Bus got cancelled.. Changed the bus and bording time. Bus delayed for 2hrs. No proper response from employees. Irresponsible # and no proper language and attitude towards passengers. Their response was like “i[censored] want wait or otherwise cancel the trip” this what the response received from an employee in guindy office. Inbetween fuel fill up again in salem its an another delay. Entire plan got spoiled because of this delay.

    Our staff went to chennai on the 19 aug 2018 by your bus from kodaikanal to chennai on a full sleeper bus.
    The bus stopped almost at all places to pick up parcels and reached dindigul only at 11.30 p. M.
    The bus reached peruganthulur only at 07.30 a. M.
    The arrival time on the ticket is showing as 05.45 a. M. Finally the bus reached komedanbadu bus terminus at 09.30 a. M.
    Why cant you convert this bus into a parcel service bus instead of carry passengers. The driver and assistant was only interested in parcel collection.
    Your company is not worried about timings. How do you expect passengers to arrange programs only because your bus is expected early mornings.
    We are deeply disappointed with your arrival timings.
    More over the bus drivers talk rude to passengers and do not know how to behave with female passengers. On the return on the 22 night from chennai to komebadu to chennai your driver was drunk and did not know how to behave with one of our staff who was traveling to kodaikanal.
    Nobody in our organization will be using your bus service again.
    Very bad service and rude behavior by your drivers.
    Kindly look into the matter and take action on the driver.

    I had traveled in KPS travels on 5th of Aug 2018. but still i haven't received an invoice from KPN. I have to submit the invoice to my company to claim my travel amount. Kindly do needful.
    I was booking ticket in online on Aug13th, ticket did not get booked but amount got deducted from my account. Still I have not received refund. I want my refund back immediately.

      I booked 3 tickets via redbus site chennai to dindigul ticket number tm9h74977571, departure time 8:30 @ porur. I am traveling today 21aug 2018. My seat u9 and u 10 ac water is leaking continuously i am unable to sleep here traveling with my kids. I complained to kpn staff to stop the water leaking but he is behaving very rudly i have to travel with this condition only he can't do anything if required raise complaint to kpn office or anywhere that's his word. My family is suffering and depressed now. I will take it this problem legally. Kindly suggest me how to get justice for this service.

      This bus worst like anything, waste for the money
      - No cleaness
      - No proper Matt
      - bed also not clean
      - Making too much of noise while running the bus.

        I had no choice but to book kpn travels from ooty - chennai. I had booked ac sleeper initially on a weekday but then due to some unknown reasons, three hours before journey they called up to say the bus was cancelled and we had to adjust with non ac sleeper. We had no choice but to say yes to his offer. The only heartening thing was that our seats were retained (Lower berths). There was a delay of half an hour for the bus to start (7.10 pm instead o[censored]sual 6.30pm). Multiple breaks in between nd finally reached chennai at 8am. Would you believe a bus which is supposed to reach chennai by 6.30 reached 1.5hrs late. Absolutely no response/apologies when asked. Added to it the cleaner of the bus was rude to the core. Also the difference in fares which he promised is not refunded as yet and no message was generated in my mobile related to it.
        Christ lord ybm is far better than this.

          I travelled with my family from Kanyakumari to Chennai on 15 Aug 2018. We were shocked to see the berths covered with old and dust covers. We felt a musty, sniffy odour when we boarded the bus. Berths were too poor to be laid on. Totally unworthable for the price. Also, the driver drove very slow, simply complaining about the rains. But it was only kind of drizzling and not heavy too. Bus reached chennai nearly 3hrs late due to this. No cleaner/assistant was there, due to which the driver himself had to stop and check for tickets at every boarding point. This made the ride even more a delayed one. Completely unsatisfied with the KPN ride.

