I had purchased a Kurl On mattress around 2.5 years back with a 5 year warranty. Within an year o[censored]sage the mattress started sagging. I registered a complaint with the helpline for free mattress replacement. Since i logged the complaint after an year of purchase i was offered a replacement on a 60 (self)-40 (company) cost sharing basis (or 50-50 ... not very sure). I had booked an Ortho mattress of Kurlon make through M/S Agrawal brothers of dehri- on- sone in the month of 16.11.2012. At the time of booking dealer said that there is a mini blanket gift of worth Rs. 2900/- with 6/6.5 ortho mattress. I purchased a Kurl-on Matress in Feb, 2010 with a 1 year warranty and within 3 months of purchasing the mattress developed holes and got pushed inside leading to an unvenen surface and as a resule the matress was not in a usable state. I registered the complaint to Kurl on customer care in August 2010. but nobody responding .Hence Please look into this matter and replace the mattress.
