My Complaint no is TN916799, I have Tried approaching Kurlon on the customer care, however every time they say they had already forwarded the request to the head quarters, however i haven't received any reply from them. Almost a Month i am trying to reach out to the company but now the customer care no also come busy and my call always be on waiting and get disconnected after 15 min. My mattress is in warranty period however i am not getting the replacement/repair from the kurl-on. Please help in Regards Ankit Mittal [protected]

Want to let you know that I have purchased one mattress of your company from your dealear Ruchi shop main Road Jagdalpur.which my mattress got bend from the all sides also I went to the dealer and told him about the mattress and he suggest me to file the complaint on the toll free number but didnt get success to conect with your company people. after than I'm complaining again and again but I don't get any response from your company.       Hi I purchased my first memory foam pillow on 30 Aug 2015, when we opened the cover, it was smelling very bad.. we complained to the store and store keeper asked to register a complaint with Kurlon and the pillow will be replaces within 2 days. i have complained on 10 Sep 15 complaint No. TN90270. its been 20 days, nobody called back or taken any action. really bad company and poor customer service.

      wanted to mention, Pillow has been replaced within a week on the complaint. very good support from the consumer complaint help desk.. they called twice and explained in details about the further steps and what documents needed. this was really helped me. Kurlon team responded in two days and got replacement in 5days. thank you very much consumer Heldesk. truly appreciated your help.

        I bought two kurlon mattresses n among the two one is a bad quality degraded matress. Its not been a month since i bought these matresses and the matress is getting sacked I tried calling the customer care n got a complaint number as well but no action as been taken till date Infact the customer care have stopped responding now Worst compny kurlon n even d worst services

          Hello everyone, I have bought a Kurlon mattress few months i.e on 02/04/15 which comes under warranty. I have registered a compalint through E-Mail on 21/07/15 to ([protected]@kurlon.com) and got response from one of Executive from ([protected]@kurlon.org) and I got my complaint ID TN88538 on 13/08/15. From that day I never got any response after repeated request. Moving forward If any one can help please let me know and I won't prefer this company again because After Sale service is very much important which Kurlon is not at its best.             I had purchased one double bed spring matters from pradise foam Traders Mangolpuri Delhi on dated 16/11/2014 vide bill no. 2373 but unfortunately some area in the middle part of the matters has been sagged.               I had purchased 2 mattresses from Sikanderpur, Gurgaon Haryana on 3.8.15 and the mattresses were delievered on 5th August. They were shorter by 2"when we opened the plastic cover after one week. We have made many complaints but nothing has been done so far. My complaint no.is 89121. When we were purchasing mattresses we were fully assured that they are under warranty and nothing to worry. But after so many complaints to Customer care so many time nothing has been done.                 I registered complaint for kurlobond matress for deformation. Tn 88729 on 16th aug. The person told me that someone will call me asap. now more than 15 days are over no one has attended to my complaint. Please dont buy kurl on mattres as they are not good quality and on top of that no one will hear to your complaint.

                  This is kamal kumar, purchased a kurlon mettress in 2012 with 5 year warranty, after completion of 2 year stiches being opened automatically day by day, I called to customer care before 6 months and last month kurlon person visited at place and he told it is completely damaged, so he suggested me to take new one and for warranty he can arranged 10% discount on new one, I requested to repair the existing one, but he refused to do so.

                    As already made the complaint for the mattress but till now no one has come to change it. It has been one month when complaint was made but no action was taken till now. Mattress are really causing problem, we are unable to sleep. Many times talked to the executive and always get single response sending your complaint to next level on high priority. But still nothing happened. They dnt understand the meaning of high priority. Kurlon is the worst company I have ever seen. They just make fool of customers. Never buy KurlOn product. Again saying do change mattress otherwise i need to take some legal action against you. Complaint number: 86346.

                      Dear sir My Bill No.531116 Dated 07.02.2015 retail store is Saravana Stores, Chennai 600017 Due to bad quality of materials, the bed is found some natural damages within 5 months usage. the mattress is tearing and not in use, so pl send ur technician for inspecting and kindly be replaced with good materials.                       I have called more than 5 times. Despite this mail nobody have called me until now. It seems nobody is interested over customer issues.
                      I have already told to your customer care department that the material used for outer cover is of worst quality or very old one (I have talked to other customers and they told me that this has happened with them after 8-10years o[censored]se.)

                      Its more than a month since my repeated requests.
                      Please write me in mail that whether you are going to take any action or not.
                      So that I would take appropriate action.

                        Dear Sumathi, It is almost a month now and repeated reminders, but still no satisfactory reply from your end... Half of the time you are on leave and the other staff at your office is absolutely callous and ignorant to respond. I want a reply today for my query or else give me your nodal officer's number so that the query can be escalated. I am mentioning upfront that for the poor quality mattresses sent by your company, my wife has suffered from a severe back problem for which she is undergoing treatment at Bethany hospital... If the query is not responded I will be forced to pull you all to a consumer court. It is absolutely unprofessional on part of a company like Kurlon to have such an unresponsive attitude.                         Hello All,
                        please note, Kurlon company has threatened me saying that without money they will not do the replacement. The product i purchased has 3 years warranty and i have raised the complaint with in the warranty period but still they are not ready to do the needful. I have got an approval from the Kurlon CRM team saying that the replacement has been approved but still they are not listening to the customer. Here i have attached the SMS that i have received.
                        Shame on you people. I am going to put the FIR copy against Kurlon for the same.

                            Issue was reported in a week of purchase. Person came for inspection and confirmed the product to be defective.                               I had purchased a Kurlon mattress for 42000/- in March. The mattress is little oversized and we have have been trying to contact customer care people to help resolve the issue. its been almost a month the lazy bum customer care folks don't move, doesn't bother to reply. Customer care attendants have no manners as to how to talk to customers. Our issue has not been resolved at all till now. The zonal office doesn't bother to respond to client queries. We have to keep calling them. Horrible horrible and most horrible experience on customer service front.

                                  I bought the Kul-on bed 77x72x4 on 03/05/2013 from Kasaragod Nalpad furniture. Now bed become down at body area and bottom torn cloth and visible coir .The bed name is Furno bed and I didn't found guarantee card but one sticker showing "selected Superbrand India2009-10 consumer validated. Pls let know how many years of guarantee available .Please reply soon
