    I have bought a Kurl mattress from Delhi retailer. Immediately after buying we saw change in teh shape of mattress . We are trying to reach the retailer but he has closed the shop and didn't pick up the phone. For a mattress worth 17 thousands rupees, the company should be responsible for quality. We are totally disappointed from the service

      We purchased a new Kurlon Mattress as per bill of Jiwan Ram Industries 110/177 R K NAGAR KANPUR ON 06.12.2020 copy of bill enclosed for your ready reference. With in few months the One of the Mattress has bended and De Structure, where as I was informed that the same will never Deshaped and bend or de structure . You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue,

            I had bought a Kurlon Mattress- Ortho magic in August 2020 from Guwahati, Assam.
            The product has a warranty of 7 years.
            The product was bought from M/s G.P.Enterprise, RGB Road, Guwahati vide invoice no GPE/G/209 dated 20.8.2020.

            After about 4months o[censored]se, the mattress has become sunken / depressed in the middle and is causing much discomfort.
            I am attaching pictures of the mattress. It may please be noted that the sunken part is not visible properly in the photos.

            As the product has become defective after using for only 4 months, I took up the matter with the Co and requested for a refund. The company asked for details to file complaint and same was sent on 30.3.2021. But there is no response after that.

            I request that Kurlon may be asked to refund me the amount of Rs 21, 000/

            I was informed vide SMS that my complaint was rejected as sagging measurement was not given. I took advice from Customer complaint of Kurlon on how to give measurement. Thereafter, sagging measurement was given on 19.5.2021. The sagging measurement was 1.90 inches. Till date there is no response from the Company.

              I had ordered Kurlon Rutile 5 inch King Coir Mattress 75 inch from Flipkart. The mattress started sagging within 10 days. When contacted with Flipkart, they said that the mattress cant be replaced. Later When I contacted Kurl-On they asked me to send the photos of mattress via watsapp number. [protected]. I had sent them the photos on 9th April. It is 22nd April and still I didnot get any response from them either on wats app or phone or mail.

              I am getting back pain due to sagging of mattress. Please address the issue ASAP.

              When I was trying to upload the pictures The page was not letting me upload.

              A disappointed customer.

                      I raised complaint stating that bed going way to inside while sleeping which giving us body and neck pains. I dislocated my right hand while waking up from bed. When I submitted the documents they saying the bed should go 1.5 inch deep. Problem is when we sleep bed is going so deep my neck is raising and my lower body going inside with the bed. My family suffering alot. Please repair or replace it.

                                      I wish to complain against a pair of Kurl-On (Model_Fresh Mattress - 72x36x4.5"). I had purchased this from Jiwan Ram Industries, 110/17, R.K Nagar Kanpur- 208012 dated 03.05.2019 with reference P.O No. JR/101

                                      I am complaining this because said mattress are completely deshaped from the middle and its really very uncomfortable to sleep over it, even we are facing challenges to get a good sleep with lots of back pain. To resolve this problem I would like you to please ask your representative to visit our place if required and after investigation or arrange an urgent replacement.

                                      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 7 working days.
