Do your staff has little bit of sense my boarding point was bommanahalli (Bangalore) in front of your office there is a brigade and ur staff is asking to jump even ladies or else walk 100 meters n come to board the bus this is how you behave and ur staff how rude he is i know even this complaint is not gonna work but one thing i[censored] loose customer its hard for u to gain again m a frequent traveller and mostly ill use kpn but this xperience with my mom really irritate me and i have decided this is the last with kpn good bye let me put it in tamil sooru thaan da thinguringa ila vera edhum ah nayae masu vangurila idhuku picha edukalam paradesi nayae 💦💦💦💦💦

    Dear mr rajesh,

    I'm right now travelling from bangalore to tirupur by your 11 pm bus.

    Delayed by 90 mts.
    Counter staff have no clue on bus status.
    Your tracking doesn't work.
    Your red t shirt bearded staff who refused to give his name told me that i can complain to anybody and that nothing will change.
    He was so rude and indifferent that he says please don't travel by kpn anymore. I use your services at least once a month since last 4 years.
    He also added that no complaint or feedback will ever change the system.

    You are a big operator and i don't really expect to hear from you. But i just thought you should know how your staff behave and lack pride about their own organisation which pays them salary every month.

      It is very worst that the delay in bus timing has not been intimated earlier and it took nearly one hour and 30 minutes to sit back for the bus arrival... 9.30 pm bus arrived only by 11 pm... And it was senior citizens around 75+ age and kids 👶too waiting.. Kpn is ready to cancel tickets with cancellation charges of 20 %to 30% but not ready to arrange an alternative for delayed bus timing... I want the money to be refunded or some other compensation to be given... Please don't repeat the same as it spoils the brand.

        Booked ticket from chennai to tanjore... Charged 1350..ac not working.. The bed is dirty... I have asked the officer in travels he told "why you book the bus in this route". At any cost i will not book kpn... The office members not responding.. They keep their phones on ears and not replying for queries

        All the travel buses arrived and left... Kpn travels alone made really 3 hours.. I booked for 10:30 pm. But it arrived 1:30 am.. Asking for delay aslo no body responding...
        Yesterday 17th April 2019 I booked a bus which supposed to start on 9.15 pm from Coimbedu, chennai. But it started on 3 am on 18th April 2019. So, it was a waste of time for the entire night.
        I booked a ticket for nagarcoil to Hosur 21.04.19 they KPN agent charged 1980 my boarding time is 8.15AM but Bus arrived at 9.10AM and crossed tirunelveli they Bus driver stop a bus nearly 2 he an unnecessary place an I ask to drive he didn't telling proper answer also they didn't stop the bus for lunch very worst service on KPN travel

          I have booked bus 10.30 pm ac sleeper, i was tracking via app its showned as delay 20 min. Around 11.15 bus came to boarding point, but that is non ac bus. Then branch staff said next bus will come we will arrange. The branch staff closed the branch and went to home. He given his number. We called him many times, he said bus will come after 30 min. I was waited till 1.30. There is no proper response and head office number also tried. There is no response.

            I have booked 2 tickets on kpn travels on 13.04.2019. My ticket was confirmed and rs.1395/- has been debited from my account. On last minute before my boarding time they informed that the bus was cancelled due to that bus was met with an accident while arriving. And, there is no alternate arrangements also. When enquired about the amount we paid, they replied"it will be credited in my account on the next day itself". Since, they only cancelled the bus. But, till now the amount was not credited. When tried to contact every persons attending phone call giving different answer.

            I have worst experience with those people. Being a transport service provider to public, collecting charges for cancelled buses and not willing to refund the amount means. It's a new technic they use to cheat the public.

              The bus never came till 6am in the morning.. There was no people in office to contact.. Numbers of any kpn travels were not answering the call or number mentioned is wrong..

              Finally wasted time, money and energy and left home..

              The company does not even realise if a customer got the bus or not... They keep sending me this message saying how was your journey and share feedback..

              Worst service ever..
              We booked 2 tickets 10.04.19 Coimbotre to Bangalore 12.15 PM Bus Opp Omni bustand.reached office 11.30Pm Two Adults and Two children showed the ticket that time they didn't tell anything. bus moving time they Compel to take 01 more ticket extra and speak to us very harshly and they not Provide Single Seat. Really I am very upset

                Hi,
                Yesterday i had travel in kpn travels from bangalore madiwala to chennai koyambedu, i had been using kpn travels for the past many years under company name (Sd) and for the past few times i m using it in my name (M. Manoj),, i had good experience in your travels, but unfortunately i had very bad experience last night (Ka 51-b1813), l26, booked for a/c sleeper, but i couldn't get proper a/c flow, starting i was able to manage, but after a while, the a/c flow completely stopped, i complained to driver, he casually said it will come and he started to hear songs in headphones and was driving very rudely, of course his behavior too was very rude. I got completely wet in sweat, it was horrible experience, now i decided not to use kpn travels also not to suggest to any one in future to my company persons any more.

