I had received a different product i had to exchange it still i received the same product again you won't receive the product you see... And how do i get the money back.. We have to wait for 1 month or more than that to receive a product on that.. This what they do very bad service they must be some action taken.. Or else iam gonna file a complain against koovs

    I have returned my product about 10 days ago and still i have not received my exchanged product, not even a confirmation of shipping.

    Apart from that, i am not allowed to sign in onto koovs website to check the status. And they keep on sending the offers notification, but not letting me in.

    My colleague is able to sign in onto the website.

      I had placed order on koovs.com on 27th september 2019. My order id is 6844527. It has been almost a month but i have not received the product. I have been calling every week for the past four weeks and every time i get a reply that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. I have already made the payment for the product. I am considering taking legal actions against koovs. I want my product. I have placed 4 orders from different accounts after this order and all have been delivered within a week.

        I have ordered 5 products from koovs app.
        And returned all 5 products.
        But they didnt refunded my amount after 20 days
        I tried to call them lot but they always say due to technical issue we are seeing this
        They didnt give proper respect to customer. I call them and they say we will do it as soon after 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
        After 20 days of calling them atmost each day they didnt give refund

            I just tried to buy two skater dresses on koovs. While placing the order through my upi my money has been debited and the order shows as failed.

            I waited for a few minutes for the money to get debited back to my account, but it's not happening. Please answer my concern.

            This is the 2nd time this is happening. (Although when it happened few weeks back it was resolved in an hour) but this time no luck. It's been a day and nothing.

            It is very worrisome when such a thing happens. You might want to sort such issues with your payment portal. It feels like my money is disappearing in thin air.

              I ordered from KOOVS India on August 28, 2019, and it's October 15, 2019 today, I received part of my order after a month and one of the product in my order is not delivered yet and they have now changed the status to delivered without actually delivering the product, It was a prepaid order and I have already paid for it and have not received anything.
              It's been a week, I have been contacting them for my order which is not yet delivered and every time I call them, they say please give us 24-48 hours, same scripted lines always and I don't get any revert back from them.
              I don't think they are helping me at all.

                I placed an exchange request for a product and the product was picked up from my address and has passed the quality check but the exchange product has not be dispatched yet. It has been almost a month but the order has not be shipped and there is no correspondence from koovs and on enquiring their is never satisfactory and i have written many emails and called them several times regarding the issue but the issue remains unresolved till date. Such negligent and irresponsible behavior on their part is highly disappointing.

                  I am unable to log into koovs with the registered credentials as it says it's an invalid user. Moreover, i have prepaid orders which have not yet been delivered since 30th sept, 2019.
                  Additionally i have not yet received a refund that sums up to ~2k for the prepaid orders i have already returned 14 days ago. Really disappointed with this as i have shopped there before and have never faced such issues.
                  I am not sure if i will ever get my orders and refund back as all their modes of communication including the customer care numbers have become inaccessible.

                    I placed three orders which contain 6 items on 24th sept 2019 and 27th sept 2019. One of the items had been delivered but the rest are not even dispatched yet. I can't even track these orders as they are not dispatched from the warehouse. I'm not satisfied that i did not receive any information from the company. I would like the company to ship these orders as soon as possible and if they are not shipping these orders, i will never ever place a single order again from this company.

                      I have placed an order for 9 items from koovs on 27th october 2017. My order no - 6853082

                      However, i have received only 5 minimal items out of 9. Where as the rest of the 4 items are showing still in progress i. E they are not even packed or moved yet. This is very frustrating as i tried to contact the customer care but the line shows busy continuously. I also wrote an email to the customer care but haven't received any reply on the same.

                      Atleast let me know whether i am going to receive my product or not, it had been half a month now.

                          My order no is 6916750. I ordered jeans a week back after exchanging a previous order of the jeans of a bigger size. I used the coupon refund which i got after a week of returning the previous jeans. But still there is no update in the track order bar.                               Hi i m complaining about koovs.com...as m a genuine n a frequent buyer of this brand...i wud hv never believed these ppl wud fraud customers n break their trusts...its been almost 15 days i havent yet got my parcel yet and i paid online to them...i got only 1 parcel which i had to return as it was not suiting so they took it back...but did not refund my money...also the other parcel they did not yet deliver to me its been almost 15 days ...n now that i m trying to login m showing as unable to login...m trying to call them its showing constantly busy n then later unavailable...i cud not provide u the order details as i hv been logged out frm my id n unable to login as ive put all the correct details too..please help me with this...!!!

                                I've ordered a sweatshirt of size large. And i received the product. But the size was too large. So i exchanged with medium name. But in return i received the large size only. How would customer service so careless. I called to the customer care too. But the call couldn't connect. I mailed too, but no response. How careless. What should i do now? I'm not satisfied with that company.

                                    I had orded cushion quarter socks of rupess 595 on 21sth september 2019 and still haven’t received it, it just has been confirmed by koovs not even shipped or packed. And they are not even contacting me, nor is their customer service responding.

                                      I found this site the best product ever in India while browsing. I started to shop with KoovS, the fist order was like earlier than estimated delivery date, I was HAPPY. The second item was not on time which was supposed to get deliver on 3rd October. I am okay even though its late, I understand. However, I was worried that if it can make it in next few days because i need the item. When i text the customer service, they said to wait 3 to 5 business days and their reply was already after 3 to 5 business days. So i felt funny, anyway i understand that it happens however my account was automatically log out again and i called the customer care number but the call never go through 10 am to 7 pm. So i had to forget my order but would like to close my account but Poor customer service, i would say. Today i got a miscall from the delivery boy, 7the october. He rang me only once from unknown number. It could be better if he is really delivering my stuff, he could also easily drop message or knock the door but i dont think he really came to me. So my main concern here is about my account login which never let me in and poor customer service. Forget about my package, i am okay as long as it get deliver to me. Lastly, your product is best however, there is something we cannot trust. Please fix .
