I was disappointed after receiving this message, I have purchased mattress before one month, after few days it was found manufacturing defect.

        Mattress variety - Relax foam mattress
        Size - 75 X 48 (5" thickness)
        Purchase date - 05/03/2020

        Mattress is bulging at middle when not in use. While using, it is sagging alot.
        Please replace this mattress ASAP
        Please log it as a high prority complaint as it is not comfortable to sleep in this kind of mattress

              Mattress is under 2 years warranty but went bad within 6 months. Contacted Kurlon and they said it could be a possible manufacturing defect. They informed that the mattress could be replaced. I have been constantly following up but could not get a proper response. I have emailed them and also sent documents on Whatsapp as requested but they are not responding. I have been calling since 07/08/2020 and every time they say that the complaint has been looked into. I have attached the complaint mail that was sent to them along with the purchase receipt. Could you kindly help me out to get this resolved.

                1) Wet mattress delivered. Totally wet on both sides for about a foot(12 inches) length on one end of the mattress. Looks like the mattress was stored in wet conditions on that side.

                2) Tear on mattress (red choir mattress), as shown on pictures below.

                Kindly replace both the mattresses or refund amount.
