The ac has not been working since we started using it. We have booked multiple services however the engineers are unable to resolve the issue. Also there has been no engineer visits for the last 2 services i had booked, one on 20th may and another on 24th may. I have emailed at the customer care email isld multiple times but have received no help whatsoever.

    I bought this Koryo microwave model no.KMC2122IAM on 21st January 2017 from Big bazaar Bhopal. But the light is not at all visible from outside leading to boil over of liquids and overheat of other things leading to wastage of products. When we complaint about this the customer care representative abruptly said "The light isn't there in this model" which was highly unexpected from them. I'm highly disappointed with the services Koryo offers and will sway customers not to buy anything from them.

I have also complained thrice on your customer service number[protected] and twice over email. For the last 4 days now, no one is even answering the customer service number

        I am from chennai, i bought a koryo cooker from big bazaar. The first time i put rice, it worked/cooked well. And after that, on second day, it never even turned on and never worked.
        I took to bigbazaar shop and told them what happened. They gave me a new cooker.
        So now, the same thing happened to my second cooker also.
        The worst products i have seen so far is koryo.
        I have used electric cookers all my life. But i have never seen a product that fails to function on the very first day.
        Big bazaar people are gaining money by promoting these stupid brands
        And bigbazaar people are to blame for this.
        I don't know how much koryo pays big bazaar for promoting their damn cookers.
        The cooker costs 1100, who the bloody hell will give my money back. And,
        For god's sake, please stop selling cookers koryo.

          Hello My name is Feroz Khan nd i have bought a koryo Gyser 15 ltr on 28 dec 2016 nd i installed that Gyser from installation that is not working i called 6 jan to customer care of koryo he gave me his engeener contact mr ptakash Gupta contact´. from 6 jan he is failed to come here nd always he said i m very buzy i cant come today nd today is 18 jan . I called many time to customer care nd his engeener. My complain num is617799. Now what i do ?

            Dear Sir / Madam,
            I have purchased koryo food processor from Ezone, Bhabola, Vasai dated.22/08/2015. Invoice no. 91855268. On 17th july 2016, we raised a complaint that there was smoke coming from the machine and it stop working completely... After continuous follow-up by us(no reply from them), on 16th august second technician came and took the machine and told us that within a weeks time they ll come n replace the motor... but after continuous follow-up till now no motor have been replaced... in between they called once and said that as there are 2 complaints on same food processor, we ll delete 1 complaint... Its now more than 5 months... i have lost faith in this brand. Bad after sales service. Plz suggest what should i do. Planning to hand over the food processor to Ezone.

              6th oct was the date. And till now the issue with my Led hasn't been resolved.

              On contacting customer care i was given assurance that it will be resolved.
              But no response from them.
              It has been more than 12 days that the co. Has dispatched the part required. But still no clue. Koryo has seriously provided me zero service with a lot of pain.
              Moreover i am not even getting replies from your feedback mail id.

                Few days ago we received a General Setting Menu having many options right on the top of the screen. We tried to remove it but it was not responding to remote control. I also tried by restarting the tv from power board but nothing worked. After 4-5 hours it was automatically disappeared from the screen leaving behind the picture quality totally messed up, nothing is visible clearly.
                We called in customer care Bangalore my 1st surprise None of the support staff did not know about this General Setting Menu and they provided the service center number for Nagpur. I called them and they send their technician to our home. The technician checked the tv opening its console and assured me it is not a big deal he will fix it in next visit and I paid him 750/- for this visit.
                I waited for 2-3 days and again called the service center and my 2nd surprise, when they said that your tv panel is defected and they need to replace it and for that I have to pay them 18000/- ( Eighteen Thousand) . Boss...what is this..
                It is my humble request to your Koryo company and Futuregroup to please provide authorization to persons having at least common sense.
                Thanks for giving worst experience with Koryo.

                  We bought 3 koryo ac from koryo whenever we call for service they told for next 2 working days but after 2 days we did not get solution for next 4 days . whenever call to koryo customer care they said we are taking call to engineer but they said that number is going busy, will call you but never get call from customer care.

                  Very bad service from koryo service

                    I bough a koryo ac on 16/05/2015. Within 1 year the ac stopped working the compressor was at fault. Having registered the complain via 575213 no response from the company. Everytime you call them they say 10days u have to wait.
                    Its so hot and i cant use my ac just they are saying no parts available.

                      Recently i have purchased Koryo AC from eZone Marthahalli, Bangallore It was received on 11 April 2016 on Monday, since 05 days no one came to instal it, everyday they will contact and says today they are going to send person for installation. Very bad customer service... My advise not to buy such kind of products, for installation only i am facing these many issues what about if you get a problem...? i am leaving for your understanding!!

