I have placed an online order on 28th June 2022 for a Kulr-on mattress on their website, which I requested Customer care - [protected] to cancel on call. They told me to drop an email to [protected]@kurlon.com which I did. After multiple follow up, I recieved confirmation on 5th July that my order is cancelled.

Since then I have followed multiple times on email for refund. I have yet to receive my refund and its been more than one month now without any resolution.

Please assist to get my refund asap.

    We have ordered 2 mattresses of same quality. One is very hard & another one normal. I have an issue with hard one as it is not possible to seat over it even for an hour. In fact soft one is also getting compressed at some points. My mattresses are under warranty. Kindly arrange for the resolution at the earliest.

      I bought 4 Kurl on Mattresses from a local authorised dealer. One of them sagged & had deep depressions from 2 sides. It has become useless as anyone sleeping on it now will have back because of the deep sagging.

      I contacted the dealer with the orignal bill, manufacturing date sticker & other details. He said to contact the company & get it changed. It took 1-2 months for him this way but nothing happened. Later I got a call from the company & they said to make a video with 2 pens & a thread measuring with the scale, showing the depressions in the video.

      After doing all this circus I uploaded the video in the link they sent. After few days I got a message from the Company that the request has been resolved. I contacted the company by call centre, they said depressions are not visible in the video. I asked them to send someone for inspection. They said no one is there for the same.

      Then I took another video this time showing clearly in the video & picture. Same thing happened they closed the complaint saying sagging is not deeper than 1.5 inches.

      Then I took another video doing the same circus, then again they rejected saying you're pressing hard to show this.

      The dealer at least has some sense to say, that I'll repair at my own cost if Company's attitude is like this. Shame on you KURL ON. Even after buying so many Mattresses from your brand from these many years, you don't even have a representative to come & inspect the product in Bangalore city.

      After wasting so much time in making those videos to convince you that it's really a faulty mattress & not sleep worthy, I am fed up & want my money back. Now a days there are so many companies offering trial sleeping period for mattress & no questions asked returns.This is not expected from a brand like Kurl-on

              I purchased two Kurlo coir mattress on 08/06/2020. I was given 2 years warranty on those two mattress.
              I raised complaint about those two mattress on 21/10/2021 as they developed bulging issue. I was told by customer support that bulging is covered under warranty. I gave proof video, bill and mrp label picture on 28/10/2021. But till today no solution was given to me. I was told wait 1 month, 15 days, 20 days etc. And now warranty period is over.
              For example I'm attaching a photo of chat with a kurl-on executive (+91 [protected]). I resent him the proof video, bill and mrp label picture on 13/06/2022 and he told me on 15/06/2022 that complaint is recreated and within 15 days replacement will be done. And today is 05/07/2022 and still no replacement.

                I purchased 02 mattresses of Curl-on on 26.06.2022 with size of 72x32x4.5 for my double bed.
                Due to one of them found defected, same was replaced with complaint No. 14803343 on 02.07.2022 by size 72x32x5
                Now both the mattresses are different in their thickness i.e. 4.5 and 5 which is required to change with similar size in their thickness for comfort sleep.
                Hence, it is requested to replace my mattress and provide the size of 72x32x5 to me at the earliest.
                In this regard my new complaint No. 15121760 may also be referred.

                  Dear Team,

                  Please be informed that we bought Kurlobond in 2021 January.

                  We are finding defects in the bed so after having discussion with customer service I went for a replacement option and after reviewing my documents it got approved.

                  For the new mattress, I have choosen Relish mattress with the dimension of 78*60*6+1 and additionally I have paid 13780rs.

                  On June 23rd delivery person came with the replacement but it was incorrect dimensions. Instead of 78*60*6+1, they came with the 78*60*6... +1 was missing in that bill copy as well price sticker so after having discussion with customer service I haven't accept the matters.

                  After all these incident, i spoken with customer service executive to know the status and it's been fourth time but still they are listening as a new query and telling the same dialogue each time that I'll register your complaint sir & our team will connect with you in 48hr but still nothing happened. Even there is no response for the email i sent.