            I have booked 2 tickets in KPN AC Sleeper Multi Axle for 2 seats - L8 & L7 on 08-August-2018, from Marthandam to Bangalore. Ticket reference number: H[protected] through via.com. I am really disappointed with KPN customer care, services and with the reservation team that if there is any issue or there is no service on any particular day with any route buses, why the reservation team is allowing the passengers to book tickets via online ? Why there is no information saying that there is no tickets available or there is no service for this particular buses to Bangalore due to so and so reason?
            After the payment has received, and the confirmation has received, we have to wait for long and long for a response from the customer care number regarding the status of the booking being not received any message of cancellation. It is really embarrassing situation that the contact numbers updated in the confirmation message, [protected],[protected] & [protected] were not responding to the calls we have made 20 times.! At last, some one responded to the call made to[protected] at 08:34 pm after several calls.
            Regarding the cost & refund:
            The sleeper payment took for 2 seats including tax is INR 2, 645.88 and the bus which we have been put was just INR 800 per head. Request the authority to refund my money at the earliest.

              I have given my TVS XL to be delivered from Hyderabad to Chennai on July 28, 2018. They said the bike will be delivered in three days which is August 31, 2018 but still it didnt reach Chennai. Everyday they are telling it will come today but it still didnt reach. Customer service and parcel centers are very rude which didnt even respond properly. I need a compensation for the efforts which we took and our vehicle should be delivered in our house directly as we have come to Guindy office lots of times already. LR: HYD[protected].                 Had a pathetic experience with kpn on 05-aug-2018 in bus from chennai to ooty, ac sleeper. I had booked tickets for my parents and helped them board at perungalathur at 9 pm. The bus was on time at 9 pm. After they boarded i left to my house. When i called them at 11 pm, i got a shocking response from my dad that the bus took off when they had got down at hotel balaji bhaavan at sriperumputhur after informing the driver for dinner. I called the driver and his response was, we counted the bus and the bus was full with 26 people and already two people are present in the allocated seat. How on earth will the bus be full when two persons have got down. After severe yelling at my end and also by the restaurant staff who had helped my parents, they turned the bus back again to the hotel and they picked my parents up after half an hour. With all the travels i have done in various travels (Ybm, parveen, kallada even setc) this is the first time i encountered such a pathetic service. On getting into the bus my dad yelled at the drived and his assistant and their response was, if the curtain provided in the bus is closed we will not open and see if the person is present or not. This is the first time i hear such response because everytime the bus stops for rest, the assistant of the bus will open the curtain and see if all have boarded or not in other bus opertators and only then they will start the bus. What if they got down in a stranded area? Will the operator be responsible for any mishap? This will probably be my last trip with kpn. Very bad and no concern for customers.

                  Terrible bus maintenance. Millions of bed bugs. Horrible experience. Not a single min. Of sleep. Horrible kpn travels who dont care about passenger comfort. I[censored] want to go home with bugs sticking to ur luggage then fine. Others also complained. Bug bites whole night. Disgusting to see so so many bed bugs. Other passengers also complained. Waste paying for this nonsense
                  The place where the bus stopped was too unhygienic. The toilet was too dirty. The premium image of KPN travels is definitely gone from my mind. Very sad indeed.

                    Lask week I book ticket through goibigo app in our kpn travel. Our service call me before 3 hr of boarding time. the non ac semi sleeper bus service not provide due to some issue so we can provide ac and sleeper... And boarding point and time is take with her hand... I gave one boarding point but they gave another boarding point and time.bording point so far to me. So I able to come and ac is not suit for me.. So I want refund.. Our travel told cancel the ticket and give mail refund mail to goibigo... But still my money was non refunded..

                        This is SKT BLUE METALS FROM THANNEER PANTHAL, I am not received parcel (BLR NO : [protected] ) from Bangalore to Sathyamangalam through KPN Parcel Service Bangalore. I got a receipt for that. And they said after three or four days you can receive your parcel in Sathyamangalam. But when I asked Sathyamangalam branch for my parcel after three days, they said your parcel till now did not come to our brach so come after one week. I went there after one week, I got the same reply from them again. And no one was responded properly in that branch. So I decided to call head office for KPN Parcel Service and I called them. But whenever I called them, they simply asking my receipt number and contact number and they are telling that we will call you Sir. But till now, I did not get any reply from them. Also I sent somany email complaints to their customer care. For that also I did not get any reply. I am really very much disappointed with their customer service. KPN Parcel Service Pvt ltd is very very very very very worst in customer care.

