    I bought your Kurl-on RELAX foam Mattress 3 months back. I was told by your authorized Dealer, that you can buy Kurl on mattress without having any doubt or worry. The quality of the product is very good. But now, It is totally pressed from the center. It is completely bend from the center and its really very difficult to sleep on your mattress.It started giving me a backache.It is very sad to say that such a big company makes such product. I request you to kindly replace the mattress. I am attaching the picture of the condition of new bought mattress. Please have a look. In Photo It might not look bend but it is..       SIR, I PURCHASED KURLOBOND 2 NOS MATTRESS AT SRI LAXMI FURNITURE, NEREDMET, Hyderabad on 13th May 2015. I received same on 14th night around 7pm. On 15th May i complained that the delivered mattress was damaged and to replace.(plz see the picture). The damage is mattress backside cover is not properly jointed. Till now no response from him. He always admit that company people will come and see.Till now no one is come from company. I request you kindly replace the mattress immediately. P.         I bought a mattress on 18th may 2015 but as I removed the packing n checked the size to be small for my cot then I asked the dealer to take that mattress n give me another one he sent the other one n sent his men to change it while they found that I had removed the packing anyways they unpacked the corr ect sized mattress now after taking the other mattressback he is asking us to buy that other mattress also pls help .

          I had purchased a KurlOn mattress in October 2012. Logged a complaint of sagging in the mattress long back in December 2014. The technician visited and confirmed that there is an issue and that he would issue a rebate letter immediately. It has been 5+ months now, and I have not got this letter yet. I have been following up on this complaint every week and sometimes twice a week ever since. And KurlOn has been so pathetic in their customer service that they have not been able to get this resolved even after so many months! Even the repeated mails i have sent to their customer care have gone unseen/with no response from them. I am out of options now and am unsure of how to proceed - I want a replacement mattress ASAP!

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am Dr Amarjeet Gambhir from Ludhiana, Punjab. This is in reference to my complaint lodged in Feb 2015 with Kurlon helpline regarding sagging of a pair of Kurlo-coir mattress (Complaint No TN79182). I had bought the mattresses from Jaimal Singh & Son’s, Ludhiana (Invoice No. 640, dated[protected] with a 2 year free replacement guarantee & 2 year rebate warranty. Inspection of the mattresses was done by Mr Amardeep on[protected]Ref No RF07899) and I was assured that the mattresses being in the guarantee period would be replaced free of cost within 7-10 days. I would like to bring to our notice that it has been more than 2 months since then but the defective mattresses are yet to be replaced. I have called the Kurlon helpline 3-4 times since then & every time I was assured that I will receive a call from the zonal customer care regarding the same, but I have not received a single call from anyone from the company till now. I have also called the inspector, Mr Amardeep 2-3 times but have only got lame excuses from him. I am experiencing a lot of discomfort because of the sagged mattresses & am very surprised by the indifferent & unprofessional attitude of the company. I request you to kindly look into the matter & get the mattresses replaced as soon as possible.

            Kurl-On — Bought a kurlon mattries in Guntur really waste company and worst service

            Really the company is waste solving customer grevience. Have to sue this company and have to make a complaint to customer forum for worst service. Sick of this. Will never buy anything from this brand

              With due respect, it is submitted that, I had purchased the Kurlon Mattress last year in the Month of May, 2014...Unfortunately, the purchase Invoice is presently not traceable. Sir while going to purchase mattress in the market, I had gone through many online reviews of mattress provider in the market and finally i decided to buy a very well known brand in the market i.e. Kurlon and bought mattress. Sir ever since I bought your product, we are facing many problems including lower back problem, neck pain etc. Sir, when i purchased the mattress my supplier had told that this product is having lifetime replacement guarantee.                   I have complaint (TN78837) for a mattress that there is a sagging and its under warranty. One technical executive (Suresh from Hyderabad) came for the inspection also and gave us the receipt, called many time to him all the time he lies, he is not at all professional and 3 are months over . alternatively I have called Kurl customer care 4 times but they said that they have forwarded my details to Zonal officer and I will get a call from him but nothing happened. Worst service of the mattresses Thanks Surender

                  Kurlon Angelica mattress

                  Hi, been trying to reach customer care with regards to Angelica mattress we bought in 2009. The mattress is now in uneven shape and not comfortable to sleep. It's on 10 year warranty. Please resolve

                      Todays date is 30 March 2015; From the Complaint, the issue has been raised since Dec 2014.The request is for replacement of the double bed mattress with the below mail.I have not heard from Kurlon ever since. I have spokn to various customer care execs from your Org but all seem tp claim that I would getting a call from the Zonal office.me and my family have back pains lately and have not had a positive opinion from any of this.I request for the replacement as mentioned in the guarantee slip. I have been extremely patient over these months. Kurlon has a reputatiion for several years.Now with new players coming in, Kurlon isnt keeping its name like the earlier years. Basic commitments such as gurantee on replacements not met means the basic quality of the product not being met.

