Not delivered the to product to the address

I have wrote lot of complaint mails abd contracted customer service taken so much but dint resolve the issue. Its about my order i ve made payment in online in koovs app. And i did in month of april. I gave chennai address to delivery abd it came in the month of may but that time i dint available there coz i'd covid-19 issues i went to back my native so u requested to deliver to my native address and they replies we can't update the address...

On 24 may I have already received 'order id- 7519141' with 'track Id: [protected], Including three products but one product (sandals) is not what I ordered! So I wanted to return that but just as shown in the pictures in order details showing it's still "intransit!" So I 'couldn't able to to return!' I have already raised complaints two times but I've got no response at all from koovs.com....

total amount of refund not received

I ordered 3 products total rs 1363 but order cancelled in the payment page. For that the money was debited from my account. After few days i only got 768 rs. But i have paid 1363 rs total. How is this possible?? I mailed about this atleast 15 times but there is no solliution nd also no reply many times. The call support is not working now. So how can i get my full refund?? Pls help. Received wrong product

Two days ago i have received my order 7519141. But one of the product is not what i ordered. I want to return that product but i couldn't because the status on the app still showing it's 'intransist'! I'm requeed to fix that problem as soon as possible so i can return the product, i tried to connect through mails but didn't get any kind of reply!!!...

Product missing in my order

My order no 7493625 one product is missing. I have order 4 products only 3 received
The parcel was broken and resealed with tap i will attach the picture i have infrom the delivery man he told he have to responsibilty tell to koovs

I have placed an ordered for 1203rs almost all the items were shipped and only one item was left to be shipped but by mistakenly i cancelled the order they deducted the shipping amount of 199rs and refunded 60 rs only want full amount back the product was also not available with them but the charged the shipping....

If i have received my product and i want to return it but on the app it is still showing the status as shipped!! How will i return it to you? I have no option and when i call to customer support there’s no one to answer and if these defective products did not get replaced i assure that koovs in not going to fool no one anymore and this thing happened to me the previously! Koovs is going to be sued!!! Contact me asap [protected]!...

Refund not received even after 2 months

It's been more than 2months now but I haven't yet received the refund for the returned product. I have exchanged more than 10 mails over the past two months but the problem is still not resolved and I haven't been refunded yet. All the other ecommerce platforms are working so efficiently but koovs is highly disappointing....

Did not get refund..

I had order clothes from but i cancelled the order due to some. They said that they gave the refund in 7 to 10 but 10 days passed i didn't get my refund back. The order number is 7508052

On 7 may at 2:17:30 am I tried to place one order with amount of INR 1310 but when I was odering with Google pa your application stopped working and then amt deducted from my acount but order has not been placed who's gone bear this amount Please tk action....
