Good evening. This is regarding very bad experience in my traveling. I have been traveling Chennai to Ooty 8.45pm on 7th may 18 boarding at perungalathur (A/C sleeper) Vehicle reached here by 9.45pm. seat no.U23 Uncleaned and full Dusty. I was disappointed with cleanness of seats. None answer for this dirty seat which is booked for me.paid RS.1300 it's worthless. Expected hygiene seat with well mannered but it was completely bad. Bedsheets also not flooded comes bad smell.mobile Charing point also not working.

    I have given my bike pulsar 220 (Superb bike) for transporting from bangalore to hyderabad in good condition. But when i received bike at hyderabad, it's damaged condition. My bike doom near to petrol tank got damaged and the back wheel also shaped out.. I have contacted the person in receipt but irresponsible response..
    He says that we already said we are not responsible for the damage in the receipt.. I asked him for that is it necessary to damage and give it me vehicle..
    Kool headed person and irresponsible persons... Worst kpn parcel service, my superb bike 220 got damaged...
    Very unsatisfactory and never give them again for parcel service.

      On the date of 03/05/2018 i booked kpn from mettur to chennai 9.30 pm ac sleeper. Its delayed that thing is acceptable but they are telling me to go in the non ac bus upto thoppur bypass after that we will arrange ac sleeper and iam accept that thing also but no bus is arranged until 12o clock its too delayed and after that ask me to go in non ac itself.
      1. I paid for ac they take me in non ac
      2. I am booked 9.30 pm but you are started here at 12 am at thoppur
      3. I am booked fornt lower but iam sleep on last upper total sllep is gone
      By doing like this how can i reach the designation properly and how can i come next time.

      It is very sad that q 10.40 bus in perungalathur to madurai did not come till 12.30. is the management this irresponsible? Customers time ahould be valued and shouldnt take it for granted..totally pissed of and frustuated..would nt travel in kpn hereafter and will not suggest to anyone...very worst service

        Date-4.5.2018. Morning 6.30 am boarding time at salem. But bus came at 6.45 am. Very slow driving. And the bus has some accelerator trouble. Reaching time at lalbagh was 10.30 am. But the bus reached at 11.30 am. Very worst bus condition.

        Date-4.5.2018. Evening 4.30 pm boarding time. Ok. But the bus condition is very worst. Sound makes irritating and slow driving. Kpn is getting it's quality very low and customers are not satisfied.

          I am booked tickets salem to chennai through redbus on 28.04.2018 boarding time is 10.30 pm. I reached boarding 9.45pm bus operators said bus later for 2. 30 hours late. New boarding at 1.00am... This is not suitable for our travelling plan. Next day sunday my wife phd exam at anna university chennai...

          We are not travel that trip also bus operators said your side alternative travel plan... Again we are tickets booked through redbus and srt travels... So i request you to refund the amount my account from the bus operators...

            We kuljeet & waseem was travelled from this bus no. Py 01 - bd 9199 and our pnr was e[protected]. This bus was departure from salem at 2:00 instead of 11:15. When we asked them for the problems arise then the concern persons can't shared them to us and show there attitude to us. These kind of cheap peoples while travelling puts ac off at 3:00 am and they charged for ac but can't provide us services for ac because they save there petrol money. We remind several times to him for put ac on but they refused every time and show there cheap and worst attitude. We paid money for these tamil beggars.

              Guys a kind request:
              If so in future, anyone is gonna travel through private buses, pls don’t prefer 👹👹kpn travels👹👹
              I never had such a worst experience ever..

              Bus no : ar o1 7999 (Chennai to salem)

              1) bus was delayed by 2hrs
              2) no response if we question for the delay... Irresponsible #Ÿ‘¿ðŸ‘¿
              3) rash driving - sleepless night.. (It was like they’ll get into accident)
              4) booking done for salem but bus travels towards erode. (No information in the site that it travels via salem)
              5) arrival time is delayed by 2hrs
              6) driver behaviour is so cruel and no decent manners towards ppl)
              7) they are not ready to stop for travelers to get down and yells at us that we have taken erode bus.
              8) no prior idea about the destination point.
              9) just bcoz driver has delayed, he shouts at the passengers horribly..
              10) no proper contact no for the passengers to enquire about the bus (In m-ticket). If so, it’s not reachable/switched off..

