K2825 order not received even after 8 days.

I have not received my order even though it is in my city for the last 5 days. I tried to call the courier company and they stated that it is been on hold as your company has not paid the courier charges. I asked if I can pay the charge and get it released. But that's not a possible option. I am really disappointed by the service as I have ordered the mattress for my parents. Even the customer service does not have clear detail of the issue. They have been giving false hope of getting it delivered the next day and it's been happening for a week.

Matters destroyed by bubbles and ups and downs

Three months back we bought a mattress and now the mattress effected with pits

I bought a kurlon mattress an year back from a small shop/ reseller.
Now that mattress is getting subpressed from both the sides.
I call the customer care, they refused to take my Complain.
Mattress is under warranty. Please connect to me for resolution @. [protected]

I have been trying to get my complaint or issue resolved, but it has been a very difficult ride so far for me. I had raised a complaint for my sofa set (the complaint ID is 3871243), for which I have made follow up calls as well, but my issue is still unresolved.

Please expedite and try to address this issue immediately.

I bought double bed mattresses from curl on which are now coming out 3 inches from the bed and the stitching of the mattress is also opening. It's only been 6 months since the mattress was taken. The shop RD Electronics from where I have bought these mattresses is not taking its responsibility. please help me Thank you .

Sir, we have procured Curl on Foa Matress in the month of October 2020 with brand LEGEND. SIZE 1.83Mx1.52Mx12.7Cm.
We started using rarely as it is Guest room of our Flat. Recently we observed that the Foam is not at showing the property of elasticity and creating severe backpain only because of the Mayress. I think the supplier at Vepagunta, Visakhapatnam has sold a duplicate item in the name of Legend. Please send your inspection person to validate the product and if necessary request you to replace the item as given in the Waranry leaflet.

I am using kurlon dream star mattress and fabric stitch starts opening up and moreover fabric also starts tearing
This indicate very bad quality.I need resolution by replacement or refund

We purchased Kurlon mattress 3 years back, mattress quality is very poor, somewhere its shape is deterioted, we raised complain earlier as well, need to change the mattress

The thread that binds the corners of mattresses has opened and reluctantly the mattress has loosened.

Received faulty product complain but closed without any communication ''complaint no. 2188473"
One year passed but not replaced yet.

I brought 8" Inch kurlon matress for double bed just 5-6month back and got sagged in middle. Please look into this on priority.

I purchased Mattress on July 27th still there is no update from kurl on. I keep calling customer care but no proper response I am getting. Please initiate a complain on this. My order number in kurlon is K2539.

Ordered on 24th july. But till now not recieved any updates from the site. Contacted the customer care service Center but no responses. Worried about the delivery.

Kurl on ortho mattress is highly uncomfortable and causing body ache. My regular pillow is not comfortably settling on the mattress causing severe neck pain

We had purchased 2 mattress in 2019,
Supposedly anti bedbugs however we have found bugs in both mattresses????

Purchased a new kurlon memory foam pillow(chimera) and smells like chemicals after opening it. Smell is too pungent and strong that it is very hard to sleep.

We booked a kurl on 5" matress vide order inv no 2124 dt 16/7/21 whereby a representative of Esteem agencies, #7, view point, opp spice garden restaurant, opp Muneswar Temple, Marathalli-whitefield road, Marathalli, Bengaluru-560037, Landline[protected], Mob -[protected], came to our house and took our booking for a Kurl on mattress for Rs15000/-. He took 5000/- advance and issued order form for 79"*71" inch matress and mentioned delivery date as 21-07-21 and assured delivery at our home in Rohan Vasantha apptt for Rs 200/- autofare, which is 2 minute distance from the shop address. Despite 20 or more telephone requests on Mob No [protected] wef 21-7-21, they are not delivering the matress, but giving some or other flimsy reason. We are senior citizens and very sick persons -husband and wife -and needy people. Kindly look into the matter as we believe Kurl-On and have been doing so since so many past years.
