My complaint no. 1527528 has not been attended because service engg. Mr. Panduranga mobile no.[protected] can't come before 11.30 a.m. though I requested to him that I have to go office by 10.30 am so please come before 10.30 am but he said I can't come at your preferred time. So when I talk regarding this to toll free no.[protected] then again they said we have only one service technician for your area and you have to stay at home by his preferred time. It means I have to take half day leave from office to attain kurlon service technician.
This is very disgraceful service experience. Please do needful to save your organisation goodwill.

    I raised 4 complaints to Kurl on customer care and every time they send their person name umesh.he comes and takes photo and agreed that it's a SAGGING problem but he go and update as customer is facing back pain and neck pain.everytime Kurlon closes the request saying replacement not approved due to back pain and neck pain and there is no sagging.
    This circus is going on from past many months.i paid heavily for this mattress and it's a serious sagging problem in which mattress has to be replaced.
    This is height that they simply close the request without even asking customer.

      I have taken Kurlon sandwitch mattress in April and used for 2 days. Back pain got started. Technician visited and suggested for replacement. Till date not received new mattresses. Raised complaint and customer care saying issue will be resolved ASAP. Dropped mail to customer care but no response. there is not response to the mails sent to Kutl-on.

        I raised a complaint (Tn 82222) in april 2015 about faults in the mattress however it is not resolved till today and the customer care as well provides pathetic service by not resolve is not resolving the complaints. It was said to be replaced on co payment basis and i was to pay a sum of 11000 inr. I agreed for it, even then the replacement did not happen since one and a half year now.

        Please resolve the issue asap.

          My ticket no is 1424896. Kurlon representative visited our home and taken phots and sais it is 1.5 inches sacking and we will replace it he told. He has updated everything. After that since 2 months i am calling customer care. They are telling we are escalating your ticket soon we will get back to you.

          Till now no response. If we call they will escalate. I asked them to cc your escalation copy so that i can have track. They will tell very intelligently they do not have access to send mails outside. They promised 10 - 15 replacement. After two months also no response.

          Please help me to get the mattress.

          I have purchased the kurlon matress but it have very bad quality inbetween it chnaged shape
          I am totally not satisfied due to my complaint not resolved, next time I will not purchase any product of Kurlon I purchased kurlon product from vapi after one month it was observed one ft deep so I contacted customer care pics were taken but no reply .

            As we registered complaint about poor quality of matters of kurlon-, as we purchase 2 nos matters from m/s shree ram paints from july 2015 as we intimated to vendor for replace the matters due to quality is not upto the mark. He suggest us for book complaint on company website, as we booked complaint through ticket id: ticket id :1462245 dt:28th july & 1464155 dt 30.07.2016. Kurl on representative mr. Laxmi narayan patwa has been visited and found our complaint is okay.
            After 10 days pass we dont have prompt action against our complaint.

              This was 20 days back that i have lodged a complaint thru email. I have so far not received any response leave alone redressel of the complaint. I am once again furnishing below the complaint. If i do not receive any response within next one week, i will seek justice from consumer forum.

              Details of the complaint :

              I have purchased two relax mattresses 4 inches thick each - one of 3 ft x 6 ft and the other is of 2.5 ft x 6 ft size from m/s stylex mattress & furnitures, #169/y-1, 4 th phase, 7 th block, bsk iii stage, 100 ft ring road, bangalore 560085 on 23 july 2016 and paid total cash of rs. 6, 120/-. Upon delivery of the products, i have noticed on the mattresses that "get free gift with this mattress". When i asked for the same, the seller refused to provide the same and said that since the price paid by me includes no free gift. This i feel is unfair since the paid price and the free gift announced by the company are exclusive to each other. Please advise the seller to give the free gifts. If i do not get any positive response within next 15 days, i will be constrained to seek justice from the statutory authorities.

                  I had purchased mattress on 15/12/2014. I had lodged complaint on 10/02/2016 vide complaint no. Tn99062. I came to know that my complaint has been approved for replacement. But till now i have not received replacement. Every time i call customer care they say same thing as follows
                  "your complant has been approved for replacement but we dont know why replacenment is not done i have mailed the manger and we will call back"
                  This same thing they say every time.
                  Purchased on 10/1/2013, From Royal Furniture Puttur- 574201.The item was look nice when i purchased. After six months all parts of the bed was spoiled and the screws are rusted out. Now every part of the bed broken and cannot be used.