              #i complained in kpn travels office as soon as i landed in salem..
              # “irrsesponsible #€- pls don’t prefer this at any cost...
              #jus coz i had to face this, thought of sharing my experience in order to avoid future inconveniences”

                We have booked 2 tickts from chennai to madurai in kpn travels.
                Firstly bus was late by more than a hour. When we called the driver, there was very worst and irritating response by him and not ready to listen what passengers are asking.
                Secondly, once bus arrived, after seeing aged peoples also bus was keep on going forward and stopped after some distance. Bus no mentioned in message and bus came was different, no proper guiding or respect for passengers. The way driver was responding to call is really pathetic. Only mistek we did is booked ticktes in kpn and thanks for making passengers to get irritated and frustated.

                  Sir, i have booked 3 tickets in kpn 0230 hrs from tiruchi to chennai thro ticketgoose on 30.04.2018 by using city union bank net banking. I received one message from you that rs 2250/- has been debited from my account. The received message are as follows. “savings no xxxxxxxx26 debited with inr 2250.00 towards to ecom:[protected]ticketgoose.com india chennai in: on 30-apr-2018. Avl bal 53785.22”. But, when inquiring kpn office at tiruchi they stated that, no such booking was made thro online. Due to urgency, i pay cash and booked the tickets thro office counter.                     The bus was already late for 2 hours. I didn't mind the delay because of the busy day yet the driver scolded me impolitely for not noticing the bus for a minute then was even scolded for having more luggage. Why am i being the consumer get such bad harassments? As it was late he would not stop for a piss and when he did used to yell at the once who are late.

                      Hi i'm balakrishnan. Booked kpn bus from hyderabad to karur. We realised problem in bus and driver also accepted when it start from hyderabad. He drived bus very slow that we reached bangalore at 6am instead of 1.30am.

                      After reaching bangalore they asked us to change another bus. Where problem started. We came by 48 seater. And they provided 44 seater. 4 o[censored]s they promised to get seat from next bus. Which is about to start at 7.00am. So we waited. 7.00am bus also came. Driver of 7. Am bus saying bus was full and kindly adjust and come. After all fightings and at end we sat on floor and by standing we have to travel in this bus.

                      Is kpn not taking care of their passenger.
                      Were kpn hold tag line saying "knowing people needs" were they don't know even their passenger needs.

Travels people's are very kind approach to all customers good the bus ac cooling ok but ac smell and dust (Ie, dust alargy) kindly revert the issues as soon as possible otherwise excellent service.                               I have travelled from trichy to chennai on 06th April 2018 night bus, started at 23:15. Bus number is PY01 BY 9979 .
                              I have complaint to the bus cleaner and Driver. When I ask them to check it out. Cleaner said to me please adjust our service. Driver said to me Inwill change me and family into another bus. Is it really nice to drag someone out from your bus around 1 o clock. I never experienced this kind of service in my life even not with government buses. They didn’t take any response at all. I need a full refund for your poor service.

                                I am traveling from nagercoil to madurai in kpn travels bus. The bus timings is 3.15 and it needs to reach madurai by 6.30. While going b4 reaching tirunelveli the bus is pickup the person while going to tirunelveli like a town bus. He stopped unnecessary in various stops and pick up a passenger and drop a passenger. I don't know at what time i will reach madurai if the bus is going like this means. I have a urgent work thats y i put in the bus by its reaching timing and that to the bus is not go inside madurai also.. But its too worst that its stopped 6 times b4 reaching tirunelveli. Only one passenger is get in the kpn office still now. Rest all are war passengers only.

                                  He didn't wake us in boarding point because he didn't notice the form it seems... He dropped us in middle way, that too two ladies... We are new to that place... He just took the bus, didn't mind to drop us properly... His name is rajendran.. Bus from chennai to bhavani... Bus number py 01 ce 9919... If it was his daughter and wife means will he drop in middle... This is the way will you treat a passenger... Worst service...
                                  One of the worse transport service in India, I have booked the ticket but the bus got cancelled they arranged seet in different bus, but they was roaming me in bus for whole night for different seat, even hygiene is least in bus, KSRTC red bus is far better than this KPN travels.

                                    Its me subhash, yesterday i travelled from hyderabad to bangalore felt worst experience with kpn travels.

                                    Drivers were not in time for pickup and answered me in improper way. Second thing is, seating was very congestive, no ac working at my seat. When i asked them they haven't responded me.

                                    Why they play movies which we dont understand, its a tamil movie nobody can understand it. Whole night was hell in the bus.

                                        Bus break down due to oil tube cut. From 6.15 its down and there is no proper plan till 1 hour. As they are ready to increase the fare during festival times, but not ready to take up the maintenance. No proper arrangements to solve this situations. Not sure how it's going to reach travels, but want to share my thoughts.