                        I purchased your products on last year and I facing uncomfortable on bed nature of problem sagging. I need to know what is the lead time to close service call your concern.                           I have complaint for a mattress that their is a sagging and its under warranty. One guy came for the inspection also and gve us the reciept, but 3 months pass by and I have called Kurl On toll free number 6-7 times but they say they have forwaded my details and I will get a call from customer care but nothing happened. Worst service of the mattresses I have ever come to and specially customer care guys they are so rude as I have owed something to them. Really disappointed Attaching inspection receipt.

                            Sir I filled complaint against the two KURLON MATTRESS purchased by me they are having multiple sharp knots from delivery itself. Complaint was filed and inspection done on 15th Oct. Purchase date of mattress is 06/SEP/2014. Complaint no. Is TN71246. Hoping the resolution at the earliest. Has called customer care for more than 3 times, last call made on 21st Feb 2015.

                                I raised a complaint at Kurlon customer care for 1 of my mattresses which have sagging problem on January 2015. Their executive inspected the fault on January 10th and agreed that there is problem. He promised to replace them within 10 days. To process the same he asked for the copy of bill which I produced and even sent a scanned copy of it the same day. After 15 days I called the customer care to know the status of replacement for which I got the response as "sir our zonal office will call you ASAP". I didnt get any call for 3 days and again called customer care. To my surprise I got the same response as if it is fed into the minds of executives. Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for the replacement. Because of the faulty mattresses, I and my wife are having backache problem. I could sense that Kurlon do not intend to resolve my problem and that's the reason I've now decided to drag the company to consumer forum. If anyone has better way to resolve this, please let me know.

                                  I had ordered a Kurl-on kurlo bond mattress of size 75 x 36 on 3rd of Feb 2015 from Kurl-on Mattress Xpress store at Marathalli. I was told that, since the size was not the regular single cot size they will have to ship it from the main company warehouse and it will take 3 days. I waited 3 days and on Sunday night(5th day) 10 :30 PM the delivery guy asked if he can come and deliver it, as we all were sleeping and that being a very odd time I said no. But he did not deliver it on the next day Monday and there was no response from the shop guys or Kurl-on on Tuesday as well. So i followed up the shop owner Ibrahim Shariff asking what happened. He said the Mattress taken from the Company seems to the normal 72x36 and not 75x36 which i had ordered. He is rectifying the mistake and will deliver the correct mattress by today(Tuesday evening itself). The delivery guy bought the Mattress at around 6 PM that day and to my surprise it was again the wrong size 72x36. I asked him to leave the mattress and come back with the correct size. It is Thursday now (a week has passed since i ordered the special size mattress ) and yet i haven't got the mattress.

                                      I purchased a Kurl On Mermaid Queen size mattress on[protected] from Kurl On Mattress xpress, Esteem agencies, Marathahalli, Bengaluru by paying an advance amount of Rs 11, 400. My Order number is 2038. I was told that it will be delivered within 2 days. It is[protected] today and it is still not delivered and there is no certainity that when it will be. Upon contacting they said that the fabric is from Belgium and so it is taking time. However, everyday when I called they told me that it will be delivered on that day. Mostly they dont pick up the phone. I told them that I am going to take back the advance money if they do not deliver it by[protected]. To which the owner of the store promised that they will do so. They even said on[protected] that the mattress has arrived in Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru and that they will deliver it on[protected]. However, to my dismay it is[protected], evening 3:30 PM and there is no information of the delivery and the product. These kind of franchises are big black marks on esteemed company like Kurl-On

THE CASH BILL NO. IS 5013-19/09/2014. BUT WITH IN A SPAN OF 100 DAYS, I NOTICED THE SIDE BEEDING OF THE MATTRESS WAS TORN AND DAMAGED.