                  This has been happening for three times in a row for me. I booked bus from trivandrum to bangalore at 4 pm. Non ac and sleeper. And i booked for more than 1500 two times. I did all this with the hope that i would reach bangalore on time. It was supposed to reach at 6 in the morning. 7 was also okay if the bus keeps the time. But this bus stops at some random places and stays for long. I dont know if any out of rule passengers they are allowing or not. But the thing is that this mid stoppings are wasting a lot of time and causing so much inconvenience. We want to be on time and thats the sole reason booking the ticket even with high price. Please look in to this matter and di the needful. Thanks

                    I have plan to travel from chennai to kumbakonam on april 17th and i have searched in kpn services. I have shocked when i see the bus fare shows as 1630. Normally the bus fare is around 700 to 800 but this time due to election holiday and good friday holiday they have increased fare into double. The respective official take the necessary steps to avoid these kind of issues and helps the public.

                      Actually timing is 6.30 pm ist, but bus reaches boarding point on 7.30 ist..
                      Its more then 1 hour delay... There is no response from operator side,...
                      No bus number,, no one is in office... No one attend the call...

                      Since i'm going to aboard.. I book the branded kpn bus... But its totally disappointment for the service... I will rate zero... Since my flight.. Now decided to start on car... I need refund for this trouble n explanation...

                        But we were shocked to see a third class damaged semi sleeper bus being provided instead of ac sleeper bus.

                        The bus seats are damaged, window has cracks, no bedsheets provided, no charging point, driver very rude.

                        When we had complained about this kpn office in t. Nagar, they told we have provided a alternate bus so you must be greatful to us, moreover he told, due to bus breakdown they planned to cancel the bus but after that also they have given alternate bus so we must adjust.

                        This person in your office was using vulgar words on the customers and telling we have done a big favour on you by providing a bus or else in nite at 11 you will not get any bus to coimbatore, so we must not complaint and adjust. Also when told for refund, he told we must pay something extra for the favour provided.

                        While getting down he had told us if we inform kpn head office also nothing will happen as they have lots of customers and by single person person complainting kpn will not take any action against him or any of the kpn staff. Also he had challenged us that whatsoever happens kpn has never ever refunded money for their mistakes and today also they will not do.

                        So this is how kpn travels is cheating customers by keeping rowdies in their offices.

                        If kpn is a genuine travels company kindly refund our money rs 2250 paid. Or else will consider what the person in kpn told is correct

                          I booked the tickets in kpn travels for my parents from hosur to udumalpet (23.03.2019) via paytm.
                          I didn't received any sms regarding bus number and driver contacts. The actual boarding is 11.15pm. Around 11 pm hosur booking office guy infomeed us bus is dealy for 20 minutes.
                          Around 12 pm that guy came and told, your bus left without stopping in hosur.
                          @12.10 they arranged some other bus and asked us to travel to chase the bus. After 20 to 30 km far from hosur they dropped us in mid of the road and left from the place. Simply they said your bus is coming back wait for some moment.
                          We waited hardly 30 minutes in mid of the road that was too horrible. Finally that bus came and we boarded around 1 am and politely enquiry the driver. Why you didn't stopped in hosur boarding point? His told i didn't get any boarding ticket in hosur, so i didn't stopped their. I showed my pnr number he validated and accepted.
                          For this my parents become too depression.
                          So i planned to file a complaints against to your service and i need service compensation for this bad experience with your travel service.

While searching driver was so hurry to move up so left without searching the walkman it was there in the bus only. Bus no is tn30bd 5899. Please follow and get my walkman. Kindly do the needful.                               The pickup point was not clear. The bus number was not sent till the last minute of boarding. No helpline line numbers were attainable. Mostly i tried contacting 15 numbers. None the numbers were receivable. My boarding was 6:15am in peelamedu but no landmark a kpn guy picked up the call @ 6:45 am. He was very rude and was not ready to share information and said they dont have the morning service for that route at all and used aggressive words and disconnected the call. His name is partha. He very pathetic customer service.. Where i had my confirmed tickets with pnr handy. At last i got tried connecting chennai office @ 7:00 and a person gave me the driver contact number and bus number. While calling the driver he said he was moving 5km away from my boarding point. I chased the bus with my friend and catched it very very horrible experience. Never expected kpn like this.

