Received parcel through kpn doc no. Mdr[protected] dt.4.6.2018 taken delivery on 7.6.2018 morning and found one side open on opening the parcel the item (Sathu mavu - healthy flour) cover bitted by rat. It cannot be consumer due to rat poision. Now have to compensate rs.500 + rs.130 parcel charges.
Ashok nagar agent refuse to compensate and complaint cell[protected] also not responding properly

Good morning i am raman from saligramam chennai yesterday i have booked three tickets at your branch at mmda colony to madurai. Travelling date 06.06.2018 at 6.30am. Today we were starts to your location on 6.30 due to heavy traffic we are unable to reach departure time meanwhile i spoke to driver but he didn't response properly we have connected with kpn travels since more than 15 years same time we were returning to office and asking refund but they refuse. This is my last courier in kpn travels. Two days back my company send one courier to coimbathore. Today morning i am going to kpn to collect this. Bt they are not give my parcel, staff saying me with out seal not give parcel. I have show may company i'd, visiting card, message, challan copy, and government i'd. Bt the staff not give parcel. We don't have office in coimbathore, then how i can arrange seal. After i calling customer care office, the say give one adhar copy and collect parcel after that i got parcel

After trying to book a ticket online on the kpn website, it completed the payment process and the money has been taken from my bank account but the webpage failed after that and it failed to book the ticket. I tried calling their utterly useless customer care but nobody would receive my call. I got through to one number [protected] which was enlisted as a contact number who spoke very rudely and hung up on me. This person was extremely rude and lacked manners to deal with a customer. Please take note of this complaint for a completely useless service and agent.

Sir i have booked two tickets from marthandam to bangalore on 02.06.2018 by online. I was informed that the start time is 4.45 pm. At marthandam i was informed that today the bus is cancelled. Hence kindly reimburse the amount at once. Since the staffs of kpn at marthandam and nagercoil given me false message regarding the rearrangement kindly pay double the fare to my account. If the reply is not satisfactory i will be forced to go for legal help.

Hello. I travel 02/06/2018 tuticorin to chennai.in you travels ac sleeper coach.ac is not working i complaint to driver but they not response yet. I was sweated in your ac bus. Make me so irritating my money waste..

I have frequently travelling in this transport
Yesterday day dt 31/5/2018 customer care executives here in tirupur named mr. Rajesh his behavioral is not good speaking badwords with me

When i. Missed my bus due to 2mins late even the bus came lately but i ask the question to this guy he us not responded and using badword infront of me..!!!??? Because he is not responded as a customer of me

I. Want to know whether he is punish or not

I’m saravanakumar today kpn travel your bus 11.30 pm ac sleeper bangalore to coimbatore i booked upper birth u10 but some one travel my sheet, i ask bus cleaner not proper response he told you take sheet number u18 in back, again i ask cleaner front side any sheet available he gives that sheet, this is government bus or travels y you provide online booking direct collect the ticket occupy the sheet look like local town bus and luggage speciality also not available in your travels, last two three times travel in your bus facing some problem, i’m very very upset and very very worst service.
Compare with your service government bus is better
Waste of my money...

Made a travel from thirunelveli to chennai on 29th may, but that particular bus not arrived and alternative bus been arranged by officials and asked to travel till madurai and from madurai shifted to the original bus which booked.

So passenger has to shift the bus in middle of night at around mid night 12:00 who all will be sleeping at that time. So whats the point in booking straight route bus?

Moreover, the officials are not either apologizing or being polite and they are commanding passengers in their own authoritative local languages which is very offensive to passengers. Paying a huge amount for ticket and in a position to hear all these commanding tones during the journey times.

Kpn travels is not at all worth for travelling business, the services is very poor and attitude and behavior of kpn travel officials is also not good. No trust here forth with kpn travels

Passengers beware of this travels kpn.

Don't go for kpn travels and there are lots of other growing good travels which offer good services and they very well know how to behave politely with passengers and they provide good services too.

