hi,
I bought Cot with bed in deccan Furniture Show Room, Chrompet, in october, at that time they dont have stock so, they provide Rubaco bed instead of Kurlon bed, and told to use that until they provide Kurlon bed, will exchange with in 1 week, but after i month when we ask, they told no stock, to try that bed iteself, if any problem form Rubaco bed, they will change one new rubaco bed instead of old bed... we refuse that..
After 3 months, when we ask they are not exchaning the bed, they are telling to use that itself..

please any one help us to resolve it..

    The company supplied us with a SpineKare Mattress worth Rs 22000/- for 2 Single beds. Both the beds were faulty and after many followups we were able to get them to come and take a look at the beds during December. They replaced both. Both these are again worse and we have been trying to get somebody from the company to address our grievance. Both o[censored]s are old and are unable to bear the pain of having to sleep on the deficient mattresses every night.

      A pair of Mattresses purchased from Canteen Store Department Bareilly (UP) on 21st Jan 2009 despite repeated complaints to the supplier no response was received . Latter on Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari (Sr. Business officer ) from Ghaziabad visited to check and find faulty mattresses in December 2009 . He Was agreed to exchange the faulty mattresses with the new pair . Still no further action has been taken on our genuine complaint. They must send letter to us to exchange from their supplier .

        We've purchased a mattress vide bill no sal-016565 on 7/2/09 supplied by priya marketing c- 37 2nd avenue anna nagar chennai. this was a replacement for the earlier mattress purchased from the dealer- New foam palace No 50 halls road chennai (original purchase date -8/12/2008) . The same started sagging again within 2 months and even after repeated contact and reminders your local office has not responded properly. One Mr. Gunashekhar supposed to be area branch manager having cell no [protected] has been repeatedly telling that he will come and do the needful but all in vain till today. we are using your mattress for last 15 years without any complaint previously but this time the mattress is not of the same quality and top of that the response from your local office is highly irresponsible. Iwill request the concerned authority to take a proper action immediatedly to avoid any consequences later on. awaiting your response.

          I had purchased sofa-cum-bed (FU0107) from Total Mall Madiwala, Bangalore on 14 Feb 2009.

          The springs of this sofa-cum-bed became loose after 4 months o[censored]sages. i contacted customer case in Totals mall the one person visited my place and taken some snaps in September 09. He sent the details of my complains to Kurlon but No action was taken by Kurlon people.

          I am following up with them since then and i have got no reply till now.

          Kurlon is pathetic. Try Sleepwell flexi puf gold plus. It's much better.
          I purchased parry ware bath room fitting during during 2007 with ten year warranty. when i made a complaint to attend a repair, the service representative is charging service charge as well as the cost of components .it is not clear what is the meaning of warranty. Ref : Frindly services ( authorised service representative of Parryware/Roca products) Bill no. 4447 of 26/11/2010 and bill no; 10356 of 26/11/2010.

            I had bought the Kurl-on storage double bed on 06.12.2009 from Total Mall, Madivala, Bangalore. The so called delivery has been done on 15.12.2009 with both the sides of the double bed damaged.
            I have sopken number of times to the Total Mall Executive and his supervisior in the last six days without much success.

              Dear sir, i had purchased kurl-on mattresses on[protected] from your lucknow distributor : M/S Bharat Foam House, Opp. Sahara Shopping Centre, Faizabad Road, Indra Nagar, Lucknow. Tel. :[protected], 4011914.
              Distributor's Invoice Number 291 dated[protected] , Brand : Kurl-on Super Deluxe Ultra , Size: 72"/48"/4" , Sl.No. 258, Price Rs. 5260/=.

              For the last two months i have been pursuing M/S Bharat Foam House that the mattresses has sagged and it is not retaining its original shape on the top even this is happen durig the guarantee period which is hurting us. We have stopped using the the same.

              M/S Bharat have been given assurance that once you will give the photostat copies of the guarantee card and cash memo company representative will contact you within seven days and he will authorised to replace the defective mattresses.

              Since no concrete steps have been taken by M/S Bharat Foam House, we request your good self to verify the defects to your satisfaction and replace these on urgent basis.

                As we are your customer since 1year and we sorry to complain that your agent name by srinivas is not responding correctly. and he not reacting well his behave like rejecting us, and we have to say he dealing in directly in block with others in kolar,in kolar he giving kurlon items without their registration, and he not at all interested in dealing with us company..he always trying to dominate as ,purposefully delays us order. and its very sadness and customer in satisfaction so please rectify as problem as soon as possible and please contact mr,srinivas kolar side agent..we had no balance then also since 25days he delaying us order and not responsing to us phone call.

