I raised a return request for some of the products in different orders and same has been picked up on 14 sep 2019, today is 24 sep and products were still showing as picked up status, i called many time to koovs support and every time i am hearing the same thing that wait for 24 to 48 hours and status will be updated, its almost 11 days now and no update on the payment refund.

Can anyone tel me what kind of services are this? In almost 11 days you were unable to update the status after the pickup, last week on tuesday, 17 sep 2019, koovs support told me that product has been arrived in the warehouse and within 24 to 48 hours quality check will be done and status will be updated, i called back on fri, 20 sep 2019, and asked about the status then i was told by koovs support that there is an issue in koovs warehouse and just wait for 24 to 48 hours more status will be updated as they are marking it on higher priority.

I called yesterday, 23 sep 2019 and koovs support told me that there is no update till now for all of my products and wants me to wait for 24 to 48 hours more. I mean what kind of pathetic services koovs are providing? Are you guys running some kind of fraud where you just hold the customer money for showing your large number of transactions? There is not even a single ecommerce website in the world except koovs that take that much time. I am filing a legal complaint against you guys for the fraud that you are running and holding my money in your accounts. Ill show you guys how to handle things legally now.

And just for the information, i am mentioning all the orders where pickup has been done and awaiting response from your side;

Hope you are doing well.

I just cross checked and not all of the products have been initiated for the refund. ORDER ID : 6665297, in this you processed the refund for 1 product but 1 product is still waiting for the update, I mentioned the same in yesterday's email that I sent to you on your support email. But instead of cross checking the issue you mentioned here that all refunds has been processed. Think twice before you lie on the consumer platforms. Its been 12 days and you are still processing the refund and now I have to wait for 7 to 10 days more to get my money back. If you think that this type of customer services is good for you then think twice. I am emailing you and calling you everyday from last 10 days regarding the same. Just think that if you order something, first it took 10 days to deliver the item(I am living in a prime city, not in a remote village or town) and when you processed the item for return, after 20 days you'll get the refund, you still think that this is good for business?

Thats all what I have to say. Feel free to cal me for any concerns or confusions.

    I returned the above mentioned order 14days ago and there is still no progress on the order. The quality check is pending and no refund has been initiated. I have contacted the customer service multiple times but everyone says they will get it done but it’s not happening. According to their policy it’s not supposed to take more than 7-10 working days. I have all the screenshots and call recordings and ready to file a complaint to consumer’s court anytime.

      I have placed order for 4 products. I did not receive my product which i placed on 24th august. This was supposed to reach me by 31st august. Also there are some other orders on which i had to get refund. It has been so many days and they did not refund the amount too. I kept on calling customer support and on twitter. But no proper response. Also while checking on twitter, i found out that there are many more customers like me who are facing same issues. Please assist.

        I had placed an order on 12th july 2019. Order has not been dispatched even after 60 days. I called customer care team several times only to receive false promises mentioning that i would receive the order within 5 days. Even after several emails, no one cared to provide any kind of resolution. The order is still lying open with koovs without any progress.

              Koovs.com is really a fraud company. Neither do they deliver products to their customers at time nor do they deliver refunds to them.
              My order no.-6571076 is on processing from many days, which was a exchange order, i've contacted to them many time through e-mail but only auto generated email is sent by them, and no consumer care team contacts us, i wrote many times to them. At last i cancelled the order and this # koovs.com company app is showing it's refunded, but no refund is given to me. Legal actions should be taken against this company, every second consumer is complaining against them.

                As of yet, on 7th september 2019, no update has been given on the status of delivery. The online tracking offered by the company shows no steps taken for delivery of the order.                         I placed an order for a footwear on july 16th, which is till date not yet delivered. I wrote a mail to them, they cited that their entire inventory currently is in transition towards a new warehouse. It is nearly 2 months, and they haven't delivered the product.

                        How much time does it take to shift to new warehouse knowing you have products to deliver? This is how they make money? By taking money and not giving the products? There is no option for cancelling the order either. Why such retail is even allowed to do business when they are openly cheating the public.

                        Hope my issue will be resolved.

                          I have to say that your service is extremely bad!
                          I had placed a return request on the 7th of august. The product was picked up. But i never got the replacement.
                          Its been about a month. I am not getting any updates regarding this. Neither am i getting my refund. The customer care executives just keep delaying. The company policy says that it takes 10 days for the process. It's been over a month. When i call them they say they can't make promises. They don't know when my request will be processed.

                            Hello concerned, the company that goes by the name koovs, which i had taken the service of for the purchase of a few commodities on the 10th of july, 2019 which amount to a total of rs. 2332 which order ids 6495951, 6408693 and 6408694 have all been not delivered yet as on 29th of august, 2019.

                            Several calls have been made, and everytime there has been a communication that the items would be dispatched the next day, today is the 50th day of my payment but there still has been no delivery.

                            Is there any body that looks into these fraud websites cheating people after taking their money?
                            Please help!!

                              I've ordered a pair of shorts and flip flops from koovs. But when i received the order both of them were unfit to me so i requested for a exchange but even after emailing and calling their customer care again and again no one came to pickup the order after 3-4 days after i've emailed them again they arranged a pickup, now it's more than 10 days they're only showing the order to be exchanged on hold and no further actions are made. They are not exchanging the product. When it's about cod they delivered the product so fast and now it's about exchange they're not even replying my emails.

                              I've already contacted blue dart, they are saying we tried to deliver order in their warehouse, but they put it on hold as there is no space available. You people yourselves put the order on hold and not even trying to do a thing actually

                                  Hi,

                                  I had ordered two pair of shoes on 18th of july 2019. It got delivered to me on 25th of july, but when i tried it then i found the size is small, so next day on 26th of july i initiated en exchange. The order was picked up the same day. Since then i have been calling and calling regularly, and till do ie; 24th of august, i still haven't received my shoes, it has been over a month. Whenever i call, your customer service team hasn't given me any reason for this and just say that sorry for your inconvenience and i will put a special request for your order. But still after 1 month, i haven't recieved my product.

                                  Please can anyone intervienne and give me justification and let me know if i ever receive my product or not

                                    I had placed an order (Id 6441214) for a pair of jeans on 12th of july and it's been more than a month but still i haven't received the order. Also i have called the customer care a numbers of time and they told me that the warehouse has been shifted so that's why my order is in pending list.
                                    Whenever i called them they says
                                    "please be rest assured that we have already escalated your concern for priority dispatch and as soon as the order is successfully shipped you will receive a notification email."

                                    This is totally unethical. Holding up customers money for more than 40 days and then keeps on giving false promises. The same situation happened with another order (Id 6217830) where in they cancelled the order after holding up my money for more than 30 days.

                                    This is how they treat their regular customers.
