I raised a return request for some of the products in different orders and same has been picked up on 14 sep 2019, today is 24 sep and products were still showing as picked up status, i called many time to koovs support and every time i am hearing the same thing that wait for 24 to 48 hours and status will be updated, its almost 11 days now and no update on the payment refund.
Can anyone tel me what kind of services are this? In almost 11 days you were unable to update the status after the pickup, last week on tuesday, 17 sep 2019, koovs support told me that product has been arrived in the warehouse and within 24 to 48 hours quality check will be done and status will be updated, i called back on fri, 20 sep 2019, and asked about the status then i was told by koovs support that there is an issue in koovs warehouse and just wait for 24 to 48 hours more status will be updated as they are marking it on higher priority.
I called yesterday, 23 sep 2019 and koovs support told me that there is no update till now for all of my products and wants me to wait for 24 to 48 hours more. I mean what kind of pathetic services koovs are providing? Are you guys running some kind of fraud where you just hold the customer money for showing your large number of transactions? There is not even a single ecommerce website in the world except koovs that take that much time. I am filing a legal complaint against you guys for the fraud that you are running and holding my money in your accounts. Ill show you guys how to handle things legally now.
And just for the information, i am mentioning all the orders where pickup has been done and awaiting response from your side;

I just cross checked and not all of the products have been initiated for the refund. ORDER ID : 6665297, in this you processed the refund for 1 product but 1 product is still waiting for the update, I mentioned the same in yesterday's email that I sent to you on your support email. But instead of cross checking the issue you mentioned here that all refunds has been processed. Think twice before you lie on the consumer platforms. Its been 12 days and you are still processing the refund and now I have to wait for 7 to 10 days more to get my money back. If you think that this type of customer services is good for you then think twice. I am emailing you and calling you everyday from last 10 days regarding the same. Just think that if you order something, first it took 10 days to deliver the item(I am living in a prime city, not in a remote village or town) and when you processed the item for return, after 20 days you'll get the refund, you still think that this is good for business?
