Sir,

Yesterday[protected] from madurai to chennai ac sleeper at 10:00pm

But the bus came late for half an hour, but there is no proper information.

So the passenger enquired with jamaludhin ([protected])

He didn't respond properly and used very cheap language to the valuable customer

The way of talking is very rude and un professional

He treated the customer with local language and made our journey disappointed

Please take necessary action

    I am travelling from erode to bangalore. It is a ac sleeper bus. However there is no ac and it is really suffocating. There is no plug point to charge the mobile phone.

    It is wrose than the government transport. Dono why they wanted to charge extremely high if they are not providing any basic amenities.

    Wrost and will never take kpn in future.

    These guys are providing the departure time for Dharmpuri at 10:30 pm. When we asked them about bus arriving time they told 30 min than 15 min than 15 min..after a while they told the bus has been in traffic..still there is no such information we get.. we all are suffering mosquito bites, no proper place to take rest..it's so pathetic..

      This is my first trip with kpn travels from chennai to bangalore. The seat i chose had lost its spring tension that when i reclined it went down flat. I could not use the recline option and had to sit upright all the 7hours of my journey. The curtains that were put up on the window panel must have been washed about three or four years back that it was so sticky and had a bad smell emanating from it. There was some electrical fault in the driving panel that a beep sound was coming from the vehicle continuously through out the journey that i developed severe headache. Is it not the basic duty of the company to check these things from time to time so that they do some justice to the fares collected from the customers?? I only hope the company takes this complaint seriously and acts upon it to provide a pleasant journey to its customers like me so that my first trip with them does not become the last one too.

        Worst experience ever
        From chennai to ernakulam
        Firstly, bus was delayed by 2 hours. Secondly, ac stopped working and the bus broke down. There was no response from the driver and travels for more than 2 houses the passengers on board tried contacting the travels and they refused to attend. We were waiting for the mechanic to come for nearly 4 hours. No proper response from the travels. We are really unhappy with the service. Reached destination at 2.00 pm the next day.

        The ticket cost was 2000/- per head which isn’t worth it.. Request to refund the amount.

          I have already posted a complaint about the behavior of the staff when i asked them to stop the vehicle for going to toilet. Now the vehicle is already late by 2 hrs and all of a sudden the wheel is jammed and they do not have an alternative arrangement.

          They are asking us to wait in the bus. The wheel issue is a consistent story that they say every time anyone can check in any others complaint about kpn travels only.

          Please do take some action against these unprofessional teams
          I have booed 2 tickets from bangalore to Palani to travel on[protected] in KPN website and i paid using PAYTM . The money was deducted but i didn't get the tickets

            Hi,

            I boarded the bus from chennai kpn travels at around 8 15 pm on 3/10/2018 towards ernakulam ticket id k[protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com

            I asked when will be the next stop as i had to go to toilet and the response from them was like “we will stop when we feel to stop or may be tomorrow evening “. From there the conversation was not good and they threatened me on hitting as part of the same. They were complaining saying going for toliet is the only reason they are late on route.

            Going to toilet is a basic human need and stopping for 1 min for the same if it causes them to loose a lot of time please ask them not to take humans and carry animals in the bus.

            I need to see some action taken against the driver and conductor atleast as they threatened me to beat. I have paid 2363 rupees for the sleeper seat and this is not what i expect and there are better services provided by other buses at a cheaper rate.

            If no action taken then i will take it up to next level
            No proper communication. Customers are frustrated and irritated to the core. It is better to travel in government bus instead KPN travels. Boarding point changed without informing the customers.

              Pls give me Tamil Nadu kpn parcel service head office number because of above 15 days crossed still now not received my parcel, I am conduct the parcel they said immproper solution and this parcel giving very bad feedback my parcel number is. Thanks for using KPN Speed Parcel!

              I have booked ticket for Bangalore and DEVAKOTTAI, they have changed the bus not informed all passengers we came to know on our own and came down no proper seats not a proper bus. Wasted more then 2 hours in Trichy because of this. Hereafter I will encourage all my friends & will communicate in social media also and inform not to travel in KPN.

                Hi team,
                We booked tickets bangalore to karur. Pick up point at madivala. They asked to come at different location which is not actual pickup point.. Due to that incorrect address we missed bus..

                Later we visited to kpn travel office in madival. They assured that will reduce your ticket amount in next bus. But now they said to book tickets that to after 3hr.

                Is this good way to treat the customer??
                They why you pepole gave assurance??
                Instead of waiting i can get some other bus right??
                So you please waste my money and time too??

                  Oct 12, 2018 i have booked the parcel from erode to chennai wall tax road office. Once the parcel received in chennai the customer went to the office continuosly for 6 days they postpone to deliver the material due to their carelessness the parcel got damage by rat biten.. Yesterday only they deliver the parcel.. I need compensation for damaged material

                    Bus started at 6 pm broke down at 12 am before madurai due to some wheel issues. Some of the co passengers tried calling kpn head office, regional office, and other offices etc... But none responded properly and no alternative was taken till now (Its 4:50 am). I have heard more about kpn buses' breakdowns but have experienced today. I am very disappointed at their service. They have wasted the passengers time and never minded it. Should take a proper action on them. Bus no. Ka 51 a 6499

                      Worst behaviour and services from kpn that i never seen in my journey. I have booked bus at 3.30 pm but bus came to trichy at 5.30 pm and never informed us about the delay. They said bus got breakdown. Bud didnot have a door to close near to front seat. I felt unsafe. So a /c was not get cool but i adjusted. Then bus driver again stop the bus before villupuram and said it have problem wipher is not working. He asked to move to other bus which is semi sleeper but we have booked for sleeper. We called the. Kpn office and compliant about it and no response. Kpn head office didnot attend phone call till now. This is 3rd time we see issue with kpn. I wont book ticket in kpn.