                  I have bought a KURLON SDLULTRA 72*30*4 mattress on 11/04/2008 from Shaba Enterprises . After few days from the date of purchase ( Bill No 08/08, Dated 11/04/2008, Shaba Enterpeises - indore) , the stiching of Matteress got open and the coir is been coming out of it. We have complaint many times to the shop Shaba Enterprises , but every time it ended up with a false promise. Unable to understand when the market has 50 types of different local brands with lower prices , why a customer like me who had paid extra in view of better quality and service is been cheated.A small consumer grivences is not been taken care by your dealer , what is the customer Commitment , why cant i demand a service inspite of payment of full money. Request you to treat this as a offcial complaint and address it on priority . I hope a company like Kurlon Limited must be having some customer friendly policy and will adrees my issue immediately-

                    Dear Sir/Madame,
                    I purchased a mattress 6’6” x 6’4” of 4.5”, Sugam, thickness from KEMEX (India), 22 Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata, 700 072 for Rs 4500/- vide cash memo No. 171 dated[protected].The mattress was delivered to my residence at D-4, Akashmani Society, 142/B, N.S.C. Bose Road, Tollygunge,(near Malanch Cinema) on the next day without any additional charge.
                    However, within a month of the purchase, it shrank at various places creating pits on slightest pressure.
                    I, immediately, complained to the shop and requested them to replace or repair it but the owner, a lady who had sold it out to me, refused flatly. Upon my insisting much she asked me to deliver it back to her shop making my own arrangement and then wait for 3 to 4 months for replacement. I am not in a position to arrange for its transport back to the shop and that too at my own cost. Even if I do it I can not wait for 3 to 4 months for replacement, if at all!
                    Sir, this is sheer embarrassment to a customer who decided to buy a branded name Kurlon without expecting that a defective piece would be sold out to me like this one.
                    Kindly arrange for replacing it with a new sound piece immediately.
                    This is to inform you that I have approached the Consumer forum who asked me to first contact you and then report back to them after 10 days if no action is taken from your side.

                    We have purchase the Kurlon mattress from Modern Handloom emporium Abula 171 Abulane Meerut cantt. @4000 each . .We are sorry to inform you that the mattress are not in shape after six month and noe they are deshape further . We are not satisfy with this tpye of Kurlon mattress.

                      Sir,

                      I Purchased two mattresses of Kurl On modle Sona Quilt on 27/4/2009 from dealer Sind Furniture House, kutchery road, Ajmer (Rajasthan).

                      I purchased the mattresses with a great confidence that I am buying a best company product and there will be no complain about the product but the mattresses got pressed within two month of purchasing.

                      As per guarranty of one year I contacted to the supplier M/s sind furniture house kutchery road, Ajmer on 28/06/09. They told that the company person will change the mattresses. It is around two months passed away but no action has been taken for replacement. During this period I have contacted many times with dealer and also submitted a complaint to Product manager Kurl On ltd Banglore .
                      But till date no action has been taken.

                        With due reference to purchased Kurlons Goldline mattress with bill No. 70/09 on dated 15/05/2009 from Shabba Enterprises, Indore (M.P.).

                        We have fitted that at 75% & some resion wise the fitting have not completed. After 1-1.30 month when we start to fit, we have saw when we press gently material of it is coming out.

                        About that we have said to the seller they have not give us response.

                        Then we have take follow up to the company, your representative Mr. Chaitanya Joshi have come & took the inspection & he said that the problem in manufacturing, the lot is hard.

                        And the matter we explained to dealer Shabba Enterprises have taken regular follow up about this but they have not given us response.

                        Now the very much time passes we have been waiting for the response. We have intimated by daily communication, by personal present & also by letters & Mail.

                        Now we are very much exhausted & the expenditure we have expended coast for like fitting, addasive & also labour charges etc we want to our complete reimbursement with of all.

                        We have again communicate to Mr. Chaitanya Joshi Sb. For above matter but we have not get solution yet.


                        So, need early solution for that.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am Aditya Soni from Pune.

                          I had baught a Kurlon metress from one of the KurlOn dealers named INDECOR. The piece that was delivered was a deffective one.