                            I purchase a Koryo Induction from Big Bazaar Pheonix Market City, Bangalore on 01/03/2016 but after 2 Days it is not working ... it sudenly turn off while cooking! I had given the product back to the store where I had purchase on 04/03/2016. The Associates and the Manager-Incharge took back the Induction and told me to come on Monday i.e, 7th March . I need it to be repaired or get me a new one as soon as possible. Totally disappointed with the product quality. Will be thankful if it is done as early as possible.

                              I had bought Korya water geyser KWHZF15Y. The product is under warranty. One of the major parts of the geyser has not been function. I had registered complaint no. 546851 with Koryo customer care 38 days back. Despite repeated assurances of calling back and that the problem will be solved, there has been zero effort from Koryo in replacing the part. Koryo has a pathetic after-sales service, I will never recommend Koryo or any other Future group brand to any one.

                                I am Quraishi an officer from Anti Corruption, New Delhi hereby to inform you that we are going to take a serious Legal Action Against Koryo and Big Bazar as the following are :- 1). I complained on 10/09/2015 at 11:10 AM and I got the request number: 545686 2). I got a call on 12 / 09 /2015 saying that the person will visit my house and took my address. 3). Even After one week there was nothing new. I called customer care and they said me that they will visit next date 15/09 but nevertheless no one visited. 4) I called 72 times and as I am an officer I can provide you the proof of call details and even this there was no proper response from Customer care. The same repeated words that they will visit tomorrow. 5). After a big quarrel with customer care I got the phone number of Mr. Babu and he spoke to me and said me that one Mr. Durga Prasad visited my place and today also he will visit. As again and again I am repeating my words that as I am an officer my house is surveillance by CCTV with 18 cameras and let Mr. Prasad give me single proof that what time and when he came to me????? 6). After all this rubbish I got the information from customer care that there was a part which is ordered and will be delivered soon. As again and again I am repeating once there is no one from Koryo then how come they came to know which part is damaged and to be replaced????? 7). Today I already almost completed 1month and 3 days now I need to ask the supervisors of Koryo or the management what the hell it is why not they are checking why why why the hell this complaint is pending it means the MANAGEMENT OF KORYO are cheating publicly and tomorrow I will visit to Consumer Court with heavy Mental compensation and the phone call proof with the voice recordings of the customer care and Mr. Babu from Hyderabad. 8). As aging I am reminding you I know the LAW and there is a provision of LAW that once you sold the items to customer then you have to provide him the service centres too. Someone this is the open challenge to Koryo centre that let us come in court now openly. Till now I called you 72 times with records and now let us see what happens now in court and also in Media please try to check the local news papers. And remember this is not because that I am an officer but because of the Management of Koryo and Legal Team of Koryo let us come hand to hand in court now please.                                   I don't Have Bill, But I have Manual booklet and geyser box, Last 18 months back I purchaged this geyser, inside tank was getting leak, I request for service, service engineer visted and he suggested to replace the tank, to replace he demand bill, this geyser I purchased from Old madrass road Big Bazar, that bill now nothing is visible. but i Have manufacturing serial on please find manufacturing date and replace the tank becouse that tank have 15 yrs garantee. please letme know how can deal this issue.                                     Dear sir/mam, Maine KORYO comp. ka food processor Big Bazar (Inderlok Metro Station, Delhi) se 25/01/2015 ko against Invoice no. 0007820 TR:37503 purchase kiya tha jiski 1 year ki warranty hai. Last month June mein iska bada jar leak karne laga aur chutni jar ki lid loose ho gayi, jiski customer care per[protected] ko complaint karne per complaint no. 535592 mila tha. Service centre se representative[protected] ko aaye, unhone check karke complaint ko sahi bataya aur kaha ki hum iski report head office bhej rahe hai, within 7 days aapke jars ya to new milenge ya inke parts change kare jayenge.Lekin aisa kuchh nahi hua. 24/06/2015 ko customer care ne fir ek new complaint no. 537000 de diya aur kaha ki 7 days mein aapki complaint solve ho jayegi.Lekin iska bhi koi fayeda nahi hua. 07/07/2015 ko customer care ko phone karne per information mili aapke product ke parts company mein available hi nahi hai. Is complaint ke regarding maine KORYO customer care ko 24/06/2015 aur 09/07/2015 ko mail bhi ki thi. 09/07/2015 ko customer care per maine phone kiya toh unhone kaha ki shaam tak ka samay do. shaam ko vaha se phone aaya ki aapki complaint 13/07/2015 se pehle solve ho jayegi. Aaj 14/07/2015 ko 1 mahine baad bhi customer care se pata laga ki company mein parts hi nahi hai. Jabki hamara product abhi warranty period mein hai.                                         I purchased Koryo Split AC 1.5 ton on 24th May and from Sunday i.e 21 Jun 2015 water has started dripping from indoor unit of AC we immediately made complaint to customer care of Koryo Ezone, but till today after so many follow ups i.e 24 June 2015 no technician has turned up. It is really regretting to buy Koryo Brand and seriously wanted to return the AC back. as in the start only i am facing these worst service problems. Please help me in getting this AC replaced with other Brand.
