It is almost a month now and repeated reminders, but still no satisfactory reply from your end... Half of the time you are on leave and the other staff at your office is absolutely callous and ignorant to respond.
I want a reply today for my query or else give me your nodal officer's number so that the query can be escalated.
I am mentioning upfront that for the poor quality mattresses sent by your company, my wife has suffered from a severe back problem for which she is undergoing treatment at Bethany hospital... If the query is not responded I will be forced to pull you all to a consumer court.
It is absolutely unprofessional on part of a company like Kurlon to have such an unresponsive attitude.
Waiting for an urgent solution.