                        I just asked arrival time of trichy bounded bus to your office staff whose name is not identified but he is a fair colour person. He has first made racial comments & used slang word. Kindly suspend or remove such a rude person. I am really socked by his behaviour & attitude.

                          I had booked a sleeper AC bus boarding at Hope college, coimbatore at 3:30 PM on oct 2, 2018. I waited one hour for the bus number mentioned 9901, and found that it was not for Sleeper that i had booked. And the bus left. Post this, i had called customer care who promised for a refund before 10 o clock the next day and asked me to note down the phone number. When i tried to note it down, call was hung up and later when i tried to call this number [protected], it was setup for call forwarding to a number that is not available. Hence, all calls were dropped. I am yet to get the refund for this ticket booked via paytm. PNR : I[protected]. Paytm Booking ID: [protected]

                          Instead KPN sent a feedback request on my journey today, which they didnt even schedule the bus at the stated timing. This appears to be fraudulent method of transport operation

                          The bus booking done was for Sleeper AC Coimbatore to Bengaluru.
                          Very worst service and drivers behavior.. and way to answer the question..
                          I think kpn is the one one of worst service...they are not following the time.. always irritated the customers... we are paying money but why we are hearing your stupid drivers silly words ... The full way Drivers smoking in the bus

                            Today 01/oct/2018 : 6: 30 am kpn bus from chennai to madurai

                            Worst service i ever faced in my life.. Booked bus for 6:30 am, at around 10 am bus tire punctured at tindivanam and driver checked there was another shock break broke down, waited around 2 hours to get fixed. The bus again stoped before reaching trichy and driver said bus will move further and was not sure any other bus coming to pick us. When asked may times no proper response and called multiple times head office, k. P. N travels india limited, salem - 636 004, phone:[protected] no proper response with no information given further left us to go on our own. We some how took another van and reached at 6:30 pm and reported the complaint in kpn at madurai, mattuthavani bus stand.1. We were 5 passengers and 2 of them were ladies.

                            1. Bus broke down 2 times once at tindivanam and trichy
                            2. Highly risky journey as break is the problem - adding mental tension.
                            2. Driver was rude and did not provide proper information to help and asked to go on our own.
                            3. 12 hours journey in day time not accepted.
                            4. We paid 250 rs / head from trichy to private van and reached madurai
                            5 driver did not give name when asked many times.

                            We book tickets as we have scheduled meeting in office or family members waiting. This not acceptable at all, we need compensation.. As we have risked our life.

                              I traveled from chennai to trichy sleeper coach started at 2pm on 25th september (Bus no py 01ct 3199)
                              The ac was heavy and too cold inside the bus. The passengers were shivering.
                              When we requested the to decrease ac the drivers denied our request. They were sitting in the front near to engine. But the passengers inside were shivering with cold.
                              The drivers replied that they can not decrease the ac.

                                We are 6 people travelling from chennai to tuticorin and as usual your bus is facing problems like tyre puncture and less air and so and so... What is the use of choosing ur bus and giving compliants as u dont take care of compliants. Dont say we do as this is the third time happening and i have missed flight in chennai due to traveeling in ur bus and lost huge amount. Take care o[censored]r maintenance part to avoid accidents or close ur travels as u r not a worthy transport.

                                  Dear sir, one of my friend parcelled me maalai from chennai to dharmapuri on 10.09.2018. Till now
                                  13.09.2019 i ve not delivered my product. I ve ordered malai for vinayagar chathurthi. Today over. What's is need for parcelling an item throw our kpn. Since tuesday v r contracting to deliver the product.. They are just postponing and till now they are saying parcel is on ooty salem x y z.. I dont know wether my product is safe or not. There is useless on delivery of product after everything is over. If there is any medicine of parcel will u be responsible for tat... My parcel number[protected]

                                    I have booked ticket from chennai to pollachi for the date of 11/09/2018 (09:45pm) in non a/c sleeper bus. The bus came one hour late to perungulathur and it is already three hours late and bus still dint reach pollachi. The bus slow even where the routes are free. I have really a bad experience with kpn travels and all my plans have been spoiled and the purpose i came to pollachi has not been done due to your late drop. I will never again book ticket in kpn travels and also will tell all of well wishers not to book in kpn. Really irritating with your timings and all other buses which started after this has already reached pollachi. Its so unfare that you are not bothered about the timings and the customers. Thanks a lot kpn for spoling my work.
                                    I travelled in Kpn bus from Pudukkottai to Chennai on 24th August 2018.bus has to be reporting on Pdkt at 10pm but it reached Pudukkottai at 10:45 from devakottai. The driver dint drop us on kathipara junction.he told the bus won't go to kathipara junction.from perungalathur he went to koyambedu by maduravoyal bypass.

                                      I traveled from bangalore to hyderabad on 24 th. Bus delayed for 2hrs. No proper response from employees. Irresponsible and no proper response and attitude towards passengers. Provided blankets for few and not for others. Thought diwakar is worst travels but that 100 times better than kpn.in future if i supposed to travel with kpn then i will cancel my schedule but won’t travel with these guys.

                                        Hi, now we are traveling from tirunelveli to chennai our bus number is cg-9199. All the screen cloth smells very very badly and only half of screen only available..co-driver was somking regularly and the smell also coming inside which is very suffocating we are not even breath properly...

                                        Hope you will wash the screen and u will advise uvr driver to stop smoking will driving...
