I had ordered blue saint flame print slim jeans on 11 march 2020, and received the same on reviving the pant did not fit well therefore i applied for a return and ordered a size 30 as i had already paid for the product via online mode, while receiving it for the first time. The product is said to be on hold, i’ve called the customer care several times, but i’m being able to contact.

    Prepaid order placed by mistake twice because for the first order amount deducted from my bank account but order was not placed so i had to place it again and eventually there placed same order twice. So i cancelled the order immediately but it’s been 4days but my refund is not processed. Koovs customer care centre are off due to technical errors so i’m not able to contact them and even they are not replying to emails.

      I returned my blue saint denim jacket for return but i haven't got the exchange order or the refund and it's been like 2-3 months. Sometimes they refuse that i have returned the item and sometimes they are like we have initiated the refund and you'll get it in 2 days, liars. Either give me back the product i returned or just give me the refund straight away,

        Recently i have ordered these products and without asking my consents you have cancelled my orders and any product i order is taking minimum of 15 days for delivery.
        And what kind of customer service are you providing, whenever i mail a complaint you guys won't even respond to it, the number you provided in your app for helpline is not even connecting and for order cancellation also your not providing the reason then how to contact you, and in my area delivery is available but for return pickup is not available.

          Several products not delivered and wrong statuses are getting updated that i have asked for a future delivery etc...

          The delivery has been delayed for more than 16-20 days. Further, the message received says pay by cash/gpay/paytm, but 2 of the delivery guys didn't have the option to pay online, post which i was never contacted back.

          I have made multiple calls to koovs as well as their courier partner - xpressbees via customer care, they just keep on updating their notes, it seems that's the only help they can provide. No actions taken against those delivery executives who are faking and not doing their jobs.

          My orders are still undelivered, i have had the worst experience with koovs, will ensure that i put this feedback for people who choose to shop with koovs!!!

                Order i'd :7136200.
                Koovs cancelled my order without any reason stated. I purchased on black friday sale which koovs heavily marketed. After few days of ordering the order got automatically cancelled. I contacted customer care where they said that they have the right to cancel order without informing and they have cancelled orders in bulk of many people. Koovs false marketed black friday sale as they didn't have anything to give. They cheated customers and such a disgrace by this low level company.. I want my order back.. Even if it is not in stock, i want all my orders...

                They told me to place New order, , my friend is facing same issues.. Gave me 40% off coupon when i purchased the goods at 70-60% off... This site is zero on consumer satisfaction+ worst e commerce website.
                The same thing happened with me as well...very annoying. The coupon they provided doesn't work on the products which are on sale...I totally agree with Kushal on this one...

                The WORST experience with KOOVS...useless customer care service and it seems their team is a robot sending emails with no sincere apologies or courtesy to understand and address the issue.

                I would give them ratings in MINUS, if that was an option!!!

                  I bought a leggings and they delivered a t-shirt (Same brand and collection). What seems to me is that they tried to deceive. Example: they did not have the product what I ordered, then they sent another item of the same brand of the same.
                  I immediately called the company I entered the site to request the exchange of the item. I have read in the return policy that the product must be returned along with the tag but the product was shipped without the tag.
                  And once again I realize that it is a kind of trap to make it difficult to return the product or money and it seems a common practice in this country because it is not the first time I buy online and the products come without the tag.
                  I already requested the exchange of the product but reading here the complaints seems that are not resolved.
                  They suppose to collect the item in 3 days(from day 12/06/2019.
                  I only hope respect for the consumer in this country because what I've been going through.

                  it's very frustrating a simple thing becomes a problem

                  I sent back the item and you guys said going send the new item. the item passed the quality test and now I received an email saying that my order has been canceled.
                  I demand a dignified and respectful explanation. I want a solution.
                  My role as a consumer I performed with respect, now I demand that the company do the same.

                    Koovs has cancelled soo many of my orders on the 28th november. After the cancellation i received an email saying my return requests for all these orders have been completed which is crazy i never put in a return request. I even called them the day they cancelled the order and they said they are having technical problems.                       I have returned a product for exchange and it’s been almost a month and i haven’t received the product. I have called customer support of koovs for around 4 to 5 times but nothing happened. I have also asked them for refund if they are not able to deliver the product which they denied. Can someone look into it as it’s been almost one month and nothing is happening. If koovs don’t want to deliver and also want to keep the money if am fine with it but they need to confirm it.

                          A product was returned on 19th october. Despite koovs' 48hrs refund initiation protocol, the order value of inr 999 is still not refunded. I have made several phone calls in the meanwhile but never received a resolution. Some sketchy customer care representative keeps asking me to have patience. Also they won't allow me to talk with their finance team or any supervisors.

                              This isn't the first time koovs has sent a wrong product. Repeatedly this has been happening.
                              Either they deliver a complete wrong product either they cancel the order without letting me know or they never process the order at all. Customer service is good for nothing.

                                Koovs always have issues with their orders.
                                Order ID: 6701106/6942266 I ordered red slim long shirt. They send me blue colour and then i put exchange request. After one month they cancel the order and even didn't refund my money.
                                Order ID: 6642378/6585132 Second case, i order one Fit ringer tshirt on 31 August, they send the wrong size after 2 months and then i put exchange request they cancel the order on 4th November and even didn't return my money.
                                Order ID: 6642378 I order one joggers on 7th of November, they place my order and then cancel the order same day without letting me know the reason.
                                Order ID: 6392567 I order one stripe print tshirt on 6th of july. It's 8th of november i didn't get this tshirt till today.
                                I call the executive and tell them to place my order again. But they didn't do it. Even they didn't refund my money. When i ask caller executive that why company is doing this. They don't have any answer and they keep on saying it happened because of technical glitch. When i tell them to transfer my call to senior executive they said we arrange the call back today only. But i didn't get any call from koovs. It's not the first time they do this mind of blunder. It's a fraud company and i need justice.

                                  I had placed exchange request on koovs.com on 20 october 2019. My order id is 6933990. It has been almost a month but i have not received the exchange product. I have been calling every week for the past three weeks and every time i get a reply that it will be delivered after quality check but its literally too late my order has not quality checked yet. I have already made the payment for the product. I am considering taking legal actions against koovs. I want my product. Please work for it

                                    Ordered product from koovs.com on 3 September 2019. I return that product on the very same day and it got succeed by 10 September. Quality checking of the product and acceptation of product it is accepted by 10 September. And from 10 September I have been telling that you will get your refund in in maximum 2 days and I have not received any refund till now on November 3. Basically I'm telling course is not refunding my money at all and whenever I call they Just make sorry and repeat it will be done by 2 days again

                                      Till now you people have not given me my black shoes. Am i a fool sitting here that yu people first promise and then don't give me my shoes back. Firstly koovs has given me wrong colour shoes. I have ordered black shoes and they have given me white shoes on 23rd october then i exchanged them and till now i haven't got my shoes back. And they have not even given me my money back.
