot recently.

                                        Wrong sized product has been delivered

                                        Return registered - 3 march 2020 same day it got delivered...
                                        Return picked - 23 march 2020

                                        Inbetween i have been in touch with koovs through mail regarding refund...

                                        N suddenly on 8 june 2020 i. E, nearly after 2 and half months i receive a mail from koovs... Saying the product has failed quality test... So therefore they won't be making any refund...
                                        Now this is totally fraud scam run by koovs