                              Bus quality:

                              Terrible bus ever seen in kpn. No ac damaged uncleaned seats with full of spilled snacks. No blankets were provided.
                              I had booked Ticket on 19th Kochin to chenni, bus got cancelled due to some issues from your end and agency has said the refund amout will credit to my account within 48hours .amount not yet credited yet

                                I have been traveling from chennai to erode on kpn bus no py01cq9469.

                                Bus got breakdown early morning.. They asked us to swift to another bus, which is already full and standing. We have been standing for other bus to arrive for nearly a hour.
                                Heard from co-passsengers that everyone facing this scenario frequently in kpn. We have been paying lot of money and experienced worst travelling and even bus delayed by 3 hrs in perungulathur.

                                Please take appropriate action.. Don't trouble customers at untime. Once in a while we understand. We doubt cause of this repeated breakdown

                                  Booked an ac sleeper from chennai to coimbatore, boarding at 9 pm at t nagar, bus was initially delayed till 10 30. Happens. Later was instructed to board a non ac bus. Was asked to get down within 5 minutes from that bus.

                                  Was again asked to board another bus, instructions were that we have to switch buses in perungalathur. Upon reaching there, further instructions were to go to vandalur. We also had twice the capacity of the passengers inside waiting for the replacement bus. Upon repeatedly asking the driver, he admits there is no other driver as no one in their office is picking up the phone. Police were called and they asked to either switch to another travels or go with this to udamalaipet.

                                  Driver informs that the bus tyre is not in a driving condition and our lives are at risk. Again calls were attempted in front of the police. But no proper response. Police asked us to take the risk or go back to perungalathur. All agreed to go back. Time was then nearly 2 in the morning. No other travels were heading towards coimbatore, some o[censored]s decided to risk the journey till the end.

                                  Estimated arrival time - 6 30 am, actual time 11 am

                                  No official response or apology was given. No spare bus was maintained despite knowing of the risk. Passengers were not cared for at all and treated like cattle.

                                    I booked parcel to avinashi near thirupur through your alandur office at 3.50pm on 15th this month. I told them it is urgent parcel. But till now my parcel was not reached in to avinashi. Yesterday i check parcel was in found at thirupur. The person is told me your parcel was forward to avinashi 844 am on 17th feb. But today my customer gone to avinashi the parcel was gone to coimbatore wrongly. It was deliver on tomorrow because of your laps of parcel booking my total business was uphold.

                                    I booked a parcel containing as a electical applinces to booked a parcel through kpn parcel service at alandur office to avinashi at 350pm on 15th feb 2019.but till today my parcel was not delivered my client was waiting the parcel since saturday.but the parcel arrive tirupur on saturday and it was send to coimbatore on yesterday till parcel not reached to avinashi. because this laps of working by kpn parcel service total my work and business was uphold i lost thousand of rupees.kindly help me to get the parcel atleast earliest today.

                                      I called the driver to check what time he would be reaching the stop light, his response was i cannot predict time don't ask me that, i then called again to check where he was as it was passed the scheduled time and he again asked me back where i am am, i told i am at scheduled stop and his response was then wait i cannot say time and where i am you be there on scheduled stop. And he was very arrogant. I informed the same to office staffs and there were like we cannot help.

                                      All of th above is okay. But the worst thing is then don't have pullover stops to use restroom. If we ask them to pullover the reply was we cannot waste 15 mins and it is not scheduled and written anywhere for yo to ask. I am travelling in the private buses for last 3 atleast 2 a month from bangalore to ooty and vice versa.. This is the first time i booked kpn and was worst experience. Never book this in your life time..

                                      Apart from complaint no sleeping sheets, pillows, water bottle is provided, n dirty smell too. I think management is not strict and that's why they do and they are also in hope that someone sheets would get filled.. Wish kpn should have gone to eternity when they burnt the busses during water issues. This happened on[protected] and i am. Posting it while traveling itself as i couldn't tolerate.

                                        From madurai to chennai, 06.02.19 bus no 2499. Bus timing is 10.15, i asked the staff why the bus is getting delayed, the way he answered me is not good. Kpn should take necessary action on this irresponsible people. Now i came to know why the seats were not getting filled in bus, kpn lost his reputation because of their misbehaviour of staffs. I will not recommend kpn to my office colleagues and friends. Such a bad experience.
