He showed me a new bed and only one bed was avaiable he said, but when he delivered the product he sent an old used bedand not the one he showed to me, I called him and spoke to him, he said that I have to contact Kurlon limited and that the bed has 10 years warranty and they will replace it I called and a Business Officer came home and inspected...
