received a different product

I had received a different product i had to exchange it still i received the same product again you won't receive the product you see... And how do i get the money back.. We have to wait for 1 month or more than that to receive a product on that.. This what they do very bad service they must be some action taken.. Or else iam gonna file a complain against koovs...

product returned but exchange product not delivered

I have returned my product about 10 days ago and still i have not received my exchanged product, not even a confirmation of shipping.

Apart from that, i am not allowed to sign in onto koovs website to check the status. And they keep on sending the offers notification, but not letting me in.

I had placed order on koovs.com on 27th september 2019. My order id is 6844527. It has been almost a month but i have not received the product. I have been calling every week for the past four weeks and every time i get a reply that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. I have already made the payment for the product. I am considering taking legal actions against koovs. I want my product. I have placed 4 orders from different accounts...

refund not given after 20 days

I have ordered 5 products from koovs app.
And returned all 5 products.
But they didnt refunded my amount after 20 days
I tried to call them lot but they always say due to technical issue we are seeing this
They didnt give proper respect to customer. I call them and they say we will do it as soon after 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
After 20 days of calling them atmost each day they didnt give refund...

I just tried to buy two skater dresses on koovs. While placing the order through my upi my money has been debited and the order shows as failed.

I waited for a few minutes for the money to get debited back to my account, but it's not happening. Please answer my concern.

I ordered from KOOVS India on August 28, 2019, and it's October 15, 2019 today, I received part of my order after a month and one of the product in my order is not delivered yet and they have now changed the status to delivered without actually delivering the product, It was a prepaid order and I have already paid for it and have not received anything.
It's been a week, I have been contacting them for my order which is not yet delivered...

unable to log into koovs app with pending prepaid orders and refunds

I am unable to log into koovs with the registered credentials as it says it's an invalid user. Moreover, i have prepaid orders which have not yet been delivered since 30th sept, 2019.
Additionally i have not yet received a refund that sums up to ~2k for the prepaid orders i have already returned 14 days ago. Really disappointed with this as i have shopped there before and have never faced such issues.

I placed three orders which contain 6 items on 24th sept 2019 and 27th sept 2019. One of the items had been delivered but the rest are not even dispatched yet. my clothes ordered on 27th october 2019 still in progress

I have placed an order for 9 items from koovs on 27th october 2017. My order no - 6853082

However, i have received only 5 minimal items out of 9. Where as the rest of the 4 items are showing still in progress i. E they are not even packed or moved yet. This is very frustrating as i tried to contact the customer care but the line shows busy continuously. I also wrote an email to the customer care but haven't received any reply...

These guys have pathetic customer service... Tried to reach them they did not respond the number says does not exist or temporarily disconnected...
I need to return a jeans, 2 shoes and need my money in exchange... Have messaged them on instagram too but they don’t bother to respond or help... They are duping us of our money... I need my money back... What will i do of the shoes if they don’t fit me...
