My grandparents travelling from maraimalai nagar to karur.. They were about 75 yrs old we booked 4 lower berth but they criticis us to take upper berth even though we didn't book upper sleeper. How cum 75 years old people can be go and sleep in upper sleeper... Useless very very very worst service bus arriving time is 10.15 pm but it reached by 12.15 2 hrs late... We were in the bus stand for 2 hrs they didn't give any message or driver numbers also we spoke to head office people... Nama oorukaranganu nambi book panuna evalo kevalama service irukku... Pls don't book kpn travels. Mmda kpn office is very much worst... Yannu keta avanga staff head office ku ph panunganu soldranga... Respect illa response illa don't book kpn travels...

    28/5/19 i booked ticket to bangalore from coimbatore 7.15 am. Bus no : tn30 bj1999. Three time bus was breakdown, first time breakdown at kumarapalayam take 3 hours to solve this issues. Again breakdown at sankagiri take half an hour. Finally bus was stopped at near omalur. No response from kpn customers care.
    Now i am travelling in government bus.

      I had booked a bus from dindigul to bangalore. The bus is supposed to leave dindigul by 10 pm. It's 11:50 and the bus is still not arrived. When we speak to the agent here he doesn't have any information. When i called the salem customer care they bus is left madurai now and will take another hour. When questioned about the delay he says traffic which is really unacceptable and when questioned further he said he will speak with the driver and call back in 5 mins. It's 20 mins since he said he willl call back. Worst customer service and these people are just not bothered about customers. It looks like we are travelling for free and he is providing service.

        My parents are travelling in the bus from pudukkottai to bangalore. The bus was about to reach bangalore by 6:00am. However, the bus doesn’t reach krishnagiri yet. Hope it will be reaching bangalore around 10:00 am.

          Kpn transportation is one of the worst ever... Their buses from trichy to bangalore is worst ever...ac is completely not working while enquiring about it they are telling some silly reasons... No one is customer friendly... Still they using very very old buses... No use of particularly booking their ac bus... Take some action against it... Ka 51 b 1729... This is bus number... I m travelling in it right now...

            I booked a bus on 23rd may from chennai to coimbatore through redbus for my uncle. Booked in kpn travels, i even received a msg on the boarding details.
            Boarding time was at 10.15pm 23rd may, uncle reached at 10.00pm, waited until 1 am, bus did not arrive and the contact information in the ticket was useless and the number was switched off throughout, no one contacted us and the gps tracking was on the same point koyembedu.

            No information completely, we had to come back home after 1 am. Very poor.

              For about 10 years i'm using kpn travels. The service was good in the past years. But i don't know why, for past few months the kpn service is too bad. The ac didn't work well today also. And another day i'm the last passenger. They didn't stop in erode bus station and the driver took the bus to clean station. I woke up and asked about this and he told "you can walk from here. We can't stop for a single person". I don't even know the way. At last i search in map and came out from there.in ac bus they're not providing bed sheets. Otherwise they off the ac.in this heat with closed window it's really suffocating. And todays bus is really very dirty. Please clean the bus well

                I was informed from kpn officials[received from ph: [protected], ] that seats are blocked and asked us not to board the bus. Also i was advised not to do any actions and refund will be initiated automatically. I also spoke a lady to ph: [protected]. She advised me to drop a mail,
                I dropped the mail also same day.

                There is no call back or information from kpn till now.
                Please take actions immediately.

                Hi. I have booked ticket from coimbatore to chennai 13 may 2019 departure 3.30 pm. Passenger are sick today hence unable to travel. I couldnt contact any one in kpn coimbatore travels. And website not allowing me to cancel the ticket from morning 10 am on 13 may. No response till now. Amount also debited.

                  I had purchased 4 tickets # e[protected] to travel from trichy to chennai on 19.5.19. It was a sleeper and i paid 1100 per head. Bus number was py 01 cs9499 and sms number sent to my number was [protected]. (U1, u2, u9, u10)

                  1) the sms number was switched off the whole night and even 2 hours after i got down.
                  2) the ac duct was open above u10 and it was creating unbearable sound. I asked the driver what to do? He said he cannot do anything while the bus takes the speed it may come down. Though it had come down a bit, the noise was still there. I could not sleep throughout the night.
                  3) moreover, the entire luggage section was filled up with mango cartons and i could not keep my luggage.
                  Is it the way kpn functioning? What nonsense is this? After paying 4400 + insurance i had no sleep because of the sound.
                  I had taken photo and video of that scene? If it is necessary iam ready to upload?
                  My question?
                  Can i get the insurance on this issue?
                  What kpn is going to give me remedy before i could send this to consumer redressal form?