Yesterday i am booked yr trawels 8.30 pm seat 9 10 i was trying to ur tirunelveli phone numbers they dont take the calls yesterday fully. And finaly take my call and and this is parcel service number and ucome to office. We dont speak by phone. We expect ur services better thats y we choose ur travels. We totally disappointed. Thank u

It is the worst scania ac seater bus service ever in india. I boarded the bus from madivala, bangalore.
I was shocked when we were made to change our buses twice. First time they asked us to change the bus to non a ac seater bus once we reached nagercoil. That particular bus was already full with passengers, we literately traveled from nagercoil to marathandam by standing on our foots just like in state run passenger buses and trains. There were no other buses to accommodate us, as other buses were already full. I was also getting late for office, so thought to travel in the same bus. Further when we reached marthandam they again asked us to change the bus and board a non ac sleeper bus which at least had some space for us to seat as the passenger in the bus were already awake.
This was the height of bad service i have seen ever in my life. All the time the drivers and the other bus staff treated and spoke with the passengers very badly. All this literately made us feel that were traveling on there expense.

I am posting this complaint here as, i did not find an option to complain in the redbus page.
Hope that somebody senior from the kpn travels would come across this and look that this is not repeated. I am personally going to give a bad review about kpn travels to each every friend of mine.

Travelling from pondicherry to madurai in kpn bus which starts from chennai at 11:00am.. The bus arrival itself was delayed by 45 mins.. And upon arrival there were a bunch of angry passengers who complained about the lack of a/c. After assurance by the company people at tindivanam that it would be rectified in ulunderpet, the journey resumed. However in ulunderpet also it was said that nothing can be done.. No alternative vehicle was also arranged and to add further insult the driver was driving the bus at an extremely slow pace, which he never picked up even after repeated requests from the passengers. Worst ever travel. Shame on u kpn!! I ful well realise tat even this will not solve anything. But to those ppl who read this they ll know not to resort to kpn travels even as the last option hereafter.

I am now in kpn bus traveling from ooty to chennai... Bus boarding place was in charing cross at 5 50 pm and we were there on time and was heavily raining by 6.30 bus did not arrive. I called check and they are asking me to come to arvin in this heavy rain... I did not have any way to go over there i just have walk in the rain. Met the bus driver and assistant they so cool and they are spoke to us very badly. I will be taking legal action on kpn as i am very sick also got wet in rain... We can not trust kpn for a safe journey... Pay 01cs 9499.

This is the poorest form of transportation I have experience in life, kpn is not worth providing bus service to people, maybe they can do some pappad or pickle business, people reading this please do not attempt kpn booking as it could be unsecure and filthy.
Staffs are very unprofessional, rude, arrogant
I had to board 3 bus where my family was given no seat on a bus and 2seat for 3 person on another bus, bus quality was filthy and people end up vomiting all over.
More over staffs behavior was very horrible.
Overall kpn is ### and do ### cleaning business not bus service.

Am traveling to ooty from bangalore on 9 45pm bus.. Bus no ka51 d 7790... I got the last seat but these people stored four goods box and two vegetables bag and one ice box.. As u can see customer can't get out of thier seats.. Kindly take some action or it will be published in facebook instagram and twitter.. Harsh driver and cleaner...

The bus cane late
Bus parked 300 meters away from scheduled boarding point in a busy road
One boy around 15 years of age scolded passengers and other staff called him as cleaner.
Is there will be a cleaner in a bus? Without proper uniform and name batch.
Driver also didn't have name batch and uniform
When passengers asked about these the staff behaved very arragantly
The booking office in charge also told that it's not possible to find a suitable staff for driver with proper uniform
Please take necessary action

Booked kpn volvo semisleeper a. C. For 750 rupees from pallavram upto ramanathapuram. Actually; it should start up by 8.30 but it came around 9.20 p. M
2. Hold on the bus near trichy and didn't give proper arrangements till ramnad.
Arranged temperory bus untill karaikudi only. Driver behaved vulgarly towards the travellers even family members were abused badly by driver.3. I had an marriage function at 9.00 a. M because o[censored]r lethogicness i came ramnad around 10.00 only so am going to complain in consumer coart

I have travelled from bangalore to tirupur on 9th may. Bus condition was very worst and there was some fault on back side wheel. We got continuous annoying sounds till my destination and informed the same with bus operators but no proper response.