                          Good Evening,
                          Currently I am travelling from chennai to coimbatore (Ernakulam). Since I am having backpain have asked KPN Perungalaththur office to book in middle so they offered middle upper at U12. Before Ullundhur pettai driver asked me to change it to last row.
                          They replying very rude and asked me to get down at ullundhur pettai office book and catch upcoming buses at 12pm in the night.
                          Very upset I was very frequent to use KPN.They didn't even bother single female passenger asked to get down at 12pm.
                          They way their response is makes not to travel KPN anymore.
                          KPN needs to take action on confirm booking via offline if they are not able to do so please remove it.people like me won't suffer these type of issues.
                          I have payed 800rs.KPN needs to take action on these type of issue.

                            I made the ticket booking through my personal credit card. Due to some error the amount got deducted from my card on 12th, June 2018.

                            I checked with KPN team, they said it will be credited within a weeks time but still its not reflected in my account.

                            Kindly intervene in this issue and help me in refunding my amount INR 2792.

                              I was travelling in KPN Travels yesterday night[protected]from mettupalayam to chennai. i have booked for AC semi sleeper bus, but the bus arrived is push back seater(Bus number TN30 BA 9199) in very poor condition. and also the Blankets were not provided.
                              So it was very unpleasant and poor travelling experience. So please help to get the compensations for this.

                                It is to inform that one fruits (Plums) parcel (About 15 kgs) had been sent to me from kodaikanal to chennai on 13/06/2018. After tiered-some effort and communication, it was delivered on 17/06/2018 with half of the item stolen and remaining quantity in damaged condition. Due to that i have a monitory loss about rs.2000/- (Rs. Two thousand). And further i have experienced mantel torture due to theft, damage and poor response from your agency.
                                Hence i request you to pay the cost of the item and compensation of rs.50000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) for mantel torture in which i have experienced. Early action at your end is solicited.

                                  I just spoke to your kpn parcel service in chennai. An employee of yours names ajith spoke to me. I wasn’t happy with the way he spoke. His way of speech was very rude and i would like you to look into this issue.
                                  I asked him if he could send a pair of keys from chennai - trichy and he says we don’t do small packages followed by fine “i can take it but don’t ask me or complain if we lose it.”
                                  This is not the way you reply to a customer
                                  Please take strong action.

                                    I started my journey from trichy to bangalore on saturday. I carried only one luggage with me that is an box packing containing 5kgs of mangoes. For that ur driver force fully charged me rs.150 for that i didn't receive receipt also. I demanded him to give he refused to give the receipt. It seems to be cheating ur driver collected the money from passenger. Now i need my money back or the receipt. This is very worst

                                      Dirver response is so superrrr. If you ve driver like tis person means one day kpn ll not be there, such a worst bus, driver, helperr. I'm asking which place is it, both response is dono but drinking oosi tea as usual stopping... Yentha place nu kudava theariyama vandi ootruran...                                         Currently i am traveling from chennai to erode in kpn ac multi axile sleeper bus on 10th june 2018 starts from @9:45 pm.

                                        I raised these complaint due to ac is not working in the bus and the backside engine getting heating that leads to the passengers are facing sophisticated and breathing problem.

                                        When we raised a problem to the driver/cleaner/customer service/night duty manager and we are not getting any response for the alternative arrangements.

                                        We totally disappointed to the services and if any medical issues happened to the passengers that will be total responsible by kpn travels
                                        Took sleeper from bhavani to Chennai... Roller coast ride...very rash driving... Cannot sleep the whole night...Thank God got down alive...driver uses harsh words...worst service...worst experience for my life...never ever think of k.p.n again.