                      I had lodged a complaint [tn91754] on october 2015. Till now the replacement hasn't happened. Its 11 months now i have been following up with the customer care. They have the worst process of escalation. Every random customer care person that i talk to, salim, parveen, joshi hussain etc, are escalating the issue to higher level - thane branch manager for last two months & yet i get no call back, no resolution, & everytime i am told to call a week later. & after every week the status remains as it is & the promise is again repeated.

                      I too have lodged complaint on 10/02/2016 complaint No. TN99062 and my matress was saggeg to 1.7 inches. I was surprised to read your complaint as I too facing the same problem as written by you. SAME PINCH...

                        I had lodged a complaint [tn98789] on 6th feb 2016. Till now the replacement hasn't happened. Its 6 months now i have been following up with the customer care.                             I had purchased a matress on 12 june 2016 from matress house, shop no. c-871 behind rehan brothers raheem nagar, mahanagar, lucknow. matress purchased by me is defective. with in one month its spring became defective and matress got down 2 inch. i complained about this problem to the concern shop but got no response. kindly look into the matter and replace it.

                              I purchased a pair of kurl-on mattress (Apsara) 75x36x4 from hsr layout, bangalore on 29th june 2016. But could not use them as the mattress was larger than my bed. The seller/ kurlon distributor has given wrong mattress. He sold a larger mattress as it was costlier.. Complaint was lodged with your customer care. Your representative visited few days back to check the mattress and provide replacement accordingly. Our bed size was also taken by the representative concerned.

                              More than two weeks have passed; no one came to replace the mattress with suitable sized mattress. Customer care representatives are showing reluctance / making excuses which are not good on the part of such a reputed co.Instead tarnishing the image of kurl-on. May i request to do the needful at your earliest please.
                              My complaint no TA 1564 for change of mattresses is pending since Feb 2016.

                                Hi i bought a kurlon king size classic mattress thinking that i am spending money on a trustworthy brand, it was bought in 2010, already since one year we are facing severe back pain due to sagging, i raised a complaint with customer support. The guys came and said there is 1inch sagging and nothing can be done as it is not 1.5 inch and beyond 5 years. Is this the kind of support you give? I feel i have wasted my hard earned money on you guys. I don’t have a proper resolution yet on my ticket 1447941. Can someone please look into it. Else for sure i will escalate this and share with everyone i know in my circle.

                                  I am a defence officer and bought a pair of rubberisedcoir mattress apsara from canteen stores department on 13 jul 16. The size require was 72*36 and was given a size of 75*36. My bed size is of size 72*36. The mattress of 75 donnot fit on my bed. Canteen has the policy of not replacing or refunding the money. Customer care was called. A rep did visit and said the size would be cut by the dealer. But here the dealer is csd. The brand new mattress lying at home and with no disposal. I am sure the company can help me out. My only request is to pl help me in change of size. Csd wont do it and i am in lurch. Obviouusly an item worthrs 9316 is lying waste and idle.                                     This has reference to my purchase of 1 mattress, make curl-on, vide bill no.319 dt. 2/7/2015 for rs. 7500/-

                                    I regret to say that my repeated requests for replacement of this mattress as it sagged only after a month o[censored]se, have not found favour with your dealer / company so far. The problem in mattress was promptly brought into the notice of your dealer m/s. The dealer did not do the needful and the problem was reported at your tollfree number. Thereafter i talked to your manager mr. Ashok, who in turn gave the number of mumbai office incharge ms. Sumiti. My calls to sumiti are being ignored and no action has been initiated to redress my grievance so far.
                                    Now through this letter of mine, i give you a last opportunity to replace the defective item or refund my full amount, lest i am forced to approach the state consumer forum for due compensation in the matter.

                                      My metres classic defective some border type appeared in metres and not sleep well am from gujarat city rajkot my ticket no-1362620 your representative manoj gohil inspected my mattrss on 25-may 2016 and taken photo of metres & bill i asked four time to your customer care staff but till date my problem not solve and every time your custmor care person given replied that it will be solve within week & also said talk to manoj gohil about your problem due to your report not updated by him
                                      please solve my problem earlier as possible because I trust in Kurlon and in my home there are three metres used in my individual family and I hope my problem will be solve early

                                        My spring mattress need to be replaced as it got teared off and inner material is coming out. as it is under warranty, so it should be replaced but i get complaint registered for same on 21 jun 2016. next day inspection is done by kurl-on. but since when i didn't get any call from kurl-on. when ever i called customer care they told me to wait till 3 or 4 day as complaint is under process. it have been 1.5 months since i logged complaint but still i am waiting for it's resolution. please tell me how can i get my mattress replaced from kurl-on. i have all bills/ warranty card etc.
                                        My complaint no under kurl on is 1355230.