                          Now Owner of the shop is not taking any responsibility of the problem and saying that I have to directly deal with the Kurlon ltd. I have been calling the Kuron office Pune for last 3 weeks and the people there are just making the false promises of delivering the replacement in a week. None of them is taking any responsibility. On asking for the complaint number, they simplly refuse.

                          I have not recieved the metress replacement yet.

                          The main issue is that I baught the metresss as My wife has a medical problem and she needs complete rest. Because of failure of dealer and the Kurlon company to deliever the product, my wife is facing great problem.

                          Also the dealer is not ready to return my money if i say that I dont want the product any more. I have invested 7000 rs. out of which I am not getting any product/service

                          Please look into the matter and help me get the product for my investment.

                            Kurl-on Mattress Complaints - Defective Kurl-on Mattress

                            Sir,

                            I had purchased Kurl -on Mattress from Chennai Dealer (Address 32, Reddy Street, Villivakkam, Chennai).
                            (Price =Rs.4000/-)

                            At the time of purchase, it was told that in case of defect, it will be changed on the same day.

                            The mattress got flattened with 2 weeks here nand there and then we made a compliant at the Dealer shop to get it chnaged.

                            As there was no response of the complain made at the Dealer Shop, we kept on running fr it. After one visit, we are told company person has to come and inspect and then only they willchange he mattress. And till date no one has come from the company and inspected.

                            After no. of calls at dealer shop, there is no response.

                            Kindly Help us as we have made payment and did not get good material.

                            I had purchased Kurl -on Mattress (Model No- kp011 furnobed 1905x915x102) from Kurl On Lucknow Dealer (Address Morari Nagar, faizabad Road, Nr Kukrail Bridge, Lucknow Ph[protected]/ 4065580).
                            (Price =Rs.6082/-)

                            At the time of purchase, it was told that in case of defect, it will be changed on the same day.

                            The mattress got flattened after 4 months o[censored]sage and then we made a compliant in February at the Dealer shop to get it chnaged. My complaint No. was 99.

                            As there was no response of the complain made at the Dealer Shop, we kept on running fr it. After 5 visits, we were told that we have to do the followup with the company ourselves and the dealer's job is to only write the complain. And then we were given the no. of Area Sales Office[protected] to contact for compalint.

                            After no. of calls at Area Sales Offfice also, no one heard us.

                            Due to defective mattress, my wife has been diagnosed Spondilitis and has been asked not to sleep on that mattress.

                            Kindly Help as we have made payment and didnot get good material.

                            Kurlon seems to be not only bad in its after- sales services but also equally bad in its pre-sales services. agents and dealers are equally skeptical in honouring the deals probably because they are aware of the low quality product. going to the consumer forum is the best option as humble request would not bring any response.

                            Kurl-on — Product under warranty denied for replacement

                            Hi, I am Deep Kumar.

                            I had bought Kurlon Klassic model from Haryana Handlooms, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 18th Feb 2015. In a few days, I realised the stitches had come off from one side. I made my first complaint as TN80969 on 17th March 2015. The technician came and verified the product is a damaged one and said it will be replaced. I received no further communication thereafter. After few days, when i called the customer care, I found that the issue has been closed with the reason that it has exceeded one month which is as per their policy. I had made another complaint which again got closed with the same reason. I made my third complaint as TN97854 on 23rd Jan 2016. I had been assured by customer care executives that i will receive a call back and that my mattress will be replaced. I had discussed with Team lead, Dilip Singh, and Manager, Umesh Kumar. Yesterday when i called, the customer care executive, Praveen, said the issue has been closed and the manager has left the company and Team lead is on leave. He said rudely that i need a very strong reason to get it replaced. I am left with no option on how to mend the damages. The mattress had cost me Rs 23000 and was assured the post-service is very good. But this is pathetic. This is why I am making a complaint here.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I have purchased apna mattress from Chetna, Goregoan west on 20th feb. The mattress has sagged. Even after repeatedly complaining to the dealer there has been no response. After 3 weeks the company person has come and promised me to replace the mattress in one week.

                              NO RESPONSE TILL NOW !!!

                              The dealer has also cheated me as i had asked for sleepwell or godrej mattress and he had given me a kurlon mattress by telling its a big brand and good service... is this a big brand or good service ?????

                              Can you suggest me how to proceed for filing a case against this dealer and kurlon company...