                  Today bus number TN30 BH 0991 with out giving any indicator suddenly take left turn near MELMARUVATHUR around 8.50 a.m.
                  Very very dangerous driving. Take necessary action to the driver. Thanks with regards.

                    I have booked a bus from chennai to cbe... I was little late. I asked operator he told me to come at correct time or else he wont pick up... I urged and reached on time...                         This is reference to trip from chennai to coonoor they not providing blanket water bottles and rest stop provide bad services can see how many patients are in buses are affected due to this worst services


                        During long distance traveling more then 10 hrs buses needs to provide water bottles snacks of the peaceful traveling but kpn is one of leading bus services in india i don't know y they are doing like this so make sure that i can't happen further

                            I booked kpn travels bus from perungalathur to trippur today.
                            I was dropped to vandalur and i am waiting here for more than 3 hours.
                            When i called to perungalathur office, they attended the call and didn't respond properly.
                            This not the first time, many times i have booked kpn travels.
                            Worst service i have ever seen.
                            Definitely i won't suggest others to use this kpn travels.
                            I even tried calling kpn head office, salem, but no one picked up the call.
                            I don't know why the customer care phone number is available.
                            Is it available just to update in website or really care for the customer?

                              It was a rainy day in bangalore and i was traveling with my dad who was unwell, from bangalore to rajapalayam.
                              Firstly the bus that picked us from shanthinagar bus stand was full of surprises and was in a terrible. Condition. I'm sure because of the rain and the very crazy delays, the bus got spoilt in the outskirts of bangalore. Not informing us and all o[censored]s waiting like chickens in a cage.. They made us change our bus to another sleeper bus.
                              This is at 11 in the night. We got into the bus and slept for a bit and they again woke. Us up. At 2.45 in the night to change another bus?!? Why are customers treated like bloody cattle or bids? And absolutely non chalante and arrogant about their shortcomings, that too with an old person around. We demand for a refund. Our ticket was 700 rupees each. I'm sure the other customers want to complain, but don't know how to..

                                Im thirunavukkarasu. M. I parceled a splendor plus bike from erode kpn parcel service to chennai tambaram on 2nd may 2019. I havent still received my bike till now. Its been 4 days.

                                They service properly are not giving response properly and their response are not reliable. Tambaram service man reply was harsh and not good. He waa speaking harsh to woman. Kindly lord through it.

                                    I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to marthandam on april 26th 2 pm. The ticket charges are 2625 rs. When bus reached tirunelveli, the bus operator stopped one srs travels bus which was on the way to trivandrum. And then he asked me to get in the srs travels bus because he was having some work at nagercoil and the bus wasn't go upto to marthandam. Then i changed the bus to srs travels and reached marthandam. But the srs operator asked me the ticket charges rs 150 from tirunelveli to marthandam. I was totally irritated. Because i have already paid the full amount upto marthandam (2625rs). Then what the hell i needed to pay again. Bus the srs operator argued with me and finally i paid 150 rs.
                                    This was my worse experience with kpn travels.

                                      I came from kodaikanl to bangalore on 28th april at 6.15pm - kpn non ac bus – bus number ka51-d7793

                                      1) i told many times please tell me when reach the bus electronic city (I told my seat number also, please tell me when bus reaches electronic city) but he did n't tell.. Finally we went kalasipalyam then i came reverse from kalasipalyam to electronic city by auto.. Paid 500 rs. I asked him"i told many times why you not told to me". He replied "i cann't pull your hand and walk up" really worst driver

                                      2) 6.30 pm bus will departure so i asked 6.15 "shall we sit inside the bus (My wife and 2 years old daughter and 8 years daughter).

                                      He told irrespectively “i will tell come and sit “

                                      3) the driver is very argent and worst. If i ask anything not reply. For example, i asked what time it will reach electronic city.
                                      He is telling in singular"i can’t say what time, it will go tomorrow.

                                      This is really worried his action and behaviour

                                        1 hr later i got call from kpn travels branch in namakkal, they said your ticket has been cancelled then suddenly they cut the call.
                                        Next i got message from kpn end like

                                        To day (28/04/2019) namakkal to chennai bus cancel (Contacts number:[protected].

                                        Then i called mentioned no they are spoke me very rudely.

                                        Worst customer behaviour from kpn bus travels in namakkal and salem
                                        Today I am booked Madurai a/c sleeper coach 2 tickets 10.30pm boarding thambaram San.
                                        The bus cancelled due to some problems
                                        So please return my ticket amount
