    I have travelled in one of the KPN travels bus (Scania TN30 0991) on 3.2.19 at 6: 30 am from Chennai to Coimbatore. The driver treats the passengers by singular word like Va, Po in tamil. I dont know the name of the driver but the company should investigate that who is the driver and must take the disciplinary action against him. ### you KPN travels.

      Worst customer service that i ever seen!! Am travelling in kpn bus now from chennai Near koyambedu to palakkad!! Am working in private bank as an asst manager in private bank!! The driver is scolding me and treating me as if that i traveling in free of cost!! He stopped a vehicle in one point and i told him that i want to go for a toilet pls give me 2 mins!! He is scolding me like anything!! I would have not mind if he rejects that politely!! The way he treated is like completely unacceptable. My contact number is [protected]! If not any action done on this!! Am gonna post this in social media and make all follower not to prefer kpn hereafter!

          I booked 2 tickets (Seat nos 3 and 4) from bangalore to trichy for travel on 15-jan-2019 with mobile number[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. An amount of rs 1512 was deducted from my account using netbanking. But after the money deduction the site never returned back with success response and the ticket was not booked.
          I have repeated the booking later with the mobile number[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com and the booking went through.
          So the money got deducted twice. Kindly make arrangements to refund the money for my failed transaction.

          hi, I received a call from the following number +[protected] claiming it to be a number from KPN Travels and the guy by name Aasish Sharma was seeking my debit card details to process the refund. Obviously I understood it was a fraudulent call.

            I traveled from bangalore to pollachi and back to bangalore in kpn travels on 28 dec 2018 & 01 jan 2019. The bus was 3 hours delayed and the staff at the pollachi office was way too rude with all customers asking them to travel 60 km away from the specified stop to take their bus. The customer service was also not supportive. This is high time that kpn travels should cease their services and go home instead of charging the passengers hefty and abusing them and making them spend 3 hours on the street waiting for their bus. I paid double the price of regular ticket as it was new year day still we were mistreated by the staff at pollachi (Who speaks thirunelvelli tamil). Such kind of people should be fired with no further question. As well as the driver who was influenced with this type routine was very rigid and told i will come only after 10:30pm (Actual schedule was 8:30pm). With no measures taken the company should be shut down. Every passangers whose journey was delayed should be refunded with their ticket money.
            I have booked a ticket for ramnathapuram ticket no:L[protected].Then I cancelled that ticket.There is a very poor response from kpn salem.I won’t suggest kpn for somebody.I was very disappointed from ur service.

              I am murali anandh i had my journey on 29 dec 2018 from ooty to chennai starting at 6.30 pm from ooty in ac sleeper, my seat number is l3 and l4, i thought after mettupalayam they will switch on the ac but we noticed ac is not working properly after five hours it started working for one and half hours and the bus became break down close to 1 am. The driver after some time get us the spare bus, a semi sleeper and he told at salem you will get a sleeper bus. But as he told we didn't get any bus like that and with the spare bus we are traveling to chennai. We are at 4 am it shows 320 kms to cmbt. Most of them preferred sleeper because of their age or health. But as promised please operate and try to give good service.
              Bus which is supposed to be 11 15 pm is delayed more than 45 mins and disrespectful behaviour of the driver. Absolutely no one to handle customers...

                As we booked tickets for 7 nos from nagercoil to bangalore today at 8 am due to the medical issues couldn't travel. And for the same we called to ur local office in nagercoil branches they are not responding properly as we regularly travel through kpn travel for any occasion but we request to utmost consdier and help in refund process asap possible

                  I travelled from bangalore to coimbatore on 24 dec 2018. Ticket number tmdk81183828, pnr number l[protected]. Kpn multi axle a/c sleeper. Boarding point madivala. Dropping point gandhipuram. The staff is extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt unsafe travelling in the bus because the staff were behaving like complete hooligans. Also, the bus was in a terrible terrible condition, it was like a gas chamber. Seat altitude was extremely low. Window next to the seat was painted black making me feel like i was in a coffin. Blankets were dirty. The driver was also driving in an extremely rash manner. I want the strictest action taken against these staff members of kpn. Absolutely horrible and pathetic service. Zero respect for the customers. I will escalate this further.

                  LR no :AND[protected] we are not receive my parcel still now and bad response for Ashok Nagar kpn Delores. We send a parcel for 18/01/2019 and still now not receive, we were go to daily Ashok Nagar parcel service but they said the material not there in parrivakkam kpn parcel service yard. Very unsatisfied for that moment.

                    I nivetha shine, age 19 yrs a student of sdnbvc, chromepet, reserved a ticket to travel to trivandrum from chennai (Boarding potheri) by kpn on 24.12.2018. Ticket no. L[protected], seat l26, vehicle no. Py01-ce9949. The boarding point srm university (Potheri) and boarding time 7.40pm later changed to 8.25pm but passed potheri at apoximately 9.40pm.
                    This bus which was to stop at potheri, where i had been waiting from 8pm and the contact no [protected]given was not accessible, to my horror and anguish failed to stop as it passed potheri by at 9.40 aproximately. I ran behind but the bus did not stop disgusted i returned to my hostel. Request that i may kindly be compensated for the monetary loss as well as that of being deprived the valuable time i had planned to spend with my loved ones on christmas day after my college exams due to your negligence. Expecting a reply from your end.