                              Kurlon is a good brand, but Apna is the lowest-end range; so the quality will of course not be up to the mark.
                              Still, it should not sag within weeks...but maybe you should ask to pay extra for a more better one. Good luck.

                                I had bought a Kurl-on spring Mattress from their authorised dealer in Tippasandra, Bangalore. The mattress costed me a whooping 13000 Rupees. But right from day one there was a bulge in one side of the mattress and the spring will make a slight sound. The dealer told me that things will settle down once I use the mattress for a few days. When this did not happen, I complained with the company and was asked to talk to one Mr. Shiv Kumar. The gentleman after much pursuation over a few days, visited my house and acknowledged the defect. It has been more than 45 days now since his visit and even after my repeated calls, he has taken no action whatsoever. My problem remains unresolved.

                                All I want to know is that can a company like Kurl-on be trusted? I would not recommend anyone to buy their C-Grade and highly priced mattresses.

                                Thanks a lot for the advise... It helped me a lot for making a decision for purchasing the mattress !! I also appreciate for the time you spent and pain taken for writing the review... Thanks a Ton once again !!
                                If a company like Kurlon is not responding to complaint and not providing proper customer support, I am also thinking not to buy product of Kurlon. I extend my thanks for making people like me aware of company like Kurlon as I had high regards of this company.
                                After spending so much money to get a good sleep if one gets sleepless nights then it is a total rip off, thank god it is a low end mattress and not a half peti (.5 lacs) ones.

                                  Hi, I had purchased a Kurlon "Apna" matress from Swati furniture, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. But within a month or two the matress sagged unevenly. I complained at Swati furniture and they gave me the cel number of Mr. Daniel from Kurlon and asked me to contact him. After repeated requests he came to my house verified and gave me a receipt and I got the Matress exchanged from Swati furniture.
                                  But again within a month this matress also sagged, so I again contacted Mr. Daniel and after repeated requests over phone he visited our house and inspected the mattress, made markings on the matress and then he took the original bill/receipt and said he will notify Kurlon that this matress needs to be replaced and also suggested to take Kurlon "Ortho" instead of "Apna". He told us that the original bills are required and the next day he will give a temporary acknowledgement, but the matress will be replaced in a week once kurlon sends a replacement notice directly to me. And after that he simply vanished. Now whenever I try to call him the number gets frowarded to some other person.

                                  Now I don't have any proof of purchase with me as I gave it to him on good faith !!! If anyone has been through this kind of situation please suggest me what I should do?

                                  I had purcahsed a locally made matress while I was in Mumbai around 4 years back and it is still as good as new.

                                  kurl on apna matress — problem in mattress

                                  I have apna model 4'x6' (4")matress, which i had bought from foam house shop no 2 takshila building no 5 mahakali caves road, andheri east mumbai 400093.
                                  i had made complaint several times to dealer but he had gave me the kurlon executive cell no, but they are not came to me.because of that matress i had problem in my back bone i can't understand where should i go for the same.that shop keeper unable to take any responsibility for the same.what I do whether l i throw the matress or go for legal action through consumer forum.

                                  You are requested to kindly suggest how can i take the legal action against the said authorised dealer.
                                  i am in problem.what should i write more for the same.
                                  dealership will be terminated for ever of that shopkeeper.
                                  thats it.
                                  I too am facing same situation. We purchased kurl on apna mattress in december 2008. within 10 days, the mattress sagged on the left side. we called up the dealer in chennai and he gave us a replacement. but again after 2 weeks, its the same story. The good old made to order cotton mattress we purchased 10 years back is still good and sturdy. I too am not satisfied with the product.
                                  We got our budget brand (kurlon) mattress replaced with rigorous follow up, but in new pair again same sagging is faced in month's time.

                                    Hi Friends,

                                    I have purchased a Kurlon Classic matress Last year of Purple Color, the Dye cloth used is of low quality that the Color Bleeds if you sit or Sleep against your Sweat.

                                    This is not only Damaging the Matress but also my Bed Sheets.

                                    The Company and Its representatives have expressed there Inability to help and further suggested not to buy the Purple color Clothing as that always bleeds color.

                                    I suggest all the public in General that please dont buy products with old brand Image. Old brand Image is only to encash new markets least concerned with the Products.

