I raised 4 complaints to Kurl on customer care and every time they send their person name umesh.he comes and takes photo and agreed that it's a SAGGING problem but he go and update as customer is facing back pain and neck pain.everytime Kurlon closes the request saying replacement not approved due to back pain and neck pain and there is no sagging.

I have taken Kurlon sandwitch mattress in April and used for 2 days. Back pain got started. Technician visited and suggested for replacement. Till date not received new mattresses. Raised complaint and customer care saying issue will be resolved ASAP. Dropped mail to customer care but no response. there is not response to the mails sent to Kutl-on....

I raised a complaint (Tn 82222) in april 2015 about faults in the mattress however it is not resolved till today and the customer care as well provides pathetic service by not resolve is not resolving the complaints. It was said to be replaced on co payment basis and i was to pay a sum of 11000 inr. I agreed for it, even then the replacement did not happen since one and a half year now.

Please resolve the issue asap....