                      On 23rd december 2018, i have travelled from trichy to bangalore, the actual time is 10.15 pm but the departure time is 11.10 pm then after reaching to hosur they changed the bus... What is this, it shows irresponsibly...
                      Today onwards i will not book kpn and top on that no cleaning... Collecting such huge amount but zero service.
                      I will not recommend any one...
                      We are waiting in bus stand from 2 Hours
                      Worst KPN travels ever seen,
                      Bus pick up time was 10:45
                      But nw the time is 12:00
                      Plz dont book KPN travels
                      Parcel not recieved worst from kpn ...Dont tel speed parcel service...Che[protected]...Waste of money ...In lucky travels if nyt parcel put means it will reach at 10am sharp time...

                        We booked bus tickets & travelled from pollachi to chennai on 16/12/18 in kpn travels.
                        Bus started at 9pm at pollachi, without attender/helper/alternate driver.
                        So we are uncomfortable as no one available to help us.

                        At ulunthoorpet kpn depo, bus stopped more than 20 mins (Already stopped 2 times each 15-20 mins. One time for rest room use & another time for fill fuel).

                        When we reach perungalathur, we asked driver regarding will this bus go via tambaram? Or porur? We are shocked after his reply as:

                        "we are running without back break from pollachi. I am the only driver driving from pollachi to chennai today. Asked management for fix break issue and for alternate driver. Initially they replied as will change at salem. But after that, no one responding/not attending my phone calls. I am tried to ask any mechanic to fix the break issue in depo (Ulunthoorpet), but no one available (As its sunday night). So, without back break can't enter inside chennai city & perungalathur will be last stop".

                          19 dec 2018, devakottai to bangalore bus though online booking confirmed for multiaxle bus for a female passenger (Who was sick) sleeper bus was provided till trichy and then again bus changed and upper berth provided. No concern for lady passengers and they keep shifting buses and the seat nos. Very unprofessional and not at all recommended for female passengers

                            These kpn travel busses are never on time... They basically don't understand the meaning of punctuality.. No proper office where the passengers could wait for the busses to come. No toilet and water facilities. They mention they have bus tracking devices but mostly fail to track the busses and had to wait for the bus. The bus was delayed around 2 hours!!!

                              I took the kpn bus to coimbatore last month. The bus windows handle was broken. It was difficult to open and close the windows. When i took the bus back to chennai, the bus driver was very rude. I asked him when we will reach salem? He said it will take a long time. I asked if he could stop in a petrol station or hotel for washroom. He harshly responded no washroom till salem. If you want u can go in the open. That was very insulting and rude to say that to women.

                                Bus likely to start by 10pm. Now already it is 10.20pm. One kpn representative says it is headlight problem. Other says it is belt problem. Still they are yet to solve the problem. We really do not know whether bus will go or not. Since this is the last bus, there is no further chance for us to get any other alternatives. This is very horrible. Kpn has lost it's credibility. And we have done a blunder mistake by booking the tickets in kpn. We would not repeat this mistake again. Moreover, the response from kpn representativesis also worst. It seems they are not bothered about the delay or rather they are not ready to inform us about any other alternatives. Very worst experience with kpn.

                                  I was travelling from chennai to tirunelveli. Boarding point is porur tollgate. Whrn i tracked a bus through redbus the bus was shown at maduravoyal but it came to porur tollgate that time itself it seems. The driver called me and scolded me like that is the only kpn bs that came through porur tollgate so i should have ask that bus. I am not sure that was the bus because tracker shows the bus was at maduravoyal and the bus number also wrong which was shown in redbus. How come a lady passenger go and check every bus. The driver does not know how to treat a lady passenger.
                                  My brother in law travelling on 03.12.2018 night sleeper bus on last 10 minutes before bus departure. they told ticket will be send to your phone. he did't get message. now he need ticket for that claim purpose. now they refuse to give tceti

                                    I have booked my ticket in train ac 2 tier from salem to trivandrum on 25th nov' 18. I was not able to catch the train since i have undergone spine surgery, i was not able to walk fast to reach my reserved compartment. After with lot of struggle i missed that train and i thought of going by bus. I checked online there was 3 seats available so i went to kpn salem office, newbusstand. While i checked there was only one seat available that too male. The person who was in the office by 8.30pm was responded very arrogantly. I requested him is there any possibility to change the single seater to the double one. He said no. I asked him i will request someone to change becoz i thought still some people have humanity. For that too he said its not possible. I begged him to check with the driver once or else u plz give the driver number, i will check with him is there any possibility to change. He has not even considered me as like a human being and he said its not possible. I was waiting in the office from 8 till 10pm with all my surgery pain to get that single seat with request of the driver. But came to know that time its booked. With lot of pain, i ran from this to that corner in the platform to catch my train which got failure. With lot of struggle i came to ur office, that guy have not even treated me as a human being and he doesnt have humanity inspite of explaining all my situations. Im one of a hr manager in service industry, if the employee spoils the brand image then action should be taken. Then only others will not suffer as like me. People should have humanity, the way of responding is very important especially in the service industry since lot of competitors are there. Customers need not to depend on only kpn and we are not beggers, we pay for the service. With lot of regrets im writing this complaint by 12. I have met mr. Natarajan, couple of times and he is such a simple person. Request your kind attention in this regard.

                                      I have booked a ticket from chennai to salem on 23.11.18. We were dropped in kondalampatty and a pick up vehicle were arranged till kpn office at new bus stand. But the driver dropped near atc dippo, new bus stand around night 12 o clock. As a sigle lady i requested him to drop me near kpn office. But he refused. At that time it was not an advisable one to walk through a road where lights are very less. This is not the first time they are doing this. I register a complaint in the office but as an eye wash they called and enquired. Nothing happened.