                                      I had purchased one No. Super Deluxe Mattress 72" x 72" from Kurlon Ltd.'s Authorised dealer M/s. Haryana Handloom Billekahalli, Bannerghatta Road last Year, the warranty being 1 Year.
                                      Within 6 months of Purchase the Mattress started sagging from all the sides and there were bumps all over.
                                      Numerous complaints were lodged then finally the mattress was replaced vide Company's Invoice No. 4140 dt 24.06.08.
                                      Again after some time the mattress had the same problem of sagging and again many complaints were lodged and finally after a lot of follow up one Mr. Prakash S Warti (Sr. Business Officer) came to our place to take stock of things, he saw the mattress and took the original Invoice with him on 29.11.08 to get the mattress replaced within a week's time.
                                      After taking our original Invoice the gentleman dissapeared and when tried to contact on the mobile it always came as switched off, numerous calls were made to the office from where we got the answer that the gentleman was on leave and things can be sorted out only on his resuming office.
                                      Finally the mattress was exchanged vide their Invoice No.sal-012878 dt. 24.12.08.
                                      Just within a week's time the same problem has come the new mattress supplied has started sagging from all the sides. We have contacted the same gentleman who is now giving lame excuseds I will come and see to it, I will get it replaced with a higher up product while charging the difference amount. But till today i.e., 10.01.09 he has not bothered to come or depute someone to solve our problem, now he has the courage not to lift our numerous calls to him on his mobile.
                                      WILL SOMEONE COME TO OUR RESCUE AND HELP ! I HAVE SPENT ALMOST ONE MONTH'S SALARY OF MY HUSBAND TO BUY THIS MATTRESS ON OUR SILVER JUBILEE ANNIVERSARY.
                                      I too faced the same problem. My bed too has this bumps. They replaced it after longs follow ups now in my new matters also i am finding this bumps, can some one tell what is causing this bumps. Kurl on people failed to tell me the reason behind it.

                                        Hi,
                                        Our mattress is one of bad quality. The entire left side of the mattress has come apart and we are well within the guarantee period of one year.
                                        One month back, we already raised a complaint with your Kurl-on business Officer, V.S.Daniel from Nampally, Hyderabad. He came and checked the status of the mattress at our home in Madhapur and admitted that the quality of the mattress was bad. He admitted that it happens in a rare case that a mattress with bad quality is delivered to the customer by mistake.

                                        It is sad to note that Mr.V.S.Daniel took three weeks to work on this matter and reach a conclusion. He promised us that he has taken this case up with the Bangalore office and that we would get a replacement. However, at the end of three weeks, he today, 11.11.08 sent us a letter signed by himself stating that the mattress has only "LOOSE STITCHES" and he would do alteration for this. We are not interested in an alteration when the company is at fault for providing an inferior quality mattress. Though we agree that mistakes do happen, what is the use of your so called guarantee period of one year? And what does Mr.Daniel know of customer service when he asks us not to keep calling him on his mobile and keep switching it off? Please train him to gain and not lose existing customers and how to behave with irritated and wronged customers.

                                        I have repeatedly asked Mr.Daniel to give me his manager's number but he has refused to give it to us asking us instead to contact our dealer. We will take this up with the Nampally office and if needed with the Bangalore office. It is extremely sad that your business officer knows nothing of business and retaining it.

                                        If our replacement is not done on time, we would take up stringent action which would include publishing this entire episode in public newspapers, internet and we would take up a consumer court ligitation case if you do not replace this mattress.

                                        Please take action now and save yourself of future embarassment.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                                        With due reference to purchased Kurlons Goldline mattress with bill No. 70/09 on dated 15/05/2009 from Shabba Enterprises, Indore (M.P.).

                                        We have fitted that at 75% & some resion wise the fitting have not completed. After 1-1.30 month when we start to fit, we have saw when we press gently material of it is coming out.

                                        About that we have said to the seller they have not give us response.

                                        Then we have take follow up to the company, your representative Mr. Chaitanya Joshi have come & took the inspection & he said that the problem in manufacturing, the lot is hard.

                                        And the matter we explained to dealer Shabba Enterprises have taken regular follow up about this but they have not given us response.

                                        Now the very much time passes we have been waiting for the response. We have intimated by daily communication, by personal present & also by letters & Mail.

                                        Now we are very much exhausted & the expenditure we have expended coast for like fitting, addasive & also labour charges etc we want to our complete reimbursement with of all.

                                        We have again communicate to Mr. Chaitanya Joshi Sb. For above matter but we have not get solution yet.


                                        So, need early solution for that.
