I must say it is the worst site ever. I refunded my order because of bad quality and they haven't refunded my money yet. There is only one customer care no. And i have tried to call then so many times but it was unable to reach and there is no alternate number as well. They didn't even replied to my mails. Never buy from this site... Never. Worst customer care policy ever

    From koovs app, i had ordered 4 clothing items on september 7, 2019 (Order id: 6795449) and 2 bags on 14 september 2019 (Order id: 6733793). Out of those, only 3 clothing items were delivered, of which i returned one, and exchanged the other.
    The rest of the orders have not been delivered and the refunds for the returned item have not been processed. When i complained to them, they have logged me out of my account and i am unable to login anymore. But luckily i had already taken screenshots. Their customer care number is not working and they are not responding to the email also. Many other customers are also facing these same issues. They are simply looting customers money.
    I have attached the details of my orders and the contact details of the company.
    Please look into this at the earliest as this site is doing fraud.

      I had placed an order on 8th of september with order id 6691496.
      This is prepaid.
      It's almost been a month and the product isn't even shipped yet.
      On contacting koovs customer care a number of times, no action has been taken. Everytime they repeat the same thing saying they are prioritizing the order but its been a month of them saying this.
      I want my order delivered asap.

        I had ordered 2 addidas shoes from which i had received only 1 shoe. The other shoe is still in progress. Also i had returned 1 shoe which i had received on 23rd my refund is pending. These shoes were a part of the birthday gift. Koovs.com is not worth for being trusted when you guys aren't capable of doing online business why the hell you people are even doing it just to cheat people out counting on you on their shopping.
        Very disappointed not recommending koovs to anyone.

          I ordered an item from koovs.com (Order id: 6705144). They sent me the wrong product, hence, i requested a return pick-up and refund to my bank account. The item was picked up on september 15, however, despite calling them almost every second day, they have not yet performed the quality check and hence not refunded the money. (Today is october 1). Note that their return policy states that the money will be refunded within a week.
          After repeatedly calling them, they finally told me that they have not yet received the package for some reason, which was picked up by their courier partner and shows so on their website.
          They continue to refuse to refund my money despite the fault being at their end. They are refusing to refund my money and continuously delaying this even though they have lost my package! They refuse to refund the amount despite it being their fault entirely!
          I also checked their instagram page where i realised the koovs is a repeated defaulter in payments; many other customers had also complained about not receiving their refunds despite several months having passed etc.

            I had ordered two dresses on koovs on 3rd september, 2019. As both the dresses weren’t fitting me well i had to return both. I had returned it on 7 september, 2019. It’s been exactly 23 days from the date of return and i haven’t got the refund amount yet. I tried calling the customer service several times but they didn’t respond.                 I ordered a Pataaka Wide Frame Tinted Retro Sunglasses vide order no 6627785 dated 29th August 2019 paying an amount of Rs 1035, which even after repeated reminders has not been delivered to me till today on 29th September 2019 when it was assured that the item would be delivered in 10 days time. When I write to them time and again they only give me apology and urge me to wait which is never ending.                   I placed the below order on koovs.com
                  Koovs basic skater off-shoulder dress size:xl, color:navy 1 715.00
                  Due to ill fitting, i returned it on 12th september '2019.
                  They should refund my money in 6 to 7 business days. But they have not. Everytime they tell that they working on this on priority basis. My returned product has reached their warehouse but still no sign of return. Their customer executives don't give me any reason why they are delaying my refund. I think they are frauds that's why they don't want to return my money.

                    My order number is 6614550, i returned the product on 10th september and have not received my refund yet. When i raised a complaint with customer care, i was given a complaint number 1945218. However, the issue has not been resolved yet. It has been more than 20 days.                         I placed a return request on 12/109/2019 and the product was picked up on 13/09/2019 but i haven't received the refund till date. On calling their customer care multiple times the only response i got was that the product is nearby their location but they haven't received it yet. They do not revert back with proper information regarding this issue.
                        Similar issue arised with an exchange order, the product has passed the quality check and they are still not dispatching the exchange product. It's been over 10 days now. I'm not getting any satisfactory response form their end all i get is that please give us a few days times and their few days never seem to end.

                          I had returned an order back to them a month ago but i still haven't received any kind of refund or response from them. They hardly pick up customer care calls and if by luck you get to speak to them they never respond promptly. Last week when i called them, they said the order was near the warehouse but isn't reaching them. They are fooling people.

                            I have ordered one shoe from koovs and due to size issue i have raised request to exchange with bigger size on 9th of september and it's almost one month m getting e reply on my emails that quality check is going on.. As it was returned on next day of delivery.
                            And there is no other way to escalate this and the email support always keep replying same message.

                              Dear sir,

                              I returned product on 19/9/20019, but still not update on it from koovs on it. They can’t give answer properly. I can’t got exchanged product after 10 days. I called customer care many times and also mailed on their id. But every time they said please wait for 24 hours.
                              But still i don’t get any update on my product. Please refund my money back or dispatch new product against returned product.

                              Dear all, My complain has been not solved yet. I not got any product in exchange and any update from koovs . They sent only mail to me that “they will try to solve problem” So my problem was not resolved. I got mail from [email protected].

                              Because pickup of returned product was arranges by you. So it is only and only your responsibility to receive product at your warehouse in particular time and do this process fast.

                                Its been 20 days my order was returned and picked up. I was told that refund will initiate in 5-6 days. 20 days and 3 times i have talked yo the customer care executive but still no refund and no update eben on where the product is.                                     I order shirt from koovs.com. Because of size issue i returned and request for refund my amount of sum 595/-

                                    They pick up my return item same day. After 10 days i called there customer care they said that my return item is still in trans, still it not came to their warehouse.

                                    Again after 10 days i called them but again the same answer from customer care.

                                    Its almost more than 22 days but still not got my refund amount.

                                    Fraud and fake company.. Worst services

                                      Hi there. This is a complaint regarding the return process that koovs claims to be the easiest. I’ve ordered a pair of shoes on 31st of July but they were a size smaller to fit me. I requested an exchange for the same. First of all the exchanged product came a month or so late. But the pair wasn’t identical. I’ve again returned them on 30th August. And The quality check hasn’t been done yet. It’s been almost month.
                                      And whenever I call them they just won’t listen and say that they are dealing with warehouse shifting process.

                                      Makes me fill bad for buying from them.
