I have purchased a Kurlon mattress(3 X 6 FT") on 17 th sep.2008.from Hi sOCIETY Furnishing, jhanda chowk, Sakchi, Jamshedpur.It's hardly one month to go, now the mattress is sagging from one of its corner.I have contacted the said dealer, his response was shocking to me.He said that let the mattress be sagged, it's hardly one month, use it for another few months.It will be seeen afterwards. I HAD BOUGHT ANGELICA MATTRESS( kurlon) FROM DIAMOND RUBBER, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI IN APRIL 2006. IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2007 I SAW THERE IS A SMALL DIP APPERAING IN THE MATTRESS AND I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE CONTACTING YOUR OFFICE FOR THIS PROBLEM.