                  It is really frustrated. I haven't get any acknowledgement yet and not sure whether I'll get it.

                  I must to know the answer for below

                  What action you guys taken????
                  When I'll get my order?
                  Whether I'll be getting the correct product?

                  Expecting the resolution at the earliest.

                    Company has provided very poor mattress. I have purchased mattress from an authorized dealer and after using of 5-6 days mattress showing some bunjing issue (Surface is not smooth of the mattress)
                    Registered complain on 23-Apr-2022 and complaint ID is 11815774 and company has replace the mattress on 13-May-2022.
                    Again company has provide defected mattress and facing same issue. I have register complaint under ID 13195392 on 23-May-2022. I have request company to refund my amount. I have no so much amount to spend on mad quality material.
                    Don't know what quality check company has followed where bad quality material has passed and mark that material as tested and OK.
                    Company customer care executive have no proper knowledge to attend the customer and understand the concern.
                    Customer care executives has no call transfer facility they have no access to forward the call to their seniors.
                    For all the questions they have only one answer our team will contact you in 12-48 hours and that's never happen.

                    Today got call from customer care and they are asking for replacement. But I need refund as I have no trust on Kurlon. How I can believe them. Always they have delivered defective matters. Company has no quality check so I need refund only

                      Hi, I have purchased Dream sleep Bonell matress 3 days back and It is huge disappointing, that I am having severe back pain from Day 1.
                      Unable to sleep properly.
                      I using Kurlon matress from years but never had a problem with them.
                      Please look into this issue

                          I have purchased a Kurlon Ortho 78x72x5 inch mattress from Sushma Distributors, Ranchi on 21.10.2021 vide invoice Serial Number : SD/812. I am having cervical problem so I purchased Kurlon Ortho 78x72x5 inch mattress. After hardly using 2 to 3 months the matters sagged on both side (photos & Videos are uploaded herewith for ready reference). Now I am unable to sleep on this mattress causing backache and cervical pain. A complain was logged on 09.05.2022 vide id no 12755568. It was told that sagging is below one and half inches so replacement not approved but actually the sagging is more than one and half inches and while sleeping it further increases. Shall I wait for grooming of my cervical pain for replacement of mattress as per your norms or you will consider my genuine problem. No where in warranty it is mentioned such conditions.
                          I am struggling from your dealer, Sushma Distributors, Ranchi and your toll free no since weeks but it goes in vain.
                          Such a reputed company products having 10 years warranty will not harass his customer and compel to move to higher platforms of media, Public Grievance Portal of Govt. of India & consumer forum of Jharkhand Jurisdiction.
                          Please redress my grievance immediately. The quality of such high priced products must be maintained as per reputation.
                          Hope a positive order from your side to concerned dealer for replacement at the earliest.

                              I have bought one king size Kurl-on cot around two years ago from Fantastic Jeyachandran pallikarani branch chennai. At that time of purchase they said 3 years warranty for that and it'll not brake if someone jumping on the cot.

                              Just 2 persons are using the cot. Past week one part of the cot braked. I already informed to the shop but they said you should contact the Kurl-on customer care, I tried to reach your customer care number but cannot connect the call. I have attached the bill copy and the picture of cot with this. I also bought the mattress also in kurl-on. If the product is damaged within 3 years how come we prefer to buy kurl-on products further.

                              So kindly resolve this issue asap.

                              Simply waste to Raise a complaint here, better never buy a Kurl-On Products further, because no one contact me regarding about the complaint from their customer service. Try to imporve the quality of the Products nd Customer service too, Don't cheat the consumers like this.

                                The mattress are depressed on both the side and center is high. It's nt acceptable for a mattress in just 2 years after purchase.

                                  I have been trying to replace my bed which has sagged within 4month of the bed bought. I have been raising complaint from past 2months but no solution provided and saying that correct measurement not taken. I have been posting vedio of the sagged bed with all measurements and they are even not sending any person to check the fault. Need resolution at the fast.

                                    I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in my mattress and this is the second time for 2nd mattress in which the same problem is occurred, in my opinion there is mistake in the all lot manufactured on that time, kindly solve the issue and change my mattress ASAP.
